Abstract

The purpose of the research was to discuss about the comparison of the studentssocial skill through model of Time Token Arends and Jigsaw on integrated IPS subjectat class VII SMP Negeri 4 Padangcermin. The method used was experiment withcomparative approach. The population was 161 students with sample was amount to64 students (2 class) that were determined through purposive sampling. Data weregathered through interview, documentation, observation and test. Testing thehypothesis used independent t-test with two sample. The result of data analysisshowed that (1) there is a difference on social skill between students learning usingcooperative learning model of Time Token Arends type and Jigsaw type. (2) the resultof social skill on students who use Time Token Arends was higher compared withstudents who used Jigsaw model.Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perbandingan keterampilan sosial siswa melalui model Time Token Arends dan Jigsaw pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Padangcermin. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Populasi sebanyak 161 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 siswa (2 kelas) yang ditentukan melalui teknik Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus t-tes dua sampel independen. Hasil analisis data menunjukan (1) Terdapat perbedaan keterampilan sosial antara siswa yang pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Time Token Arends dan tipe Jigsaw. (2) Hasil keterampilan sosial pada siswa yang menggunakan model Time Token Arends lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model Jigsaw.Kata kunci: keterampilan sosial, time token arends, jigsaw

Abstract

This research was aimed to find out the positive effect of motivation, work environtment, and work satisfaction toward the productivity of employee’s work in PERUM DAMRI branch Lampung Kota Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research was descriptive verificative by approaching expostfacto and survey. The data collecting technique was used in this reasearch by distributing questionnaire to the 56 employees. The data analysis used path analysis and was treated by SPSS. The result of this research showed that there is an effect of motivation, wok environtment and work satisfaction toward the productivity of employee’s work in PERUM DAMRI branch Lampung Kota Bandar Lampung by determination level. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif variabel Motivasi, Lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan Perum DAMRI Cabang Lampung Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan expost facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan  dengan cara menyebar  kuisioner kepada 54 karyawan.Analisis data menggunakan path analysis dan diolah dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan Perum DAMRI Cabang Lampung Kota Bandar Lampung dengan kadar determinasiKata kunci :motivasi, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, produktivitas

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the comparison of students’ achievement of social studies using Picture and Picture and Course Review Horray model consider to the students’ learning interest. This study used comparative method with experimental approach. The population of this study was all the eighth grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Pelindung. The researcher used saturation sampling in determining the sample, the total number of students was 45 students. The data collection used were observation, questionnaire, and test. The results showed there was difference of students’ achievement between students who have taught by using PnP model and the students who have taught by using CRH model, and there was an interaction between PnP and CR with students’ learning interest. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu menggunakan model Picture and Picture dan Course Review Horay dengan mempertimbangkan minat belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Pelindung. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, yaitu sebanyak 45 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan tes. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang menggunakan model PnP dibandingkan dengan model CRH, serta terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan minat belajar. Kata kunci: Course Review Horay, Hasil Belajar, Minat Belajar Siswa, Picture and Picture

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1. To develop the product of teaching material of introduction to accounting practice for accounting students based on systematic prosedur. It is expected that it will be a understandable teaching material with skill process of competency based approach. 2. To know the use of developing teaching material of introduction to accounting practice in increasing the students ability of introduction to accounting practice of accounting students of STIE Darmajaya Bandar Lampung.The research design uses research and development design (RD). The development that is used is teaching material of introduction to accounting following the Instructional of Development Model (MPI). It consist of 4 steps: first arrangement of GBPP, second arrangement of SAP, third development of teaching material and formatif evaluation. It consist of formative evaluation I it is reviewed by the expert of material and learning designer, formative evaluation II is one by one, formative evaluation III is small group and formative evaluation IV is field try out in the class level.The result of this research and development are: (1) Product of development result that are main students material book, introduction to accounting practice book, guidance and worksheet, lecturer guidance, and accounting learning media that is presented in the form of slide of power point. (2) The result of questionare of learning material expert, learning design expert, students ( in one by one evaluation, small group evaluation, and try out and the lecturer to ward teaching material of introduction to accounting practice) it is known that teaching material is relevant, systematic, well arrange, consistent, appropriate and interesting so it is worth to be used. (3) There is influence in using teaching material of student A and student B majoring D-3 Accounting (STIE Darmajaya Bandar Lampung). After it was examined and it is compare between the group (post hoc test) it is known between the high group in class A with the high in class B there is no differences and also with the average group in class A with the average group in class B there is also no differences and between the low group in class A with the low groups students in class B there is also no differences in their ability. The teaching material of introduction practice of accounting can solve the differences in characterictic and students ability. This is sound with in belt to experience classes, their practice ability of teaching material.

Abstract

This research is intended to investigate the traces of the Dutch Colonial government’s legacyduring Ethical Politics era in Lampung as alternative learning materials for Social Sciencessubject. The method used in this research is a historical method with data collection techniquesthrough a literature study and documentation. Then, data was analyzed by using a qualitativeanalysis technique. Based on the results of the research, there are some points of the DutchColonial government’s legacy during Ethical Politics era in Lampung that can be used asalternative learning materials for Social Sciences subject, as follows: 1) The learning of socialsciences can be possibly integrated and correlated with the local historical themes, 2) Thepotential of the Dutch Colonial traces such as Tanjung Karang railway station, Bunker Aer,Colonization Program, Irrigation channel of Talang in Pringsewu and Metro can be used asalternative sources of learning for History subject, 3) The integration between the local historicalvalues and learning sources of History subject is expected to be not only alternative learningmaterials for Social Sciences subject, but also able to create the Social Sciences subject become afun-meaningful lesson, and it can also develop the students’ curiosity.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan proses pembelajaran IPS dengan berbasis pada nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Farmasi Cendikia Farma Husada pada tahun ajaran 2015-2016. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa-siswi kelas X.A SMK Farmasi Cendikia sebanyak 46 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran IPS berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal mampu memberikan alternative proses pembelajaran yang menarik, menyenangkan, dan sekaligus menantang bagi siswa. Pembelajaran IPS dengan berpijak pada tema-tema kearifan lokal sangat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Melalui proses pembelajaran IPS berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal inilah, siswa diharapkan mampu mengembangkan ide, gagasan, kreatifitas dalam berfikir serta beragumentasi ilmiah, melalui proses pembelajaran yang mampu menempatkan siswa sebagai pelaku pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Proses Pembelajaran; IPS; Kearifan Lokal ABSTRACT. This study aims to develop an IPS learning process based on local wisdom values. The research activity was conducted at SMK Farmasi Cendikia Farma Husada in academic year 2015-2016. Research subjects are all students of class X. A SMK Pharmacy Cendikia as many as 46 students. The results showed that IPS learning based on the values of local wisdom can provide an interesting learning process alternative, fun, and challenging for students. IPS learning based on the themes of local wisdom are very helpful in the learning process in school. IPS through a learning process based on the values of local wisdom of this, students are expected to develop ideas, ideas, creative thinking and scientific argumentation, through a learning process that is capable of placing students as perpetrators of learning. Keywords:  Learning process; IPS; Local wisdom

Abstract

This development research aims to realize the development of STM-based LKPD, to find out the effect of developing STM-based LKPD which is theoretically feasible and suitable for use by educators in classroom learning. The research method used is development research (Research and Development) by using research steps according to Borg and Gall. The population in this study were fifth grade elementary school/MI educators in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City, which amounted to eight educators. The sample used in this study was a saturated sample, namely eight educators. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out in two ways, namely observation, and questionnaires (needs analysis questionnaire). The instruments in this study consisted of: 1) needs analysis instruments, 2) materials expert validation instruments, media experts and linguists, 3) user validation instruments (educators). The results of prototype product development were validated by material experts, media experts and linguists and validated by users, namely fifth grade educators at SD/MI Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City, totaling eight educators to support students' communication and high-level thinking skills in the learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze skill collaborated students clumps social science at the University of Lampung. The research is descriptive quantitative research, done as a step seek solutions of the existing problems in the field namely less than optimal collaborative skills students in the global. Sample 206 determined some students active fill and restore instruments. Using techniques survey data collection. An analysis of data using descriptive quantitative. The results of the study are showing that as much as 62,349% students a clump of social science at the University of Lampung agree on the importance of skill collaborated. The most i really appreciate as much as the highest attitude 35,92% and the lowest in the group of individual accountability indicators 12,62%. Skill berkolabrosi should be owned by any student in order to prepare itself to entering the workforce. Skills/skills and knowledge shall be given birth to human resources who tough and skilled in accordance with the need the world of work. The ability of collaboration will form the readiness of the students in mastering the science in accordance its field, but will also form mentality and personality.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan instrumen penilaian kinerja berbasis Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengikuti tujuh tahap metode Borg and Gall. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, angket, dokumentasi, dan tes kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli evaluasi dan ahli bahasa diperoleh rata-rata 83,7% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil uji reliabilitas cronbach's alpha menunjukkan  hasil 0,79 > 0,5 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen pada penilaian kinerja reliabel atau konsisten dengan kategori tinggi. Uji efektifitas merujuk hasil pretest dan post test menggunakan Uji T Paired, didapatkan nilai mutlak 15,646 berarti t hitung > t tabel (2,040), sehingga disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan instrumen penilaian kinerja berbasis model Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini juga menguji aspek kepraktisan dimana instrumen yang dikembangkan memperoleh hasil rata-rata respon dari pendidik sebesar  93,7% dan rata-rata respon peserta didik sebesar  95,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of achievement motivation variable on learning achievement in Introduction to Accounting course of Economic Education students at the University of Lampung. The study employed a descriptive method using an ex-post facto approach and a survey with a population of 170. The research sample was determined through a purposive sampling with a total of 119 respondents. The data collected through a questionnaire were processed using SPSS to run partial hypothesis testing through t-test and simultaneous F-test. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of achievement motivation on learning achievement in Introduction to Accounting course among Economic Education students at the University of Lampung.
