Sistem ERP memiliki peran untuk meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis dan kinerja karyawan yang terdapat di suatu perusahaan. Akan tetapi berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan engineering ternyata terdapat masalah pada sistem ERP yang digunakan oleh karyawannya, yaitu kurang user friendly dan juga terdapat error dari sistem ERP pada saat melakukan cetak invoice. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis dan mengukur pengaruh sistem ERP terhadap upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan juga untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhinya. Metode yang diusulkan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 yang memiliki tiga variabel yaitu Usability Quality, Information Quality, dan Service Interaction Quality. Hasil yang diperoleh dari nilai Uji R2 dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruh sistem ERP terhadap upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 50,3%. Sedangkan pada hasil Uji T dijelaskan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi secara signifikan adalah Usability Quality atau Kualitas Penggunaan dari sistem ERP, hal ini bisa dilihat dari nilai t hitung 2,064 > t tabel 2,013. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan hasil dari persamaan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, nilai koefisien dari Usability Quality (β1) = 0,148, maka dapat dijelaskan bahwa jika Kualitas Penggunaan dari sistem ERP dapat ditingkatkan sebesar 1%, maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat sebesar 0,148%.

One company that always gets a lot of prospective employees is PT. Fullmoon Jaya Abadi is engaged in the wholesale trade of special CCTV material. At PT. Fullmoon Jaya Abadi data obtained from the employee recruitment process still use manual methods, so the HRD (Human Resource Development) division must sort and select applicants one by one. A large number of candidates make the HRD division often have difficulty in choosing prospective employees, and subjectivity occurs when they want to decide so that the company accepts employees who do not fit the criteria set by the company. To overcome the problem of making decisions on employee acceptance at PT. Jaya Fullmoon Abadi is using the Multi-Objective Optimization method based on ratio analysis (MOORA). In research data collected based on the position of prospective employees. The results obtained in this study determine each position to receive as many as three prospective employees, namely Arianto Wibowo, Deny Saputra, and Irdha Febriani Awaliyah Ibrahim in the Sales position. In the current era, the development of information technology and social media is growing rapidly so that it can provide updated information and various kinds of public opinion. Many internet users in Indonesia use social media for various purposes, such as seeking information and expressing opinions through social media. One of the social media that is widely used by internet users in Indonesia is Twitter. Twitter users can provide information in the form of comments, criticisms, or suggestions for Comutterline services more quickly and easily. Sentiment analysis can help provide an overview of public perception by grouping opinions into positive and negative categories for Commuterline services. Conducting sentiment analysis based on comments or Tweets from the community on Twitter Commuterline to determine the performance of the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm, Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE), AdaBoost, and N-Gram so that machine learning implementation can help identify public opinion conveyed through Twitter automatically into positive and negative categories. PT. Gramedia Asri Media established the Gramedia Digital Technical Department which implements remote work so that it is possible for employees working in various places to stay connected and collaborate. However, with the limited space and time for employees and the difficulty of meeting at one time to get various trainings, then MOOC is expected to be the answer to the need for workers to get proper training and in accordance with the technical capabilities required by the company. MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) is an example of technological development of the learning process that offers flexibility in time and place. Currently, there are many alternative MOOC providers with various criteria, so it is necessary to choose the one that is most suitable for its users. One method of making decisions based on many criteria is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). This study uses 5 criteria, namely Teacher Credibility, Certificate, Price, Course Topics and Course Time and 4 alternatives, namely Coursera, EdX, Udemy and Codecademy, where the course topic is obtained as the priority with a priority weight of 0.2289 then followed by Course time with a priority weight of 0.2238 Price with priority weight 0.2133, Credibility of teachers with priority weight 0.1833, Certificate with priority weight 0.1508. While the alternative with the priority is Udemy with a priority weight of 0.4379 followed by Coursera with a priority weight of 0.2234, Codecademy with a priority weight of 0.1989 and lastly Edx with a priority weight of 0.1723.

The role of thermal efficiency of the calciner is very important because it describes the performance of the calciner, whether or not the performance of the calciner can be seen from the efficiency of the thermal calciner. The thermal efficiency of the calciner obtained based on the calculation of the Mass Balance and Heat Balance ranges from 75,59%-79,74% with an average actual thermal efficiency of 77,26% while for the average heat loss of 22,74%. The results of efficiency calculations show that the performance of the calciner tool in terms of thermal efficiency of the calciner unit is quite efficient and still good for use, because it is characterized by the efficiency of the thermal calciner unit is still included in the range of thermal calciner efficiency by design. From the average amount of CO2 produced from calcination of 100.033,7376 kg/hour and fuel combustion of 43.201,24151 kg/hour, will have an adverse impact on the quality of the surrounding air. So it must be minimized in the use of coal and maximize efficiency in the kiln system.

The general objective of this study was to analyze the effect of intervention of the grass jelly on level of MDA (malondialdehyde) in adult male smokers. The design of this study was a quasi experiment with pre-post test with control. The subjects were divided into four groups, consisted of 1) control (K); that was not given any food intervention; 2) P1 that was given food intervention for 14 days; 3) P2 that was given food intervention for 21 days; and 4) P3 that was given food intervention for 28 days. Subjects were requested to consume grass jelly drink everyday as much as 200 g/d. All subjects had high level of MDA at pre-intervention. The result of this study shows that MDA levels of subjects at post-intervention in the treatment groups decreased significantly (p<0.05). The highest decrease was occured on P3 (49.82%). Hence, the intervention of grass jelly drink as much as 1 portion (200 g) could reduce MDA level of plasma; and the longer the intervention, the higher the reduction.Keywords: antioxidant, grass jelly drink, MDA

The longer the pregnancy progresses, women expecting a child are likely to face problems with sleep. These sleep issues often arise from the physical discomfort caused by the various changes that occur during pregnancy. Insufficient sleep can result in complications related to pregnancy. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how yoga and relaxation techniques might enhance the quality of sleep for pregnant women in their third trimester at PMB Siti Julaeha Pekanbaru City. This kind of study employs a two-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental research design. Purposive sampling was utilized to choose 27 intervention groups and 27 control groups from a population of 56 respondents. A PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) sleep quality measuring questionnaire sheet was employed as the research tool in this study. The analysis from the paired T-test revealed a marked contrast in the sleep quality of participants prior to and following their yoga practice, indicating a significance level of 0.000, which is below the 0.05 threshold. Therefore, it can be concluded that engaging in yoga influences the participants' sleep quality. It is anticipated that pregnant women in their third trimester who practice yoga will have better sleep quality because yoga is an excellent way to improve sleep quality.

Penelitian ini berangkat dari pemikiran bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dan pembentukan perilaku anak dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai media tanpa kecuali melalui novel Budak Motékar. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam novel Budak Motékar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, kemudian ditinjau dengan menggunakan sosiologi sastra. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Budak Motékar karya Juniarso Ridwan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam novel Budak Motékar meliputi jujur, tanggung jawab, bekerja keras, mandiri, kreatif, rasa ingin tahu, menghargai prestasi, peduli sosial, bersahabat, peduli lingkungan.

Metode perforasi konvensional yang melibatkan bahan peledak memiliki banyak kekurangan terutama pada sisi transportasi dan penanganan, pengoperasian yang sulit serta kondisi berbahaya lain yang menyebabkan bahan peledak terjatuh kedalam sumur. Oleh karena itu, metode perforasi abrasif menjadi pilihan yang tepat untuk masa yang akan dating. Penggunaan proppant sebagai media abrasif yang umumnya digunakan, menimbulkan permasalahan pada pembersihan endapan di lubang sumur. Sehingga, penggunaan kalsium borat yang memiliki sifat abrasif dan dapat larut didalam HCl diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada proppant agar tidak memerlukan tindakan pembersihan dan dapat mengehemat waktu operasi, biaya dan meningkatkan keamanan pada sisi operasional secara sekaligus. Pada studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas dari penggunaan kalsium borat pada perforasi abrasif. Data-data yang dijadikan sumber yaitu data primer yang didapat melalui pengamatan langsung pada saat eksekusi dan Data sekunder yang diperoleh dari sumber kedua dengan mengambil parameter-parameter yang dibutuhkan untuk hal analisis dan pembahasan ataupun melalui kajian pustaka yang mendukung studi kasus. Hasil analisis kedua data tersebut di bagi kedalam dua tahapan, pada tahapan eksekusi diperoleh bahwa durasi rata-rata dari 37 stages perforasi yang telah dilakukan sebesar 13,7 menit melebihi durasi yang dibutuhkan secara analisis yaitu 12,9 menit. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semua stage perforasi berhasil terlubangi. Sedangkan pada tahapan pasca perforasi abrasif, dilakukan pengamatan parameter produksi sumur selama 7 hari berupa laju alir produksi, kadar air, tekanan alir dan dan ukuran choke. Dari parameter tersebut dilakukan analisis sehingga diperoleh angka persentase yang menunjukkan efektivitas perforasi pada perforasi abrasif menggunakan kalsium borate berada diangka 84% atau 93 lubang yang efektif memproduksi dari total 111 lubang yang diperforasi. Dimana sangat memenuhi ekspektasi dari perusahaan berdasarkan Saudi Aramco Workover Manual.

Karang Taruna is a community organization that is useful as a forum and means of development for every young generation that grows and develops on the basis of awareness and social responsibility from, by and for the community, especially the younger generation in village/kelurahan areas, for example Karang Taruna RW 07 Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. There are lots of young people in RW 07 Jagakarsa who still don't know what the JAKI application is and how to use it because they don't understand the functions or benefits of the jaki application. The JAKI application has several functions, one of which is online reporting which can be used by the public to follow up on existing problems in the environment down to the relevant agency level. There are so many problems in the RW 07 environment that cannot be followed up on by the relevant agencies due to limited knowledge of the JAKI application, this has attracted the interest of RW 07 youth groups to take part in online reporting training using the JAKI application which aims to increase the ability and knowledge of RW 07 young people so that can be more active in the community and can help problems that exist in their environment. This training also provides a questionnaire that is useful for getting responses to the implementation of community service activities with a total of 12 respondents and there are 12 questions in the questionnaire that must be assessed by respondents. The results of the community service that has been carried out regarding online reporting training using the JAKI application at Karang Taruna RW 07 Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, the youth of RW 07 Jagakarsa have understood the benefits of the JAKI application and how to report it so that they become more active when there are problems in their environment to be able to help the community.
