Abstract

Product sales circulation and product stock repurchase play a strategic role in meeting customer needs and increasing a company's profits. PT Rotaryana Engineering as a company that provides spare parts for electronic kitchen products in various brands is experiencing rapid dynamics in the sales of its various products. Therefore, a decision-making system is needed regarding spare parts stock policies that will support increased sales and customer satisfaction for the company. This research will model a product stock procurement prediction system using the Naive Bayes method. Sales data for one year will be used to categorize the availability of each product, namely the available category and the not available category. Furthermore, calculations using the Naive Bayes method produce likelihood probability values ​​for each product item which are used to predict and recommend procurement of spare parts stock. This information can be used as a basis for determining priorities for procuring stock of the most popular goods and reducing stock of less popular goods so that the circulation of the company's product stock becomes more efficient and effective.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship or correlation that exists between the level of non-performing loans and the financial performance of banking companies. The research objects are state-owned banks, namely Mandiri Bank, Indonesian State Bank, State Savings Bank, Indonesian Sharia Bank, Indonesian People's Bank for the last 8 years, namely 2016-2023. The research results are based on a simple regression test with a significance of 0.048. The Non Performing Loan (NPL) variable has a significant negative effect on company performance which is calculated using return on assets. Based on the results it can be seen that Non Performing Loans affect banking performance, therefore companies must maintain and maintain their NPL so that performance can improve the financial performance of banking companies. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of interest rates, economic growth, and inflation on the profitability of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets. (ROA). The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements and macroeconomic data from Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) during the period 2020-2022. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The research results indicate that the analysis shows that interest rates have a negative and significant impact on the profitability of mining companies. This is consistent with financial theory, which states that an increase in interest rates raises the cost of capital and reduces company profits. Economic growth has a positive and significant impact on the profitability of mining companies. When the economy grows, the demand for mining products increases, which positively impacts the revenue and profitability of the company. Inflation has a negative but insignificant effect on the profitability of mining companies. Although inflation can increase operational costs, mining companies may be able to offset the impact of inflation through adjustments in product selling prices. Mining companies are expected to manage macroeconomic factors more effectively to enhance their profitability, and the companies should develop risk management strategies, diversification and expansion, cost management in inflationary conditions, and macroeconomic analysis to formulate business strategies that are more adaptive and responsive to changing economic conditions. Abstract

The performance of an accounting information system can be evaluated through two aspects, namely system user satisfaction and the level of system utilization. Satisfaction assessment is related to the extent to which users feel that this system meets all their needs in supporting the completion of their work. On the other hand, evaluation of system utilization is related to the behavior of individuals who use accounting information systems because they see benefits that can help them in completing their work tasks. This research aims to examine the influence of top management support, personal technical abilities and training and education programs as independent variables on the performance of accounting information systems as the dependent variable. This research is quantitative in nature with data sources coming from questionnaires and interviews. Data sources were collected directly through questionnaires or questionnaires from Hotel Hayo employees.  The results of the analysis show that partially the sig value of top management support indicates that the independent variable has a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable of accounting information system performance. Personal technical ability variables and training and education programs have a positive and significant influence on accounting information system performance variables. Simultaneously, the independent variables together have a positive effect on improving the performance of the accounting information system

Abstract

Technology aids humans in performing activities such as accessing information in all fields, particularly in education. One implementation adopted by educational institutions is the student information system. As an educational institution, SMK Yadika 13 Tambun runs a scholarship program. The school's selection process is still manual, conducted through document requirements. Consequently, the selection process takes a long time due to the high number of applicants. Only those meeting the criteria receive scholarships. The large number of applicants and the limited scholarship quota make it challenging for the school to manually screen documents. The research objective is to determine prospective scholarship recipients at SMK Yadika 13 Tambun and implement the Simple Additive Weighting method in a decision support system that can provide alternatives in determining scholarship recipients. The Simple Additive Weighting algorithm can be applied in determining scholarship recipients. This algorithm can serve as an exemplary calculation method as it can identify alternatives for each attribute. Subsequently, a ranking system is devised to select the best alternatives. The system developed can assist SMK Yadika 13 Tambun Bekasi in determining scholarship recipients more efficiently and systematically, thereby reducing errors in the selection process.

Abstract

In the digital era, ease of information access plays a crucial role in the effectiveness of an academic website. The Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya faces challenges in providing quick and efficient access to information for users. This internship report aims to design and implement a quick search feature on the faculty’s website to enhance user experience. The methods used include observation, interviews, and literature studies to understand user needs and technical system development. The implementation of a JSON-based search feature allows for faster and more accurate information retrieval. Testing results show that this feature improves search efficiency by up to 90%, with high user satisfaction based on conducted surveys. Future development may include integration with a more complex database system and the addition of filtering features to improve search result relevance

Abstract

This scientific article aims to evaluate a workshop held at SMP Negeri Satu Atap Cibarusah Bekasi to enhance the digital literacy of teachers. The workshop focused on creating written works in the form of Aksi Nyata Documents on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), introducing and utilizing the Canva graphic design application and Gemini Artificial Intelligence to support the writing process. Participants were also trained on the structure of writing Aksi Nyata that meet PMM’s Writing Guidelines to ensure validation, as well as how to provide effective feedback for various types of Aksi Nyata. The workshop consisted of three main sessions: (1) Introduction to the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), (2) Tips for passing PMM Action Plan validation, and (3) Hands-on practice in creating written works aligned with the theme "Literacy Enhancing Student Competence." Evaluation results show that teachers gained increased understanding and skills in composing scientific articles that meet PMM standards and can use technology to improve the quality of their writing. This workshop significantly contributes to strengthening teachers' digital literacy and writing competence, which is expected to be applied in educational development at schools.

Abstract

The data source in this research is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires, with a population of 80,903 MSMEs in Palembang City in 2022. A sample of 100 MSMEs was obtained that implemented an accounting information system using the Slovin formula calculation. The sampling technique uses a non-probability method with purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results were obtained partially. The application of the Accounting Information System (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports (Y). Human Resource Capability (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reports (Y). The implementation of the Accounting Information System (X1) and Human Resource Capabilities (X2) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously or together on the Quality of Financial Reports (Y).

Abstract

AbstrakWorkshop online ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan peserta dalam memperoleh beasiswa untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada 18 Mei 2024 melalui platform Zoom ini diikuti oleh 30 peserta yang berasal dari latar belakang ekonomi kurang mampu. Workshop ini diselenggarakan dalam tiga tahap utama: persiapan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi dan monitoring. Pada tahap persiapan, tim penyelenggara bekerja sama dengan mitra dari kalangan guru, dosen, dan perwakilan universitas untuk menyusun materi yang relevan dan mempersiapkan seluruh kebutuhan teknis kegiatan. Tahap pelaksanaan melibatkan sesi penyampaian materi, tanya jawab, dan sharing session yang interaktif dan memberikan motivasi serta strategi praktis kepada peserta. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui angket dan wawancara yang menunjukkan bahwa 85% peserta merasa lebih siap dan percaya diri dalam menghadapi proses aplikasi beasiswa. Meskipun demikian, beberapa kendala teknis seperti gangguan koneksi internet dan keterbatasan waktu dalam membahas materi secara mendalam menjadi tantangan yang perlu diperhatikan. Sebagai solusi, penyelenggara disarankan untuk menyediakan materi tambahan yang dapat diakses peserta secara mandiri dan mempertimbangkan penyelenggaraan workshop berkelanjutan. Workshop ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan, terutama dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi dan kesiapan siswa untuk memperoleh beasiswa. Kata kunci : pengabdian; workshop; strategi; beasiswa; study AbstractThis online workshop aimed to enhance participant understanding and readiness to secure scholarships for further studies. Held on May 18, 2024, via Zoom, the workshop was attended by 30 participant from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The workshop was conducted in three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation and monitoring. During the preparation stage, the organizers collaborated with teachers, lecturers, and university representatives to develop relevant materials and ensure all technical needs were met. The implementation stage included interactive sessions for material presentation, Q&A, and sharing experiences, providing participants with practical strategies and motivation. Evaluation through surveys and interviews revealed that 85% of participants felt more prepared and confident in navigating the scholarship application process. However, technical issues such as internet connectivity problems and limited time for in-depth discussion posed challenges. To address these issues, it is recommended that additional materials be made available for independent access by participants and that ongoing workshops be considered. Overall, the workshop had a significant positive impact, particularly in increasing students' access to information and preparedness to obtain scholarships. Keywords: devotion; workshop; strategy; scholarship; study

Abstract

Meilin Veronica, Rafika Sari 1,2 ? 1 Universitas Indo Global Mandiri Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengaruh Kepemilikan asing , Debt Equity Rasio (DER), Terhadap Harga saham Pada Perusahaan (BEI) pada masa pandemic covid 2019, Penelitian ini adalah jenis metode penelitian yaitu data kuantitatif berdasarkan data sekunder Sumber data sekunder dapat berupa internet, buku referensi, dan jurnal penelitian terkait.Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisi regresi berganda . Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Manufaktur (BEI) 2019-2021. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive samping melewati kriteria jumlah yang terpilih sebagai sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan sebesar 0.003 lebih kecil dari 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen (Kepemilikan asing , DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga saham . Perubahan yang terjadi pada Harga saham dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kepemilikan asing , DER sebesar 58,6%, sisanya sebesar 41.4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model. secara parsial Kepemilikan asing berpengaruh signifikan negative terhadap Harga saham dengan nilai koefisien t hitung - 3.309 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.04 Variabel Debt Equity Rasio (DER) berpengaruh signifikan Positif terhadap harga saham dengan nilai koefisien t hitung 3.095 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.048 dapat disimpulkan selama masa pandemi covid kepemilikan asing dan debt equity rasio mempengaruhi harga saham.
