Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kerusakan lingkungan hidup akibat membuang sampah menurut hukum Islam dan hukum Positif (Studi di Desa Bhakti Idaman Kecamatan Mendahara Tengah) mengangkat isu serius tentang perilaku masyarakat yang membuang sampah ke sungai. Aktivitas ini mengakibatkan penumpukan sampah dan pencemaran, yang merusak ekosistem sungai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas beberapa hal: pertama, perspektif hukum Islam dan hukum positif terkait kerusakan lingkungan di Desa Bhakti Idaman; kedua, perbandingan pandangan kedua hukum mengenai isu ini; ketiga, langkah-langkah yang bisa diambil untuk mengatasi kerusakan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan membuang sampah di sungai dilarang dalam hukum Islam, dan pelakunya dapat dikenai hukuman Ta’zir yang ditentukan oleh hakim. Selain itu, hukum Islam dan hukum positif memiliki kesamaan dalam prinsip menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan melarang tindakan yang merusak. Upaya penanganan kerusakan lingkungan dapat dimulai dengan kesadaran individu untuk mengurangi, mendaur ulang, dan menggunakan kembali sampah. Melalui langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan kesadaran ma-syarakat terhadap pentingnya lingkungan dapat meningkat

Abstract

The low uptake of N and P nutrients by maize plants can be caused by the low availability or levels of N and P nutrients in the soil used as the planting medium. The Alfisol soil used in the study had N-total levels of 0.15% (low) and P2O5 of 12.76 ppm (medium). The addition of phosphate solubilizing microbes, pelleted organic fertilizer, and inorganic fertilizer can increase the availability of N and P nutrients in the soil, so that plant uptake of N and P nutrients can also increase. This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of phosphate-solubilizing microbes (PSM), pelleted organic fertilizer, and inorganic fertilizer on the nutrient uptake of maize plants. This research was conducted at the Experimental Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, Hasanuddin University and plant samples were analyzed at Hasanuddin University's Soil Fertility Chemistry Laboratory, Department of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture. This study used a Randomised Group Design (RGD). The treatments consisted of a combination of M0 = without phosphate solubilizing microbes; M1 = addition of phosphate solubilizing microbes; B0 = without pelleted organic fertilizer; B1 = pelleted organic fertilizer dose of 5 tonnes/ha; B2 = pelleted organic fertilizer dose of 10 tonnes/ha; A0 = without inorganic fertilizer; A1 = inorganic fertilizer 50% of the recommended dose. The results showed that the M0B2A0 treatment produced plants with the highest level of N nutrient uptake, which was 633.33% higher than the M0B0A0 treatment. In comparison, the M1B2A1 treatment had plants with the highest level of P nutrient uptake, which was 933.33% higher than the M0B0A0 treatment.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the level of compliance in financial statement preparation, identify obstacles in the implementation of SAK ETAP, and conduct an evaluation to assess the quality of financial reporting. Design/Methodology/Approach: A qualitative method with a descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and literature review. Primary data were obtained directly from informants, while secondary data came from relevant literature and the financial statements of PT. Restu Ibu Rama. The research focuses on evaluating the company’s compliance with SAK ETAP standards. Findings: The implementation of SAK ETAP in the preparation of PT. Restu Ibu Rama’s financial statements has not been fully optimized, as several components and accounts are not properly presented. The main challenges identified include limited understanding of SAK ETAP by the finance team, insufficient human resources, weaknesses in the accounting information system, and inadequate internal control. Research Implications: Strengthening the knowledge and capacity of financial staff, improving the accounting information system, and enhancing internal supervision are necessary steps to ensure that financial statements are more accurate, reliable, and useful as a basis for decision-making. Abstract

Human rights activists and the educated urban society strongly criticize the practice of early marriage, including the classical fiqh on which it is based. They have repeatedly proposed amendments to article 7 of the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning age restrictions on marriage. This paper is a response to these groups’ views with the formulations, first, what are the factors and the problems of early marriage and their status in the perspective of maqāṣid al-sharīʻa?; second, what worldview that projects the human rights activists’ criticism in the midst of living fiqh and maqāṣid al-sharīʻaʼs review on it? This paper is a combination of field and literary studies. Samples are taken from the living fiqh or the doctrine of Shāfiʻī School which exists in the Malay community of Tebo Ulu, Jambi Province and supported by relevant literature. This paper concludes that, in early marriage, the harms are far greater than the benefits. Hence, according to the holistic understanding of maqāṣid al-sharīʻa, the marriageable age needs to be regulated by law. However, the above groups’ criticism is not completely justifiable because early marriage is also closely related to the state's failure in improving the welfare of its citizens, providing educational facilities, as well as differences in worldview between human rights activists and article 284 of the Criminal Law Code on adultery and traditional customs of Malay and other Indonesia’s indigenous custom that need to be resolved.

Abstract

Syajarah al-Durr (Peranannya dalam Pembentukan Dinasti Mamalik di Mesir Tahun 1250 M). Ada 3 hal utama yang menjadi fokus tulisan ini, yaitu: 1) Latar belakang kehidupan Syajarah al-Durr, 2) Kondisi politik Mesir sebelum masa dinasti Mamalik, serta 3) Kiprah dan prestasi syajarah al-Durr dalam pembentukan Dinasti Mamalik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian sejarah dengan menggunakan metode historis berupa verifikasi, interpetasi, dan historiografi dengan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengungkap fakta sejarah tentang Syajarah al-Durr baik itu biografi maupun perannya dalam mendirikan Dinasti Mamalik. Data diperoleh melalui Library Research dengan menggunakan pendekatan historis atau sejarah, sosiologi, politik dan agama. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: 1) Syajarah al-Durr adalah seorang budak yang dihadiahkan oleh Khalifah al-Mustashim kepada Sultan al-Malik al-Saleh Najamuddin Ayyub, semasa hidupnya Syajarah al-Durr pernah menikah dengan Sultan al-Malik al-Saleh Najamuddin Ayyub dan juga dengan Sultan al-Malik al-Muiz Aibak, pendidikan politik dan keagamaan dia dapatkan saat masih berstatus budak dan meningkat saat menjadi isteri Sultan. 2) sebelum masa pemerintahan Dinasti Mamluk di bawah kekuasaan Syajarah al-Durr, Mesir berturut-turut diperintah oleh Dinasti Fatimiyah menyusul kemudian Dinasti Ayyubiyah, pada masa Bani Ayyubiyah inilah pasukan Salib di bawah komando Raja Louis IX menyerang Mesir yang saat itu dipimpin oleh Sultan al-Malik al-Saleh Najamuddin Ayyub, peristiwa penting lainnya adalah terbunuhnya Sultan Turansyah yang menandai awal kekuasaan Dinasti Mamluk. 3) Syajarah al-Durr berkontribusi dalam politik sejak masih berstatus isteri Sultan Ayyubiyah, dan bahkan bekerja di balik layar ketika sang Sultan meninggal, kontribusinya semakin besar ketika beliau diangkat menjadi Sultanah Dinasti Mamalik, menyelesaikan persoalaan dan mengusir Pasukan Salib dari Mesir adalah prestasi besarnya, Syajarah al-Durr juga mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk melegitimasi kekuasaannya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi sebagai bahan kajian maupun diskusi akademik tentang Syajarah al-Durr sultanah pertama Mamluk, juga diharapkan menjadi hikmah dan menambah wawasan mengenai khazanah Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of shopping lifestyle and also the promotion of Nivea skincare products on consumer buying interest through TikTok Shop media. Through a quantitative approach, data was collected from the number of respondents obtained were 100 with the balance of people in Cirebon Regency who were aged 18-40 years that at that age they could make a very wise decision and also for people in Cirebon Regency who were wearing Nivea products or were wearing Nivea products. Respondents' answers to a question set out on questionnaires that have been distributed to consumers who want Nivea products, measured by the Likert Scale . respondents who are active TikTok users and also have an interest in skincare products. Various dimensions of product promotion, including visibility, interactivity, content relevance, influencer engagement, as well as brand credibility, were measured as independent variables. Consumer buying interest was measured as the dependent variable in this study. The results of the study prove that visibility, interactivity, and also the involvement of influencers have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest. However, the relevance of the content as well as brand credibility does not have a significant influence on consumer buying interest. In addition, this study also found that moderate lifestyle shopping effects of product promotion on consumer buying interest, proving that consumers' shopping lifestyles affect the extent to which product promotion affects their buying interest. Thus, this study fills the existing literature gap by investigating the influence of shopping lifestyle and product promotion on consumer buying interest specifically through TikTok Shop media. The findings provide valuable insights for marketers in developing effective promotional strategies on social media platforms, particularly for brands in the skincare industry.

Abstract

The tourism industry's growth, driven by advances in transportation and IT, has increased the number of destinations, creating intense competition. Managers must offer unique attractions to remain competitive. As a service sector, tourism integrates diverse elements of a destination. Indonesia, with its rich cultural diversity and a projected 2024 population of 279,035,242 (3.45% of the world), attracts many tourists to its exotic islands. This research analyzes the impact of online promotions and electronic word of mouth on the decision to visit the Cikadongdong River Tubing attraction. Using an associative and quantitative approach, the study sampled 100 visitors through purposive non-probability sampling, employing a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis with SPSS 25 revealed that both online promotion (X1) and electronic word of mouth (X2) significantly and positively influence visit decisions (Y).

Abstract

The Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) implemented by Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati (UGJ) with the theme “Mutual Cooperation to Build Villages” aims to empower village communities through activities that focus on improving local economic welfare. One of the main initiatives in this KKN-T is mentoring in creating a Business Identification Number (NIB) for micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the village. This program is implemented with a spirit of mutual cooperation involving students, village officials, and the local community. The mentoring activity aims to provide an understanding of the importance of business legality through NIB as an initial step towards developing a more professional and sustainable business. The results of this program show an increase in the number of UMKM that have business legality in the village, which is expected to support local economic growth, access to government assistance, and expand the market. This activity also strengthens collaboration between universities and the community in an effort to build sustainable village economic independence.

Abstract

The skincare industry is undergoing a swift transformation, driven by advancements in active ingredients and technology, resulting in fierce competition as new brands emerge. In this digital landscape, product quality and Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) serve as pivotal forces in cultivating customer loyalty. This study seeks to investigate the influence of these two factors on customer loyalty in skincare products available at Sociolla Cirebon. Employing a quantitative research method with an associative approach, the study surveyed 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted via a structured questionnaire encompassing three principal dimensions: product quality, e-WOM, and customer loyalty. A series of statistical analyses were performed, including validity and reliability assessments, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial significance testing (T-test), simultaneous significance testing (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²) test. The findings reveal that both product quality and e-WOM exert a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty, with an R² value of 0.943, indicating that these variables account for 94.3% of customer loyalty, while the remaining 5.7% is influenced by other factors. These results underscore the necessity of integrating superior product quality with a well-managed e-WOM strategy to fortify customer allegiance in an increasingly competitive market. Consequently, businesses should continuously enhance product quality and strategically utilize e-WOM to sustain and improve customer retention.
