Abstract

Informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam sebuah Perusahaan. Salah satu informasi yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam bidang keuangan yaitu mengenai penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran administrasi keuangan dan juga dapat menghemat waktu. Masalahnya program aplikasi yang ada belum dapat diakses dari luar kantor dan laporan sering terlambat. Tujuan penelitian ini membuat sistem berbasis web dengan metode Waterfall mulai dari tahapan spesifikasi kebutuhan dilanjutkan perencanaan (planning), pemodelan (modeling), konstruksi (construction), pengembangan (development) sampai sistem siap digunakan. Berdasarkan program aplikasi Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas secara Tunai menggunakan Framework Codeigniter yang telah dihasilkan dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam menambah data transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas di STMIK Bani Saleh, setiap transaksi yang sudah ditambahkan akan tersimpan dslam database sesuai dengan golongan akunnya masing-masing, Laporan yang dihasilkan lebih akurat, efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu dan biaya.

Abstract

Tourism is a sector that has a large role in national development. One example of the development of the tourism sector in the city of Samarinda is the addition of agricultural land. This research aims to determine the role and impact of rice field tourist attractions.  This research was carried out in Lempake Village, North Samarinda. Research data was collected using observation, interviews and documentation and using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this research show that the role of the community fully supports the existence of the Sawah Pandang tourist attraction moving in the agricultural sector, which is carried out by the tourist attraction manager and the surrounding community. This tourist attraction collaborates with the community who act as initiators, implementers, providing opinions, and as evaluation monitors in the development of the tourist attraction. The impact on the community around the tourist attraction with this tourism is that in this case it includes environmental conditions where the local community already feels that the environment is the main attraction of tourist activities which positively influences the lives of the surrounding community, opening up many opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of local wisdom-based Physical Education learning through traditional games in Elementary Schools in three sub-districts in Balangan Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through structured observations in six accredited elementary schools selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that traditional games Baasinan and Balogo were the types most widely used in learning. These games support the development of students' motor skills such as coordination, agility, strength, and balance. The integration of traditional games in core learning has been shown to increase students' motivation, participation, and understanding of the concept of movement. Despite the limited number of teachers and high workload, teachers are still able to carry out learning systematically, including in the evaluation aspect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the utilization of an inclined plane to improve the efficiency of the front roll on class IV students at Paringin 2 State Elementary School. The method used in this study was a pre-experiment with a pre-test and post-test research design. The data analysis technique uses the T-Test to compare the average of two samples to test the truth or not of a hypothesis; besides that, the research uses the percentage formula to calculate the percentage of complete students and incomplete students. The research sample was class IV students of Paringin 2 State Elementary School, Balangan Regency, totalling 19 people, and the object of research focused on the utilisation of an inclined plane to increase the efficiency of the front roll movement. The results in pre-test and post-test results showed that the highest score remained at 100. The lowest score was 55.5 in the pre-test and 80.5 in the post-test. The average was 86.8 in the pre-test and 95.3 in the post-test. The Minimum Attainment Criteria was 75. Students who completed 78.95% in the post-test and 100% in the post-test. Students who did not complete the pre-test were 21.05% and the post-test was 0%. The t-test results show P-value = 0.0000239304, far below 0.05, so there is a significant difference in student learning achievement before and after the application of the inclined plane in front roll learning. In conclusion, the utilization of an inclined plane significantly increases the efficiency of the front roll movement in class IV students at Paringin 2 State Elementary School.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perceptions of Physical Education (PE) teachers toward inclusive learning in elementary schools within Martapura District. Employing a quantitative descriptive method, data were gathered through a 4-point Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 13 PE teachers selected purposively from 7 elementary schools. Participants were chosen based on having a minimum of one year of experience in teaching inclusive classes. The total population encompassed 39 elementary schools in the district. The results revealed a limited understanding of inclusive education among teachers, with 38% indicating inadequate knowledge of its concepts. Similarly, 38% of the respondents fell into the low category in terms of readiness and ability to deliver inclusive Physical Education. A significant proportion of teachers (77%) reported encountering substantial barriers in implementing inclusive learning, such as insufficient training, lack of supporting facilities, and the absence of specialised co-teachers. Despite these challenges, the study found that institutional support—particularly from school principals and inclusive-oriented policies—was relatively strong, with 46% of respondents reporting a high level of school-based backing, albeit with variations across institutions. These findings suggest that while policy-level support exists, the implementation of inclusive PE remains inconsistent and underdeveloped. The study concludes that enhancing inclusive Physical Education requires targeted teacher training programs, better infrastructural support, and stronger collaboration among educators, administrators, and policymakers. Strengthening these components is essential to realise the full potential of inclusive education in fostering equal participation for all students in Physical Education settings.

Abstract

This study explores the wasathiyyah paradigm, the concept of ummatan wasathan, and the balance within Islamic teachings in the context of Islamic education. It employs a library research method, drawing on relevant literature as the primary source. The findings indicate that the wasathiyyah and ummatan wasathan educational paradigm constitutes a framework comprising concepts, principles, values, theories, methods, and applications upheld by Muslim scholars, rooted in the ideals of moderation. This paradigm seeks to shape a moderate society by internalising wasathiyyah values through education. Islamic education based on this paradigm promotes religious balance between reason and revelation, text and context, worldly and spiritual orientation, divinity and humanity, individual and social life, body and soul, remembrance and reflection, and knowledge and action.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide an understanding of effective financial management for students of SMK Telkom Jakarta. Students who are now included in the so-called Generation Z face considerable challenges. Starting from labor market competition to financial problems. So students must be equipped with additional skills for their financial management from an early age. In this activity, we apply the Workshop and Practical Training method. Workshop by providing basic knowledge about financial management. And practical training with the Kakeibo method (traditional Japanese method for managing finances). The results of this activity have an impact on students to care more about their finances, namely increasing financial awareness, and adopting good habits such as recording personal income and expenses.

Abstract

The skincare industry is experiencing rapid growth with intense competition and shifts in online shopping behavior. This study aims to examine the role of search engine optimization, content marketing, and influencer marketing on purchasing decisions. This research seeks to provide insight into marketing effectiveness in the digital age. By using causal associative quantitative methods to analyze the relationship between variables. Primary data was collected through questionnaires from 150 respondents, namely consumers or potential consumers of Somethinc products in Cirebon. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using SEM PLS with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that influencer marketing has the most influence on purchasing decisions for Somethinc products in Cirebon, followed by content marketing, while SEO has the least influence. SEO can ensure products are easy to find, Content Marketing creates a good impression, and Influencer Marketing provides a strong impetus for customers to make purchasing decisions

Abstract

Limitations in financial management are often a challenge for MSMEs, especially because of the difficulty in understanding financial conditions and measuring business performance accurately. To overcome this problem, SAK EMKM has been available to help MSMEs in financial management, in addition there are also various free cloud-based accounting applications, such as the Majoo Application, which makes it easier to record finances. This Majoo application has been used by MSME Pohara. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. The effectiveness of the Majoo Application is measured based on Campbell's Theory which includes 4 (four) indicators, namely: Program Success, Target Success, Satisfaction with the Program, and Overall Goal Achievement. The results of the study show that the Majoo Application is effective in helping MSME financial management based on seven indicators of effectiveness. It is hoped that this study can provide insight for MSMEs that have not used the Majoo Application.

Abstract

The focus of this research is publicly listed ceramic companies, one of the sectors experiencing rapid growth due to increasing market demand. This development can be analyzed through profitability ratios. This study aims to evaluate and analyze the profitability of the selected sample using the current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), and net profit margin (NPM) as independent variables, which are related to the return on assets (ROA) ratio as the dependent variable. It was found that among the three publicly listed ceramic manufacturing companies, PT Arwana Citra Mulia (ARNA) is the only company in the building products and equipment industry with the most promising profitability, with a net profit difference of up to IDR 500 Billion compared to the other two similar companies in the 2022 and 2023 periods. As a result, ARNA was selected as the sole sample in this study. The research findings indicate that all independent variables have a significant influence of 81.6% on the dependent variable based on the coefficient of determination analysis. Additionally, separately, CR and DER each show a positive influence on ROA, while the NPM ratio shows a negative influence on ROA.
