Abstract

Abstract should end with a comment about the importance of the results or conclusions brief. The existence of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) plays an important role in economic growth. One of their most important tasks in economic growth is to revive economic dynamics. Even though MSMEs have been proven to have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, it does not mean that MSMEs do not face various challenges and limitations in doing business. Innovation and Entrepreneurial orientation are necessary for businesses to remain relevant to consumers, and several studies have also shown that innovation can help MSMEs grow and be able to identify new opportunities and make new combinations of their resources. This research is a conclusive research design that uses a single cross-sectional as a data collection method by means of a survey. The sampling method is a non-probability method and purposive sampling technique. The estimation method used in this research is Maximum Likelihood. This study uses the method of regression analysis to measure the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that (1) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage for MSMEs in Makassar City. (2) Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know and analyse the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia, (2) Know and analyse the effect of work environment on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia, and (3) Know and analyse the effect of work discipline and work environment together on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees, especially education personnel as many as 55 people. Sampling in this study was all members of the population, namely 55 people with quantitative research. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Servive Solution (SPSS).The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence on work discipline on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia, 2) There is a positive and significant influence on the work environment on employee performance at the Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia, and 3) There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline and work environment together on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of leadership style on work motivation of the Passimarannu Village apparatus, East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. The population and sample in this study were 30 people. Data collection is carried out by means of questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used is Un Normality. Multicollinearterras and Un Heteroscedasticity tests were tested with Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study after the data was processed with IBM SPSS 25 it was found that it has a positive and significant influence on leadership gava on work motivation of the Passimarannu Village apparatus, East Sinjai District, Siniai Regency, it can be concluded that the gava leadership has an influence on employee work motivation at the Pasimarannu Village Office, Sinjax Timar District, Singar Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas sosial kota makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar sebanyak 55 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar. Hasil uji parsial juga menunjukkan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan variabel kompensasi juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy affect customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all visitors to Eureka Coffee who visited from January to July 2023 totaling 1,536 visitors, using the Sampling method obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v. 23. The results of this study indicate that physical evidence (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Reliability (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Responsiveness (X3) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Assurance (X4) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Empathy (X5) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. As well as physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee.

Abstract

Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang menjadi kunci bagi organisasi, khususnya perusahaan/unit bisnis, yaitu strategi promosi. Dalam melakukan strategi promosi ada beberapa cara dan salah satunya yaitu strategi personal selling melalui relationship marketing. Penelitian ini pun kemudian menemukan masalah yang masih sedikit terjawab di dalam literatur pemasaran yakni kia tapa saja yang sebaiknya dilakukan oleh unit bisnis dalam menentukan strategi pemasarannya, terkhusus personal selling melalui relationship marketing di era pasca pandemi COVID-19. Dengan pendekatan metode analisis literatur, penelitian ini kemudian menyimpulkan bahwa secara umum, strategi personal selling melalui relationship marketing pasca pandemi COVID-19 di antaranya: (1) berkembangnya  koneksi digital; (2) fokus pada kebutuhan pelanggan; (3) menyediakan nilai tambah; (4) membangun kepercayaan; (5) personalisasi komunikasi; dan (6) menjaga hubungan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Daerah menegaskan peran krusial pemerintah daerah dalam desentralisasi, efisiensi, dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Fokus pengelolaan keuangan daerah, khususnya Dana Desa (DD), menjadi kunci dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Meskipun Pemerintah Kabupaten Soppeng telah mengalokasikan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) sesuai peraturan, perhatian khusus perlu diberikan pada pengelolaan yang efisien dan administrasi desa. Desa Paroto, sebagai salah satu hasil pemekaran dari Desa Tetewatu pada tahun 1991 di Kabupaten Soppeng, memiliki tipologi desa yang berkembang dengan luas wilayah 17 km2. Meskipun ADD telah diberikan, pentingnya pemahaman dalam pengelolaan alokasi dana desa menjadi kunci utama bagi pemerintah desa. Laporan keuangan memiliki peran penting dalam mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan sebuah entitas selama suatu periode. Dalam konteks keuangan desa, pendapatan, belanja, dan pembiayaan, dengan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes) sebagai instrumen utama, menjadi fokus utama. Analisis rasio keuangan, termasuk rasio efektivitas dan efisiensi, membantu mengukur kinerja keuangan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Kantor Desa Paroto di Kabupaten Soppeng. Hasil analisis rasio efektivitas menunjukkan kinerja yang efektif dengan rata-rata 99,80%, sedangkan rasio efisiensi menunjukkan kurangnya efisiensi dengan rata-rata 99,88%. Meskipun terdapat peningkatan, evaluasi dan penyesuaian strategi keuangan tetap diperlukan untuk mencapai efisiensi yang lebih baik di masa mendatang. Kinerja Desa Paroto mencerminkan respons positif terhadap tantangan keuangan, menunjukkan potensi untuk mencapai target pendapatan di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial distress at PT Blue Bird Tbk using the measurement model Springate and Zmijewski. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Bluebird Tbk. Then the sample in this study is the financial statements of PT. Blue Bird Tbk in 2016-2021. Data were analyzed using the measurement model Springate and Zmijewski. The results of the study illustrate that by using the model Springate PT Blue Bird Tbk in 2016-2018 is in good health. But in 2019-2021 PT Blue Bird Tbk experienced conditions financial distress. While the model Zmijewski shows that PT Blue Bird Tbk in 2016-2021 experienced a condition Non-Financial distress or in good health. Keywords: Financial distress, Springate, Zmijewski

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Barru Highway Market Mission Supermarket (Case Study on the Barru Highway Market Mission Supermarket) in Barru Regency. The free variables in this study are discipline and work motivation while the bound variables are employee performance. The population in this study was all employees at the Barru Market Mission, which was 30 employees. The sample determination technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for windows.From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis can be obtained the following formulation: Y = 10.807 + 0.399X1 + 0.509X2. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination = 0.414 means that the variables of discipline and work motivation have an influence of 41.4% on employee performance. While the rest is influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study. Partial Test results for X1 obtained Thitung > Ttabel (2.243 > 2.052) with a significance of 0.033 then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Partial Test Results for X2 obtained Thitung > Ttabel (2,909 > 2,052) with a significance of 0.007 then H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected From the results of this study, it can be concluded that discipline and work motivation are very important things to pay attention to the leadership of the Barru Regency Pasar Raya Mission Supermarket, the better the discipline and work and what is applied, the better the performance of employees at the Pasar Raya Mission Supermarket.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of work discipline on increasing employee work performance. The type of research used is Quantitative Descriptive. The data processed is the result of distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Bank Sulselbar Branch Pembantu Kahu. Using a population of 30 people and a sample of 30. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the research results, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at PT Bank Sulselbar Branch Pembantu Kahu.
