Abstract

This research aims to find out how effective the role of character education is in preventing student delinquency at Upt. SDN Daya II Makassar. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method where data collection is carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation of activities in the field. The data taken in this research comes from interviews with teaching staff at Upt. SDN Daya II Makassar and teaching staff, observing learning activities, and reviewing school documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of character education in the classroom at SDN Daya II Makassar is integrated into learning which goes through three stages, namely the planning stage, the learning implementation stage and the learning evaluation stage. Strengthening character education is also carried out through habituation and example by teachers to students. According to the observation results, the implementation of character education is good at SDN Daya II Makassar. Meanwhile, student behavior is also good, this can be seen from the percentage of observation results that show good figures. Character education can help improve student behavior through habituation and example by teachers to students.

Abstract

This activity aims to enhance student learning creativity through the use of interactive digital learning media at the SPF (School Education Unit) of SD Inpres Antang 1, Makassar City. Based on initial observations and discussions with local teachers, it was found that most learning processes were still conventional and lacked technological involvement. Therefore, the community service team designed and implemented training and mentoring for elementary school teachers on the use of interactive digital learning media, such as Canva for Education, Wordwall, and Liveworksheets, which can be used in thematic learning. The implementation method for this activity included socialization, training, hands-on practice, and evaluation. Fifteen teachers from various grade levels at the school participated in the activity. The results showed that the teachers were able to independently develop and use interactive digital learning media and began implementing them in their teaching and learning activities. Consequently, based on teacher reflections and classroom observations, students became more active and enthusiastic, and showed improvements in their ability to express ideas and complete creative assignments.

Abstract

Literacy is a fundamental skill that forms the foundation for all learning processes in elementary schools. This community service activity aims to improve elementary school teachers' competence in applying innovative techniques in reading and writing instruction through systematic and comprehensive training. The method used is participatory training with an andragogic approach that includes interactive workshops, teaching practice simulations, group discussions, and continuous mentoring. The activity was carried out for four months involving 20 elementary school teachers from Biringkanaya District, Makassar. The instruments used included teacher competency tests in literacy, teaching practice observation sheets, and program evaluation questionnaires. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teacher competence by 82.3% from pre-test to post- test scores. Teachers' ability to design innovative literacy learning increased from 58.7% to 91.4%. The application of creative reading and writing techniques also experienced substantial improvement from 62.1% to 88.9%. This activity has a positive impact on the quality of literacy learning in elementary schools in Biringkanaya District and can be a replication model for other similar schools.

Abstract

Tujuan peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar dalam peningkatan pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi serta untuk membandingkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar dalam peningkatan pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi di SD Islam Pertiwi Nusantara Makassar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yang dimaksudkan untuk mengumpulkan suatu informasi mengenai pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar sebagai usaha peningkatan pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi siswa secara dalam dan komprehensif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi pada peserta didik setelah adanya program kampus mengajar.

Abstract

Tujuan peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi penerapan budaya literasi, mengetahui proses peningkatan budaya literasi serta untuk membandingkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam meningkatkan budaya literasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu Wali Kelas III dan Siswa Kelas III. Adapun instrument pengumpulan data adalah peneliti sendiri dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Aktivitas dalam analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data (display data), dan verifikasi. Untuk uji keabsahan data meliputi kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penerapan budaya literasi di SDN 70 Kasuarang khususnya di kelas III yaitu melakukan kegiatan membaca 15 menit sebelum melakukan pembelajaran. Hal tersebut dianggap masih kurang efektif dan kurang maksimal sehingga minat baca siswa masih sangat rendah; 2) pada proses peningkatan budaya literasi menunjukkan bahwa peneliti dan guru bekerja sama dalam dengan membuat program kerja khusus untuk peningkatan budaya literasi di sekolah tersebut agar siswa dapat membantu dirinya sendiri dalam melakukan banyak hal yang sebelumnya tidak ia kuasai; 3) faktor pendukung implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam meningkatkan budaya literasi adalah (1) ketersediaan dan keterjangkauan sarana dan prasarana; (2) kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas ; (3) peran orang tua sebagai fasilitator. Sedangkan faktor penghambat pendekatan saintifik dalam meningkatkan budaya literasi adalah koneksi internet yang tidak stabil atau tiba-tiba mengalami gangguan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SDIT Tangngaparang, yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya keaktifan siswa dan metode pembelajaran yang kurang variatif. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, digunakan model pembelajaran Suggestopedia yang menciptakan suasana belajar yang rileks dan menyenangkan, serta pendekatan inkuiri yang mendorong eksplorasi dan berpikir kritis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model Suggestopedia berbasis pendekatan inkuiri terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar IPAS.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental dengan model one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 19 peserta didik kelas IV. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan peserta didik serta tes hasil belajar berupa pretest dan posttest. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 29 melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan belajar peserta didik. Rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 60,63 meningkat menjadi 86,42 pada posttest setelah perlakuan diberikan. Aktivitas guru dan peserta didik juga meningkat dari kategori “Cukup” menjadi “Sangat Baik”. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran Suggestopedia berbasis inkuiri efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS dan layak dijadikan alternatif strategi pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguatan karakter disiplin pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Latar belakang studi ini berakar dari kekhawatiran mengenai penurunan moral dan masalah perilaku di kalangan generasi muda yang memerlukan perhatian mendalam melalui pendidikan karakter. Prosedur penelitian yang diterapkan ialah analisis pustaka dengan mempelajari berbagai sumber artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Temuan diskusi menunjukkan bahwa penguatan karakter disiplin dilaksanakan melalui metode teladan dari guru, kebiasaan perilaku positif, integrasi nilai dalam rencana pengajaran, serta penerapan peraturan sekolah secara berkesinambungan. Selain itu, terungkap bahwa kerja sama yang baik antara guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan masyarakat sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan dalam membangun disiplin pada siswa. Ringkasan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan memiliki peranan penting sebagai alat untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila yang pada gilirannya menciptakan siswa yang memiliki karakter, bertanggung jawab, dan mematuhi norma yang berlaku

Abstract

This study conducted on May 19, 2025, aims to determine the effect of using the Problem-Based Learning model with the Inquiry method on students mathematical problem-solving abilities. Lack of interest, difficulty understanding the material and students unwillingness to ask questions caused 29.16% of students to have daily mathematics test scores below the minimum passing grade. This study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method (one group pre-test and post-test design), purposive sampling technique, and instruments in the form of observation sheets, tests, and documentation. The results showed that the application of the Problem-Based Learning Model with the Inquiry Method succeeded in creating an active, collaborative, and student-centered learning atmosphere, thereby motivating students to engage in real-world problem solving. The test results showed a significant increase in the average post-test score of students to 88.83 compared to the pre-test score of 69.33. These results prove that the collaboration of these two approaches is very effective in optimizing students conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills at the elementary education level.

Abstract

Study This aim For know the influence of learning models project based wisdom local to character and results Study Mathematics student class IV of State Elementary School 80 Kuri Lompo. In general specific, research This examine: 1) influence partial learning model to character students, 2) influence partial to results Study Mathematics, and 3) influence simultaneous to character and results Study Mathematics. Research use approach quantitative with type survey. A sample of 23 students taken total sampling. Data collected through observation, tests, questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, as well as analysis statistics descriptive and inferential (t-test, regression, F-test, and coefficient determination) with SPSS assistance. Research results show implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) based on wisdom local implemented with good and impactful positive. Learning model This increase activeness, collaboration, independence, and character positive student like not quite enough answer, work equality, honesty, discipline, and independence. In addition, PjBL proven effective increase understanding draft number count, with an average value increase from 76.39 to 87.26 and the percentage completeness increase from 65% to 87%. Analysis inferential show influence significant this model to character and results Study in a way partial and simultaneous, affirming effectiveness PjBL based wisdom local in increase performance academic and character student.

Abstract

This research is driven by the urgent need for innovative learning strategies in elementary schools to improve students' Pancasila character, especially in the context of science development with the aim of testing the effectiveness of the comic-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in improving students' Pancasila character in elementary schools. This model was chosen because it is able to combine contextual project activities with visual media that attracts students' interest. This study uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 30 fifth-grade students at SDN 127 Inpres Moncongloe as subjects. The instruments used include observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. The pretest results showed an average student character score of 53.95, while in the posttest it increased to 80.20. In addition, the level of teacher and student activity during the implementation of this model exceeded 90%, indicating a high level of engagement. Inferential statistical analysis using a t-test showed a significant difference between the conditions before and after the implementation of the learning model. This finding indicates that the comic-based PjBL model is not only effective in improving academic understanding but also in instilling character values ??such as mutual cooperation, independence, and creativity. This study recommends the use of comics as an engaging and educational alternative learning medium to strengthen PPKn learning at the elementary level.
