Abstract

Bilingualism is caused by the familiarity of two languages ​​between the first language and the second language practiced by the community. Bima is the first language that is still strong in the Dompu community so that the use of the second language, namely Indonesian, is non-standard in the teaching process. This research aims to describe morphological interference in the form of single words from the Bima language into Indonesian. This research uses observation and interview techniques. Checking the validity of the findings was carried out using data validation techniques, namely method triangulation and data source triangulation. The analysis technique used involves three stages, 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) verification. The results of this research indicate that there is morphological interference in the field of single words, namely that in Indonesian students there are non-standard word forms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan melalui website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada masa sebelum pandemi, selama pandemi dan setelah pandemi. Untuk mendapatkan sampel yang dapat mewakili populasi, maka dalam penentuan sampel ini digunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 9 perusahaan. Adapun analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ROE tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, DER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan Return On Equity, Return On Assets, dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Return On Equity, Return On Assets, Debt To Equity Ratio dan Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Pressure, Opportunity, Rationalization, and Capability on Fraud within a department in South Sulawesi Province over two months, from December to January 2022. The department's entire staff constitutes the study population, with a saturated sampling method employed to ensure a representative sample. Field research methodology was utilized, employing quantitative data collection through questionnaire surveys. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of statistical software.The results indicate that Pressure (Opportunity), Opportunity, Rationalization, and Capability significantly impact Fraud. The results indicate that Pressure (Opportunity), Opportunity, Rationalization, and Capability significantly impact Fraud. Practical recommendations for the study's subject include; conducting training on work ethics, stress management, and understanding of fraud prevention; implementing clear and stringent anti-fraud policies; enhancing communication and transparency throughout the organization; strengthening internal supervision mechanisms and fostering a work culture that values integrity and ethics.

Abstract

The stock price is the price that occurs in the stock market at a certain time and the stock price is determined by market participants. The high and low price of these shares is determined by the demand and supply of these shares in the capital market. Current Ratio is a ratio to measure the company's ability to pay its long-term debt approach which is due immediately when billed in its entirety. and Debt to Equity Ratio is a ratio that shows the percentage of provision of funds by shareholders to lenders. The higher the ratio, the lower the company's funding provided by shareholders. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices either partially or simultaneously. This study uses financial management theory related to the variables of stock price, current ratio, debt to equity ratio. The approach used is an associative approach. The population in this study are Metal & Similar companies listed on the IDX for the period 2014-2018. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method, in order to obtain 6 companies as samples. The results show that: (1) the effect of the current ratio on stock prices has no effect; (2) the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices has an effect; (3) the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices simultaneously has an effect.

Abstract

Saat ini, penyalahgunaan narkoba merupakan masalah yang membutuhkan upaya preventif, terutama pada kalangan pelajar yang berfokus pada bagaimana siswa dapat beperilaku asertif menolak penyalahgunaan narkoba. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah (1) untuk mengidentifikasi perilaku asertf menolak penyalahgunaan narkoba pada siswa SMPN 2 Bungku Utara (2) Untuk mengidentifikasi ada atau tidaknya perbedaan perilaku asertif menolak penyalalahgunaan narkoba antara siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempempuan di SMPN 2 Bungku Utara. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Bungku Utara Sulawesi Tngah. Adapun peserta penngabdian ini berjumlah 30 orang siswa kelas dua yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 20203/2024 dan terdiri dari 18 orang laki-laki dan 12 orang perempuan dengan usia 12-15 tahun yang diambil secara purposive (non rendomaized sample.) Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket perilaku asrtif menolak penyalahgunaan narkoba pada siswa SMP yang adopsi dari Nurwahyuni [1]. Pengujian data menggunakan analis deskriftif dan uji t dengan bantuan statists versi 26. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata prilaku asertif seluruh siswa kelas 2 SMPN 2 Bungku Utara sebesar 66,300 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 4,00. Hal ini menunjukka bahwa perilaku asertif menolak penyalahgunaan narkoba pada siswa SMPN 2 Bungku Utara tergolog kategori rendah. Hasil uji t tidak berpasangan (independent sampel t test) menunjukkan nilai t-hitung sebesar 0,55 lebih bsar dari 0,05. Hal ini brarti tidak adak ada perbedaan perilaku asertif menolak penyalahgunaan narkoba antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan dengan SMPN Bungku Utara Sulawsi Tengah

Abstract

The widespread use of digital platforms among secondary school students has led to the emergence of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), a social anxiety characterised by feelings of exclusion from enjoyable activities experienced by others. Social media features, such as daily stories and live streams on platforms like Instagram and YouTube, encourage students to follow trends. High levels of FOMO are associated with consumerist behaviour, where students purchase items they do not truly need simply to align with lifestyle trends or popular phenomena. This study aims to determine the correlation between FOMO and consumptive behavior among high school students in West Palu District. A total of 300 students were selected using purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially through classical assumption tests (normality and linearity) and product moment correlation. The results showed that 68.66% of students experienced high FOMO, and 52.33% exhibited high consumptive behavior. Pearson's correlation analysis yielded r = 0.767 with p < 0.05, which is greater than the table r of 0.113, thus rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis. These findings serve as a reference for counselors through classical guidance to explain the influence of social media algorithms and influencers, as well as through group counseling services for students with excessive impulsive tendencies. These services can help students shift from FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) to JOMO (Joy of Missing Out) in order to be wiser in their use of social media and consumption patterns.

Abstract

This study, titled "Analysis of Commercial and Fiscal Profits, Leverage on Profit Persistence at PT. Mighty True Great," aims to investigate the impact of differences in commercial and fiscal profits, leverage, and their combined effects on profit persistence at PT. Mighty True Great. The research employs quantitative methods and utilizes financial statements from 2017 to 2019 for data analysis. Financial statements serve as a crucial tool for conveying a company's financial status to various stakeholders. Profit quality, particularly profit persistence, is an essential component in assessing a company's performance and making informed decisions. The study focuses on the phenomenon of differences between accounting profits and fiscal profits, known as Book-Tax Differences, and how these differences influence profit persistence. The research explores the role of leverage in shaping financial statements and its potential impact on profit persistence. Leverage, represented by the Debt to Equity Ratio, is highlighted as a significant factor affecting profit persistence. The study specifically investigates PT. Mighty True Great, a company operating in the animal feed industry, and analyzes its profit trends and the influence of leverage on profit persistence. The findings reveal that differences in commercial and fiscal profits, both temporary and permanent, have no significant impact on profit persistence at PT. Mighty True Great. However, the study identifies that leverage has a notable influence on profit persistence, suggesting that the company's debt levels affect its ability to sustain profits over time. In conclusion, the research emphasizes the importance of companies paying attention to profit stability and persistence. For future studies, researchers are encouraged to explore additional variables that may impact profit persistence and extend the observation period to provide a more comprehensive understanding. The recommendations aim to guide companies in decision-making and offer valuable insights for potential investors considering the persistence of a company's profits.

Abstract

This research aims to apply a constructivist approach in innovative learning based on the case method to improve students' critical thinking skills at SMAN 2 Palu. Through a constructivist approach, it is hoped that students can be stimulated and given the opportunity to learn, think innovatively, and optimize their potential. The application of the constructivist approach in case method-based learning is expected to encourage the active participation of students at SMAN 2 Palu, enabling them to form their own knowledge through developing critical thinking skills. This research is quantitative research with data collection methods using critical thinking skills questionnaires which are analyzed using descriptive, paired analysis. samples test, and simple regression analysis with the statistical assistance of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of data analysis show that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.005. This means that the application of a constructivist approach in case method-based learning can improve the critical thinking skills of students at SMAN 2 Palu. The results of descriptive analysis also show that the posttest average for thinking skills is greater than the pretest, namely the posttest average value is 80.97 and the pretest average value is 68.70.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh variabel persepsi, motivasi, dan kemampuan terhadap minat berkarir di bidang perpajakan. Dilaksanakan di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Swasta Kota Makassar, penelitian ini melibatkan 88 responden yang diwawancarai menggunakan kuesioner. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert, dan analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linier berganda. Untuk menguji hipotesis, teknik uji-t dan uji F dengan bantuan SPSS digunakan.Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa persepsi, motivasi, dan kemampuan secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi minat individu dalam mengejar karir di bidang perpajakan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut memiliki peran yang penting dalam membentuk aspirasi seseorang dalam memilih dan mengembangkan karir di sektor perpajakan, yang merupakan kontribusi penting dalam konteks pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja di bidang tersebut.

Abstract

Toko Tani Maju, memiliki kendala dalam mengolah data keuangan yang saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual seperti kesalahan pada saat menuliskan nominal angka pemasukan dan pengeluaran, pencatatan yang masih dilakukan pada media kertas menyebabkan data yang tertulis mudah rusak serta membutuhkan waktu lebih lama dalam pencarian data keuangan. Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan laporan keuangan sebagai salah satu cara meningkatkan kinerja serta sebagai tolak ukur perkembangan sebuah perusahaan dalam menentukan pengambilan keputusan karena memberikan informasi terkait arus masuk ataupun keluar keuangan dari sebuah perusahaan. Sistem yang dapat digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pada toko tani maju adalah sistem akuntansi dan salah satu perangkat yang digunakan adalah aplikasi Zahir Accounting Versi 5.1. Penggunaan aplikasi Zahir Accounting versi 5.1 dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pada sistem sebelumnya, seperti angka yang lebih muda dibaca, proses perhitungan yang lebih cepat, serta fasilitas back up data yang dimiliki aplikasi ini sehingga data tidak mudah hilang dan dimanipulasi
