Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya masalah sosial antara etnis Tionghoa dengan etnis lainnya yang terakumulasi dalam berbagai konflik yang menyeret wacana primordial dan etnosentrisme di Indonesia, seperti adanya kerusuhan Mei 1998 yang ditandai oleh penjarahan, pembakaran, dan kekerasan yang menargetkan komunitas Tionghoa dan yang terbaru kemunculan isu anti-China pada saat Pilkada DKI Jakarta tahun 2017 sebenarnya dapat mengganggu bangunan negara bangsa (nation-state building) yang sudah susah payah dibangun oleh Bapak Pendiri Bangsa (founding fathers) di masa lalu. Melihat kondisi di atas maka diperlukan upaya-upaya konkrit mengantisipasi kerawanan konflik tersebut. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengembangkan model pendidikan multikultural berbasis budaya Balichinesia melalui pendekatan eduwisata di Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-eksploratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk budaya Balichinesia tercermin dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan di Bali, termasuk arsitektur, ritual keagamaan, seni pertunjukan, perayaan Imlek, dan kuliner. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan potensi besar dalam pengembangan model ini, berkat dukungan warisan budaya Balichinesia dan popularitas Bali sebagai destinasi wisata. Namun, tantangan seperti infrastruktur yang kurang memadai dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia perlu diatasi. Penerapan model ini diharapkan tidak hanya memperkuat identitas Bali, tetapi juga meningkatkan kohesi sosial, mendorong ekonomi lokal, dan pelestarian budaya, serta menjadikan Bali sebagai pusat pendidikan multikultural dan pariwisata edukatif yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning yang dilengkapi dengan penggunaan media interaktif Wordwall. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIII-2 di SMP Laboratorium Undiksha. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 18 orang siswa kelas VIII-2. Proses penelitian dilakukan dalam beberapa siklus yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Objek penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dengan materi Melestarikan Budaya Bangsaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan rata-rata dan ketuntasan belajar peserta didik kelas VIII-2 SMP Laboratorium Undiksha. Rata-rata pada siklus I sebesar 62,2 dan siklus II sebesar 85,55. Sedangkan ketuntasan belajar peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 33,3% dan ketuntasan belajar peserta didik pada siklus II sebesar 83,33%. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dapat dianggap berhasil karena sudah memenuhi ketuntasan hasil belajar antara siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil belajar peserta didik lebiih baik, setelah menerapkan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media interaktif Wordwall.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of character education based on Civic Education (PKn) in the era of Society 5.0, focusing on its implementation challenges and strategies. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study examines a variety of literature relevant to the topic. The results of the study show that character education in PKn plays an important role in shaping students' morals, civic awareness, and social values. However, the main challenge faced is the negative influence of digital technology on student morality, as well as the lack of integration between schools, families, and society in instilling character values consistently. Therefore, strategies that can be applied include the integration of technology in learning, contextual approaches based on local wisdom, and strengthening collaboration between schools, families, and communities. This study concludes that character education in PKn must adapt to technological developments to ensure that the nation's character is maintained in the digital era.

Abstract

In order to improve the science learning achievement of fifth grade elementary school students, this study aims to create valid, useful, and effective hypermedia containing ecoliteracy. The ADDIE development model is used to develop hypermedia through the stages of analysis, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. It is crucial to teach ecoliteracy early on, and learning media is one of the factors contributing to the low achievement of elementary school students in science learning. The Learning Object Review Instrument (LORI) instrument is used to test the validity of the material and media. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) instrument is used to test the practicality of hypermedia. The effectiveness of hypermedia is analyzed by a one-tailed t-test. This study produces learning media in the form of hypermedia that can be accessed on a link containing interactive material, games, and evaluation questions. The validity test of the hypermedia material and media obtained very valid results with a score of 4.6 for the material and 4.5 for the media. Practicality test from teachers and students got an average score of 2.5 with superior category, so that hypermedia can be stated as practical in terms of attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, stimulation, accuracy and novelty. Effectiveness test analyzed by one-tailed t-test got tcount result 51.757 which is bigger than ttable 2.068, so hypothesis H1 is accepted. This shows that implementation of hypermedia effectively improves students’ learning achievement in harmonious ecosystem material, so it is suitable to be used in learning process.

Abstract

Rapid advances in technology and science can be a challenge in maintaining local wisdom. Education is one alternative way to overcome these problems. Educational innovations carried out by teachers in learning activities can integrate local wisdom into teaching materials such as Student Worksheets. This study aims to describe the analysis of local wisdom-based Student Worksheets in Situbondo Regency, which includes the curriculum analysis process. These mapping materials will be integrated with local wisdom culture, and materials will be determined based on learning achievements and indicators. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with teachers in Situbondo Regency as research subjects. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection uses observation, documentation, and interviews. The study was conducted by analyzing the curriculum, focusing on Student Worksheets, mapping materials, determining Student Worksheets, and making Student Worksheets. The results of this study show that there is a need for the development of local wisdom-based Student Worksheets so that students have knowledge about culture and values ​​that can be taken. Furthermore, this study recommends that teachers develop Student Worksheets by incorporating local wisdom values ​​from their respective regions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran Jigsaw sebagai strategi efektif dalam pembelajaran PKN di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Library Research yaitu peneliti dapat mengeksplorasi kajian-kajian sebelumnya, teori-teori yang mendasari yang dianggap relevan dan informatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model Jigsaw sebagai strategi efektif dalam pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan oleh siswa dengan belajar berkelompok baik dengan kelompok kecil maupun dengan kelompok inti. Model pembelajaran Jigsaw mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif karena dalam pembelajaran ini dilakukan diskusi dengan kelompoknya masing-masing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pendidikan kewarganegaraan multikultural dapat menjadi instrumen strategis untuk menumbuhkan kewarganegaraan yang inklusif dan memperkuat harmoni sosial. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, analisis dokumen kurikulum, dan diskusi kelompok terarah dengan guru, siswa, dan tokoh masyarakat di lima sekolah dasar. Temuan-temuan yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan yang signifikan antara kebijakan kurikulum nasional dan implementasi di kelas, terutama karena kurangnya responsifitas budaya dan bahan ajar yang kontekstual. Meskipun demikian, beberapa praktik inovatif, seperti mendongeng yang berakar pada budaya, keterlibatan masyarakat, dan integrasi bahasa lokal, ditemukan dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan toleransi antar etnis. Penelitian ini mengusulkan Model HARMONI, sebagai kerangka kerja pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang responsif budaya. Implementasi model ini menghasilkan peningkatan yang terukur dalam pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan watak kewarganegaraan, sekaligus mempromosikan kohesi sosial dan menegaskan identitas ganda siswa sebagai orang Papua dan Indonesia. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya merancang pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang integratif secara nasional dan relevan secara lokal, terutama di daerah perbatasan yang memiliki budaya yang kompleks.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the understanding and implementation of nationalism attitudes at SD YPPK Santo Thomas Aquino Nohotif through a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach. Research subjects included grade IV-VI students, teachers, principals, parents, and community leaders. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and documentation, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The findings reveal that students' understanding of nationalism remains conceptual and has not reached an optimal implementation level. Students can identify national symbols but have not deeply understood the meaning of national values. The implementation of nationalism attitudes is still limited to formal activities such as flag ceremonies and national holiday commemorations, not yet integrated into daily life. Factors influencing nationalism attitude formation include internal school aspects (learning quality, teacher competence, facilities), external factors (family support, community environment), technology and media factors, and socio-cultural factors. The main obstacles faced include pedagogical, infrastructural, socio-cultural, and economic limitations. This study recommends the need for more comprehensive, contextual, and sustainable nationalism cultivation strategies by integrating local values in national character education.

Abstract

This study conducted a systematic review of gamification-based learning resources in elementary school Civics Education (PKn) to improve student engagement and civic competence. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, with the PRISMA framework, was used to analyse 17 empirical studies published between 2019 and 2024. The results showed that gamification significantly improved student motivation (86% of studies), collaborative skills (72%), and civic understanding (68%) through elements such as badges, leaderboards, and interactive simulations. Key success factors include alignment with the curriculum, teacher training, and cultural relevance. In Indonesia, implementation challenges include limited digital infrastructure, as only 35% of rural schools have stable internet access, and teacher readiness is not yet optimal. This study proposes a contextual gamification approach that integrates local values ​​such as cooperation and low-tech solutions to overcome these obstacles. Key findings indicate that gamification is not only a motivational tool but also an effective pedagogical strategy for developing holistic civic competence. Policy recommendations include ongoing teacher training, development of inclusive implementation guidelines, and longitudinal research to measure long-term impacts. In conclusion, gamification designed with local context and infrastructure limitations in mind can be a sustainable solution to revitalise civic learning in Indonesia.

Abstract

Education for environmental citizenship plays an important role in social change towards sustainable development, achieving economic, social and environmental balance through informed, cooperative and participatory citizens. The purpose of this study is to develop a design model for educational pedagogy for environmental citizenship in primary education. The method used in this study uses a literature review on the topic (articles, and curriculum guidelines for primary education). The results of the study propose a conceptual framework for developing a model of educational pedagogy for environmental citizenship. The framework consists of important aspects of variables that can be considered in the learning environment such as exploring the environment, analyzing problems, explaining facts, recommending solutions, outlining actions, and reflecting and listening.
