Abstract

Abstrack: The problem in this research is that athletes are not maximal in jumps when blocking and hitting (nails). The title being investigated in this research is "The effect of double leg hop training on leg muscle strength in the soccer team at SMA Negeri 1 Pujud Rokan Hilir Regency". The purpose of this research was to determine whether there was an increase in leg muscle strength. The form of this study utilized a one-group pretest-post-test design approach with a population of Sepak Takraw athletes at SMA Negeri 1 Pujud. The data in this study was the full population of 8 subjects. The instrument used in this research was a vertical force jump test that aims to determine how much force the athlete has. Based on statistical data analysis, it was obtained that the mean variable X was 23.43 and the mean variable Y 23.58 for the t-distribution test of the effect between the variable x and the variable y got the value of t = 8.235, then t count> t-table, namely (8,235)> (1,895), then Ha is accepted, in other words, there is an effect of double leg hop progression training on leg muscle strength in the takraw team of SMA Negeri 1 Pujud Rokan Hilir.Key Words: Exercise Double Leg Progression, Leg Muscle Strength

Abstract

Abstract: This research is done to find out if there is any effect of Scissor jumps training on leg muscle power Pencak Silat sport female Pencak Silat Tangan Mas Pekanbaru. So that at the time of the championships the female athletes of Tangan Mas still has a shortage of Power in kicks. Kicks done by the female athletes of Tangan Mas can still be easily avoided and foiled by opponents. This is due to legs muscle Power on the female athletes pencak Silat Tangan Mas Pekanbaru is still lacking. This form of research is research with experimental treatment (experimental), With a population of the female athletes of Pencak Silat tangan mas Pekanbaru, The data in this research is the whole active female athlete of Pencak Silat tangan mas that amounted to 6 people. The instrumen performed in this research is by using Vertical Jump Test which aims to measure the Power of legs muscle. Afterward, the data is processed with statistics, to test the normality with the lilliefors test at a significant level of ∝ 0.05. Hypothesis proposed is the effect of Scissor jumps training on leg muscle power in Pencak Silat sport female pencak silat Tangan Mas Pekanbaru. Based on test analysis t produces Tcount of 11,111 and Ttable 2.015 which means Tcount > Ttable. Based on the analysis of statistical data, there is an average Pre-Test 28,33 and the average post-test of 32,33, then the data is normal. Thus, it can be concluded that there is the effect of scissor jumps training on leg muscle power in pencak Silat sport female pencak silat TanganMas Pekanbaru.Key Words: Scissor Jump, Leg Muscle Power

Abstract

ABSTRACT, Background problem in this research is the lack of soccer dribbling skills that owned the team SMAN 1 Sedinginan. From experiments in breaking through the opponent's defense looks still many players who are less good at doing dirbbling so easy to move the ball with mastery. This problem can be seen from the observation of researcher during a friendly match, it is suspected because of the agility and flexibility that is owned by the player. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a corealtion the agility and flexibility with football dribbling ability of the team SMAN 1 Sedinginan. This type of research is correlational comparing the measurement results of two different variables in order to determine the degree of correlation between these variables. As independent variables (X1) is agility, (X2) flexibility while the dependent variable (Y) is a soccer dribbling skills. This research data obtained from the test results using zig-zag run test, sit and reach test and dribbling ability test. The sample in this study is a soccer player team SMAN 1 Sedinginan amounting to 23 people (total sampling). Based on the research results can be concluded as follows: There is a significant corelation between agility on the dribbling ability, where rtab at significant level α (0,05) = 0.413 means rhitung (0.49)> rtab (0.413). There is a significant corelation between flexibility on the dribbling ability, where rtab at significant level α (0,05) = 0.413 means rhitung (0.44)> rtab (0.413). There is a significant corelation together between agility and flexibility in the dribbling ability of Tim Sedinginan SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Putih, where rtab at significant level α (0,05) = 0.413 means rhitung (0.58)> rtab (0.413) ,Keywords : Agility, Flexibility, Dribbling, Soccer

Abstract

Abstrak: The problem in this study is that a power deficiency in leg muscle, it is seen from the results of various observations during the 6 times exercise meeting and at the time of the match and this is one of the factors that cause the defeat. This type of research is a experiment to see the effect of the form of exercise. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of side hop exercise to muscle power of the limbs on the youth boy pencak silat team okido pekanbaru.The population in this study were the 4 athletes of youth boy pencak silat okido pekanbaru. Sampling technique i.e. by using total sampling, where the number of the overall population sampled. Techniques of data retrieval get of preetest and posttest. The instrument in this study is use the standing board jump as a tool to measure leg muscle power. The analysis is conducted by using t-test. Based on the analysis of data and discussion, it can be concluded that there is significant influence of side hop exercise to the leg muscle power of athletes pencak silat the of the youth boy athletes of pekanbary okido proven with Tcount amounted to 14.48 and Ttable 2,353. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is to find out the effectsof paired bump pass training on bump pass skill in volleyball for The female students Who took on extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 pangkalan lesung. This study was conducted by applying an experimental method with "One-Group pre-test post-test design" as the research design. The population of this study were 16 students Who took on extracurricular activities at SMK Negeri 1 pangkalan lesung. The instrument used in this study was bump pass skill in a minute. Data analysis and hypothesis test was using the t-test with a significant level (α) of 0.05 with a confidence level of 0.95%. Based on data analysis with the results: Pre-test average 17.69 on Posttest 24.44 with results (tcount 6.88> ttable 1.753), ha was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that paired bump pass training was affecting on bump pass skills in volleyball for female students Who took extracurricular activities in SMK N 1 pangkalan lesung.Key Words: Down Passing, Extracurricular Students, volleyball.

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine whether there are effects of exercise shot to goalkeeper "Swerving" Against ability Shooting At Team Soccer MTs Dumai City, so that at the time of attack patterns players are able to create more goals into the opponent's goal and can to win the game.The problem in this research that the ability of the athlete shooting MTs Dumai City team is still lacking, it is seen from the various trials and friendly matches or official and this is one of the causes of the defeat. This type of research is a kind of research experiments to see the effects of this form of exercise. The purpose of this study is to look at the effects of exercise shots on goal (Swerving) on the ability of shooting at a football team MTs Dumai cityThe population in this study is the team MTs Dumai City totaling 16 people. A sampling technique that by using total sampling, where the total population sampled. Data collection techniques derived from the pre-test and post test. Instrument in this study using Test Shooting / Kicking the ball to Goal (Shooting) as a tool to measure the accuracy of shooting. Based on the analysis of statistical data, generate Preetest Lhitung amount 0,1621, and data Posttest Lhitung amount 0,1797, and Lhitung < Ltabel. Then the data is normally distributed. Analyses were performed using t-test. based on data analysis and discussion, as evidenced by Thitung amounted to 6,9 and 1,764 Ttabel. Means Thitung>Ttabel. At some level ɑ = 0.05. It can be concluded that there is significant influence of practice shots on goal against the shooting ability on the football team MTs Dumai City.Keywords: Shots on Goal (Swerving), Shooting Ability, Football.

Abstract

Abstract : The problems obtained are: some athletes have not been optimal in doing table tennis service, this can be seen in the ball of service results that are involved on the net, out of the field, their height is easily dismash by their opponents and the timing of the punch hits the ball so the ball does not go fast . The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a wrist flexion relationship and eye-hand coordination with table tennis forehand service skills. The population in this study was a male junior athlete in table tennis at the Pratama Pekanbaru Table Tennis School (12 people). The sampling technique in this study was a total sampling technique. This means that the entire population is sampled, so that the sample in this study amounted to 12 people. The instruments in this study were wrist flexibility tests, tennis ball catch test and table tennis forehand service ability test. The data obtained are analyzed using product moment correlation. Based on the results of the research that the author has described in the previous chapter, then conclusions can be taken as follows. From the results obtained wrist flexibility has a relationship with the forehand service ability in Junior table tennis athletes STM Pratama Pekanbaru. From the results obtained eye and hand coordination has a relationship with the forehand service ability in Junior table tennis athletes STM Pratama Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: This reserch is intendedto see the correlation of elasticity of wrist and hand-eye coordination with the result of free throw on women basket ball club, Young Ladies Pekanbaru. The purpouse of this research also to train member, so they can do free throw with good method. With Young Ladies Club as the population , sample in this research is all population that contain 12 members. Instrument that has beed used in this research is elasticity test of wrist, throw and catch tennis ball, and free throw test, to measure shooting skill when doing free throw. After that, data counted with statistic, to examine normality with lilofors test onsignificant level of a (0,05). The Hypothesis of this research shows there is correlation of elasticityof wrist and hand-eye coordination with free throw result. As the result of this research with statistic procedure, researcher finds conclution that is correlation about elasticity of wrist and hand-eye coordination with free throw results, with calculating result the correlation of elasticity of wrist with free throw skill is rhitung (0,91) > rtab(0, 4973), correlation of hand-eye coordination with free throw rhitung (0,82) > rtab(0,4973) and correlation of elasticity of wrist and hand eye coordination with free throw skill is Rhitung (0,96) > rtab(0,4973).Key Words: Wrist Flexibility and Hand-Eye Coordination, Free Throw.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the observations of the author on the Pelalawan FC player found deficiencies when shooting a lot that does not lead to the target or deviated from the goal. The instruments in this study were tests including eye and foot coordination tests using eye and foot coordination tests, balance tests using a balance test and shooting tests using an accurate shooting accuracy test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded as follows: From the results obtained by eye and foot coordination there is a low relationship with the results of shooting in football games FC Nal Pelalawan Team, namely the acquisition of r count (0.257) 05. From results obtained by the balance there is a very low relationship with the results of shooting in the game of football Nabil FC Pelalawan namely the acquisition of r count (0.097) < from the acquisition of rabel (0.433) at α = 0.05. eye and foot balance and coordination of the results of shooting in football games Nabil FC Pelalawan namely the acquisition of Rcount (0.258) <from the acquisition of Rtabel (0.433) at α = 0.05. Abstract

Abstract : The aim of the research was to get the correlation of explosive power relationship of the arm and shoulder muscles with the accuracy of the male athlete smash at PB. Silva Pekanbaru. The forms of this research was the correlation study, the population in this study was Putra PB Putra Pekanbaru and the sample in this study was 6 atlete. While the sample tecnique used is total sampling (saturated sample), where all the population as the sample. So, the sample in this study amounted to 6 students. After that, the data is processed with statistics, normality test with liliefors test and correlation at significant level α (0,05). The analysis in the calculation of the correlation between X and Y, where rtable at significant level α (0,05) = 0,811 means rresult (0,847) > (0,811), which means the hypothesis is accepted and there is a meaningful correlation with strong interpretation between exxplosive power relationship of the arm and shoulder muscles with the accuracy of the male athlete smash at PB. Silva Pekanbaru. Than it can be concluded that the correlation between explosive power relationship of the arm and shoulder muscles with the accuracy of the male athlete smash at PB.
