Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meneliti sejarah pemberlakuan kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia yang berhubungan dengan penanaman karakter bangsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, majalah, dan dokumen lainnya termasuk arsip-arsip kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan historis dan analitis. Penelitian ini menelusuri perkembangan pemberlakuan kurikulum pendidikan yang pernah berlaku di Indonesia dari masa ke masa. Sebagai sebuah sistem yang langsung berhubungan dengan kehidupan masyarakat, pendidikan merupakan hal yang pokok yang akan membentuk pribadi dan karakter masyarakat. Dan komponen pendidikan yang sangat penting itu adalah kurikulum. Kurikulum adalah seperangkat sistem yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan mencakup berbagai aspek yang akan dilaksanakan oleh peserta didik selama masa pendidikannya. Untuk itu, maka keberadaan kurikulum dalam sistem pendidikan menempati posisi yang sangat penting terutama dalam membentuk karakter dan kepribadian bangsa Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitiaan ini adalah perkembangan pemberlakuan kurikulum pendidikan yang berlaku di Indonesia telah memasukan aspek-aspek pembentukan karakter atau berupaya menanamkan nilai-nilai kepribadian dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia sesuai dengan kondisi dan perkembangan dan perubahan masyarakat.

Abstract

Berdasarkan survei dari RDK terdapat 8 anak yang terkena stunting di Nagari Taratak Baru, disebabkan oleh beberapa hal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang menjadi penyebab peningkatan angka stunting di Nagari Taratak Baru. Metode pelaksanaan yang dipergunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif atau metode yang menitikberatkan pada hasil yang mendalam. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui bahwa Nagari Taratak Baru, Kecamatan Tanjung Gadang, Kabupaten Sijunjung memiliki angka stunting yang cukup rendah karena berada di bawah 15%. Menurut hasil penimbangan massal pada bulan Agustus 2023, prevalensi stunting sebesar 10,5% dan hasil penimbangan massal pada bulan Januari 2024 menunjukkan prevalensi sebesar 11,1%. Hal ini dapat dibandingkan dengan fakta bahwa akan ada peningkatan angka stunting dari Agustus 2023. Menurut riset dan penelitian selama KKN, saat Musyawarah Rembuk Stunting terdapat sejumlah faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya stunting. 1. Pola asuh yang salah. 2. Kurangnya pengetahuan keluarga tentang gizi. 3. Kondisi sosial dan ekonomi. 4. Kesalahan pengukuran.

Abstract

The complete systematic land registration program (PTSL) is a strategic step of the government in encouraging complete land administration. Lumajang Regency since 2018 has been one of the districts selected as the implementer of the PTSL program. The researcher emphasizes the research locus of Uranggantung Village. The village was selected as the target of the PTSL program in 2024. The realization of targets that are not achieved from a public program/policy (PTSL) is a problem that must be overcome. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the complete sitematic land registration program (PTSL) in Uranggantung Village, Lumajang Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The results of the study show that the implementation of the PTSL program in the form of community participation in Uranggantung Village contains several stages, namely the decision-making stage, the implementation stage, the benefit taking stage, and the evaluation stage. In addition, this study describes the implementation of the PTSL program through environmental conditions, inter-organizational relationships, resources, and characteristic implementing agencies.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the struggle, thoughts and political strategies of one of the Masyumi party figures, namely Mohammad Isa Anshary, in opposing the spread of communist ideology in Indonesia. This research uses historical methods through four stages, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation and writing. The data processing technique in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely data analysis simultaneously with data collection. The results of this research show that the figure of Isa Anshary, who is a Masjumi party politician and general chairman of a religious movement in Indonesia, namely Islamic Unity, has a very central role in defending Islamic ideology from attacks by communist ideology which destroys the order of religious, national and state life. He is positioned as a radical Islamic fundamentalist figure because of his uncompromising nature regarding Islam ideology. It is hoped that this research will provide readers with insight into the importance of Islamic political struggles in Indonesian history, as well as their impact on national political dynamics. appreciates the contribution of great figures such as Mohammad Isa Anshary who may be less known to the younger generation, especially his role in opposing the spread of communist ideology in Indonesia and provides an opportunity for readers to reflect on and study Islamic thought in a political and social context. This research presents a reinterpretation of the role, thoughts and political strategies of Mohammad Isa Anshary in the Indonesian political movement, especially in facing the threat of communism which grew rapidly after independence, through efforts to consolidate the Islamic political power he built. So far, many studies have focused more on big figures such as Sukarno, Hatta, or other military figures, while the role of figures such as Isa Anshary, who contributed to Islamic thought and political strategy, often receives less attention.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of the 30% gender quota for women in the Indonesian Parliament on women's political representation and the effectiveness of advocacy on gender issues. Using a qualitative approach, this research combines literature study and focus group discussions (FGD) to analyze the extent to which gender quotas have succeeded in increasing women's involvement in political decision making. The findings of this research show that although gender quotas increase the number of women in parliament, their effectiveness in influencing policies that impact women remains limited. Structural barriers and patriarchal political culture often prevent women from becoming agents of significant change. This research makes an important contribution to the literature on women's political representation in Indonesia by highlighting the challenges and opportunities in implementing gender quotas. Thus, it is hoped that this research can provide insight into the development of more inclusive and effective policies to strengthen women's advocacy in politics.

Abstract

Advances in technology and information can not be separated from the scope of human life including in education. The quality of education will increase as technology completes education because education will grow in harmony with the development of the world. Therefore, it is necessary to hold learning using technology-based learning media, especially computers. Efforts to use instructional media in the classroom is to use the 3D Cabri Software. This study aims to: 1) To determine the student response to the use of 3D Cabri Software on the subject of wake up space. 2) To know interest and learning result of learning on the subject matter of waking up. 3) To find out how much influence the use of 3D Cabri Software to interest and learning outcomes on the subject of wake up space. Cabri 3D Software is a software geometry that is used for visualization and development of reason to build three-dimensional space, it is expected to be the main capital for learners in improving the intelligence of reasoning and visual spatial. The method used in this research is quantitative method with before-after type with purposive sampling sampling technique. The results showed that: 1) Student response to the use of 3D Cabri software has an average of 67% with good category 2) There is influence of the use of 3D Cabri Software to interest and learning result seen from t test, that is t calculate for learning interest equal to 10,600 And t arithmetic for learning result equal to 10,146 and t table equal to 2,048, then t count > from t table. The interpretation is that there is a significant influence on students' interest and learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes increased as seen from the mean score before using the 3D Cabri software obtained 77.38 and the mean score after using the 3D Cabri software was obtained 82.86. While interest in student learning increased seen from the change of questionnaire of student interest before and after that is equal to 4%. Based on this, the 3D Cabri Software is very feasible and helps to serve as a medium in learning mathematics.

Abstract

The issue of data imbalance in image classification often hinders deep learning models from making accurate predictions, especially for minority classes. This study introduces AugOS-CNN (Augmentation and Over Sampling with CNN), a novel approach that combines oversampling and data augmentation techniques to address data imbalance. The The Simpsons Characters dataset is used in this study, featuring five main character classes: Bart, Homer, Agnes, Carl, and Apu. The number of samples in each class is balanced to 2,067 using an augmentation method based on Augmentor. The proposed model integrates oversampling and augmentation steps with a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture to improve classification accuracy. Evaluation results show that the AugOS-CNN model achieves the highest accuracy of 96%, outperforming the baseline CNN approach without data balancing techniques, which only reaches 91%. These findings demonstrate that the AugOS-CNN model effectively enhances image classification performance on datasets with imbalanced class distributions, contributing to the development of more robust deep learning methods for addressing data imbalance issues.

Abstract

Data imbalance is a significant challenge in classification models, often leading to suboptimal performance, especially for minority classes. This study explores the effectiveness of the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) in improving classification model performance by balancing data distribution. The evaluation was conducted using a confusion matrix to measure prediction accuracy for each class. The results indicate that SMOTE successfully enhances minority class representation and improves prediction balance, although some misclassifications remain. Therefore, in addition to oversampling, additional approaches such as class weighting or ensemble learning are required to further improve model accuracy. This study provides deeper insights into the role of SMOTE in addressing data imbalance and its impact on classification model performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the land dispute involving the Nurul Ikhlas Mosque in Bandung, West Java, which is listed as a cultural heritage building, and its impact on the social and religious life of the surrounding community. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews with local residents, the Head of the Neighborhood Association (RW), the Head of the Mosque Management Board (DKM) of the Nurul Ikhlas Mosque, and field observations. Secondary data is also gathered from related documents, media reports, and relevant literature. The findings show that the land dispute is not only related to land rights but also has significant social impacts on the community, such as the loss of cultural and social identity due to the mosque's demolition. Furthermore, this study reveals the discrepancy between land law, which prioritizes legal and economic aspects, and the need to preserve cultural heritage buildings that hold social and religious value. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of land law application in the context of cultural preservation and religious identity and highlights the importance of a more holistic approach to resolving land disputes involving cultural heritage buildings. This study opens the discussion for more inclusive policies that consider social and cultural aspects in land dispute resolutions.

Abstract

Pariwisata desa semakin banyak diminati sebagai alternatif destinasi wisata yang dapat menawarkan pengalaman autentik dan juga unik, salah satunya ialah Rammang-Rammang, Maros. Tetapi, seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan, muncul tantangan dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan budaya setempat. Peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan dan pemahaman tentang konsep sustainable tourism sejak usia dini menjadi kunci dalam mendukung keberlanjutan pariwisata di kawasan desa wisata.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan board game “Save The Planet” sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif bagi kelompok anak-anak di desa wisata Rammang-rammang Kabupaten Maros Sulawesi Selatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan partisipatif guna memahami pengaruh board game edukatif pada peningkatan pengetahuan lingkungan anak-anak di desa Salenrang, Maros. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa board game ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak terhadap pentingnya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan serta mengadopsi perilaku ramah lingkungan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui mekanisme permainan yang menyenangkan, anak-anak dapat belajar tentang dampak positif dan negatif dari tindakan manusia terhadap lingkungan. Permainan ini memiliki potensi untuk digunakan dalam konteks pendidikan yang lebih luas, menjadi media untuk memperkenalkan konsep ekosistem, daur ulang, dan efek perubahan iklim dalam kurikulum IPA. Dengan sedikit modifikasi, permainan ini bisa digunakan untuk mengajarkan konsep ekonomi berkelanjutan, seperti efisiensi sumber daya dan tanggung jawab sosial. Dengan demikian, permainan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu pendekatan inovatif dalam pendidikan pariwisata berkelanjutan di desa wisata dan berpotensi memperkuat peran masyarakat lokal dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan.  Board Game ‘Save The Planet’ as an Educational Tool for Sustainable Tourism Among Children Abstract Rural tourism is increasingly favored as an alternative travel destination, offering authentic and unique experiences, such as those found in Rammang-Rammang, Maros. However, with the rising number of tourists, challenges emerge in preserving the local environment and culture. Enhancing environmental awareness and understanding of sustainable tourism concepts from an early age is crucial for supporting tourism sustainability in rural areas.This study aims to develop and implement the board game "Save The Planet" as an interactive learning medium for children in the tourism village of Rammang-Rammang, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi. Employing a descriptive qualitative method with a participatory approach, the community service activity sought to explore the influence of this educational board game on improving environmental knowledge among children in Salenrang Village, Maros. The findings revealed that the board game effectively increased children's understanding of the importance of environmental preservation and encouraged them to adopt environmentally friendly behaviors in their daily lives. Through engaging game mechanics, children learn about the positive and negative impacts of human actions on the environment. This game has the potential to be applied in broader educational contexts, serving as a medium to introduce concepts such as ecosystems, recycling, and the effects of climate change in science curricula. With slight modifications, the game can also teach sustainable economic concepts, such as resource efficiency and social responsibility. Thus, this board game is expected to become an innovative approach to sustainable tourism education in rural areas, strengthening the role of local communities in environmental conservation.
