Abstract

Carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions are a form of negative externality from economic activity and development, with serious implications for climate stability. Indonesia ranks 9th as the country with the highest carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions according to the International Energy Agency (IEA) in 2021. Indonesia's total CO₂ emissions in that year will be around 619 Mt CO₂e. The increase in CO₂ emissions in Indonesia is inevitable, as it is influenced by various structural and economic factors. This study aims to identify factors that influence the increase in CO₂ emissions and analyze the long-term influence of the variables GDP per capita, Financial Development Index, Energy Use, and Productive Age Population (15-64 years) on CO₂ emissions in Indonesia. The analysis method used is Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS). The results showed that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on CO₂ emissions in the long run. This means that every 1% increase in the independent variables can increase total CO2 emissions in Indonesia. GDP per capita variable can increase by 0.04% CO2 emissions, Energy use contributes 0.68% to CO2 emissions. Productive age population (15-64 years) can affect 0.12%. Meanwhile, Financial Development in scale can have an effect of 0.30% on CO2 emissions. . This finding indicates that CO2 emission reduction policies need to focus on energy use efficiency and sustainable economic growth.

The archival problem faced by Bugangin Village in Kendal District is that document archives are not yet orderly, resulting in irregular and confusing hoarding and stacking of documents. Apart from that, partners also do not understand the archive depreciation process, resulting in operational inefficiencies in sub-district government management. In addition, sub-districts also face difficulties in searching for documents due to a lack of systematization in archive management. Therefore, community service activities aim to increase the knowledge and skills of service participants regarding archive depreciation activities as an effort for organizational efficiency and effectiveness in Bugangin Village, Kendal District. The target of this service was sub-district officials, which was attended by nineteen (19) people. The method used in this service activity is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which thoroughly observes the main problems that occur with partners. With this method, participant involvement will play an active role in the success of the program. The results of this service activity show an increase in participants' understanding and skills in managing and organizing village archives. The enthusiasm of the participants in participating in this activity was very high and positive. It was proven by the results of a survey via questionnaire that 63.15% of the material presented was very appropriate to the problems and needs of partners, 52.63% of the material presented was very easy for participants to understand, and 73.68% agreed that this service activity was very useful. As a follow-up plan for the next service activity, participants need training on inactive archives, proper, correct, and easy archive depreciation, archive sorting, and facilitating sustainable activities.

Abstract

Production efficiency is a benchmark used to determine whether a production activity is running well so that it can achieve maximum profits. This research aims to analyze production levels, factors that influence organic and inorganic rice production results and analyze the level of efficiency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were organic and inorganic rice farmers in Sawit District. Determining the sample in this research uses the method simple random sampling  with a total sample of 59 organic farmers and 59 inorganic farmers. Data collection techniques use interviews. The data analysis technique used is production analysis using the Cobb-Douglas production function with multiple linear regression. Technical efficiency analysis uses a frontier production function withStochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA). Allocative efficiency analysis uses comparative analysis of marginal product value and input prices. Economic efficiency analysis uses a combination of technical efficiency and allocative efficiency. The research results show that the average organic rice production in Sawit District is higher than the average inorganic rice production. Factors that significantly influence production levels are land area, seeds and fertilizer, while pesticides and labor do not significantly influence production levels because their use is not in accordance with needs. Organic and inorganic rice farming is approaching efficiency, where organic rice is technically more efficient than inorganic rice production but has not yet reached price and economic efficiency. It is recommended that in further research, other variables such as age and education can be added as well as analysis of farming development so that it can determine more appropriate decisions.

Abstract

The construction of the Mandalika Circuit has positioned Lombok as a global sports tourism destination, particularly in the field of motorsports. However, sustainable competitiveness requires irreplaceable uniqueness. Traditional sports such as Presean and Bau Nxale (a maritime tradition with a sporting element), as well as Perahu Bedar, are cultural assets with high commercial value. The integration of the modern image of the Mandalika Circuit and the authenticity of traditional sports has the potential to create a Unique Selling Proposition (USP) for Lombok. This study aims to formulate a strategy for integrating these two elements to create a comprehensive sports tourism package. A qualitative method with case studies was used, with data collected through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders and analyzed using SWOT. The results of the study identify a great opportunity for a “Dual Experience: Adrenaline & Culture” package. The circuit serves as an anchor attraction, while traditional sports become a complementary product that extends the length of stay and increases tourist spending. The key to the success of this strategy lies in integrated marketing, professional event management, and authentic tourism experience packaging.
