Abstract

Peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus merupakan individu yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik, intelektual atau sosial-emosional sehingga memerlukan layanan Pendidikan spesifik yang dapat diwujudkan dalam pendidikan inklusif sehingga mengakomodir hak pendidikan agar berada pada suatu sistem perndidikan sehingga memberikan kesempatan berkembang di lingkungan yang sama. Namun, pada penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif masih ditemukan bullying pada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi literatur model PRISMA untuk menganalisis sejumlah 17 artikel diakses dari google scholar. Hasil penelitian bullying pada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus di pendidikan inklusif, diantaranya: (a) fisik berupa memukul, menjabak (b) verbal seperti ejekan, godaan, hate speech, ditertawakan, ancaman dan penghinaan dengan sebutan tertentu, (c) diskriminatif berupa pengucilan saat pembelajaran, tidak dihiraukan ketika bertanya, disembunyikan barangnya, ketika guru tidak memeriksa tugas pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perilaku bullying pada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus pada sistem pendidikan inklusif serta upaya yang dapat dilakukan sekolah untuk mencegah dan menangani bullying. Abstract

E-modul bimbingan karier merupakan media informasi yang berisi tentang perencanaan karier, eksplorasi karier, informasi karier, dan pengambilan keputusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis teks hasil penelitian yang relevan tentang e-modul bimbingan karier dalam mendukung kematangan karier siswa SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Penelitian ini menghasilkan 1) Defenisi e-modul bimbingan karier, 2) Prosedur pelaksanaan e-modul bimbingan karier, 3) Tahapan-tahapan bimbingan karier, 4) Definisi kematangan karier, 5) Karakteristik kematangan karier siswa SMK 6) Faktor yang mempengaruhi kematangan karier 7) Hasil e-modul bimbingan karier efektif dalam meningkatkan kematangan karier siswa. Pencarian artikel jurnal dengan menggunakan database Google schoolar, Sincedirect, DOAJ, dengan menggunakan kata kunci e-modul, bimbingan karier, kematangan karier. penelitian ini melibatkan 25 sumber referensi yang diperoleh dari artikel jurnal yang relevan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu e-modul bimbingan karier dapat mendukung kematanga karier siswa dengan efektif dan efesien. Kata kunci: E-modul, bimbingan karier, kematangan karier

Abstract

Pertengahan tahun 2024, populasi penduduk Indonesia telah mencapai 281.603.800 jiwa, jumlah tersebut berbanding lurus dengan jumlah pengguna internet yang mencapai 278,6 juta. Perkembangan teknologi telah memunculkan banyak layanan konseling digital baik berbasis website ataupun aplikasi, hal tersebut terjadi salah satunya karena adanya kebutuhan dari masyarakat untuk bisa melakukan konseling dimanapun dan kapanpun. Cybercounseling dan produk turunannya merupakan upaya untuk mengadaptasi praktik konseling di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis kajian literatur model PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) untuk menganalisis 20 artikel yang diperoleh dari google scholar. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa konselor harus memiliki pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang kekuatan dan kelemahan konseling berbasis digital. Permasalahan yang mendesak, waktu yang terbatas dan perangkat daring yang tersedia, menjadikan konseling digital menjadi pilihan yang layak. Namun, untuk kasus psikologis yang lebih berat, konseling daring berfungsi sebagai pelengkap konseling tatap muka. Kata Kunci: konseling digital, kajian literatur, internet

Abstract

This study aims to improve career understanding among high school students, especially at SMAN 18 Surabaya, through group guidance based on Holland's career theory. However, many students are still confused in determining a career that suits their personality. Therefore, this study aims to improve students' career understanding through the application of group guidance based on Holland's career theory. This research uses qualitative methods, with the type of Guidance and Counselling Action Research, in this study consisting of three cycles. Each cycle involves the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. In the planning stage, the researcher together with the counselling teacher identified the problem and designed the guidance material according to the students' needs. The implementation of the action was conducted through group guidance sessions, where students took the RIASEC test and engaged in group discussions to recognise their personality types and relate them to career choices. The results showed a significant improvement in students' career understanding after attending group guidance based on Holland's career theory. Students were able to recognise their personality type and choose an appropriate career. Group guidance also proved effective in enriching students' understanding and increasing their confidence in career planning. In conclusion, group guidance based on Holland's career theory is effective in improving students' career understanding and assisting them in making more informed career decisions. Abstract

Cross-cultural counseling has crucial relevance in this era of globalization. Where intercultural interactions are increasingly unavoidable, especially in Indonesia which is rich in cultural diversity. Having a counseling approach that considers these differences is crucial. Gus Dur, a renowned religious figure and spiritual leader, employs a counseling approach that blends Islamic religious values with local cultural insights. This study seeks to explore Gus Dur's cross-cultural counseling approach. It employs a qualitative research method, specifically a literature review. The analysis reveals that Gus Dur utilized a comprehensive counseling approach, emphasizing religious values, humanity, and local wisdom. These findings offer valuable insights for developing counseling methods rooted in local religious and cultural values, tailored to modern societal needs. Furthermore, they offer a fresh perspective on cross-cultural counseling practices, which could enhance counseling in Indonesia's diverse society.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling teachers have an important role in achieving optimal learner development. Thus, the need for a good understanding of the preparation of the counseling program is very important. Guidance and counseling programming is the process of planning programs to help students develop the abilities and skills needed to achieve their life goals in a structured and systematic manner. The purpose of this study is to explain the aspects in the process of preparing the counseling program in order to maximize the performance of counseling teachers optimally and sustainably. This research uses a literature study or literature review by reviewing the latest and relevant scientific books and journals as a source of literature. The results of the research on the preparation of the counseling program include: (1) Definition of the counseling program, (2) The role of the counseling teacher in the preparation of the counseling program, (3) The objectives and benefits of the preparation of the counseling program, (4) The components of the counseling program services, (5) The stages of preparing the counseling program, (6) Needs assessment, (7) Needs analysis, and (8) Independent curriculum-based counseling programs. Through the implementation of the guidance and counseling program preparation that has been well structured in accordance with the provisions and needs, it will have a significant positive impact on all students, especially the smooth implementation of the guidance and counseling program itself.

Abstract

Labelling within a group greatly influences the formation of individual identity within that group. Labeling also has an influence on the assessment of a particular race and culture. Sometimes the impact of labelling on an individual can have a negative connotation, therefore the role of the counselor is needed as a liaison to provide education related to multicultural education. This research uses qualitative methods with literature study techniques. The purpose of this study is to determine the labelling that affects the cultural identity of individuals. The results of the study, containing (1) Definition of RAS, (2) Definition of Labelling, (3) Definition of Cultural Identity, (4) Effect of RAS on Cultural Identity, (5) Effect of Labelling on Cultural Identity, (6) The Counselor's Role in Overcoming Labelling.
