Abstract

This study examines the role of public relations in building public trust in Indonesia's public sector. Using the PRISMA-based Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the findings indicate that strategic communication and transparency play a crucial role in shaping a positive governmental image. Digital innovations, such as online complaint platforms, enhance transparency and public engagement.  Theoretically, this study reinforces the concept of public relations as a strategic tool for strengthening government legitimacy. Moreover, the findings have managerial implications, recommending a more transparent and participatory communication strategy to foster public trust and improve the effectiveness of government policies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction with the E-Banking Byond BSI product in a study of Uin Raden Intan Lampung students. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires involving 100 respondents. The analysis results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a p-value of 0.000. Product quality also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a p-value of 0.015. These findings indicate that the better the quality of service provided by Byon BSI and the more credible the services offered to customers, the greater the customer satisfaction in using the Byond BSI application. These two variables are interrelated; the quality of the product and the quality of the service have a very close relationship with customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the influence of global CPO prices and the USD/IDR exchange rate on Indonesia’s CPO export volume from 2013 to 2023 within the context of Islamic economics. Employing a quantitative approach, this paper utilizes Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression analysis on time series data sourced from BPS, GAPKI, Ditjenbun, Bank Indonesia, and IndexMundi. The results indicate that, partially, global CPO prices and the USD/IDR exchange rate do not have a significant effect on Indonesia’s CPO export volume, as evidenced by p-values greater than 0.05. Simultaneously, the F-test confirms that both variables do not have a significant impact. The coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.2819) suggests that only 28.19% of the variation in export volume can be explained by these two factors, while 71.81% is influenced by other variables not included in the model. From an Islamic economics perspective, justice (al-adl), transparency (as-shafafiyyah), and the prohibition of speculation (gharar and maysir) play crucial roles in ensuring fair trade practices in the CPO industry. This paper emphasizes the need for further research incorporating additional factors such as government policies, global demand, and production levels to develop a more comprehensive model. Furthermore, an in-depth exploration of Islamic trade principles and their application in the CPO sector is recommended to enhance the alignment of the industry with Sharia-compliant trade ethics.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to compare the average earnings management of agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after the implementation of PSAK 69. This research employs a quantitative comparative approach, utilizing secondary data in the form of annual reports from 2014 to 2021. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 13 agricultural companies. Hypothesis testing begins with a normality test (One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov), followed by the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, with data analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The findings indicate that there is no significant difference in the average earnings management of agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after the adoption of PSAK 69. The implementation of PSAK 69 does not have a direct impact on earnings quality. However, it is important to note that sound accounting standards influence the quality of financial reports produced, ensuring that these reports meet essential quality criteria such as relevance, reliability, comparability, and consistency. This study contributes to the understanding of the effects of accounting standards on earnings management practices within the agricultural sector, highlighting the need for continuous evaluation of accounting regulations to enhance financial reporting quality. Limitations of this research include the restricted sample size and the focus on a specific sector, suggesting avenues for future research to explore broader implications across different industries.

Abstract

Investasi merupakan suatu kegiatan menanamkan modal pada suatu perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan. Bagi investor yang ingin berinvestasi saham memerlukan analisis fundamental dalam menilai saham suatu perusahaan. Salah satu analisis fundamental yang paling sering digunakan oleh para investor dalam menilai suatu saham adalah dengan pendekatan Price Earning Ratio (PER). Nilai Price Earning Ratio pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate mengalami fluktuatif dari tahun 2013-2017. Oleh karena itu sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui variabel-variabel yang memperngaruhi terhadap Price Earning Ratio. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan variabel Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Inventory Turnover Ratio, Return On Equity yang diduga dapat memperngaruhi Price Earning Ratio.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Inventory Turnover Ratio, Return On Equity terhadap Price Earning Ratio studi pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2017.Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah model regresi data panel. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari setiap perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 5 tahun, yaitu dari tahun 2013 sampai 2017. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah 105 perusahaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Current Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Price Earning Ratio, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi yang digunakan yaitu 0,05 (0,04 < 0,05). Variabel Debt to Equity Rasio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Price Earning Ratio, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari nilai signifikansi yang digunakan yaitu 0,05 (0,18 > 0,05). Variabel Inventory Turnover Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Price Earning Ratio, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansi yang digunakan yaitu 0,05 (0,03 < 0,05). Variabel Return On Equity secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Price Earning Ratio, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansi yang digunakan yaitu 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of DPK and inflation on the profitability (ROA) of Bank Muamalat Indonesia with profit sharing financing as a mediating variable. The population in this study is the entire annual financial report at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia which has been published since the first quarter of 2018 to the fourth quarter of 2022, which is 20 populations. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests and path analysis. Data processing in this study uses the IBM SPSS Statistic 26 tool. Based on the results of the path analysis test, it shows that the DPK variable has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The inflation variable has a negative and significant effect on the profitability of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The DPK variable has a positive and significant effect on profit sharing financing. The Inflation variable does not affect profit sharing financing. Profit sharing financing has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability. Profit sharing financing cannot mediate the effect between third party funds on profitability. Profit sharing financing can mediate the effect between third party funds on profitability.

Abstract

Usaha klanting rumah tangga sebagai usaha perorangan sudah dikenal di daerah Kota Sumberejo Khususnya Sidomulyo dan sekitarnya. Diperlukan strategi usaha yang baik guna menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakinkompleks dan kompetitif. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruhkondisi lingkungan internal dan kondisi lingkungan eksternal terhadap pengembagan tahu, (2) untukmerekomendasikan strategi pemberdayaan yang dilakukan pengusaha tahu di Kecamatan Sumberejo Kabupaten Tanggamus.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Sumberjo, kabupaten Tanggamus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian  dilakukan dengan wawancara kemudian dianalisis dengan SWOT. Metode penarikan sampel adalah random sampling. Jenis data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder.Penerapan pemberdayaan agresif artinya usaha klanting berada dalam situasi yang sangat menguntungkan atau memiliki peluang dan kekuatan. Strategi yang harus diterapkan adalah memanfaatkan peluang untuk meraih keuntungan.

Abstract

Dalam penanggulangan masalah keterpurukan ekonomi tentu memerlukan keterlibatan pemerintahan maupun swasta, dintaranya Program Kredit Kelompok Mingguan (PKKM),  yang menjadi produk PT BPR Parasahabat dalam mengatasi pemasalahan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan gambaran umum mengenai produk pemberdayaan ekonomi yang di lakukan oleh PT BPR Para sahabat yaitu Program Kredit Kelompok Mingguan (PKKM) yang di dalamnya mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan hasil. Penelitian ini mengacu kepada  teori pemberdayaan Rubin bahawa dalam pemberdayaan setiap proses harus memberikan hasil, pemberdayaan dalam pelaksanaan dan perencanaanya selalu melibatkan masyarakat, dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan kegiatan pelatihan dan pembangunan fisik harus berjalan beriringan, pemberdayaan harus dapat memaksimalkan sumber daya dan terakhir pemberdaya harus bisa memfungsikan diri sebagai penggerak. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan hasil PKKM yang dilaksanakan oleh PT BPR Parasahabat dapat memberikan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat dimana dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan PKKM sesuai dengan konsep – konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan.

Abstract

The community service program in the form of socialization is carried out in collaboration with the Head of Pekon Karang Sari, Naningan Water District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. This activity is motivated by the high number of spread of the Covid-19 virus among business actors who are sourced from the circulation of money. This activity was carried out with the aim to provide socialization to the village community about the use of electronic payment system, namely QRIS as an electronic payment tool as one way to avoid covid-19. The method used is to hold socialization door to door to the people who have a business, shop or umkm. The results of this activity increase the understanding of business actors and attract enthusiastic business actors to minimize the use of cash in transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) which is proxied by Islamic Social Reporting (ISR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG) proxied by the Board of Independent Commissioners, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership on Financial Performance. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study was 30 companies which were then taken using purposive sampling and the number of samples used was 54. The results showed that Islamic corporate social responsibility through Islamic social reporting had a significant negative effect on financial performance. The variable of good corporate governance through the Board of Independent Commissioners has a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance, for managerial ownership has a negative effect, not significant on financial performance, while institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on financial performance. Based on the results of statistical testing of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility, the Board of Commissioners is independent, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership have a positive and significant effect on financial performance.
