Abstract

Desa Keji, Kecamatan Muntilan, Kabupaten Magelang termasuk desa lokus stunting. Persentase angka stunting di desa tersebut yaitu 21,4% di bawah angka stunting Kabupaten Magelang yaitu 25,8%. Salah satu dusun yaitu Pasekan kasus stunting rendah, hanya 1 anak yang stunting dan 1 anak yang berat badannya di Bawah Garis Merah (BGM). Namun demikian, Posyandu Tunas Harapan yang berada di wilayah ini selalu berupaya memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada warga agar kasus stunting tidak pernah muncul. Meskipun begitu, masih ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, di antaranya yaitu kekurangpedulian para ibu dalam memberikan makanan yang kandungan gizinya cukup kepada anak-anak. Para ibu tersebut umumnya bekerja sebagai pedagang, sehingga urusan anak diserahkan kepada kakek nenek. Oleh karena itu, tim Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat Terpadu (PPMT) Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi dan praktik pembuatan Makanan Pendamping Air Susu Ibu (MPASI) kepada para ibu warga Dusun Pasekan bekerja sama dengan Posyandu Tunas Harapan pada bulan Desember 2024 yang lalu. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman para ibu sebesar 71% terhadap arti penting pemberian MPASI kepada anak-anak usia lebih dari 6 bulan. Selanjutnya 69,7% para ibu memahami cara pembuatan MPASI yang diajarkan tim PPMT dan bersedia untuk mempraktikkan di rumah dalam pemberian makanan kepada anak-anaknya.

Abstract

Maksud penelitian ini untuk Mengukur dan menguraikan pengaruh bahan baku, penjadwalan produksi, dan tenaga kerja terhadap kualitas produk di perusahaan CV Ribka Furniture Factory merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Sampel sebanyak 67 orang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan subjek penelitian adalah manajer, karyawan, dan staf CV Ribka Furniture Factory. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitian menggunakan asosiatif, teknis pengambilan sampel adalah Consecutive Sampling. Metode analisis fakta menerapkan analisis software SPSS versi 26. Pengujian hipotesis memanfaatkan uji t dan untuk keperluan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Digunakannya pengujian parsial menghasilkan bahwa Kualitas produk dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kualitas bahan baku. Penjadwalan produksi secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi kualitas produk. Kualitas produk dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh tenaga kerja. Secara parsial dari ketiga variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kualitas produk adalah variabel kualitas bahan baku.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Gold Ocean Strategy (GOS) in Islamic organizations as a novel, values-based approach to strategic management that integrates Sharia principles with ethical innovation and stakeholder collaboration. Amid growing demands for ethical governance and sustainable practices, the research aims to investigate how Islamic organizations operationalize religious values in strategic decision-making, engage with diverse stakeholders, and sustain innovation within the boundaries of Islamic law. Employing a qualitative exploratory design, data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews with 15 executives from three sectors—Islamic banking, halal industry, and waqf institutions—using purposive sampling. Revealed three key findings: (1) Islamic values serve as the foundation for strategic intent and organizational behavior; (2) stakeholder engagement is practiced through inclusive, trust-based mechanisms rooted in shura (consultation); and (3) innovation is actively pursued within a Sharia-compliant ethical framework, reflecting a balance between adaptability and moral responsibility. This study contributes to the literature by offering an integrative framework that synthesizes elements of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Trust-Based Adoption Model (TBAM), and Expectation-Confirmation Theory (ECT) within an Islamic organizational context. The novelty of this research lies in its empirical articulation of the GOS as a strategic paradigm that is both spiritually anchored and managerially effective. The findings offer theoretical enrichment to stakeholder and innovation theories, while also providing practical insights for leaders and policymakers in promoting faith-driven, socially responsible, and innovation-oriented organizational strategies in Muslim-majority economies.

Abstract

Study This aims to analyze influence review online customer review, rating customers, and viral marketing strategies towards decision purchase consumers on NPURE products on the Shopee platform. This background study rooted in the phenomenon increasing the use of e-commerce in Indonesia and shift behavior consumer in making purchase decisions influenced by digital opinions and campaigns marketing based on social media . This study use approach quantitative descriptive with method survey through questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who were user active on Shopee and ever do purchase NPURE products . The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Data analysis is done with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using the Partial Least Square (PLS) model through device soft SmartPLS 4. The research results show that customer rating and viral marketing variables have influence positive and significant to decision purchase . While that , the online customer review variable does not show significant influence . These findings contribute theoretically to development of behavioral models consumers in the digital era and offer implications practical for local skincare brand marketing strategies in the marketplace.

Abstract

Regional Innovation System (SIDa) plays a crucial role in enhancing knowledge-based economic competitiveness at the regional level. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to explore the concept of the Triple Helix in advancing regional innovation and the role of accounting in strengthening small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through a review of existing literature, this research aims to identify the interactions between academia, government, and industry in creating an inclusive and sustainable innovation ecosystem. The study finds that the success of the Triple Helix collaboration depends on the role of government as a facilitator, universities as sources of innovation, and SMEs as users of technology. The Triple Helix model provides a strong conceptual foundation for understanding and developing an effective SIDa. A successful SIDa heavily relies on strong synergy and collaboration among universities, industry, and government at the regional level. Accounting can empower SMEs by providing sound business knowledge, which is essential for building partnerships and accessing funding. Accounting thus serves as a critical foundation for the growth and sustainability of SMEs within the regional innovation ecosystem. This article is expected to contribute to the formulation of strategic policies aimed at strengthening SIDa through a collaborative approach.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower the Village-Owned Enterprise and Tenjolaya Tourism Village by strengthening social media marketing skills and improving service quality. Tenjolaya Village has significant natural and cultural tourism potential. However, tourism destination management faces various challenges, particularly in digital marketing and service quality, resulting in under-utilization of this potential. This activity actively involves the community in training, mentoring, and developing marketing strategies and tourism services. The methods used in this community service program are participatory, including intensive training on social media marketing, service quality improvement workshops, ongoing mentoring, and the formation of social media and tourism service management teams. The training focuses on utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for tourism promotion. At the same time, the workshop aims to improve the community's skills in providing excellent service to tourists. Intensive mentoring is provided to ensure effective and sustainable strategy implementation. The expected results of this activity are an increase in the number of tourist visits through effective digital promotion, increased tourist satisfaction through quality services, and community empowerment in independently managing tourism potential. This community service activity aims to improve the performance of the Village-Owned Enterprise and tourist villages and empower the community to become independent in managing its tourism potential. This program is expected to significantly impact the economic development and well-being of the Tenjolaya Village community through a systematic and sustainable approach

Abstract

Dewasa ini industri food and beverages semakin bekembang, karena bertambahnya jumlah penduduk dan meningkatnya permintaan konsumsi. Salah satu yang menjadi bagian industri tersebut adalah kopi, dimana masyarakat gemar sekali minum kopi. Dewasa ini di masyarakat tidak bisa luput dari namanya minum kopi, mulai dari yang masih pelajar, hingga orang dewasa juga tidak luput dari kebiasaan ini. Tingkat konsumsi yang tinggi serta diiringi dengan gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia yang bisa lepas dari kopi, tentu ini membuat industri kopi makin tumbuh dan berkembang. Saat ini mulailah muncul banyak kedai kopi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ngopi masyarakat, disisi lain kedai kopi tersebut harus tahu apa yang dapat menarik minat beli konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keragaman produk, gaya hidup dan electronic word of mouth terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Kedai Gusti Ponorogo. Peneliti menggunakan sampel sejumlah 75 responden yang merupakan konsumen Kedai Gusti Ponorogo dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan yaitu accindental sampling. Adapun dalam menganalisis data – data yang diperoleh memakai uji validitas, uji reabilitas, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Alat analisis datanya menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Semua data – data tersebut diolah menggunakan SPPS versi 25. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini yaitu keragaman produk, gaya hidup dan electronic word of mouth masing – masing secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Kedai Gusti Ponorogo. Keragaman produk, gaya hidup dan electronic word of mouth secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Kedai Gusti Ponorogo.

Abstract

Integrasi cepat Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan yang menuntut kajian kritis terkait nilai pedagogis, implikasi etis, dan transformasinya. Studi ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan kerangka PRISMA untuk menganalisis 15 artikel terindeks Scopus yang diterbitkan pada periode 2020–2025 dan diperoleh secara sistematis dari berbagai basis data akademik utama. Hasil studi mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama. Pertama, AI menawarkan peluang pedagogis yang signifikan melalui pembelajaran adaptif, umpan balik personal, dan otomatisasi asesmen yang secara kolektif meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa serta mendukung praktik mengajar berbasis data. Kedua, literatur menyoroti tantangan etis berupa privasi data, bias algoritmik, dan kurangnya transparansi dalam pengambilan keputusan otomatis, sehingga menegaskan urgensi pembentukan kerangka etika dan regulasi yang kuat. Ketiga, implikasi pedagogis integrasi AI menuntut pengembangan literasi AI pada pendidik, perancangan ulang strategi pembelajaran, dan kesadaran kritis terhadap peran teknologi dalam membentuk praktik pendidikan. Sebagai respons atas fenomena tersebut, studi ini menegaskan perlunya model tata kelola AI dalam pendidikan yang berpusat pada manusia (human-centered governance model) dengan menempatkan nilai-nilai pedagogis, keadilan, dan otonomi guru sebagai fondasi utama. Implementasi model ini mencakup tiga strategi: (1) integrasi literasi etika-AI dalam kurikulum pendidikan guru agar mereka mampu menilai dan memandu penggunaan teknologi secara kritis; (2) kolaborasi lintas disiplin antara pendidik, pengembang teknologi, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk merumuskan panduan etik yang kontekstual; serta (3) penguatan riset empiris berbasis lokal untuk memastikan penerapan AI selaras dengan kebutuhan sosial, budaya, dan pendidikan di tingkat akar rumput. Dengan pendekatan ini, AI tidak hanya dipahami sebagai inovasi teknologi, melainkan juga sebagai instrumen reflektif untuk merumuskan ulang pedagogi, etika, dan tata kelola ekosistem pembelajaran digital yang berkeadilan dan berkelanjutan. The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into education presents both opportunities and challenges that demand critical examination of its pedagogical values, ethical implications, and transformative impact. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA framework to analyze fifteen Scopus-indexed articles published between 2020 and 2025, systematically retrieved from major academic databases. The findings identify three major themes. First, AI offers substantial pedagogical opportunities through adaptive learning, personalized feedback, and automated assessment, collectively enhancing student engagement and supporting data-driven teaching practices. Second, the literature highlights ethical challenges such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and the lack of transparency in automated decision-making, emphasizing the urgency of establishing robust ethical frameworks and governance mechanisms. Third, the pedagogical implications of AI integration call for the development of AI literacy among educators, the redesign of learning strategies, and critical awareness of technology’s role in shaping educational practice. In response to these issues, this study argues for the establishment of a human-centered AI governance model in education, grounded in pedagogical values, equity, and teacher autonomy. The proposed solution involves three interrelated strategies: (1) integrating ethical-AI literacy into teacher education curricula to foster critical and responsible use of technology; (2) promoting cross-disciplinary collaboration among educators, technologists, and policymakers to develop contextually grounded ethical guidelines; and (3) strengthening empirical, locally grounded research to ensure AI implementation aligns with socio-cultural and educational realities. Through this framework, AI is not merely viewed as a technological innovation, but as a reflective instrument to reframe pedagogy, ethics, and governance toward a more just and sustainable digital learning ecosystem.

Abstract

The lack of consumer disloyalty in the shopping process, especially amid Shopee's dominance as a market leader, is the focal point of this research. Shopee managed to achieve top rankings in shaping customer loyalty in the online marketplace. This study aimed to identify several factors that affect customer loyalty on the Shopee platform through trust, good service at Shopee, and satisfaction. Considers related to the important role e-satisfaction plays as a mediating variable in understanding the impact of e-trust and e-service quality on Shopee customer loyalty. A quantitative research design was used, with 100 respondents receiving a questionnaire via Google Form, using simple random sampling techniques in data collection. Data analysis was performed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SMART PLS application. Research findings show that the impact of e-trust on Shopee consumer loyalty is quite significant and that the quality of e-service also significantly impacts Shopee customer e-loyalty. In contrast, e-satisfaction is a mediator that significantly affects customers’ e-loyalty levels. Managers must focus on improving the quality of e-services for customer satisfaction. This can include continuous measurement and improvement in website consistency, response speed, and information availability.
