Abstract

Abstract: Poverty alleviation and social inequality in Indonesia is a very complex issue overall in various regions in Indonesia Extreme poverty alleviation refers to deliberate efforts aimed at reducing or eliminating extreme poverty, which relates to circumstances in which individuals or households live below the poverty line is so small that they cannot meet their basic needs to survive. This study aims to analyze the extreme poverty alleviation model to prevent social inequality in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic sociology and law and focuses on reviewing these problems through the perspective of sociology and Islamic law. The qualitative research method is descriptive. Source of data obtained through the official website, mass media, journals, regulations, and books. The data analysis technique uses the Nvivo 12 plus analysis technique which uses the crosstab feature. The results of the study show that the extreme poverty alleviation model that is applied is budgeting and collaboration. Poverty alleviation to prevent social inequality in Indonesia has been carried out by the Government of Indonesia to reduce the poverty rate to 0 percent in the following year. Poverty alleviation in Indonesia through the budgeting system requires the implementation of well-structured and sustainable strategies. Budgeting and collaboration between government and society play an important role in allocating appropriate resources for initiatives and policies aimed at reducing or eliminating extreme poverty. Abstract

Background: The use of e-health is now widely used as a new intervention e-health can be applications in smart phones, smart watches, or wearables, as well as telemedicine, interactive video and web-based interventions. Purpose: Submitting the results of exploration related to the impact of e-health use in increasing physical activity and changes in BMI in adults with obesity. Method: Literature reviews on several databases such as clinical key nursing, sage journal, and Pubmed using PRISMA methods. Results: This systematic review study proves that eHealth has an influence on physical activity and BMI in adults with obesity. From the 7 articles that used e-health as an intervention in changing physical activity and BMI showed significant results against changes in physical activity, BMI despite using different types of eHealth, such as virtual reality, smartphone applications/wearable devices and telehealth. Conclusion: The use of e-health can be recommended as part of a body weight management strategy as it has a good impact over time and needs to be integrated with nursing interventions so that nurses can monitor patient progress and adjust recommendations based on the data collected.

Abstract

Islam knows two primary sources in its legislation, first, the holy Qur’an and the second, Hadith, however, there is a significant difference in the inventory system of both sources. This study aims to discuss about how are the modern Islamic scholars’ perspectives on the Hadith authenticity. The method used is qualitative. Qualitative methods are used to examine natural objects, where researchers become key instruments. In addition, data collected are triangulated (combined), data analyses are inductive, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The interaction of moslems with the Prophet’s Hadith is very dynamic. The attention of it was not very big at the beginning of Islam because the Prophet was still alive and lived around them at that time as the living Islam (the source of everything), but in the period after the Prophet’s death, the attention to the Hadith increased rapidly. The contemporary Islamic thinkers assume that the Hadith scholars have not given great attention to matan criticism as what in sanad has. The critic opportunity is still opened on the Prophet’s authenticity by using internal criticism (matan of Hadith), as long as using the right methodology as the Hadith scholars have explained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of subjective norms, moral obligations, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study is MSME taxpayers registered with KPP Pratama South Makassar. Sampling was carried out by incidental sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are carried out by descriptive statistical analysis and SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Based on the analysis that has been carried out, subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Moral obligations have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Subjective Norms, Moral Obligations, Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

Siklus air adalah mekanisme keseimbangan bumi yang paling nyata terpengaruh oleh pemanasan global. Hal ini menciptakan efek domino pada elemen cuaca, seperti intensitas dan frekuensi curah hujan serta perubahan distribusi air dalam sistem hidrologi yang memicu perubahan iklim. Perubahan iklim meningkatkan curah hujan dan frekuensi hujan, yang berdampak pada efektivitas fungsi saluran dan drainase. Salah satu kasus yang dianalisis adalah keberlanjutan Kanal Jongaya di Makassar, yang hampir setiap tahun mengalami kelebihan kapasitas hingga menyebabkan banjir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas Kanal Jongaya tidak lagi mampu menampung debit banjir tahunan akibat peningkatan curah hujan selama dua dekade terakhir. Tidak ada alternatif mitigasi atau adaptasi yang dapat diterapkan pada prasarana kanal tersebut selain pembangunan kanal baru dengan perencanaan yang komprehensif. Selain itu, penulis menyarankan beberapa langkah, seperti melakukan penelitian untuk menganalisis dampak reklamasi pantai terhadap fungsi Kanal Jongaya, meninjau kebijakan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) yang memengaruhi penurunan ruang terbuka hijau di sekitar kanal, serta melakukan studi kelayakan untuk membangun kolam retensi atau kolam regulasi sebagai solusi untuk mengurangi beban volume banjir di kawasan tersebut. The water cycle is a key mechanism for Earth's balance that is significantly affected by global warming. This creates a domino effect on weather elements, such as the intensity and frequency of rainfall, as well as the redistribution of water within the hydrological system, ultimately triggering climate change. Climate change increases rainfall intensity and frequency, impacting the effectiveness of drainage and channel systems on the Earth's surface. One analyzed case is the sustainability of the Jongaya Canal in Makassar, which nearly every year experiences overcapacity, leading to floods. The analysis revealed that the Jongaya Canal’s capacity can no longer accommodate the annual flood discharge due to increased rainfall intensity over the past two decades. There are no viable mitigation or adaptation measures for the existing canal infrastructure other than building a new canal with comprehensive planning. Additionally, the authors suggest several steps, including conducting research to analyze the impact of coastal reclamation on the functionality of the Jongaya Canal, reviewing building permit (IMB) policies that influence the reduction of green open spaces around the canal, and conducting feasibility studies to construct retention ponds or regulation ponds as solutions to reduce the flood volume burden in the area.

Abstract

Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) mempunyai peran yang sangat penting sebagai wahana untuk mengembangkan kemampuan atau potensi siswa mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru dan siswa juga menganalisis peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran PPKn. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah suatu penelitian yang mengandalkan pengukuran objektif dan analisis matematis (statistik) terhadap sampel data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, pendapat para ahli, tes, atau instrumen penelitian lainnya untuk membuktikan dalam penelitian. Sedangkan penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu penelitian dengan meneliti pada kondisi yang alamiah atau naturalnya yakni peneliti mengamati sebuah fenomena dengan menggunakan logika ilmiah. Hasil observasi penelitian aktivitas guru pada pertemuan I mendapat skor 17 dengan persentase 5% sampai pertemuan IV mendapat skor 32 dengan persentase 100%, mendapat kategori dari kurang aktif sampai dan berada pada kategori sangat baik. Data aktivitas siswa pada setiap pertemuan terus mengalami peningkatan. Pada pertemuan I sampai pertemuan IV aktivitas siswa memperoleh presentase klasikal dari 45% dengan kategori cukup aktif sampai 100% dengan kategori sangat aktif. Aktivitas guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran terlaksana dengan baik, aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran telah mencapai kategori sangat aktif dan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap pertemuannya telah mencapai indikator ketuntasan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji peran Kepercayaan dalam memediasi pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Niat Beli Ulang di e-commerce C2C (konsumen-ke-konsumen) Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 190 partisipan melalui survei skala Likert (1-5), dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Harga dan Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Ulang, dengan Kepercayaan bertindak sebagai mediator utama dalam hubungan ini. Secara khusus, Harga dan Kualitas Produk secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi Niat Beli Ulang melalui Kepercayaan, yang meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen dan perilaku pembelian ulang. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya membangun kepercayaan di lingkungan e-commerce, di mana harga yang transparan dan kualitas produk yang tinggi sangat penting untuk membina hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan. Studi ini menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi platform e-commerce dan penjual yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan retensi pelanggan di pasar C2C.

Abstract

This study focuses on entrepreneurial motivation among students of SMK Negeri 4 Makassar, Makassar City, with the main objective of investigating two important aspects: first, the level of entrepreneurial motivation shown by students, and second, the influence of Industrial Work Practice (Prakerin) and family environment on the motivation. In the context of vocational education, the understanding of entrepreneurial motivation is becoming increasingly relevant, especially in preparing students to enter the world of work and contribute to economic development. The methodology used in this study is quantitative descriptive, which aims to strengthen theoretical propositions through empirical observations. Data were collected through a variety of techniques, including observation, surveys, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using inferential statistical approaches, including classical assumption testing and double linear regression analysis. The results showed that students at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar have a high level of entrepreneurial motivation, and there is a significant correlation between Industrial Work Practice and family environment with students' entrepreneurial motivation. These findings highlight the importance of support from the family environment and practical experience in increasing students' interest in entrepreneurship, thus making an important contribution to the development of entrepreneurship education programs at the SMK level.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the role of entrepreneurship in community empowerment on Kulambing Island, Pangkep Regency. Social entrepreneurship is understood as an approach based on collaboration, innovation and creation in creating economic activities that support improving community welfare. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, involving 9 informants selected through purposive sampling techniques. The research results show that the role of social entrepreneurship, such as making Moringa leaf chips, doi-doi cakes, managing dried fish, and women's schools, has succeeded in empowering communities and creating new economic opportunities. Collaboration between society, government, business and non-governmental organizations is an important factor in overcoming resource challenges and social change. These findings confirm that social entrepreneurship has a significant role in reducing social problems, improving the quality of life, and contributing to sustainable development.
