Abstract

Pengembangan sport tourism merupakan strategi penting untuk memprom osikan budaya lokal dan meningkatkan ekonomi daerah. Kabupaten Pidie Jaya memiliki potensi besar dalam sport tourism berbasis budaya, terutama melalui olahraga gulat tradisional Geudeu-Geudeu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan strategi sport tourism berbasis budaya olahraga gulat tradisional Geudeu-Geudeu di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Tujuan lainnya adalah untuk mengevaluasi potensi dan tantangan dalam pengembangan sport tourism di wilayah tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan yang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Geudeu-Geudeu memiliki daya tarik yang kuat sebagai aset sport tourism karena kekayaan budaya dan nilai historisnya. Tantangan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah kurangnya promosi, infrastruktur yang terbatas, dan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan komunitas lokal. Beberapa strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi peningkatan fasilitas pendukung, pelatihan bagi pemandu wisata lokal, dan kolaborasi dengan pihak swasta untuk promosi yang lebih luas. Pengembangan sport tourism berbasis budaya olahraga gulat tradisional Geudeu-Geudeu di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan. Dengan strategi yang tepat, olahraga tradisional ini dapat menjadi daya tarik wisata yang signifikan dan berkontribusi terhadap pelestarian budaya serta peningkatan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian studi literature review ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat terkait ekonomi atas penyelenggaraan olahraga multi event di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain literature review. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah artikel publikasi yang terbit dalam jurnal internasional dan nasional. Pencarian artikel publikasi dilakukan dengan beberapa website database jurnal seperti Google Scholar, dan PubMed. Berdasarkan literature yang telah di review didapatkan hasil bahwa 6 studi yang menunjukan bahwa penyelenggaraan olahraga multi event di Indonesia mempunyain dampak yang signifikat terhadap ekonomi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi peneliti lainnya untuk digunakan sebagai acuan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the characteristics and roles of the village-owned enterprises (BUMDES) model and determine the appropriate development strategy to improve performance and competitiveness. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. Data were taken from key persons the director of BUMDES, village officials, and the community as BUMDES partners in Semarang Regency. Data were analyzed using Atlas.ti and Analytical Networking Process (ANP) methods. The results show that BUMDES in Semarang Regency leads to the community-based enterprises (CBE) model than social enterprises because some of the characteristics they have to include the purpose of establishing BUMDES is to contribute to the village economy through the village income (PADes), improving the welfare of rural communities; BUMDES strategy to gain profits, and have strong social capital. Strategies to improve attractive marketing techniques and increase competence through joint training and mentoring are top priorities to improve performance and competitiveness. The limitation of the study is the sample should include the differentiated BUMDES based on village typology so that models and behavior can be identified according to their respective roots.

Abstract

Indeks kebahagiaan dianggap sebagai pengukuran alternatif karena dapat mengukur aspek-aspek yang memiliki dampak langsung terhadap kesejahteraan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh pendapatan dan faktor-faktor lain di luar pendapatan terhadap indeks kebahagiaan di ASEAN-5. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel independen termasuk pendapatan per papita, pengangguran, dukungan sosial, dan belanja pemerintah, dan variabel dependen adalah indeks kebahagiaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan per kapita, dukungan sosial, dan belanja pemerintah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap indeks kebahagiaan. Sementara itu, variabel pengangguran memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap indeks kebahagiaan. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan bahwa pemerintah di setiap negara ASEAN-5 harus mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, peduli terhadap masyarakat, menjaga tingkat pengangguran, dan meningkatkan belanja pemerintah pada pendidikan sehingga nantinya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan subjektif melalui indeks kebahagiaan.

Abstract

The limited product diversification of the Indonesian coal mining industry underscores the imperative for the formulation of strategic business plans to navigate the intensifying market competition. This study aims to examine the market structure, the factors influencing sales, and the impact of market structure on the sales performance of coal mining companies in Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative method and utilizes a range of analytical techniques, including CR4, HHI, MES, CLR, PCM, and multiple linear regression. The CR4 and HHI analysis revealed that the market structure of coal mining companies in Indonesia is classified as a highly concentrated tight oligopoly. The MES analysis yielded the conclusion that new companies in the sector face significant barriers to market entry. The findings of the CLR analysis, which indicates that the coal mining sector is a capital-intensive industry, suggest that equity and capital factors are the primary contributors to the challenges faced by new companies attempting to enter the market. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that equity factors and production volume have a positive and significant effect on company sales. This finding is corroborated by the PCM analysis, which suggests that companies with low market share tend to set higher margins to obtain greater profits. Increasing investment levels may serve as a viable business strategy, particularly when supported by government policies aimed at fostering a secure and stable investment environment to enhance company equity and capital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of sponsorship on the marketing and development of fun run sports in Central Java. Fun run as a type of recreational sport is increasingly in demand by various groups of people. The involvement of sponsors in this activity plays an important role in increasing the attraction, participation, and success of the event. Sponsorship makes a significant contribution through financial support, provision of facilities, and promotion. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey of participants and organizers and sponsors involved in fun run events specifically in the Central Java region. The results of the analysis show that sponsorship has a positive impact on increasing brand awareness, increasing the number of participants participating in the Fun Run, and can ensure the sustainability of the event effectively. Thus, the sustainability of the relationship between organizers and sponsors is a key factor in supporting the marketing and development of fun runs in Central Java.

Abstract

Labor is an important factor in supporting the success of development. The success of a development in human resources can be seen from the increasing role of women in employment. The female labor force participation rate (TPAK) shows how actively women participate in the labor force. So the purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the Female Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) in West Java during the 2019-2023 period. The variables studied include Gender Empowerment Index (IDG), Regional Minimum Wage (UMR), Female Average Years of Schooling (RLS), and Female Life Expectancy (AHH). The method used is panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) as the selected model. The results show that IDG and UMR have a positive but insignificant effect on female TPAK in West Java, while female RLS has a negative and significant effect. In contrast, female AHH has a positive and significant effect on female TPAK in West Java. This finding shows that despite the increase in gender empowerment, women in West Java still work more in the informal sector. In addition, an increase in the minimum wage does not directly encourage an increase in women's TPAK, while education and health play an important role in increasing their participation in the labor market. Therefore, more effective policies are needed to improve access to education, health, and employment opportunities for women in West Java.

Abstract

The phenomenon of consumerism has spread in society, including among teenagers who tend to show consumptive behavior due to a preference for novelty and the process of finding self-identity. Therefore, students as a group of highly educated teenagers need to develop self-control skills in consuming to avoid uncontrolled consumptive behavior. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumptive behaviors including financial literacy, social environment, self-control and buying interest. The data collection technique used questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used percentage descriptive analysis, inferential statistics, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that financial literacy, social environment, and self-control have a positive effect on consumptive behavior. And the buying interest variable has been proven to play a mediator role in consumptive behavior. The advice given is for students to learn to increase awareness in responding to discounts, understand the financial landscape, pay attention to consumer reviews and testimonials, develop self-control, and foster rational buying interest. This study also advises future researchers to develop broader research statements and variables to strengthen the relevance of the research results and theories used.

Abstract

This study maps the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of development for the Kerupuk Petis Selera business in Kendal Regency, to assess and take the right strategy in overcoming existing obstacles. This type of research is qualitative using the SWOT method by distributing questionnaires, as well as direct interviews with business owners and supported by extracting data from key people related to indicators of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of marketing and processing petis crackers. The results or findings found are that SWOT analysis can help in mapping the research framework that identifies externally and internally which includes human resources, management systems, from marketing and product quality so that it can facilitate strategic decision making to improve business quality and long-term planning. Where the best strategy found is the ST strategy such as; 1). Make variations of other processed products made from the same base; 2). Innovation in packaging that is suitable for souvenirs; 3). Utilizing other technologies.

Abstract

Unemployment has an impact on countries that are experiencing economic growth, especially developing countries like Indonesia, it needs to be discussed in the context of this unemployment problem. In this research, the aim is to determine the impact of HDI, education level, and economic growth on the unemployment rate in West Java province from 2018 to 2023. Quantitative techniques and secondary data methods were used to complete this research with the guidance of 2018–2023. Time series data from the West Java Central Statistics Agency from 2018–2023 was used in completing this research. After the analysis test was completed, the research results were as follows: economic growth, education level, and HDI simultaneously influenced unemployment in West Java Province from 2018 to 2023 significantly; Partial economic growth does not affect unemployment in West Java Province from 2018 to 2023. Education level also influences unemployment in West Java Province from 2018 to 2023. It is hoped that the government will consider this carefully, considering that economic growth plays an important role in reducing unemployment.
