In serving taxpayers, SAMSAT must pay attention to environmental comfort. However, an explanation regarding the Samsat topic, especially in the public service sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment on the performance of SAMSAT employees in Maros Regency. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research is quantitative research with a Likert scale type of questionnaire. 31 SAMSAT employees of Maros Regency were recruited as respondents. The instrument validity test uses item analysis and is calculated using the product-moment formula, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha formula. Prerequisites of analysis include normality test and linearity test. The results showed that the work environment in SAMSAT Maros Regency was in a suitable category, namely 60.22% from 100%. The results of the study indicate that the workplace environment shapes employee performance. In addition, a toxic work environment will harm employee performance and lead to work outcomes. It is more likely to be experienced by junior employees. Therefore, to overcome this problem, many strategies can be done to overcome this problem. One strategy is for organizational leaders to support employees by acknowledging their problems at work and providing essential assistance, especially for tasks with more stressful requirements.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity on purchasing decisions in which there are four variables: (1) the effect of brand awareness on purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi (SSS) in South Sulawesi Province. (2) The influence of brand association of purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi in South Sulawesi Province. (3) The effect of perceived quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi (SSS) in South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi in 2017, while the sample taken was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis using two statistical method tests, namely partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of this study indicate that multiple regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 13.342 + 0.100X1 + 0.295X2 + 0.015X3 + 0.198X4 + 4.202 is obtained. Based on statistical data analysis, all variables are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, it is stated that all indicators are normally distributed and there is a significant linear relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination test results shows that 74% of purchasing decisions at PT. This activity aims to provide counseling and training on entrepreneurship and processing of products that produce economic value products, namely soap and detergent, as well as knowing marketing methods. The target participants of this activity are residents in Allepolea District, Lau District in Maros Regency. In general, participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the training, which was shown from their diligence and discipline in following each stage of the activity. In addition, each participant participates in determining training materials related to the implementation of the tasks performed every day. Each participant can produce products of economic value and can also market these products through an offline and online sales mechanism. Through this activity each participant feels the benefits of empowering productive economic business activities through activities and hopes that activities like this can be given regularly and also bring new assets to their knowledge and skills so that it will improve the lives of citizens economically.

This research aims to describe the extent of the work based stressor on funding officer in several banks in Makassar area and to understand which stressor is the most significant in triggering stress among these officers. A quantitative method employed in this reseach by using questionnaires distributed to 100 employees, the sample selection in this study used the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is to use validity and reliability tests, and calculate the average score of each stressor variable. Work stressors that are on the low criteria are interpersonal factors and career development variables. While the variables of work conditions, role stress, organizational structure, and home life-work problems are very low criteria. The highest level of work stressor experienced by employees is the career development variable, this is because most of the funding officers were only temporary employees with probation period status.

This study aims to determine the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Kartu As products in Makassar City. This research was conducted in Makassar City with 105 respondents. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. This study was analyzed using hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 21 computer program, to perform the f-test, t-test, and the calculation of R square (r2). The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the X variable (overall customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction dimensions, confirmation of expectations, re-purchase interest, willingness to recommend and customer dissatisfaction) has a significant effect on customer loyalty. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of transactional and transformational leadership style in creating effective Leader-Member Exchange relationship in organization, particularly in IT companies. The research was carried out in the Indonesia during the year of 2020. Semi-structured interviews were conducted on 149 respondents over a period of 12 months between February 2020 and November 2020 in 119 IT companies located in major cities of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership is more holistic than transactional leadership. In developing high-quality leader – member relationship, personal touch of a leader is needed to inspire his/ her followers to perform beyond expectations and sacrifice to surpass their self-interests for organizational interests. Moreover, to create a warmer and friendlier work atmosphere a leader should be more aware of the out-group existence and he/she supposes to build a relationship reciprocally not based on personal preferences, but rather based on the recent and future potential, and also assigns tasks to those who have skill and readiness. The challenge of this paper is that difficult to generalize the result as this paper approaches the problems by a qualitative stance. This paper contributes to the exiting literatures on how effective transformational leadership in generating high quality leader – member relationships in order to influence member’s job performance and job satisfaction in an organization.

This study aims to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the Ombudsman Republic of Indonesia Representative of South Sulawesi in improving the Makassar City Government's compliance with public service standards. This is based on the Makassar City Government's compliance assessment which continues to be in the Yellow Zone. Qualitative research methods were chosen to facilitate the presentation of research results. Research data were obtained from interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that the main strength of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative of South Sulawesi is having the political will of the organizers of public and community services, and the weakness of the human resources is only 17 people is not proportional to the breadth and magnitude of the supervisory task that must be carried out.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Disiplin KerjaTerhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kelurahan Benteng Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan datanya adalah pembagian kuesioner, dengan 30 responden yang merupakan pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Benteng Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat yaitu Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian regresi secara parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa thitung sebesar 34,206 ttabel sebesar 0,683 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 0,05 artinya Hipotesis Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini mengidentifikasi bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dalam koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 97,7%. This study aims to determine the effect of the convenience and usefulness of the product on the interest in using Mandiri e-Toll in the people of Makassar City. The population in this study are Mandiri e-Toll e-Money card users. The number of samples used as many as 100 people using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v.23. Multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 0.301 + 0.792X1 - 0.192X2. The results of this study found that the convenience and usefulness variables simultaneously had a significant influence on the consumer interest variable. Partially the two independent variables also have a significant influence on the dependent variable. The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) found a value of 0.604 or 60.4%. This means that the percentage of the influence of the independent variables, namely convenience and usefulness, is 60.4%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Satpol PP Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitin kuantitatif, merupakan penelitian populasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karywan di Kantor Pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Barru dengan jumlah 37 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunaan analisis regresi linear berganda yang menggunakan dua metode yaitu uji signifikan dengan menggunakan bantuan olah data Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman kerja mempunyai pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Satpol PP kabupaten Barru, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik pengalaman kerja maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai pada kanttor Satpol PP Kabupaten Barru, variabel pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada variabel pengalaman kerja yang menunjukan nilai tertinggi terdapat pada indikator tingkat pengatahuan dan keterampilan, hal tersebut dilihat dari sebagian besar pegawai yang mampu untuk saling menghargai sesama pegawai. Sedangkan pada variabel kinerja pegawai yang menunjukan nilai tertinggi terdapat pada indikator kuantitas dan kualitas.
