Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence the use of ICT by MSMEs, analyse the effect of ICT use on the competitiveness of MSMEs, and develop appropriate strategies to improve the use of ICT by MSMEs. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study found that ICT utilisation can be an important strategy in improving the competitiveness of MSMEs. In its utilisation, MSMEs can utilise ICT to improve efficiency and effectiveness in business management, expand their market, and improve brand and product promotion more efficiently and effectively. The government and private sector need to play an active role in providing adequate access and technology infrastructure, providing training and guidance for MSMEs, as well as providing online platforms and encouraging collaboration between MSMEs

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the implementation of information technology in HR management by adopting the theory of Technology Acceptance Model and Diffusion of Innovation. This research is qualitative in nature by reviewing relevant literature. Data collection techniques included listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the use of information technology can provide various benefits for HR management, such as increasing efficiency, accelerating the decision-making process, and reducing operational costs. The results of this study are also expected to provide added value in decision making for companies in managing their HR.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the role of emotional intelligence in effective leadership more comprehensively and deeply. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques included listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study conclude that emotional intelligence plays an important role in effective leadership. Leaders who have good emotional intelligence will be better able to manage themselves and others, manage conflict, make wise decisions, and provide appropriate support and motivation to their employees.

Abstract

In today's digital age, personalised customer service is becoming increasingly important for businesses to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Personalisation in business services involves the ability to provide an experience tailored to each customer's unique needs, preferences and characteristics. This research aims to explore the use of ChatGPT in building personalised business services by overcoming existing challenges. The focus of this study is primarily qualitative. Methods for gathering data include paying close attention to detail while viewing and recording data, and then using analytical techniques such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference to draw conclusions. The study concluded that the use of ChatGPT in building personalised business services offers great potential to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and marketing outcomes. By leveraging ChatGPT's ability to interact in natural language, provide personalised recommendations, provide responsive customer support, and collect valuable data, businesses can create better customer experiences, build more personalised relationships, and improve their business success.

Abstract

Natural resources are an invaluable asset for every country. Utilisation of natural resources can also provide inspiration and innovation in the development of SMEs which is currently one of the important sectors in the Indonesian economy. This research will review the literature related to the potential of natural resources that can be utilised in the development of SMEs as well as strategies that can be used to develop SMEs by utilising natural resources. The research in question is primarily qualitative in nature. The techniques employed to acquire information involve attentive observation and meticulous note-taking, followed by analytical procedures such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference. The results showed that the potential in natural resource utilisation is huge and can provide significant benefits to the local and national economy. SMEs that utilise natural resources effectively and sustainably can increase the added value of products, improve product competitiveness in the global market, and create new jobs. The government, industry players, and the community collaborate in order to make use of natural resources as a source of inspiration and innovation in the process of developing SMEs

Abstract

The ubiquity of information technology in contemporary society has rendered it an indispensable component across a wide. The significance of information technology in the advancement of human resource careers is progressively gaining momentum in the current era of globalisation and rapid technological development. The impact of information technology on the business environment has resulted in significant changes in the management of human resources within organisations. The objective of this investigation is to examine the influence of information technology on the progression of HR careers, investigate the related obstacles and prospects, and furnish pragmatic recommendations for enterprises to proficiently adopt and execute information technology in HR career development. The central focus of this inquiry is predominantly qualitative in character. The methodology of acquiring data entails a rigorous approach of observing and documenting data, which is then subjected to analytical techniques such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference to extract significant findings. The research findings indicate that the utilisation of information technology plays a crucial role in enhancing the professional growth of human resources. The field of information technology facilitates convenient retrieval of information, affords avenues for remote education, enables networking among professionals, and offers tools for enhancing productivity. This facilitates the human resources department to augment their skill set, broaden their knowledge base, establish professional connections, and leverage existing career prospects.

The analysis of customer sentiment, which entails comprehending and construing customer emotions and viewpoints, has emerged as a crucial element of business tactics aimed at augmenting customer contentment and recognising avenues for enhancement. The objective of this study is to investigate and employ ChatGPT within the realm of business customer sentiment analysis. The central focus of this inquiry is predominantly qualitative in character. The procedure of gathering data entails careful scrutiny and systematic documentation of information, subsequently utilising analytical techniques such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference to deduce significant findings. The findings of the study indicate that the utilisation of ChatGPT has significant potential in enhancing the analysis of customer sentiment for commercial enterprises. This can aid in comprehending and addressing the requirements, inclinations, and contentment levels of customers. ChatGPT's proficiency in comprehending natural language, detecting customer emotions, and processing extensive data instantaneously, can furnish enterprises with valuable perspectives to enhance their decision-making processes.

The research has deduced that in the constantly changing digital era, the significance of information technology in enhancing the effectiveness and output of human resources in the work environment is pivotal. Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, the use of AI has become a major focus in various fields. One example is the application of AI technology in the context of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is an activity that involves developing, launching, and managing new or innovative ventures. In this study, the main objective is to explore the application of ChatGPT in improving operational efficiency in the context of entrepreneurship. The focus of this study is primarily qualitative. Methods for gathering data include paying close attention to detail while viewing and recording data, and then using analytical techniques such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference to draw conclusions. The study results show that the application of ChatGPT in improving operational efficiency in an entrepreneurial context offers a range of significant benefits. In the areas of customer service, marketing and sales, and internal management, ChatGPT can help companies improve customer satisfaction, optimise business processes, save time and resources, and increase productivity and collaboration between teams.

Abstract

The development of AI has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life, including in the fields of communication and decision-making. One popular example of AI is ChatGPT, a generative language model designed to interact and generate human-like text. While ChatGPT provides great potential in facilitating communication and decision-making, its presence also poses ethical challenges that need to be considered. This research aims to explore the ethical issues that arise in the use of ChatGPT in the context of leadership and decision-making, and formulate an ethical framework that can guide the responsible and beneficial practice of using ChatGPT. The current research type is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study results show that the ethical use of ChatGPT in the context of leadership and strategic decision-making involves complex and important considerations related to transparency, fairness, privacy, long-term impact considerations, and risk management. While ChatGPT can provide significant benefits, it also poses ethical challenges that need to be addressed.
