Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the monotheistic belief system that existed in Sundanese society before the arrival of Islam. The research method used is qualitative research in the form of library research, namely the study of documents related to the Sundanese people's belief system. This research explains that the existence of Sundanese society before the arrival of Islam already adhered to the belief system of monotheism, namely the belief that the one who controls the universe is one God, this belief is connected to the cycle of life and nature. This research identifies key elements in the belief system of Sundanese people before Islam, which includes the concept of spiritual power, places that are considered sacred, and the role of traditional and religious figures in maintaining traditions. The results of this research show that the belief system of monotheism existed in Sundanese society before Islam was integrated and had a big influence on the social structure of people's daily lives, so that the existence of this belief system really became a strong guide and guide, especially for the continuity of life. development of Sundanese society. This research is important to be used as a basic reference for the development of historical science, especially in exploring knowledge about the existence of Sundanese society with its unique characteristics and of course enriching the treasures of cultural history studies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the social transformation of the tompangan marriage tradition in the contemporary society of Bragung Village through the lens of Islamic legal sociology. The study explores how this unique marital practice—where monetary value is converted into goods as part of the marriage agreement—has evolved in response to changing socio-cultural and religious dynamics. Employing a qualitative field research method with a sociological approach to Islamic law, data were collected through in-depth interviews with community leaders, religious figures, and married couples, as well as through direct observation and documentation of local practices. The findings reveal that the traditional practice of tompangan, which was once a symbol of communal prestige and obligation, has experienced significant shifts in meaning and implementation. Economic modernization, individualistic values, and increasing awareness of Islamic legal norms have contributed to the transformation of tompangan from a collective social expectation into a more personalized, negotiable aspect of marriage. It has also led to debates around its compatibility with Islamic legal principles, especially concerning fairness and avoidance of burdensome dowries. The study concludes that the practice of tompangan in Bragung Village demonstrates the fluidity of customary law when interacting with Islamic jurisprudence, showing that Islamic legal norms are not static but responsive to social change. The academic contribution of this research lies in its demonstration of how Islamic legal sociology offers a robust analytical framework for understanding the interplay between tradition, religion, and social transformation in marriage practices in Muslim-majority societies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi informasi, orientasi Kewirausahaan, dan lingkungan bisnis terhadap kinerja UMKM kuliner di Palabuhanratu.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tiga variabel independen dan satu variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu UMKM kuliner di Palabuhanratu sejumlah 355 UMKM dan sampel penelitiannya berjumlah 79 UMKM dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda di awali dengan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM kuliner di Palabuhanratu, sedangkan lingkungan bisnis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM kuliner di Palabuhanratu. Secara simultan teknologi informasi, orientasi Kewirausahaan, dan lingkungan bisnis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM kuliner di Palabuhanratu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of inflation and unemployment rates on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in APEC member countries from 2010 to 2019. By utilizing the panel data regression method, this study integrates dimensions between countries and time to capture economic dynamics in more depth. The information obtained comes from official publications from international institutions and covers 21 APEC member countries. The resulting regression models include the Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM), where the selection of the most optimal model is determined through the Chow test, Hausman test, and Lagrange Multiplier test. The analysis shows that inflation has a negative and significant impact on GRDP, while the labor absorption rate has a positive and significant impact. These results indicate that price stability and labor acceptance are key elements in driving economic growth in the APEC region. This study is expected to be a reference for economic decision makers in formulating more efficient and comprehensive macroeconomic strategies.

Abstract

Abstract:  The administration of IV fluids is one of the common medical procedures carried out in hospitals. However, manual monitoring of infusion volume and droplets can be less efficient and potentially lead to errors. Therefore, this study aims to design and build an IoT-based infusion drip volume monitoring and control tool. It uses a loadcell sensor to accurately measure the volume of the infusion fluid, the HX711 as a signal amplifier from the loadcell sensor, and an optocoupler sensor to calculate the number of infusion droplets. Data from these sensors is then sent to the IoT platform to be monitored in real-time via mobile devices or computers. The test results show that the device is capable of monitoring the volume and drippings of the infusion with high accuracy and provides notifications in the event of critical conditions, such as low volume of infusion fluid or abnormal infusion droplets. Thus, this tool is expected to increase efficiency and safety in the administration of IV fluids in hospitals.Abstrak: Pemberian cairan infus merupakan salah satu tindakan medis yang umum dilakukan di rumah sakit. Namun, pemantauan volume dan tetesan infus secara manual dapat menjadi kurang efisien dan berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun alat monitoring volume dan kontrol tetesan infus berbasis IoT. Alat ini menggunakan sensor loadcell untuk mengukur volume cairan infus secara akurat, HX711 sebagai penguat sinyal dari sensor loadcell, dan sensor optocoupler untuk menghitung jumlah tetesan infus. Data dari sensor-sensor tersebut kemudian dikirimkan ke platform IoT untuk dipantau secara real-time melalui perangkat seluler atau komputer. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat ini mampu memonitor volume dan tetesan infus dengan akurasi yang tinggi dan memberikan notifikasi jika terjadi kondisi kritis, seperti volume cairan infus yang hampir habis atau tetesan infus yang tidak normal. Dengan demikian, alat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan dalam pemberian cairan infus di rumah sakit.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran kebersihan tangan dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pengelolaan limbah minyak jelantah di kalangan siswa SDN Kencana 2 Kota Bogor. Program ini bertujuan untuk mendistribusikan sabun cuci tangan berbahan dasar minyak jelantah sebagai upaya meningkatkan kebersihan diri siswa serta memberikan edukasi tentang daur ulang limbah rumah tangga. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif yang melibatkan siswa, guru, dan pihak sekolah dalam seluruh proses program. Program ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan distribusi sabun, serta evaluasi penggunaan sabun di sekolah. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada ketersediaan sabun, kebiasaan mencuci tangan siswa, serta kesadaran tentang manfaat minyak jelantah sebagai bahan baku sabun. Setelah program dilaksanakan, siswa menjadi lebih disiplin dalam mencuci tangan dan lebih memahami pentingnya mengelola limbah minyak jelantah. Kesimpulannya, pendistribusian sabun cuci tangan berbahan dasar minyak jelantah di SDN Kencana 2 Kota Bogor telah berhasil mencapai tujuan pengabdian, memberikan dampak positif terhadap kebersihan, kesadaran lingkungan, serta mengedukasi siswa dan guru tentang manfaat daur ulang minyak jelantah. Program ini diharapkan dapat diteruskan dan diperluas ke sekolah-sekolah lain untuk memperkuat kebiasaan hidup bersih dan sehat serta meningkatkan kepedulian lingkungan.

Abstract

Improper management of used cooking oil waste can cause environmental pollution and negatively impact public health. This community service aims to increase awareness and skills among SMK Tunas Bangsa students in utilizing used cooking oil waste as a raw material for environmentally friendly and economical hand soap production. The method applied is Participatory Action Research (PAR), actively involving students throughout the process, from understanding the waste impact, refining the used oil, to the practical making of paper soap. The results showed significant improvement in students’ knowledge and technical skills, along with high enthusiasm during the training. This activity successfully fostered environmental awareness and opened opportunities for recycling-based entrepreneurship. Main challenges such as limited time and equipment were identified for improvement in future programs. Overall, this community service effectively shaped environmental consciousness and practical skills in students as part of a sustainable solution.

Abstract

Moral degradation among the younger generation has become an urgent issue in Jorong Lurah Ampang, Nagari Pasie Laweh, characterized by low religious understanding and inappropriate behavior. The Malam Bina Iman dan Taqwa (MABIT) program emerged as a solution to foster the religious character of children through a community-based approach. The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance participants' religiosity, worship discipline, and social skills. Activities are conducted using participatory methods, including lectures, hands-on practice, sermon training, Qur'an recitation, and recreational activities such as sports and discussions. The program results indicate significant improvements in prayer discipline, Qur'an reading and memorization skills, as well as behavioral changes among children, who have become more polite and responsible. The positive impact extends not only to the children but also to the community as a whole, fostering more harmonious social relationships and increasing parental involvement in children's religious education. With the support of the local community, the program has the potential to become a sustainable regular activity. The MABIT program demonstrates that a holistic approach rooted in religious values can be an effective model for nurturing the character of the younger generation.

Abstract

This article discusses Admiral Cheng Ho's visit to the Sundanese region, which coincided with the initial process of Islamization in West Java. This study highlights the role of Cheng Ho's expedition that is often overlooked in the spread of Islam in the archipelago, particularly in the Sunda region. The research uses historical research methods by collecting data obtained in libraries from various documentary sources such as books, journals, and relevant writings related to Islam and the global historical context. Although Admiral Cheng Ho's stopover at Muarajati Port lasted only seven days, it had a lasting cultural and religious impact. His entourage included Sheikh Hasanudin bin Yusuf Shidik who later became known as Sheikh Quro who introduced the teachings of the Qur'an to the locals. Cheng Ho's presence contributed to the development of various sectors including agriculture, trade, architecture, and cultural arts. Some of his followers even settled permanently by marrying the locals. This research contributes to filling the reference gap regarding the history of Islamization in the Sundanese region, especially the involvement of the Chinese Muslim community.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses administrasi BPJS pada Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 2, khususnya dalam pengajuan Surat Permintaan Pembayaran (SPPb) yang beralih dari manual ke sistem digital superman.ptpn1.co.id. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi partisipatif yang dilakukan selama tiga bulan, melibatkan mahasiswa internship secara langsung dalam alur kerja pengajuan SPPb dan dilengkapi dengan komunikasi secara informal untuk memperkuat akurasi data. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa peran mahasiswa internship berkontribusi dalam mengoptimalkan dan meningkatkan akuntabilitas proses administrasi ini, secara nyata meringankan beban kerja karyawan serta memastikan kelancaran adaptasi terhadap sistem baru dan pengelolaan data yang lebih baik.
