Abstract

Abstract This research aims that moral values are very important insupporting the career of an accountant who has high credibility so thathe is responsible for his profession because the profession of anaccountant is very tempting from deviant behavior towards theprofession so that he is equipped with moral ethics and obedience toreligion contained in good morals. taught by religion, thereforeprospective accountant students have a fear of sin if they commitdeviations and they are responsible to God who is all-seeing for allactivities carried out in every activity of an accountant. With this fear,they are protected from the characteristics of Satan. who plunged himinto the abyss of sin on the path of the corrupt accounting professionand became a person who is honest and has noble character. Themethod used in this research is by using quantitative methods, namelyinterviews and observations, distributing questionnaires, the object ofwhich is students of the accounting study program at NurtanioUniversity, Bandung. The conclusion from the results of this researchis that the influence of moral values on prospective accountants showsexemplary honesty in all activities in the organization, especially theaccounting profession. Because the ethical values of prospectiveaccountants must be upheld as a basis for trust for their clients.Keywords: Moral Values, Prospective Accountants

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Pengetahuan Perpajakan dan Sistem Samsat Drive Thru terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor pada Kantor Samsat Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung berdasarkan jumlah sampel 100 responden dan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Pengetahuan Perpajakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor, sedangkan Sistem Samsat Drive Thru tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor. Secara simultan Pengetahuan Perpajakan dan Sistem Samsat Drive Thru berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penjualan,biaya produksi dan biaya operasional terhadap laba bersih PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. periode 2018—2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang di dapatkan melalui laman resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial penjualan berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih, biaya produksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih dan biaya operasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih. Penjualan, biaya produksi dan biaya operasional secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih.

Abstract

Objective: This study investigates the dynamics of social interaction at SDN 2 Danamulya, Plumbon, Cirebon, emphasizing the influence of school conditions on students' social engagement and behavior. Social interaction is essential for character formation and social skill development, with the school environment—encompassing policies, relationships, and facilities—playing a pivotal role. Novelty: This research highlights the specific impact of inclusive policies, teacher-student relationships, and peer interactions in fostering positive social development, providing new insights into how school leadership influences social interactions among students. Methods: Using a case study approach, this research examines how inclusive policies, teacher-student relationships, and peer interactions foster positive social development. Results: The findings, grounded in Social Learning Theory, reveal that students acquire social behaviors through observation, reinforcement, and interaction. School initiatives such as collaborative learning, mentoring programs, and structured reward systems create a supportive environment, with school leadership playing a crucial role in sustaining these interactions. Conclusion: The study underscores the importance of continuously enhancing strategies to promote inclusivity and positive social engagement, though it is limited to the internal school environment and does not account for external social influences.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has changed consumer behavior, especially among millennials who heavily rely on online platforms for information and transactions. In the automotive industry, the digital market has become the primary choice for exploring and purchasing vehicles, including electric cars, which are gaining more attention as awareness of environmentally friendly transportation increases. However, the adoption rate of electric vehicles among millennials in Bandung is still relatively low, necessitating more effective digital marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies implemented through the automotive market in increasing the purchase intention of electric vehicles among millennials. A quantitative approach that includes descriptive and associative research. Additionally, the method used in this research is a survey method distributed to 398 millennial respondents in Bandung. The research results show that educational content, interactive engagement through marketplace features, and transaction ease have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention. This study concludes that digital marketing strategies through automotive marketplaces are effective in shaping positive perceptions and stimulating the interest of the millennial generation in electric cars. Practical implications suggest that industry players should optimize digital marketing strategies focused on consumer education and engagement to increase the market penetration of electric vehicles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bandung. Good governance yang meliputi transparansi, akuntabilitas, partisipasi, dan responsibilitas diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel good governance dan kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan good governance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penerapan prinsip good governance secara konsisten untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bandung. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good Governance terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei eksplanatori, menerapkan desain survei untuk menjelaskan hubungan sebab-akibat dan menguji hipotesis. Data untuk penelitian ini diperoleh dari sumber primer dan sekunder, dengan total 60 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi, serta menganalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara penerapan Good Governance dan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Good Governance, yang didasarkan pada transparansi, partisipasi, dan akuntabilitas, menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Pegawai juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor dan penyebab lain di luar penerapan Good Governance. Faktor-faktor tersebut mencakup motivasi kerja, disiplin, tunjangan, dan budaya organisasi, yang juga berkontribusi dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja Pegawai.
