Abstract

Case transfer in management Guidance and counseling is an important process in handling student problems that are too complex. The purpose of this case transfer was to obtain supporting data regarding the students who were transferred to the case and to provide more effective guidance services by experts. This process involves identification, assessment, and transfer of responsibility from one counselor to another counselor or the BK team. For example, a psychological test, a guidance and counseling teacher can collaborate with a psychology institution to obtain data related to students' psychological development. The case transfer program can collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists, police, doctors and other professionals.

Abstract

The concept of management in guidance and counseling is the process of planning, designing, organizing, and directing in the process of providing guidance and counseling services in a school or an organization. The method used in this research is the literature study method, which is a written summary that includes articles from journals, books, and other documents that define theories and provide information. The results of this study include: (1) the concept of management in counseling guidance, (2) the principles of applying guidance and counseling management, (3) organizational patterns in guidance and counseling, (4) stages of applying management in guidance and counseling, and (5) forms of evaluation in the process of guidance and counseling services.

Abstract

The educational problems occurring in Indonesia include, among others, the low quality of facilities and infrastructure, the low quality of teachers, the educational gap between rural and urban areas, low student achievement, the lack of equal educational opportunities, an irrelevant education curriculum, the high cost of education, monotonous teaching methods, the lack of parental involvement in the learning process, poverty, and school dropouts. These problems occur due to several internal and external factors present in both the community and government environments. The method used in this research is a qualitative method and literature study by analyzing data from journals or books that discuss topics related to the issues we address. This research aims to analyze the educational issues that frequently occur in Indonesia, in order to improve the existing quality of education.

Abstract

The components in the education system are a very important and interrelated element, each of these components is for the achievement of an optimal educational goal. These components together form an efficient and effective system that determines the success of the educational process. This research aims to explore a deeper understanding of the components of the education system and a deeper understanding of the interrelationships between the components. Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan pendidikan di Indonesia menjadi isu yang kompleks dan beragam, mencakup rendahnya kualitas pengajaran, ketidakmerataan akses, serta minimnya sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di daerah terpencil. Berbagai upaya yang dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat, untuk menyelesaikan berbagai tantangan dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Permasalahan ini mencakup akses pendidikan yang belum merata, kualitas pengajaran yang masih rendah, serta infrastruktur yang belum memadai, terutama di daerah terpencil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai usaha yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi permasalahan pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya terkait akses, kualitas, dan pemerataan pendidikan. Pendekatan kualitatif melalui kajian literatur dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini meliputi aspek-aspek sebagai berikut : (1) Upaya pemerintah mengatasi masalah pendidikan di Indonesia (2) Mengatasi Masalah Pendidikan pada Kondisi Saat Ini (3) Solusi mengatasi masalah pendidikan di Indonesia (4) Solusi dari Permasalahan Pendidikan di Indonesia (5) Inovasi pendidikan : Upaya penyelesaian problematika pendidikan di Indonesia (6) Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia untuk mengejar ketertinggalan dari negara lain (7) Mengatasi Tantangan Pendidikan di Indonesia: Solusi untuk Membangkitkan Bangsa   Kata Kunci: akses, pemerataan, pendidikan, kualitas, teknologi pendidikan.      Abstract: The problem of education in Indonesia is a complex and diverse issue, including the low quality of teaching, unequal access, and the lack of educational facilities and infrastructure in remote areas. Various efforts have been made by various parties, including the government, private sector and society, to resolve various challenges in the education system in Indonesia. These problems include unequal access to education, low quality of teaching, and inadequate infrastructure, especially in remote areas. This research aims to analyze various efforts made to overcome education problems in Indonesia, especially related to access, quality and equality of education. Qualitative approach through literature review and interviews. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik mengenai dampak bullying melalui layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan teknik role play di kelas XI-2 SMA Negeri 1 Wonoayu. Berdasarkan observasi dan analisis IKMS, ditemukan bahwa 42% siswa memiliki pemahaman rendah tentang bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Siklus 1 menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman, namun belum optimal. Modifikasi dan perbaikan diterapkan pada siklus 2, termasuk absensi sebelum layanan, kesepakatan kontrak, dan instruksi yang lebih jelas. Hasil siklus 2 menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: pemahaman tinggi meningkat menjadi 54%, sedang menurun menjadi 29%, dan rendah menjadi 17%. Kesimpulannya, layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan metode PBL dan teknik role play efektif meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang dampak bullying.

Information services are a form of service in guidance and counseling that is very important for students. Abstract

Preparing guidance and counseling programs is one form of management activity, management is all activities that lead to goals and achievement by paying attention to quality. The aim of this research is to find out in depth about the preparation of guidance and counseling programs. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study type. Literature study is an activity that includes searching, reviewing, reading literature in the form of journals and books and other sources that are relevant to the research to be carried out. Abstract

Education is a necessity for everyone, therefore the government must guarantee all its citizens to get a proper education. The challenges in implementing the provisions and regulations of the education sector are enormous. With technological advances, mastery of technology in education is also needed. Education is used as the key to improving the quality of the nation, the progress of a nation is determined by the younger generation who will be the successor of the nation. A quality young generation is produced from a quality education. The teacher profession is important in improving education, because it is tasked with teaching, educating, fostering, and shaping personalities so that they become human beings who have knowledge, are intelligent, and dignified. A profession is a job or position that must have special expertise, responsibility and mastery of knowledge in that field. To obtain professional certification, teachers need professional requirements obtained through special education so that they can produce professional teachers. The purpose of this research is to describe the concept of teachers as a profession in Indonesia. The method used in this research is qualitative with literature review method. Abstract

Teachers are people who carry out teaching or educational activities in a place, either in formal or non-formal educational institutions. Teachers are classified as a profession because teachers have expertise obtained through special education and training, which is stipulated and explained in Law number 14 of 2005 in Chapter IV Articles 8 to 12 which explain and determine the qualifications, competencies, and certification of teachers. Teachers are professional positions that have the main task of educating, guiding, teaching, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students or learners. So in addition to being required to have competence, a teacher must also be able to develop attitudes and levels related to the development of learning and professionalism.
