Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hand-eye coordination and muscle power arm below the shoulder of the passing ability of men's volleyball team SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru. The type of study is a correlation study types. According Arikunto (2006: 273) argues that this research is a correlational study by comparing the measurement results of two different variables in order to determine the degree of correlation between these variables. The population in this study were 7 students of class X, 6 students of class XI and XII grade 4 students. Data collection techniques in this study using total sampling for counting a sample that is not too large. Results of analysis showed that there are significant hand-eye coordination and muscle power arm below the shoulder of the passing ability of men's volleyball team SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru with r = (0.640)> rtabel = (0.497).Keywords: Wrist, Arm Shoulder Muscle Power, Passing, Volleyball.2PENGARUH KOORDINASI MATA TANGAN DAN POWER OTOT

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations and observations in the field of sepaktakraw team at SMAN 1 Sentajo Raya, there are several problems found in these observations, among them the authors observed that the players did not perform football silently during the cradle, received sharp service, fed the ball to the smasher, this was caused by a lack of balance, eye and foot coordination in performing football in the sepaktakraw game. While the training that has been given by the trainer is maximized. This research was conducted at the SMAN 1 Sentajo Raya School Field. Research included in the type of correlational research (Correlation Research) with the total population of the study amounted to 9 people SMAN 1 Sentajo Raya athletes. The data in this study are data on Balance Tests, Eye and Foot Coordination Tests and Sila Soccer Tests to see the correlation of these variables. Based on the results of research and data processing using statistical research procedures, it was concluded that for the relationship of X1 variables with Y variables obtained r_count = 0.9790> rtabel = 0.666, the relationship of variable X2 with Y variables obtained r_count = 0.9750> r_tabel = 0.666, relationship Y variable X1 and X2 obtained by r_count = 0.9837> r_tabel = 0.666 then there is a relationship between variables X1 and X2 with variable Y. Thus Ha can be said to be accepted. The conclusion of the hypothesis was accepted at a significant level of α = 0.05 in other words there was a significant relationship between balance, eye and foot coordination with soccer skills in the sepaktakraw team of SMAN 1 Sentajo Raya.Key Words: Balance, Coordination, Sepak Sila

Abstract

Abstract: based on observations of the author at the time of carrying out Observations On the country Junior women's team 4 Pekanbaru, a description of the research data is made up of two variables namely variables i.e. non arm and shoulder muscular strength (X) variable and tied to the ability of the results of the service top (Y). Power measurement is performed with the ekspanding dynameter against 8 samples, obtained the best results 35 the worst results, 20, the average (mean) 27,75 (28), Byway of baku (standard deviation) 4.98 (5), based on the frequency distribution table on top of 8 samples, It turns out there are two person sample (25%) have the results strength with 20-23 value with span categories less, then 2 people (25%) samples have the results strength with 24-27 value with span categories less, and 2 samples (25%) have results strength with 28-31 value with span categories are, then 2 people (25%) of the sample had a value of stretch results strength with 32-35 with categories either. Measurement of the results of the tests carried out using the servicing servicing against 8 people sample, obtained the best result of 21, the worst result of 16, the average (mean) 18.5, Byway of baku (standard deviation) 160. This first testing i.e. There is a relationship between muscle strength arm and shoulder with the results service. Based on the analysis done, then gained an average strength of arm and shoulder muscles 27.75 (28) with the raw Byway 4.98 (5). From the description above retrieved analysis correlation between power arm and shoulder muscles results service, where significant extent on rtab (0.05) = 0.707 means rhitung (0.984) < rtab (0.707) then there is a significant relationship.Key Words: Muscle Strength Arm And Shoulders, Servicing Over

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of wristflexing with the accuracy of the backhand topspin table tennis service on the male extracurricular Santo Yosef Duri Junior High School. This type of research conducted in this study uses a correlational research design. The population in this study were 20 people, with saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. From the results obtained wrist flexion there is a relationship with the accuracy of the backhand topspin service in the table tennis game on the male extracurricular of St. Joseph's Private Junior High School, namely the acquisition of rcount (0.963)> from the acquisition of rtable (0.456) atα = 0.05. There is a relationship of wrist flexion to the accuracy of the backhandtopspin table tennis extracurricular services of the Santo Yosef Duri Rhitung Private Junior High School (0.963)> from the acquisition of Rtabel (0.456) at α = 0.05.Key Words: Wrist Flexion, Topspin Backhand Service Accuracy

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exercise strength hand walking on the muscle strength of the Minas Bolavoli Team. The population and samples in this study were the 10 Minas Bolavoli Team. The instrument used to collect data namely the pree test and post test in this study used arm muscle strength tests with the Knee Push Up Test. The data analysis technique used is the t test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the average value at the time of the post test is greater than the average value when doing the pree test which is equal to 20.80 > 15.70, this means that after being given strength hand walking exercises 16 times , the muscle strength of the Minas Bolavoli Team is better than before. Based on the results of the analysis of pree test and post test data there was an increase of an average of 32.48% with a t test that t = 11,135> from t table = 1,833. So with this it can be concluded that there is the effect of strength training hand walking on the muscular strength of the Minas Bolavoli Team.Keywords: Strength Hand Walking Exercises, Arm Muscle Strength

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine whether there is any effect of the practice of kicking the ball on the go in turns to the ability of U-12 shooting on SSB Yapora Pratama Pekanbaru, so that when performing the attack pattern the player is able to create more goals into the opposing goal and can win the game. The problem in this study is that there are still shortcomings during practice. Especially in the final settlement or a ball shot into the opponent's goal. This can be seen from the lack of basic shooting techniques so the ball is easily captured by the opposing goalkeeper. This type of research is a type of experimental research to see the effect of the form of exercise. The purpose of this exercise is to see the effect of the practice of kicking the ball on the go in turn to the ability of U-12 shooting on SSB Yapora Pratama Pekanbaru. The population in this study as many as 43 people, and the sample is only 10 people. Sampling technique is by using probability sample. The data retrieval technique is obtained from pre-test and post-test. Instruments in this research use Shooting Test / Kick Ball to Target (shooting) as a tool to measure shooting skill. Based on statistical data analysis, yield preetest data Lhitung equal to 0,1478 data posttest Lhitung equal to 0,1571 and Lhitung <Ltabel. Then the data is normally distributed. The analysis was performed using the t-test. Based on data analysis and discussion, proven with Thitung of 4.74 and Ttabel of 1.833. Means Thitung > Ttabel. At a significant level α = 0.05. Then it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the practice of kicking the ball on goal in turns to the ability of U-12 shooting on SSB Yapora Pratama Pekanbaru.Keywords: Kick the Goal in Turn, Shooting Ability, Football

Abstract

Abstract: Current learning activities cannot be carried out face-to-face. This is due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Google Classroom platform in learning physical education for students at SMA N 2 Bungaraya during the pandemic. This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Bunga Raya, Siak which is located at Jl. Hang Jebat Kp. Kemuning Muda, Bunga Raya District, Riau Province. The sampling technique in this study is a simple random sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 88 respondents taken from class X and XI at SMA Negeri 2 Bungaraya. Research instruments that use a Likert scale can be made in the form of a checklist or multiple choice. The validity of the instrument used in this study is the validity of the construction. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the effectiveness of the implementation of the google classroom platform in physical education learning for the students of SMAN 2 Bungaraya was classified as "Very Good". Based on the paired sample t test, it shows that learning using the google classroom platform is more effective compared to using manual time, and also the features on the google classroom platform can work well in the physical education learning process at SMAN 2 Bungaraya.Keywords: Effectiveness, google classroom, SMAN 2 Bunga Raya, physical education.

Abstract: The problem in this research is the correlational. In this study a sample of the entire population sample totaling 12 person Men’s Volleyball Team of handayani fc tanah putih rokan hilir. The instrument of this study tests the strength of arm and shoulder muscles using (Hand Dynamometer) and test services over volleyball. Data were analyzed using product moment.Furthermore, to determine the extent to which the relationship between the strength of the relationship with the arm and shoulder muscles serviceability over the volleyball team volleyball Men’s handayani fc tanah putih rokan hilir,a significant test α = 0.05. Normality test variable X, L0max (0,162) < Ltabel (0.242), and variable normality test Y, L0max (0,1152) < Ltabel (0.242) normal data and research conclusion indicates: there is a,relationship between the strength of the relationship with the arm and shoulder muscles serviceability over the volleyball team volleyball Men’s handayani fc tanah putih rokan hilir with a correlation r = 0.798 where rcount> rtable or 0,798 > 0,602. Abstract

Abstract : From the result of field research during practice, researcher finds the problem that there is a lack of leg muscles power on Badminton team O2SN of the students SMPN 22 Pekanbaru. Based on the program, the researcher gives the training of single leg push off, that can increase the power of leg muscles and gives the training program intensively. The type of this research is experimental research with the research purpose is to see the influence of training. The population of the research is 6 people Badminton team O2SN of the students SMPN 22 Pekanbaru. The sampling technique is total sampling, which the total of population is used as sample. The data collected from pree-test and post-test. The instrument of this research is single leg push off as a tool to measure the leg muscles power. The analysis is conducted by using t-test. Based on data analysis and the discussion, it can’t be concluded that there is a single lef push offexercise effect to the leg muscles power on the Badminton team O2SN of the students SMPN 22 Pekanbaru that was proven by Tresult while 1,265 dan Ttable 2,015. Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations conducted by researchers in the field on male students of class X IPS1 SMAN 1 Sungai Apit who conducted physical education on bullet-proof material and were found during repulsion, resulting in students who were classified as low, or categorized as less or not according to standards. The minimum completeness criterion (KKM) given by the corner teacher to reject the bullet is 7.0 - 7.99 M with a standard score of 80, while there are still many class 1 students who have not reached the specified standard, this can still be maintained by the arm muscles and the shoulders of the male students of class X IPS1. The purpose of this study was to study the relationship of arm and shoulder muscle strength with O'Brien style bullet reject results for male students of class X IPS1 at SMAN 1 Sungai Apit. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Sungai Apit, Siak Regency, Gajah Mada Road, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency. The research time was carried out in January to July 2019. The population in this study was male students of IPS1 class X SMAN 1 Sungai Apit, sponsored by 16 people. The sample in this study was taken from (total sampling) or the sampling technique taken by IPS1 grade X students of SMAN 1 Sungai Apit who collected 16 people. Based on the results of the research carried out and carried out through the processing of statistical data so that it can produce data between shoulder muscle strength and the results of o'brient style bullet rejections on male students of class X IPS 1 at SMAN 1 Sungai Apit obtained rcount = 0.259 rtabel (α = 0 , 05) = 0.482, It turns out that rcount < rtabel means the hypothesis is rejected and does not involve a meaningful relationship between Exsplosive power of the arm and shoulder muscles with the results of the o'brien style protective resistance of male students of class X IPS1 SMAN 1 Sungai Apit.Key Words: Exsplosive Power of the O'brien Style Arm and Shoulder Bullet Muscles
