Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Citra Merek, Social Media Advertising Dan Brand Attitude Terhadap Niat Berbelanja Di Platform Olx. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah berdasarkan penarikan data dari pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia secara online sebanyak 198 pengguna instagram dan sosial media. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dan alat analisa menggunakan SmartPLS3 dalam menguji model penelitian secara empiris. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Citra Merek dengan Brand Attitude untuk meningkatkan Niat Belanja Konsumen. Artinya Semakin baik citra merek maka akan semakin baik pula Brand Attitude oleh masyarakat.. Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Social Media Adv dengan Citra Merek untuk meningkatkan Niat Belanja Konsumen. Artinya SMAS yang dikelula dengan unik dan menarik akan memberikan citra merek yang baik. Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Social Media Adv dengan Brand Attitude untuk meningkatkan Niat Belanja Konsumen. Artinya ketika perusahaan mengeluarkan Social Media Adv atau iklan di media sosial dengan baik dan unik, akan meningkatkan brand attitude dari perusahaan tersebut. Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Brand Attitude terhadap Niat Belanja Konsumen. Artinya Brand Attitude yang baik akan menumbuhkan niat belanja konsumen.

Abstract

Every human being will inevitably face death, which marks not the end, but the beginning of an eternal life life in heaven. This study explores the concept of activities in heaven as described in QS. Yaasin verses 55–58, focusing primarily on Tafsir Ibn Kathir, and supported by other classical and modern interpretations. The research aims to uncover in detail what the inhabitants of heaven experience and engage in. Using a qualitative literature study approach, the research draws from tafsir books, journals, and other scholarly references to present a valid understanding. The findings reveal that the residents of heaven experience both spiritual and material pleasures. These include consuming delicious food and drinks that are not only abundant but tailored to their desires. Inhabitants also interact joyfully with others, including parents, children, and relatives provided those relatives were faithful and obedient to Allah during their earthly life. A central highlight of heavenly bliss is the divine gift from Allah SWT: the greeting and the vision of Allah SWT, which overwhelms them with such joy that they are oblivious to everything else. Ibn Kathir explains this vision as the peak of everlasting happiness, undisturbed by any worldly concern. This interpretation is enriched with insights from other scholars (mufassirun), providing a more complete picture of the nature of paradise. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of Qur'anic interpretation and serves as spiritual motivation for Muslims to strive for righteousness in this life, with the hope of experiencing the eternal joys described in the hereafter.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, modernisasi layanan publik menjadi keharusan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan aksesibilitas bagi masyarakat. Salah satu inovasi signifikan dalam administrasi publik adalah sistem lelang online (e-auction), yang memungkinkan transaksi lelang dilakukan secara daring tanpa kehadiran fisik peserta. Penelitian ini menganalisis mekanisme permohonan lelang online di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Jember, dengan fokus pada tahapan pengajuan, kelebihan, serta kendala dalam implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pejabat lelang, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem e-auction di KPKNL Jember memberikan berbagai manfaat, seperti peningkatan efisiensi administrasi, transparansi proses, serta kemudahan akses bagi masyarakat. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti kesiapan teknis pengguna dan kebutuhan akan optimalisasi fitur dalam sistem lelang daring. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi e-auction guna memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Adolescent smoking remains a significant public health issue globally, with millions of young individuals continuing to smoke despite widespread anti-smoking campaigns. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of smoking cessation programs for adolescents, focusing on reducing smoking frequency, nicotine dependence, and improving quit rates. A total of 200 adolescents participated, with 100 in the experimental group undergoing a comprehensive smoking cessation program combining behavioral therapy and pharmacotherapy, while the control group received standard health education. Results showed that the experimental group experienced a significant reduction in smoking frequency and nicotine dependence, as evidenced by lower scores on the Fagerström Test for Nicotine Dependence (FTND) and self-reported smoking behavior. The quit rate in the experimental group was 55%, compared to 30% in the control group. Furthermore, the program’s integration of mobile health tools and school-based support structures was particularly effective in engaging participants. The findings highlight the importance of multifaceted interventions tailored to the specific needs of adolescents, emphasizing behavioral, pharmacological, and technological support. This study provides valuable insights into the potential of comprehensive, youth-centered smoking cessation programs and advocates for further research into their long-term effectiveness and scalability

Abstract

When discussing illegal investment cases, of course some investors are victims. This paper is motivated by the pros and cons related to the application of the concept of restorative justice in law enforcement of illegal investment cases in Indonesia. This paper will examine the arrangements and efforts of law enforcement officials and the application of restorative justice in law enforcement of illegal investment cases in Indonesia. The method used is normative legal research. Regulations relating to illegal investment are regulated in Law Number 10 of 1998, Law Number 25 of 2007, and Decree of OJK Board of Commissioners Number KEP-72/D.04/2021. The authorised institution in the financial sector, in this case OJK through SWI, does not have the authority to follow up on illegal investment cases apart from blocking the site/website/application so that it only submits information reports to the Police Criminal Investigation Unit. In preventing and prosecuting rounds of companies that invest illegally, OJK has a preventive and repressive role regulated in the OJK Law. Meanwhile, restorative justice can be applied in the prosecution of illegal investment cases in Indonesia, taking into account the applicable legal instruments, objectives, and related constraints. However, its application requires the consent of the victim. The application of restorative justice in the prosecution of illegal investment cases requires optimal efforts in tracing the perpetrators, both the main perpetrators and other actors involved, through coordination between the Investment Alert Task Force and the National Cyber Agency to prevent other parties from reopening illegal investment offers. If the case proceeds to the court or prosecution stage, restitution can be made by involving the Witness and Victim Protection Agency.

Abstract

Business communication strategy plays an important role in increasing brand awareness of MSMEs and expanding business reach, the main objective of this researcher is to analyze business communication strategies and increase brand awareness of MSMEs in the digital era, this study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, in order to provide an overview of the use of technology by MSMEs, The results of the study show that social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp are the main platforms for digital marketing because of the ease of accessing the internet, Strategies such as promotion, communication, bring benefits to increasing brand visibility and sales, challenges for MSMEs such as limited digital literacy, internet connectivity, market competition. therefore, increasing the capacity for technological adaptation is the main key to building brand awareness effectively. So the importance of creative data-based digital communication strategies supports the development of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

The development of Islamic family law in Indonesia has undergone significant transformations since the colonial era to the modern imperialist era. During the Dutch colonial period, Islamic family law was governed in a limited manner, aligned with the colonial government's policies that prioritized customary law. However, with the emergence of religious courts, Islamic law gradually gained recognition within the framework of family law. Following independence, the codification of Islamic family law continued to evolve, marked by the enactment of the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law. In the modern era, global challenges and the influence of international legal systems have introduced new dimensions to Islamic family law. Imperialist legal influences through international organizations and global financial institutions have also impacted the direction of family law policies in Indonesia. This article examines these changes from a historical, legal, and sociological perspective, highlighting the crucial roles of ulama (Islamic scholars), the government, and society in maintaining the existence of Islamic family law amidst social dynamics.

Abstract

Penyakit kronis merupakan penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Penyakit seperti diabetes mellitus, hipertensi, penyakit jantung, dan penyakit paru obstruktif kronik (PPOK) tidak hanya berdampak pada kualitas hidup individu, tetapi juga memberikan beban ekonomi dan sosial yang signifikan bagi keluarga dan sistem pelayanan kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat melalui pemberian edukasi mengenai penyakit kronis, meliputi pemahaman tentang gejala, faktor risiko, serta strategi pencegahannya. Edukasi diikuti oleh 50 orang masyarakat yang menghadiri Car Free Day Jalan Sudirman, Pekanbaru, Provinsi Riau. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi secara langsung menggunakan media leafleat dan diskusi tanya jawab. Materi edukasi adalah penyakit kronis seperti hipertensi, diabetes dan asam urat, dengan tema CERIA (Cegah Hipertensi Diabetes dan Asam Urat), mulai dari cara pencegahan, mengetahui gejala dan faktor risiko penyebab penyakit kronis tersebut. Untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat maka dilakukan pemberian lembar ceklis tes awal dan tes akhir. Hasil dari analisis tes awal dan tes akhir menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan p value sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara tes awal dan tes akhir pengetahuan responden. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang penyakit kronis. Diharapkan dengan adanya program pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat mencegah tejadinya hipertensi, diabetes dan asam urat serta dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and formulate a strategy for developing human resources (HR) in realizing an integrated agrocomplex that is globally competitive. Using a mixed methods approach that integrates quantitative and qualitative methods, the study was conducted on 350 respondents representing various actors in the agrocomplex value chain in five agricultural center provinces in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate a gap in HR competency at various agrocomplex nodes, especially in the use of digital technology, post-harvest management, understanding international standards, and global marketing. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis confirmed the significant influence of individual characteristics (β = 0.437), institutional capacity (β = 0.385), access to technology and information (β = 0.324), and government policy support (β = 0.276) on HR competency, which in turn had a strong influence on agrocomplex competitiveness (β = 0.612). Qualitative findings revealed four main themes: generation gaps in agricultural management, limitations of the agricultural innovation support ecosystem, fragmentation of agricultural HR development programs, and the digital divide. Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), five priority strategies for human resource development were formulated, namely: (1) revitalization of agricultural vocational education and training; (2) strengthening the agricultural extension system based on digital technology; (3) development of penta-helix partnerships; (4) increasing the institutional capacity of farmers; and (5) developing incentives for young farmer cadres. This study concludes that human resource development is a fundamental prerequisite in realizing a globally competitive integrated agrocomplex, which requires a holistic approach and integration of interventions at the individual, institutional, and ecosystem levels. Policy recommendations are directed at the orchestration of cross-sectoral programs and strengthening synergies between stakeholders within the framework of agricultural transformation towards a modern agrocomplex.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang telah dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Galang Baru, Kecamatan Galang, Kota Batam, sebuah wilayah pesisir yang mengandalkan sektor perikanan skala kecil sebagai mata pencaharian utama masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para nelayan setempat dalam sistem rantai pasok perikanan yang belum optimal. Ketergantungan yang tinggi terhadap tengkulak, kurangnya akses terhadap informasi harga pasar, serta lemahnya kelembagaan lokal menyebabkan nelayan tidak memiliki posisi tawar yang kuat dalam menentukan harga jual hasil tangkapan. Selain itu, manipulasi pasar oleh perantara, inefisiensi dalam proses distribusi, serta minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi turut memperburuk situasi ini, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya penghasilan yang diterima masyarakat nelayan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memahami strategi pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasok perikanan serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha perikanan lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan nelayan dan pelaku distribusi, serta studi dokumentasi terkait aktivitas perikanan dan sistem pemasaran hasil tangkapan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan SDM melalui pelatihan teknis, pendampingan, dan penguatan kelembagaan berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan efisiensi rantai pasok. Upaya ini membantu nelayan dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk, memperbaiki proses distribusi, serta mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap tengkulak. Meski demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan modal, rendahnya penggunaan teknologi, dan kurangnya keterlibatan generasi muda masih menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan SDM, Rantai pasok perikanan, Nelayan skala kecil, Efisiensi Distribusi ABSTRACT This report is the result of a Field Work Study conducted in Galang Baru Village, Galang District, Batam City, an island community that relies heavily on small-scale fisheries as its primary source of livelihood. The objective of this activity was to explore strategies for empowering human resources (HR) to improve the efficiency of the fisheries supply chain and to identify the challenges faced by local fishing communities. The methods used included field observation, interviews with fishermen and supply chain actors, as well as a review of documentation related to fishing and product distribution systems. The findings indicate that empowering human resources through technical training, mentoring, and institutional strengthening plays a significant role in improving supply chain efficiency. These efforts assist fishermen in enhancing product quality, streamlining distribution processes, and reducing dependency on middlemen. However, several challenges remain, such as limited access to capital, low adoption of technology, and minimal youth involvement in the fisheries sector. In conclusion, improving human resource capacity is a key factor in driving the sustainable performance of small-scale fisheries. The insights from this activity are expected to serve as a foundation for developing local economic strategies and increasing the welfare of fishing communities in Galang Island.
