Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh pentingnya menanamkan nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan sejak dini, khususnya pada jenjang pendidikan dasar, agar siswa tidak hanya memahami secara kognitif, tetapi juga mampu menginternalisasi dan mengamalkan hak serta kewajiban mereka dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) berbasis Discovery Learning dalam meningkatkan kesadaran hak dan kewajiban sebagai warga negara pada siswa kelas VI Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) jenis one shot case study. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas VI B SD. Hasil belajar siswa diukur melalui posttest serta angket dan observasi. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata posttest mencapai 87,50, lebih tinggi dari Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP) sebesar 75. Uji one sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti peningkatan tersebut signifikan secara statistik. Data angket dan observasi juga mendukung bahwa siswa menunjukkan pemahaman yang lebih baik, sikap aktif, dan keterlibatan tinggi dalam proses pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pembelajaran PKn berbasis Discovery Learning mampu meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap hak dan kewajiban sebagai warga negara secara efektif. Implikasi penelitian ini dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran PKN yang lebih kontekstual, partisipatif, dan membentuk karakter kebangsaan pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Civic Education (PKn) at the elementary school level holds a strategic role in instilling essential character values from an early age. This study aims to explore the role of Civic Education in shaping students' character through the integration of values such as discipline, responsibility, patriotism, and social awareness. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis of the PKn learning process. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that PKn learning, when linked to contextual activities such as classroom discussions, social projects, and extracurricular engagements, significantly enhances students' understanding of citizenship concepts and encourages prosocial behavior. However, limited instructional time, insufficient teacher training in character education, and lack of supporting resources pose major challenges to effective implementation. The study concludes that the effectiveness of Civic Education in character development largely depends on holistic learning approaches and systemic support from curriculum design and professional teacher development. The implications of these findings highlight the urgency of revising the Civic Education curriculum and implementing continuous teacher training programs to fully realize the potential of character education within this subject.

Abstract

Civic Education (PKn) holds a crucial role in shaping and manifesting students’ national identity from an early age. However, a notable discrepancy exists between the normative expectations (das sollen) and the practical realities (das sein) of its implementation in elementary schools. While the PKn curriculum is ideally designed to instill national values such as Pancasila, the spirit of unity in diversity (Bhinneka Tunggal Ika), and patriotism, its application in classrooms often remains conventional, less engaging, and disconnected from students’ real-life contexts. As a result, students struggle to internalize the intended values meaningfully. This study aims to analyze Civic Education as a medium for fostering national identity among elementary school students through a comprehensive literature review. Utilizing a qualitative library research approach, this study draws on scholarly journals, academic books, and official documents relevant to the topic. The findings reveal that PKn can effectively strengthen national identity when implemented through interactive and contextual learning strategies, such as integrating national values into the curriculum, adopting innovative teaching methods, and promoting extracurricular activities that reinforce national character. With appropriate pedagogical approaches, Civic Education can serve as a transformative tool to cultivate students’ critical awareness, deepen their understanding of national values, and empower them to uphold unity and national integrity amid the challenges of globalization.

Abstract

Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan critical thinking peserta didik setelah dilaksanakan model lesson study di SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan, (2) Mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan colaboration peserta didik setelah dilaksanakan model lesson study di SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan, dan (3) Mengatahui hambatan yang dialami dalam melaksanakan model lesson study di SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan, Kecamatan Marga, Provinsi Bali. Adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan dan objek penelitian yakni 86 peserta didik yang terdiri dari kelas X Jasa Boga 5 yang berjumlah 42 peserta didik dan kelas X Akuntansi yang berjumlah 44 peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan materi “Penerapan Pancasila dalam Konteks Berbangsa”. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Terjadi peningkatan kemampuan critical thinking pada peserta didik setelah dilaksanakan model lesson study dibandingkan dengan pertemuan pada open class pertama, (2) Terjadi peningkatkan kemampuan collaboration peserta didik secara signifikan setelah dilaksanakan model lesson study dibandingkan dengan pertemuan pada saat open class yang pertama, dan (3) Hambatan yang dialami penulis yakni dalam hal sarana dan prasarana yakni tidak semua peserta didik mempunyai akses jaringan ke internet serta penulis juga mengalami sedikit kendala dalam hal pengamatan di kelas karena kelas yang diteliti tergolong kelas “gemuk” yang terdiri lebih dari 40 peserta didik.

Abstract

Menurut Marc Prensky (dalam Majir, 2020) generasi yang terlahir di era serba modern disebut dengan digital native. Oleh karena itu, sudah semestinya proses pendidikan di Indonesia dilakukan secara optimal dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Pendidikan Pancasila sebagai mata pelajaran wajib dan penting dalam mewariskan system nilai dan filsafat bangsa Indonesia haruslah diajarkan dengan optimal melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Salah satu media yang bisa dimanfaatkan guru Pendidikan Pancasila dalam pembelajaran di abad 21 yaitu melalui modul berbasis flipbook. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui validitas atau kelayakan modul berbasis flipbook. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian Research and Development. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 orang ahli yang merupakan dosen prodi PPKn dan PTI di Undiksha, guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan 36 siswa kelas X RPL di SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebesar 84% modul digital dinilai layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of Wordwall media in the Discovery Learning model in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects and analyze its contribution in shaping the Pancasila Student Profile. The Discovery Learning model was chosen because it can encourage students to actively discover concepts independently, while Wordwall is used as an interactive medium to support this process. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the integration of Wordwall in each stage of Discovery Learning can improve learning activities and shape student character, especially in the dimensions of critical thinking, mutual cooperation, and independence. This media also strengthens student learning interest and creates a fun and meaningful learning atmosphere. Thus, the strategic use of Wordwall in IPAS learning has the potential to be an effective tool to support the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and strengthen the values of the Pancasila Student Profile

Abstract

The cultivation of Pancasila values from a young age is a very important basis for building the character of Indonesia's younger generation. This study aims to examine how the game of soccer can serve as an integrative medium in learning Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) at the elementary school level. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers, and documentation of activities that integrate soccer activities with Civics materials. The research findings revealed that the dynamics in soccer games, such as team collaboration, sportsmanship, adherence to rules, and respect between players, naturally reflect the values of Pancasila, especially the 2nd (humanity), 3rd (unity), and 5th (social justice) precepts. Teachers play an important role in helping students reflect on their playing experiences and relate them to the application of Pancasila values in daily life. In conclusion, integrating soccer games in Civics lessons can be a relevant, fun, and effective teaching method to instill noble Pancasila values in students in elementary schools

Abstract

Integration of Tri Hita Karana (THK), a Balinese philosophy emphasizing harmony between humans, God, others, and the environment, into Civics Education (PKN) is an innovative approach to character development in elementary schools. This study explores the application of THK values through the local tradition of Petik Laut Madura, focusing on its impact on students’ teamwork, social responsibility, and environmental awareness. The research aims to understand how THK and Petik Laut can enhance students' understanding of cultural identity and character building in a relevant and engaging manner. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving 35 fifth-grade students from SDN Parsanga II. Data collection techniques included classroom observations, interviews, and analysis of students’ projects. The findings revealed that integrating THK principles with the Petik Laut tradition significantly improved students’ collaboration and engagement in learning. Students demonstrated increased empathy, social responsibility, and a stronger connection to cultural and environmental values. This research concludes that THK-based learning, contextualized within local traditions, is effective in fostering character development and cultural awareness in students. The study highlights the potential of local wisdom as a foundation for developing civic-minded, socially responsible, and environmentally conscious young citizens.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, melalui pendekatan meta-analisis, peran Pancasila sebagai ideologi bangsa dalam membentuk karakter cinta tanah air pada siswa sekolah dasar, berdasarkan artikel-artikel ilmiah terakreditasi yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Analisis dilakukan terhadap 10 artikel dari berbagai jurnal nasional terakreditasi. Hasil meta-analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Pancasila secara konsisten diterapkan dalam pembelajaran melalui kurikulum, kegiatan kokurikuler, dan pembiasaan karakter di sekolah dasar. Nilai-nilai seperti persatuan, penghargaan terhadap keberagaman, dan penguatan semangat kebangsaan menjadi indikator utama dalam pengembangan karakter cinta tanah air. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pendidikan dasar menjadi fondasi strategis dalam membangun karakter kebangsaan sejak usia dini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legality of interfaith marriage in Indonesia and its impact in terms of Law No. 16 of 2019 and Balinese Customary Law. The type of research used is normative legal research, namely research based on statutory regulations. In this study, a statutory approach was used by examining statutory regulations related to research and a conceptual approach taking into account the views or doctrines that developed in the science of law, and a case approach based on concrete cases. . The technique for collecting legal materials in this study is using library research techniques or documentary techniques, which are collected from archive studies or literature studies such as books, papers, articles, journals, newspapers or works of experts on law. The results of this study are that there is a conflict of laws and regulations between Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage and Law No. 24 of 2013 concerning Population Administration. Then interfaith marriages have an impact on the marriage itself, have an impact on the status of children and on future inheritance.
