Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations on a player School Football Patriot Muda Kuok that shooting players who follow exercise football still not good, it is revealed that limited capability players especially in doing shooting who directed and effectively who is in what. The purpose of this research is to know how big contribution explosive power limb muscles and coordination eyes and feet with accuracy shooting in School Football Patriot Muda Kuok. Population in this study a whole object research, namely soccer players players school football patriot young kuok, consisting of 18 people, by using total of sampling, so sample in this research was 18 people. An instrument too was vertical synchronization jump, coordination eyes and feet and test shooting. Data obtained in analysis with employing correlation product moment, To determine contribution used the coefficients determinan. Of the results obtained explosive power limb muscles have become with accuracy shooting in Schools Football Patriot Muda Kuok is as much as 25,81 %. Of the results obtained coordination the ankles have become with accuracy shooting in School Football Patriot Muda Kuok 32,26 % as much as. There were the contribution of jointly between explosive power limb muscles and coordination the eye the foot against the accuracy of the shooting scene in schools football young patriot kuok 34,69 % as much as.Keywords: Explosive Power Limb Muscles, Coordination ankle, accuracy shooting

Abstract

Abstract.: The purpose of this research is to find out if there is the influence of the catch and a push-up to the results rejected by a bullet to the students the son of SMK the state 5 pekanbaru, so at the time of rejection a bullet gets you a good result. The research is research to the treatment of (Experimental), the population of this research is students state 5 in Pekanbaru, in this study is the whole population of the eight people. Instrument is used in this study is a test of rejected by a bullet, which aims to measure the ability of the results rejected, data processed by the statistics to test normality with a liliefors with the standard of significant, 0,05?. This hypothesis put forward is the influence of the catch and a push-up to the results rejected by the students the son of SMK state 5 pekanbaru. Based on analysis of statistics, producing data free test of Lcount of 16,31 and data post test Lhitung0, 17,36 Ltabel of 0.285 means Lhitung <Ltabel the data the distribution normal with an increase of 0, 75 based on analysis of the T and obtained Thitung, 3,79 and Ttabel 1,895, Thitung> Ttabel. it was concluded that Ho Horejected and Hi be accepted, this gives the conclusion that there is a significant influence between the catch and a push-up to the results rejected by the students vocational high schools (vocational) state of 5 pekanbaru.Keywords : Catch And Drop Push-Ups, The Rejection

Abstract

Abstract: Issue in this research is about lob shot that often the shuttlecock reaches unexpected area or soar overhead due to weak shot or improper shot, and make theopponent will be easy to smash. Base on this issue writer give lob shot exercise with repetition method to determine an effect against the shot strength of badminton athlete Bina Muda Club Pekanbaru. This type of research is experiment with one group pretest ? posttest design. Populations on this research are 6 people badminton athlete Bina Muda Club Pekanbaru. The sampling technic used is purposive sampling where all the population sampled. The instrument performed for the shot power is clear test. After that the data was processed with statistic to test the normality with liliefors test at significant level ? (0.05). The hypothesis proposed is the influence of lob shot exercise with repetition method against the shot strength of badminton athlete Bina Muda Club Pekanbaru. From the analysis resulted pretest clear test with an average 56,17 and the average posttest of 70,83 with an increase of 88. Base on analysis t Test resulted tcount of 5,24 and ttable 2,015 it means tcount > ttable. Therefore there is effect of lob shot exercise with repetition against the shot strength of badminton athlete Bina Muda Club Pekanbaru.Key Words : Lob, Repetition Method

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a connection between shoulder arm muscle strength and hand-eye coordination with the accuracy of the services of Riau PPLP athletes. The samples from this study were PPLP Riau tennis athletes, for 12 people. The sampling technique was taken in total (total sampling) or the complete sampling technique in tennis athletes in PPLP Riau, which was 12 people. The results of the correlation in PPLP Riau field tennis athletes where the first analysis between shoulder arm force X1 and Y where rtab at a significant level ? (0.05) = r count (0.457) <r_tab (0.735) means that the hypothesis is accepted and that there is a moderate relationship between strength shoulder arm muscles serving the ability tennis tennis athletes PPLP Riau. From the analysis of the analysis of both X2 and Y, where r_tab is at a significant level ? (0.05) = r_count (0.410) <r_tab (0.735), meaning that the hypothesis is accepted and that there is a link between hand coordination of the service capacity of tennis athletes in Riau PPL Third analysis of arm muscle strength relationship (X1) hand eye coordination (X2) with lower passing results (Y) where rtab at siignificant level ? (0.05) = r_count (0.507) <r_tab (0.735) can be cooncluded that the relationship between (X1) and (X2) with (Y) or the relationship between shoulder arm muscle and hand-eye coordination with the accuracy of PPLP Riau athlete service is on interventionKey Words: Shoulder Muscle Strength, Coordination and Service.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to find out the correlation between agility in dribbling, and to find out the correlation between speed and agility in dribbling in football team of SMPN 40 Pekanbaru. This research was correlational research. The population on this research was 20 students in football team of SMPN 40 Pekanbaru. To get the data, the researcher asked the students did sprint 40 yards test to know their speed, dodging run test to know their agility and dribbling test. The obtained data was analyzed with a simple product of moment correlation. Based on the analysis, the r(count) = 0,605 > from r (table) 0,444. Therefore, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. It can be concluded that there was a relationship between speed and agility in dribbling which can be determined from r (count) > r table and significantly determined by the correlation between one to another variable.Keywords: Speed, Agility, Dribble, Football

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study to determine the influence of exercise a pat dribble to the ability to dribbling the team u-15 ssb Chevron Pekanbaru. In this study researchers took population of the u-15 ssb Chevron Pekanbaru which amounted to 16 people. The sample in this study, using techniques of sampling used is a sample of saturated and that’s where all the population as a sample. The design of this study uses a group of the research is wearing the one group pretest-posttest design. The insrument was done in this study to measure the ability of the dribbling the way dribbling the test over the hurdle. After that, the data processed by the statistics, to test the normality by lilifors test at a significant level of α (0.05). This hypothesis put forward is the influence of a pat dribble to the ability to dribbling. Based on statistical data analysis, it yields pretest data Lcount 0,1170, data posttest Lcount 0,1397 and Ltabel 0,213, mean Lcount < Ltabel. Then the data is normally distributed. Based on t test analysis yielded Tcount equal to 2,91 and Ttabel 1,75, mean Tcount> Ttabel .Thus, there is the of a dribble pat on the dribbling ability of team u-15 ssb Chevron Pekanbaru.Key Words: Dribble pat, Skill dribbling

Abstract

Abstract : The Problem in this research is a soccer skill of athlete PPLP Sepaktakraw Riau were still lack of improvement, so when they got service from the opponent team, they tended to be slower response in lifting their legs which caused the ball rarely fit on part in their legs. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship of eye and foot coordination and reaction of speed with the ability of football athletes of PPLP Sepaktakraw Riau. The type of this study is Correlation Research which has aims to find out level of relationship of different variables. The Technique of sampling were whole population (total sampling) athletes PPLP Sepak takraw Riau, which consisted of 15 athletes. The research conducted in Gor PPLP Riau Jl. Sutomo, Pekanbaru and in the Sports and Education Campus, Rumbai. The Instrument used in this research was eye and foot coordination, time meter reaction, and soccer skills. The Analysis done with the use of multiple correlation. Based on data analysis and discussion, it was proven with TCount of 0, 361 and Ttable 0.220. It means Tcount > Ttabel On level ɑ= 0.05. Then it could be concluded that there a significant relationship from eye and foot coordination and reaction speed with football skill athletes PPLP Sepaktakraw Riau .Keywords : Eye and foot coordination , Reaction of Speed, Football

Abstract

ABSTRACT, The background of the problem in this study originated from the observation while the researchers did the students of SMAN 1 Tanah Putih, researchers found differences in the motivation of siswa in physical education learning. Of these differences the researchers intend to seek to know what the real motivation of students through the study. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine how the student's motivation in physical education learning at SMAN 1 Tanah Putih. The research data was obtained from the distribution questionnaire filled by the sample. The sample in this study were students keals XI IPA 1 of 20 people (purposive sampling). Based on the research results can be concluded as follows: students' motivation to learn that the motivation of SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Putih Tanah Putih still have poor motivation. This means that to get a good learning outcomes one of its factors is motivation. The better aperson's motivation, the better the learning results obtained.Keywords : Motivation, Physical Education

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the research is the find out the relation between the back muscles stretch power with smash accuration hand eye,the relationship of back muscle formation and eye coorcination to the smash accuracy of the volleyball team boys districts reteh. The problem in this research is still a lot of players who fail in doing smash so that balls are struck out and concerning net.this study aims whether there is the relationship of back muscle formation and hand eye coordination to the smash accuracy of the vollyball team boys districts reteh. Sampling technique is the whole population (total sampling).the sample in this study is a team vollyball boys subdistrict reteh which amounted to twelve people, this test uses a type of correlation research,then test the data using the test of normality test, product test correlation moment, normalization test variables X₁ L₀maks (0,127) <Ltabel (0,242), normalization test variables X₂ L₀maks (0,145) < Ltabel(0,242), and normalization test variables Y L₀maks (0,214) <Ltabel (0,242). In other words normal data rates and research conclusions show where there is a relationship between the relationship of back muscle formation and hand eye coordination to the smash accuracy. Where large coosfesien correlation when viewed from the level of relationship( interpretation ),value r is to have a low level of relationships with a value interrations r 0,773,0,862 dan 0,710.Key Word : Back Muscle Formation And Hand Eye Coordination With Smash Accuracy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT, Background problem in this research is the low throwing results of the students of SMAN 2 Ujung Tanjung. Of KKM targeted not all students are able to achieve. This problem can be seen from the observation of researcher during school learning, it is suspected because of the arm-shoulder muscle strength and back flexibility owned by students. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the corelation between strength arm-shoulder muscles and back flexibility with disc throw results students class XI SMAN 2 Ujung Tanjung. This type of research is correlational comparing the measurement results of two different variables in order to determine the degree of correlation between these variables. As independent variables (X1) is a trength arm-shoulder muscles, (X2) back flexibility, while the dependent variable (Y) is the disc throw results. The research data was obtained from the measurement results using flexiometer, expanding dynamometer test and discus throwing. The sample in this study were male students of SMAN 2 Ujung Tanjung who totaled 35 people (total sampling). Based on the research results can be concluded as follows: From the results obtained strength of arm shoulders muscles have a corelation with the results of discus throwing at SMA Negeri 2 Ujung Tanjung Tanah Putih, where rhitung (0375)> rtabel (0.334) at α = 0 05. From the results obtained flexibility of the waist have a corelation with the discus throwing results at SMA Negeri 2 Ujung Tanjung Tanah Putih, where rhitung (0384)> rtabel (0.334) at α = 0.05. An corelation was jointly between strength shoulder arms muscle and back flexibility with discus throwing results of at SMA Negeri 2 Ujung Tanjung Tanah Putih, where rhtung (0485)> rtabel (0.334) at α = 0.05.Keywords : Strength Arm- Shoulder Mucles, Disc Throwing
