Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi upaya guru dalam menyeimbangkan antara kebutuhan dan kemampuan pembelajaran saat ini menggunakan model pembelajaran yang efektif dalam kondisi pembelajaran campuran (blended learning). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN Curup. Hasil penelitian bahwa upaya guru PAI dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran efektif dengan model blended learning di MAN Curup menjadi suatu keharusan yang dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran abad-21. Guru perlu mengembangkan berbagai metode dan media yang dapat menunjang pembelajaran agar pelaksanaan pembelajaran bisa berjalan dengan baik dalam keadaan dan kondisi yang berubah seperti saat pandemi atau pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas. Tentunya dukungan dari teman sebaya sebagai tutor, dan dorongan motivasi instrinsik dari dalam diri guru tersebut menjadi hal yang sangat penting karena meskipun fasilitas memadai, tutor sebaya mendukung, apabila kemauan dalam diri tidak ada maka pengembangan diri untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang ideal akan terhambat dan tidak akan bisa berkembang dan sudah tentu akan berimbas kepada peserta didik. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menyarankan terutama bagi guru, siswa dan peneliti selanjutnya. Bagi guru diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja siswa karena pengembalian yang berkualitas berasal dari input yang berkualitas. Ketika mengajar seorang guru, guru harus terlebih dahulu menguasai mata pelajaran, keterampilan, dan keterampilan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT Medion Farma Jaya adalah ketidakseimbangan fasa dan harmonisa pada sistem AHU. Permasalahan tersebut akibat dari pembebanan arus masukan untuk fan evaporator yang tidak seimbang, serta penggunaan variable speed drive (VSD) yang merupakan salah satu peralatan non linier yang digunakan untuk mengatur kecepatan motor blower pada sistem AHU. Peralatan ini memberikan arus harmonisa ke jaringan sistem tenaga pada orde harmonisa rendah seperti harmonisa ke-3, 5, 7, 9, 11 dan 13. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penyeimbangan arus beban perfasa, serta melakukan filterisasi harmonisa untuk mereduksi harmonisa tersebut. Filter yang digunakan adalah filter double tuned yang ditransformasi dari 2 buah filter single tuned yang memiliki 2 frekuensi yang berbeda. Perancangan dan simulasi pemasangan filter pada bus 3 dan bus 5 dilakukan menggunakan software ETAP power station 12.6. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terjadi penurunan nilai THDi pada bus 3 sebesar 74,38% menjadi 12,33%, sedangkan pada bus 5 sebesar 74,71% menjadi 12,39%. Pada akhirnya, nilai THDi pada sistem AHU mendekati nilai standar yang ditetapkan IEEE Standar 519- 1992. Sedangkan untuk ketidakseimbangan fasa mengalami penurunan sebesar 4% dengan penurunan arus beban pada fasa R sebesar 26,1 A.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul. Perbaikan Pembelajaran Matematika Materi Pengantar Statistik Dengan Model Pembelajaran Realistic Mathematic Education Kelas XII IA5 SMAN 1 Tanjungbalai. Tujuan penelitian adalah Mendeskripsikan upaya perbaikan belajar matematika di Kelas XII IA5 SMAN 1 Kota Tanjungbalai. Perbaikan pembelajaran ini menggunakan langkah-langkah PTK sebanyak 2 siklus. Siklus 1 hari Senin tanggal 17 Oktober 2022 dengan langkah-langkah model Realistic Mathematic Education. Pembelajaran siklus 1 sudah baik dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar pada prasiklus, namun masih perlu penyempurnaan dalam pendalaman materi dan menyimpulkan hasil kerja siswa sehingga diperlukan perbaikan pembelajaran untuk siklus 2. Siklus 2 hari Senin tanggal 24 Oktober 2022. Siklus 2 memiliki hasil yang memuaskan dan dapat memperbaiki kekuarangan yang terjadi pada Siklus 1. Dari 32 orang anak didik yang tuntas pada prasiklus sebanyak 12 orang (37,50%), meningkat pada siklus 1 menjadi 24 siswa (75%) dan meningkat lagi pada siklus 2 menjadi 32 orang (100%). Perbaikan pembelajaran matematika di XII IA5 SMAN 1 Kota Tanjungbalai. tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 dapat tercapai dengan menggunakan Model Realistic Mathematic Education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap harga saham dalam Indeks LQ45 periode 2019-2021. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 24 perusahaan dalam indeks LQ45 periode 2019-2021 yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasio profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan, rasio leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Effective communication skills are crucial in counseling sessions as they play a pivotal role in facilitating the success of counseling. Among the fundamental skills required in counseling, listening skills stand out. These skills enable counselors to not only comprehend and interpret the messages conveyed by those they counsel but also respond appropriately. This, in turn, fosters trust, comfort, and support, encouraging individuals to open up about their challenges. Furthermore, effective listening is instrumental in demonstrating empathy during the counseling process. However, in practice, there are several potential obstacles to listening, such as preconceived notions about clients, anticipating their words instead of truly hearing them, being preoccupied with one's own thoughts, personal issues, strong emotional reactions, or distractions like office noise or hunger. Within the realm of counseling skills, honing the ability to listen effectively is of paramount importance and serves as a foundational skill to nurture throughout the counseling relationship, ultimately enhancing empathy and ensuring appropriate responses.

Abstract

Analyzing the situation in society, there are still pregnant women who do not have their pregnancies checked early at the Community Health Center or Posyandu. A more intensive role of cadres and the community is needed, to find and provide support and encouragement, so that pregnant women in the first trimester have their pregnancies checked by health workers/midwives. The proposed solution is to increase the role of cadres and the community in Sungai Turak village, to be able to find pregnant women in the first trimester early. This community service activity is in the form of educational material provided to cadres and the community, so that cadres and the community can jointly find/detect pregnant women. The output of the activity is in the form of outreach material provided to cadres and the community. Activities will be carried out in December 2023 - January 2024. After the leaflet materials have been completed, outreach activities are scheduled for cadres and the community, which will be held on January 18 2024 at the Community Health Center. During the counseling process, information was conveyed about the importance of pregnancy checks, the role of cadres, and steps to motivate pregnant women to have their pregnancies checked at a health service.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization many people ability use more than one language, this phenomenon in sociolinguistics studies is called code mixing and code switching. In Indonesia there are many artists or actors who use code mixing and code switching in everyday their utterances. One of Indonesian artist who uses code mixing and code switching is Maudy Ayunda. In her YouTube video entitled Thoughts on Adulting, Thoughts on Gap Year, Thoughts on how English changed my life, Thoughts on Failures + GRWM!, she uses code mixing and code switching in Indonesian and English in her utterances. This aim of this research is finding the types of code mixing and code switching and the factor of using code mixing and code switching also finding any interference in Maudy Ayunda's utterances as the impact of code mixing and code switching usage. This research used descriptive qualitative research and the data were analyzed using the theory of Hoffmann. The result of this research indicated that there 176 data points from four video. There are three types of code mixing in Maudy Ayunda’s of four video YouTube channel which are accured including : Intra sentential mixing occurs 109 times, intra lexical 11 times, and involving change pronunciation occurs 14 times. Further, there are 3 types of code switching which are used by Maudy Ayunda such as: intra sentential switching occurs 68 times , inter sentential switching occurs 14 times and emblematic switching occurs 6 times. In each of the video intra sentential mixing is the most dominant used in Maudy's utterances.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penggunaan neurosains dalam pembelajaran PAI, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagian dan sistem kerja otak serta peranannya dalam pembelajaran PAI di era society 5.0, sumber primer dan sumber sekunder, Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Guru Milenial dan tantagan society 5.0 yang di tulis oleh Hani Rafiqo dan Richardus eko indrajid serta jurnal mengenai neurosains dan data sekunder yang di gunakan jurnal dan buku buku yang relavan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pentingnya seorang guru memahami fungsi otak dalam merancang, melaksanakan pembelajaran serta komunikasi antara guru dan siswa agar pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan optimal.

Abstract

This research discusses the neuroscience-based PAI learning model with the concept of the inquiry learning model. The aim of this research is to find out how the neuroscience-based PAI learning model uses the concept of the inquiry learning model. This type of research is library research. The data sources used in this research are primary sources and secondary sources. The primary data source in this research is a journal that discusses neuroscience-based PAI learning models and inquiry learning models, while secondary data sources consist of relevant journals and books. The results of the research show that Neuroscience is very appropriate to use in learning. All human potential is based on the brain or mind, therefore, in studying Islamic religious education, it is also necessary to collaborate with Neuroscience, so that the optimization of students' brain potential is achieved, because it is the only science that studies the brain or mind is Neuroscience.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in human life, so improving in all aspects is needed, both in terms of teachers as educators and students. Education, which as an effort to humanize humans, must be able to help humans develop their potential. This study aims to find out implementation of the problem based learning (PBL) model in islamic religious education learning and its implications for the critical thinking ability of students of sman 1 rejang lebong. This research uses a descriptive method of Analysis with a type of qualitative research, which is a type of research that describes phenomena or facts on the object under study to take the essence of each phenomenon. Problem Based Learning implementation model which includes planning, implementation and evaluation. The study of Religious Education at SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong is to prepare the appointment of annual learning programs, semester programs, syllabus, lesson plans, and selection of teaching materials. The implementation of the Problem Based Learning Model in teaching Islamic Religious Education is to convey basic competencies and teaching objectives. Keidua, divide students into groups. Third, show students to discuss the problem presented. Fourth, convey the results of the discussion to the front of the class and to other listening groups, while the other group is given the opportunity to speak, imitate suggestions, criticisms, and input. After the presentation is over. Fifth, the teacher evaluates the results of the discussion.
