Abstract

The increasingly developing technology era makes the internet one of the dependencies in everyday life. The emergence of online loan services has an impact on people's economic life. Online loans have easy access and are not complicated to apply for business capital. However, many people still do not understand Sharia economic law in online lending services; therefore, the author aims to analyze online loans in the digital era from an economic law perspective. This research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The study results found that judging from online loans, it is permissible in case that there are no elements of usury, gharar, maysir, tadlis, dharar, zulm, and haram.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling services are counselors' efforts to shape students into individuals who develop optimally, are productive and can learn according to their characteristics. The purpose of this article is to provide information about how a counselor with good helping skills can solve the problems of clients, namely by introducing learning styles which are expected so that students can adapt learning styles that are suitable for the continuation of learning. The method used in this research is library research with data collection techniques using documentation techniques in the form of articles and books as references related to the topics discussed. The results of the analysis obtained are that the basic skills possessed by counselors through helping skills can help adjust students' learning styles through approaches to find out the right characteristics and strategies.

Abstract

Marketing is an effort to meet consumer needs through creating products and/or services which are then enjoyed or purchased by those who need them through an exchange process that must be fulfilled by a company in order to be successful in achieving the goal of creating consumers and retaining customers. There is a problem formulation, namely what is the quality of the product, what is the purchasing decision and how much influence does product quality have on purchasing decisions. The aim of this research is to find out the formulation of the problem, this research method is quantitative with the population, namely consumers at the penyet mugo mulyo chicken restaurant, with a sample of 60 respondents. With a sampling technique using a quota sampling technique. The results of the research were that the positive influence was very strong, obtaining an r value of 0.836 and providing a contribution of 69.9%. on product quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstrak SMP Negeri 12 Banjarbaru merupakan salah satu sekolah yang mementingkan pembinaan akhlak siswa. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk membina akhlak siswa yaitu dengan mengadakan kegiatan jum’at taqwa yang di dalamnya di isi dengan kegiatan keagamaan, seperti membaca yasin, sholawat kamilah dan tausiah agama mengenai akhlakul karimah. Pembinaan akhlak yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 12 Banjarbaru tersebut menumbuhkan kepribadian siswa yang sesuai dengan tujuan sekolah.Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana metode pembinaan akhlak siswa di SMP Negeri 12 Banjarbaru dan bagaimana hasil dari pembinaan akhlak siswa di SMP Negeri 12 Banjarbaru.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjeknya yaitu guru dan siswa SMP Negeri 12 Banjarbaru. Objeknya yaitu pembinaan jum’at taqwa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun untuk teknik pengolahan data yaitu editing, klasifikasi data dan interpretasi data. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlak siswa melalui jum’at taqwa di SMP Negeri 12 Banjarbaru sudah terlaksana dengan baik, karena kegiatan itu dilaksanakan rutin setiap pagi jum’at pada jam pertama. Keteladanan guru yang membimbing siswa sudah baik. Untuk keteladanan guru yang mengawasi saat kegiatan berlangsung sudah berjalan dengan baik dan dalam memberikan contoh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sudah baik. Kepribadian yang timbul dari adanya kegiatan pembinaan ini yaitu menjadikan siswa saling menghargai satu sama lain.Kata kunci: Pembinaan, Akhlak, Jum’at Taqwa

Abstract

Drama over the leadership of political parties is common in Indonesia. Most recently, the drama hit the body of the Democrat Party (Indonesia: Partai Demokrat). Some cadres of the "mercy" party held an Extraordinary Congress (KLB) in Deli Serdang. From this KLB, General Moeldoko (Presidential Chief of Staff) was elected as Chairman of the Democrat Party for the 2021-2025 period, replacing the definitive Chairman of the previous congress, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY). As a result, some AHY supporters were inflamed and considered the Deli Serdang KLB invalid because it violated the Democrat Party's Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART). Previously, similar chaos also occurred within other political parties, such as the United Development Party (PPP) and Functional Group Party (Golkar) in 2014-2015. This article uses a juridical-normative research form to dissect several substances relevant to the main topic. The approach used in this research is the case approach. This study finds several problems regarding the ratification of political party management by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham), including the strong potential for the Kemenkumham to intervene in the ratification of political party management, as well as their imprudence or lack of caution in various administrative decisions, causing legal uncertainty. The results of this research are to provide additional information to the public regarding the problems and dynamics of authorizing the management of political parties in Indonesia, as well as being a command and control for the Kemenkumham to carry out several its authorities that authorize the management of political parties to be held more professionally and carefully.

Abstract

Teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) hadir sebagai penggerak utama dalam era transformasi digital yang memungkinkan perangkat saling terhubung dan beroperasi secara otomatis. Penggunaan daya listrik yang tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan pemborosan energi dan peningkatan biaya operasional. Penelitian ini merancang sebuah sistem monitoring pengelolaan konsumsi daya listrik berbasis IoT (Internet of Things), sehingga memungkinkan pengguna untuk memantau tingkat konsumsi energi secara real-time. Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor daya PZEM004T yang terhubung ke platform smartphone berbasis aplikasi Blynk melalui mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development, yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pengembangan, serta evaluasi sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menurunkan konsumsi daya listrik hingga 20%, meningkatkan akurasi sensor sebesar 3%, serta menurunkan latensi transmisi data hingga 75%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan kesadaran pengguna terhadap pola konsumsi energi dan mendorong perubahan perilaku ke arah yang lebih hemat energi. Selain memberikan solusi praktis untuk pengendalian energi rumah tangga, sistem ini juga menawarkan potensi pengembangan lebih lanjut, seperti integrasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan energi terbarukan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pengembangan sistem IoT di bidang efisiensi energi dengan menghadirkan pendekatan yang aplikatif, hemat biaya, serta ramah lingkungan, sekaligus memperkaya khazanah penelitian sebelumnya di bidang monitoring konsumsi energi berbasis IoT yang belum banyak mengeksplorasi integrasi sistem dengan aplikasi mobile secara langsung dan real-time.

Abstract

The performance of photovoltaic (PV) systems is greatly influenced by the angle of arrival of sunlight and the geometric orientation of solar panels, especially in tropical regions with the potential for solar energy throughout the year. This study aims to evaluate the effect of tilt angle variation and tracking systems on energy output and performance indicators of standalone PV systems using PVsyst software. The simulation was conducted at the State University of Malang, Indonesia, by comparing four fixed-angle configurations (20°, 40°, 60°, and 80°) as well as a two-axis tracking system. The simulation results showed that the two-axis tracking system produced the highest normalized daily energy production of 6.8 kWh/kWp/day, with a performance ratio (PR) of 77.2% and a solar fraction (SF) of 97.1%, while a fixed configuration with an angle of 80° showed the lowest performance. These findings confirm the importance of selecting optimal panel orientation to maximize the efficiency of PV systems, as well as being the basis for the development of advanced research, such as field-based experiments, integration of adaptive MPPT algorithms, and economic feasibility studies in the application of PV systems in tropical and off-grid regions.

Abstract

The development of modern science, particularly in cosmology and natural sciences, has created epistemological tensions in Qur’anic studies. Scientific exegesis (tafsīr ʿilmī) has emerged as an approach linking revelation with empirical knowledge, yet it often faces criticism for potentially reducing divine revelation to positivistic frameworks. Tafsir al-Muntakhab, compiled by the Lajnah al-Qur’an wa al-Sunnah under the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in Egypt, occupies a unique position as an institutional tafsir designed for modern readers. This study analyzes the construction and epistemological legitimacy of scientific interpretation in Tafsir al-Muntakhab, focusing on QS. Al-Anbiyāʾ [21]:30 and QS. Adz-Dzāriyāt [51]:47. A qualitative design employing content analysis and hermeneutic interpretation was used, emphasizing textual fidelity and contextual understanding. Findings show that Tafsir al-Muntakhab separates core Qur’anic meanings from supplementary scientific explanations, positions science as an illustrative tool, and balances textual, scientific, and contemporary reader needs. Analysis of cosmological verses reveals understanding of the initial union and separation of heaven and earth, planet formation, emergence of life from water, and cosmic expansion, consistent with modern scientific theories. This approach reflects a moderate scientific tafsir that preserves the epistemic authority of the Qur’an while facilitating constructive dialogue between revelation and science.

Abstract

IntroductionWaqf institutions in Indonesia hold substantial potential to contribute to socio-economic development, yet their performance remains constrained by suboptimal asset utilization and limited managerial capacity. In East Java, many waqf assets are not managed productively, highlighting the need to strengthen human capital and institutional effectiveness. In this context, knowledge, experience, and coaching are critical factors that may influence institutional performance, while waqf literacy is increasingly recognized as an important capability for improving governance and decision-making.ObjectivesThis study aims to examine the influence of knowledge, experience, and coaching on the performance of waqf institutions in East Java. It also investigates the mediating role of waqf literacy in explaining how these human capital factors contribute to institutional performance.MethodThe study employs a quantitative explanatory design using survey data collected from 194 respondents within the Indonesian Waqf Board in East Java. The sample was selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling to test both direct and indirect relationships among knowledge, experience, coaching, waqf literacy, and institutional performance.ResultsThe findings indicate that knowledge and coaching have significant positive effects on institutional performance, while experience does not show a direct effect. Knowledge, experience, and coaching significantly improve waqf literacy, which in turn positively affects performance. Waqf literacy fully mediates the relationship between experience and performance and partially mediates the relationship between coaching and performance, but it does not mediate the effect of knowledge.ImplicationsThe results suggest that waqf institutions should prioritize knowledge enhancement, structured training, and literacy development to improve performance. Emphasis should be placed on competency-based human resource strategies and continuous capacity building to ensure effective and sustainable waqf management.Originality/NoveltyThis study contributes to the literature by developing an integrated model that highlights the selective mediating role of waqf literacy in linking human capital factors to institutional performance, offering new insights into waqf management in Indonesia.
