The problem of children is now growing, such as homeless children and beggars, the cases of smoking toddler, child injuries due to fighting, sexual abuse, exploitation, even to trafficking. Children now spend more time in front of television, computer or gadget, rather than to communicating with parents or play that involves physical activities. Meanwhile, the demands of life are increasingly high, many parents are forgetting its primary role as educators for their children, and they are busy working outside the home to make ends meet.Consequently, the responsibility of parents to form children's character are often overlooked. In addition, parents are now more emphasized that children have to excel academically than build their character. The lack of discussion between parents and children results in a lack of communication and attention, so that some children experience a crisis of morals and Islamic values that are inherent in them. So it is necessary to have an Islamic parenting forum that covers this so that we understand each other. Islamic parenting is a parenting method for children as a solution to educational methods with an approach to the character of morality and the religiosity of the Islamic religion. The principles of parenting related to character development, these principles include self-exemplary, togetherness with children in realizing moral values, democratic attitudes, openness, honesty in children, as well as unity of words and actions that give birth to trust and authority. High trust and authority will bring up children's appreciation of parents, having the impact of the emergence of self-discipline values originating from the child's conscience.

One of the figures who initiated the concept of happiness was al-Ghazali through the chemical of Happiness or kimia as-sa'adah. The purpose of this study is to analyze the book Chemical of Happiness as a guide in the application of leadership in the world of Islamic education. This research is qualitative research with library research methods, while the approach used is a historical and philosophical approach. The historical approach is used to obtain data on social and cultural aspects that occurred during the al-Ghazali period, while the philosophical approach is used to produce data about aspects of Epistemology, Anthology, and Axiology of Chemical of Happinesss. There are two sources of data used by the main data is the book of chemical of Happiness, the second source is a study that discusses leadership from both journals and books. The results of the study found that the chemical of Happiness actualization to spiritual leadership has similarities with al-Ghazali concept of chemical of Happiness, where a leader applies four steps to apply spiritual leadership: First, a leader must know who he is as humankind, so that he acts justly or fair and trustworthily, then knows where a leader comes from, so that the leader should not be arrogant because before Allah he is the same who distinguishes is his level of devotion, as well as a leader must know where he is going back and will be held accountable for what he leads. Second, a leader must know God by realizing that God is the creator. Third, a leader must know about this world, so that he will prosper the world and the organization he leads well and correctly, Fourth, a leader must know about the afterlife. The implications of al-Ghazali's idea are that a leader who has a spiritual must have metacognition, metaaffection, and metapsychomotor in order to truly become a caliph on the face of this earthKeywords: al-Gazali, spiritual leadership, chemistry of Happiness.

The focus of the research was to find and analyze the interaction between the effect of transplanting age of seedlings and the application of photosynthetic bacteria on the growth and yield of pak choy (Brassica rapa L.). This research activity was carried out at the ARD Farm Garden from December 2023 to January 2024. Factorial experiment (4 x 3) with a total of 3 repetitions in the research. The first factor is the treatment of transplanting age (S), namely: S0: age 10 DAS, S1: age 13 DAS, S2: age 16 DAS. The second factor is the treatment of folier application of photosynthetic bacteria 2ml/liter (F), namely: F0: control application, F1: folier application 3 DAT, F2: folier application 7 DAT, F3: folier application 10 DAT. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to analyze the data statistically before carrying out further tests using the Honestly Significant Difference (BNJ) at the 5% level. The research parameters observed included; number of leaves, leaf width, crown weight, and harvest index. The research results showed that the best growth of pak choy was in the transplanting treatment at 16 DAS with folier application at 7 DAT. The research results showed that the best pak choy harvest was in the transplanting treatment at 16 DAS and folier application at 10 DAT.

The purpose of this study was focused on deepening independent character learning through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at the Garawiksa Student Islamic Boarding School Yogyakarta (PMGY). Such research has had a great impact on the consistency of PAI in pesantren while still following the initial goal of the pesantren institution in educating its students to be able to live independently which is beneficial for the surrounding community. Through qualitative research with a case study pattern, it can be concluded that independence education at PMGY is directed at its basic values with the dimensions of developing the spirituality, intellectuality and professionalism of the students. Such PAI was then supported by inculcating the values of togetherness and simplicity through pesantren policies. The figure of a democratic caregiver/kyai with an interaction pattern that prioritizes a cultural approach has offered pesantren programs that can explore the full potential and uniqueness of each student so that they are accustomed to solving problems independently.

Consumption activities or efforts to fulfill the needs that humans want, one of which must make a sacrifice by giving up something of value or value with something that they want. In other words, there are many activities that we carry out, including those that we often do, commonly called buying and selling. Islam sees the concept of buying and selling as a tool to make people more mature in their way of thinking and carrying out various economic activities. This research aims to answer, describe and analyze the research problem formulation which consists of: 1) What are the objects of consumption, (2) What are the consumer behavior assumptions?, (3) What are the principles of consumer behavior, (4) Consumer satisfaction criteria The research method used in this research is the literacy study or library research method. Literacy studies are written summaries of articles from journals, books and other documents that describe theories and information both past and present, organizing literature into the required topics and documents. The results of this research concluded that: Consumption is not just an activity of eating or drinking, but is an activity of using goods or services that can directly satisfy individual human needs. Thus, consumption can be concluded as an activity to fulfill needs in order to achieve satisfaction. Assumptions. Consumption must prioritize aspects of morality and social responsibility. Consumption is controlled by at least five principles, namely: Justice, cleanliness, simplicity, generosity and morality. Factors that influence satisfaction. Consumer: Product, service, emotional, cost and price.

Schools become producers of individuals who are intellectually capable and skilled. School is a formal educational environment, as well as forming students' personalities whose aim is to achieve 3 factors, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. This research aims to answer, describe and analyze the research problem formulation which consists of: How is Financial Management in Educational Institutions?, (2) What are the Principles of Financial Management in Educational Institutions?. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research is a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. Qualitative research methods are used to obtain in-depth data, data that contains meaning. Therefore, qualitative research does not emphasize generalization. The type of research used is field research, namely research going into the field to make observations about a phenomenon in a natural state. The results of this research concluded that: (1) The aim of financial management in educational institutions is to maximize company value, (2) the function of financial management in educational institutions is the main activity that must be carried out by those responsible in certain fields. (3) Financial Management plays a big role in running a company or educational institution because a good financial system will produce good products too.

Culture in the organization can optimize the attitude of employees in acting according to the expectations and goals of the organization. The performance of an employee is individual, because each employee has a different level of ability in carrying out their duties. This research is a quantitative study, which aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of CV employees. AMDK AIDRAT Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan. The research formulation consists of: 1) is there an influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of CV. AMDK AIDRAT Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan?, and 2) how much influence does organizational culture have on employee performance at CV. AMDK AIDRAT Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan?. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The sample used is a saturated sample that uses all members of the population as a sample of 23 people. And the data collection techniques used are: Questionnaire (Questionnaire) and Documentation. As well as data analysis techniques used simple regression analysis and T test. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture influences the performance of CV employees. AMDK AIDRAT Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan. The results showed that it was suspected that there was a positive influence between organizational culture on the performance of employees at CV. AMDK AIDRAT Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan. And quite a big influence of organizational culture on the performance of CV employees. AMDK AIDRAT Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan so that the Organizational Culture in the company is very influential in improving the performance of CV employees. In daily life, humans are social creatures who need each other in various ways, including carrying out economic activities in order to fulfill their daily needs. It is impossible for humans to be social creatures who can fulfill their life needs alone, considering the many and varied needs themselves. Human limitations will encourage them to relate to each other to fulfill their needs, either by working together, exchanging goods or by buying and selling and so on. Buying and selling activities are routine activities carried out every time by all humans. However, not all Muslims carry out correct buying and selling according to Islamic law. There are even those who do not know at all about the provisions stipulated by Islamic law in terms of buying and selling (business). In Islamic law sources there are many examples or regulations for correct business according to Islam. Not only for sellers but also for buyers. Nowadays, more sellers prioritize individual profits without being guided by the provisions of Islamic law. They only seek worldly profits without expecting blessings from what they have done. The pillars of buying and selling include three things, namely: there must be an akid (the person making the contract), ma'qud alaihi (the thing being contracted) and shighat, which consists of ijab (offer) qabul (acceptance) A fake sale and purchase is a contract in which one of the terms and conditions are not fulfilled perfectly, such as a seller who is not competent, goods that cannot be handed over and so on. Musik Karawitan merupakan permainan musik tradisi yang harus dipelihara agar seni musik karawitan terus berlangsung. Mempertahankan keberlangsungan musik karawitan dengan cara regenerasi sumber daya manusianya. Untuk menumbuhkan kegiatan musik karawitan akan baik bila dimulai dari anak-anak. Proses musik karawaitan untuk anak tentu diperlukan teknik dan kajian tertentu. Aktivitas musik karawitan untuk anak diawali dengan lagu dolanan yang mudah dan menarik bagi anak. Artikel ini hasil dari penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menguji apakah lagu-lagu dolanan anak yang diiringi oleh gamelan sudah sesuai dengan ambitus dan jiwa anak. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara mengamati lima lagu dolanan yang diiringi gamelan. Analisis lagu dolanan dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan lima lagu yang memiliki ambitus anak rata-rata. Hal yang penting dalam pembahasan musik karawitan untuk anak yaitu memberikan pemahaman untuk mencari teknik yang tepat dalam olah vokal untuk karawitan anak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa lagu lagu dolanan yang berkembang saat ini masih kurang tepat untuk anak.Karawitan Music for Children's Dolanan Songs. Karawitan Music is a traditional music game that must be maintained so that the art of traditional music continues. The continuity to preserve the Karawitan music should be carried out by regenerating its human resources. It is essential to growing musical activities starting with children. The process of karawitan music activities for children certainly requires specific techniques and studies. The activities may begin with easy and exciting dolanan songs for children. This article is the result of research that aims to test whether the children's songs accompanied by gamelan are following the ambitus and soul of the children or not. The study was carried out by observing five Dolanan songs accompanied by the gamelan. The analysis of Dolanan song was done by comparing five songs which had the ambitus of an average child. The important thing in the discussion of karawitan music for children is to provide understanding to find the right techniques in vocal processing for children's music. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that Dolanan songs which are developing at this time are still not appropriate for children.Keywords: children karawitan music; ambitus; dolanan song

Sware Community service with the theme of entrepreneurship is a program of community service activities that focuses on entrepreneurial activities. Community service in Parallel Hamlet, Payaman Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency by group 7 KKN INSUD which focuses on the problem of the lack of community potential in entrepreneurship which is still lacking so it needs to be motivated and innovated so that it has an entrepreneurial spirit. By going through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, in which this approach is to get results or changes and new innovations that occur to women in parallel hamlets. This entrepreneurial activity assistance is aimed at housewives who are already entrepreneurs or those who have not started their own businesses. This entrepreneurial assistance is through training on making banana rolls, starting from production to marketing and promotion systems, and also providing socialization about entrepreneurship by providing understanding to mothers to foster a creative and innovative entrepreneurial spirit. The result of this series of community service activities is to provide new ideas for making banana rolls and more modern marketing, as well as other results in the form of designs in the form of logos, brands and others
