Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of tax audits and tax sanctions on the income tax (PPh) revenue from individual taxpayers at the Pratama Tax Office (KPP) Bandung Bojonagara during the 2016–2024 period. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a multiple linear regression analysis model. The data used is secondary data. The results of the study show that Tax Audit partially has no effect on Personal Income Tax Revenue, while Tax Sanctions partially have a significant effect on Personal Income Tax Receipt. Tax Audit and Tax Sanctions simultaneously have a significant effect on Personal Income Tax Revenue.

Abstract

Data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, the number of MSMEs in Indonesia reached 64.2 million and contributed 61.07 percent or 8,573.89 trillion rupiah to GDP. The largest MSMEs throughout Indonesia are dominated by Java Island, the first position as the province with the most MSMEs, namely West Java with 1,494,723 units.MSMEs experience delays in their development and find it difficult to move up a class because MSMEs do not have an innovation concept, an unstructured financial management system and a business pattern that follows current developments due to a lack of financial literacy.Bank Mandiri as a State-Owned Enterprise which is a leading Wholesale Bank in financing, including as a Bank that has the best digital banking product innovation that encourages the growth of MSMEs. Bandung City is one of the cities with the most MSMEs and utilizes services from Bank Mandiri in the form of Livin Merchant, which helps in managing MSME finances and facilitates MSME access to obtain capital loans from the Bank. The research conducted used the Balanced Scorecard as a measure of business performance. Based on the results of a Pre-survey of 30 MSME actors registered as Livin Merchant users in Bandung City randomly, it was obtained that MSME actors had a lack of knowledge in the financial perspective. The variables measured in the study used Financial Technology, financial inclusion and financial literacy as intervening variables on MSME performance.

Abstract

Learning environments with high-pressure demands require students to possess resilience as a crucial capacity to adapt and persist through academic and social challenges. However, a lack of resilience among students often emerges as a fundamental issue that affects their learning outcomes and well-being. Resilience is influenced by several internal factors, particularly emotional health and learning readiness. This study aims to examine the influence of emotional health and learning readiness on student resilience in social studies learning. Employing a quantitative approach with a fact-exposure (ex post facto) design, the study uses multiple regression analysis to determine the relationship among variables. The sample consists of 76 junior high school students selected through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that (1) emotional health significantly affects student resilience, as indicated by a t-value of 2.621 and a p-value of 0.011; (2) learning readiness has a stronger significant influence on resilience, with a t-value of 11.703 and a p-value of 0.001; and (3) jointly, emotional health and learning readiness positively affect student resilience in social studies learning, as evidenced by an F-value of 112.909 and a significance level of 0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.756, indicating that 75.6% of the variance in student resilience is explained by the two predictors. These results imply that educators and school institutions should prioritize strategies that enhance students' emotional well-being and preparedness to learn, in order to strengthen their resilience and support their academic success in demanding learning contexts

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the reading guide method on learning motivation in social studies subjects, to determine the influence of the reading guide method on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects, and to determine the influence of the reading guide method on learning motivation and student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Gempol, Cirebon Regency.This research is a quantitative research. The design of this study Quasi experimented using the nonequivalent posttest-onty control group design. The study population was 15 students from class IX H and 15 students from class IX I, totaling 30 students selected through random sampling. The instruments used in this study were in the form of tests, questionnaires, observations of learning activities and documentation. The results of this study show that, there is an influence of the reading guide method on learning motivation in social studies subjects with a Sig value of 0.003, there is an influence of the reading guide method on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects with a sig value of 0.012, and there is an influence of the reading guide method on learning motivation and student learning outcomes in social studies subjects with a p value (sig) of 0.451. this means that student learning motivation and learning outcomes are influenced by the reading guide method.

Abstract

This article discusses the strategic function of education in the context of cultural and social heritage transmission and change in the Cirebon community, using a sociological approach. Education plays a role not only as a means of preserving local cultural values and traditions but also as an agent of change that encourages society to adapt to evolving social and cultural dynamics. This study examines how the education system in Cirebon strives to balance maintaining cultural heritage and responding to the challenges of modern social change. Using qualitative data and sociological analysis, the article reveals the crucial role of education in strengthening social and cultural identity while initiating constructive transformation within the Cirebon society.

Abstract

Dalam bidang kesehatan, penggunaan infus adalah praktek umum untuk menambah atau menggantikan cairan tubuh guna menjaga keseimbangan elektrolit dalam situasi tertentu. Meskipun umumnya dilakukan di lingkungan rumah sakit, pemantauan infus yang intensif diperlukan untuk mencegah risiko penyumbatan, kekurangan cairan, dan pendarahan pada selang infus, terutama saat proses infus berlangsung selama 24 jam. Jenis infus seperti infus set makro, infus set mikro, dan infus transfusi set memiliki fungsi khusus masing-masing. Tantangan utama muncul ketika pemantauan harus dilakukan secara kontinu, terutama jika jumlah pasien melebihi kapasitas sumber daya tenaga medis. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pemantauan infus berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). IoT adalah teknologi yang menggabungkan jaringan dengan objek untuk mempermudah tenaga medis dalam menjalankan tugas mereka. Implementasi IoT tidak hanya memberikan informasi kesehatan tanpa kehadiran fisik di tempat penginfusan, tetapi juga mendukung tenaga medis dalam pemantauan dan tindak lanjut penggantian infus secara terjadwal. Dalam penelitian ini, Wemos D1 mini dipilih sebagai mikrokontroler yang dilengkapi dengan modul wifi ESP-8266. Mikrokontroler ini terhubung dengan sensor load cell yang berfungsi sebagai pendeteksi volume infus, serta LCD dan buzzer sebagai antarmuka pengguna offline. Penggunaan web server juga diimplementasikan sebagai antarmuka pengguna jarak jauh, memungkinkan tenaga medis untuk memantau status infus secara efisien. Untuk mengatasi kendala ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemantauan infus berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Abstract

This research discusses the strategic role of the Youth Community Forum in maintaining the local wisdom of the Tegalgubug Lor Village community, Cirebon Regency. The village has cultural traditions such as Baritan, the spirit of mutual cooperation, and religious values. However, the influence of globalization and modern lifestyles has caused the younger generation to move away from local values, raising concerns about the loss of cultural identity of the village community. The purpose of this study is to describe the activities of the youth community forum, identify the forms of local wisdom that are still maintained, and explain the forum's role in cultural preservation. The forum is expected to be an agent of change as well as a preserver of ancestral heritage. Youth community forums act as a link between tradition and the younger generation. Their activities strengthen cultural values and educate the community about the importance of local wisdom. Through social, cultural and educational activities, the forum strengthens the community's solidarity and collective identity. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. Informants consisted of community leaders, forum administrators, and active youth. The analysis used the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that the forum organizes activities such as art festivals, traditional dance training, and information technology workshops. The forum also maintains the traditions of earth alms, magap sri, baritan, and tambourine art. The forum plays an active role in increasing community participation, maintaining the existence of local culture. Keywords: Community Forum, Local Wisdom, Youth.

Abstract

Abstract: As a formal educational institution, schools have a responsibility not only for academic achievement but also for character development in students. In line with this, this study aims to analyze the role of the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) in shaping students' discipline at MTs Bina Cendekia in Cirebon Regency. The background of this research is the importance of character education in schools, particularly thru activities carried out by OSIS as a platform for student character development. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were 11 people consisting of the Head of the Madrasah, the OSIS Advisor, the OSIS Chairman and Officers, and non-OSIS students. Data was collected thru interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that OSIS plays a significant role in instilling discipline thru work programs designed and implemented jointly with the school administration. The implementation of the OSIS program has a positive impact on student discipline, which is reflected in increased student participation and awareness in various activities. Student responses, including active participation, suggestions, and criticisms, serve as evaluation material for development.Abstrak: Sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal, sekolah memiliki tanggung jawab tidak hanya dalam pencapaian aspek akademik, tetapi juga dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa di MTs Bina Cendekia Kabupaten Cirebon. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pendidikan karakter di sekolah, khususnya melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan OSIS sebagai wadah pengembangan karakter siswa. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 11 orang yang terdiri atas Kepala Madrasah, Pembina OSIS, Ketua dan Pengurus OSIS, serta siswa non-OSIS. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OSIS memiliki peran signifikan dalam menanamkan disiplin melalui program-program kerja yang dirancang dan dilaksanakan bersama pihak sekolah. Implementasi program OSIS memberikan dampak positif terhadap kedisiplinan siswa, yang tercermin dari peningkatan partisipasi dan kesadaran siswa dalam berbagai kegiatan. Respon siswa berupa partisipasi aktif, saran, dan kritik menjadi bahan evaluasi dalam pengembangan program OSIS ke depan guna memperkuat pendidikan karakter di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) test and analyze the influence of business capital on business development in culinary MSMEs in Bandung Regency, 2) test and analyze the influence of business capital on business development in moderation of MSME training in culinary MSMEs in Bandung Regency, the approach used is quantitative with the type of research used in this study is a survey. The technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. This study involved 156 food MSMEs in Bandung Regency that have been active for approximately the past three years, are MSMEs that are members of the Packaging Clinic program fostered by the Bandung Regency Industry and Trade Office. The analytical tool used is PLS-SEM, the results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant positive influence of business capital on business development, 2) there is a significant positive influence of business capital on business development moderated by MSME training. This study suggests that culinary MSMEs in Bandung Regency can utilize MSME training which is one of the local government programs to obtain business capital so that there is effective business development.
