Abstract

For the Javanese the whole life is a manifestation of the Absolute.Therefore it is not possible to separate the sacred from the profane,neither morality from religiosity, nor epistemology from ethics.Knowledge, as the pursuit of the truth, is not viewed as in empiricaltradition in which the mind perceives objects out there through thecreation of representations of them by the nervous systems andregistered by the brain (Representationalism); neither as inCartesian intellectualism in which knowledge is founded onindubitable certainties (Foundationalism). It is, instead, a matter ofdoing and venturing (Laku) in which one is to go deeper: fromgross physical body, through subtle body, to the sublime soul. Thecentre of gravity of this pursuit is rasa ( inner feeling, ultimatesecret, the bearer of the divine life, the vehicle of life). Rasa is thequintessence of all the three parts of human structure : the head,the chest and the genital ( the scrotum).

Abstract

Yang telah cenderung mengakibatkan agama dan kebudayaan rentan terhadap konflik adalah persoalan identitas. Identitas budaya atau pun agama tak mesti dipahami dari sudut prinsip non-kontradiktoris atau pun dipastikan sebagai suatu substansi tetap. Juga tidak harus dipahami berdasarkan kesamaan prinsip formal, pengelompokan sosial, atau pun berbagai bentuk batas. Hal-hal ini terlampau cair, tumpang-tindih dan kontekstual untuk memahami identitas. Perbedaan cara pandang kehidupanlebih merupakan perkara "bagaimana" daripada "apa"; lebih soal bagaimana berbagai unsur yang sama digunakan dengan cara yang berbeda dan dalam berbagai konteks yang berragam. Maka, barangkali identitas lebih tepat bila dilihat dari sudut "kepedulian yang sama", yang dalam perjalanan sejarah perlu selalu dikaji ulang kembali kepentingan dan maknanya.

Abstract

Tanaman padi yang menghasilkan beras merupakan komoditas utama di Kecamatan Ledokombo. Kendala yang dihadapi petani dalam budidaya termasuk cekaman abiotik berupa angin kencang pada musim penghujan. Hal ini mengakibatkan tanaman padi lokal dengan postur tinggi rentan mengalami rebah. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan pelatihan terkait penggunaan zat pengatur tumbuh guna mengendalikan pertumbuhan tanaman yang tinggi. Paclobutrazol (PBZ), sebagai salah satu jenis zat pengatur tumbuh, berperan penting dalam mengurangi tinggi tanaman. Pelatihan dilakukan langsung di lahan petani dengan menggunakan lima varietas padi yang berbeda. Hasil aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa padi yang ditanam oleh petani menjadi lebih pendek dibandingkan yang tidak diberi perlakuan serupa.

Abstract

In everyday life, queues often occur. Waiting at the counter to get train or movie tickets, at the toll gate, at the bank, at the supermarket, and in other situations that we often encounter Queues occur when the need for services exceeds the capacity or capacity of the service facility. As a result, users of the facility cannot get immediate service due to the busyness of the service. The Amplas Toll Gate queue is the object of this research. The Amplas Toll Gate is one of the densest toll gates that is heavily traveled by vehicles both entering and exiting. This makes it often seen a fairly long queue, especially during peak hours in the late afternoon to evening. The Medan City Government built an off ramp at the Amplas flyover in 2016. This off ramp leads directly to the Amplas toll gate. The vehicle arrival rate increases along with the queue length because vehicles can arrive faster to the toll gate. This study aims to calculate the queue length at the Amplas toll gate before and after the construction of the ramp off. Data is obtained by recording the volume of vehicles at the research location. With an average service time of 7 seconds, the queuing method produces a queue length of 11.98 meters, while the results using Pro Model software are 11.98 meters. In addition, the queue length after the construction of the ramp off decreased to 6.67 meters from before the construction of the ramp off. Promodel is a windows-based simulation software used to simulate and analyze a system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan keunggulan bersaing sebagai variabel intervening di PT. Mustika Mitra Abadi Altic Houseware Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh inovasi yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen, adanya pengaruh kualitas produk yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen, adanya pengaruh inovasi yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keunggulan bersaing, adanya pengaruh kualitas produk yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keunggulan bersaing, adanya pengaruh keunggulan bersaing yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen, adanya pengaruh inovasi dan kualitas produk yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Raihan Bakery merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang produk kue yang sudah bergerak di wilayah Medan, dalam menjalankan usahanya penting mempoerhatikan bagaimana konsumen memiliki keputusan pembelian, bila mengacu pada penelitian ini variabel yang dibahas yaitu bagaimana keputusan pembelian yang dibentuk oleh harga dan promosi dengan brand sebagai variabel intervening. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi. Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Raihan Bakery Medan dengan brand sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus (case study) yaitu metode yang menjelaskan jenis penelitian mengenai suatu objek tertentu. Hasil penelitian menemukan Nilai thitung untuk variabel promosi sebesar 2,625 bila dibandingkan dengan t tabel yaitu 1,986. Nilai thitung untuk variabel harga sebesar 4,114 bila dibandingkan dengan ttabel yaitu 1,986 . Nilai thitung untuk variabel merek sebesar 3,614 bila dibandingkan dengan ttabel yaitu 1,986 .Nilai thitung untuk variabel promosi sebesar 2,803 bila dibandingkan dengan ttabel yaitu 1,98580 . Nilai thitung untuk variabel harga sebesar 3,825 bila dibandingkan dengan ttabel yaitu 1,98580 .ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara langsung dari promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui merek dengan total pengaruh sebesar 0,091. harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan baik secara langsung maupun melalui merek terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan total pengaruh sebesar 0,691. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu harga dan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Pada Raihan Bakery Medan dan harga dan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Pada Raihan Bakery Medan melalui brand.

Abstract

The determinants of the high and low quality of education results have a strategic position, so every effort to improve the quality of education needs to get the attention of school management both in terms of improving employee performance and the number of employees. They are one of the most important and valuable assets for schools if managed properly then employee performance and school quality will be good, and vice versa. If not managed well, employee performance will be poor. This is due to several factors including policy implementation, leadership style and professionalism built in the educational environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate how much influence policy implementation, leadership style and professionalism together have on employee performance in Muhammadiyah Private Schools in Central Jakarta Administrative City. The population and sample in the study were employees at Muhammadiyah Private Schools in Central Jakarta consisting of deputy leaders, section heads and staff, totaling 72 people. Based on the results of data processing using the SPSS statistical program, it is proven that the variables of policy implementation (X1), leadership style (X2) and professionalism (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The test results indicated by the calculated F value is 36759.135 and a significance level of 0.00 while the F table value is 4.04. Because the calculated F value (36759,135) is greater than the F table (2.71) and the significance level of 0.00 is less than the probability of significance α = 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be said that policy implementation, leadership style and professionalism together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the percentage of influence of policy implementation variables, leadership style and professionalism on employee performance is 99.8% and the remaining 0.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the model.

Abstract

Fluctuations in local production, increasing demand, and dependence on garlic supplies from outside the island make it difficult for Bali Province to maintain a stable garlic supply. iThink software is used to model the dynamic garlic availability system in this study. This simulation method involves creating a Causal Loop Diagram (CLD), creating a mathematical model based on differential equations, and conducting table and graphical analysis of the simulation results. The simulation results show that the linear increase in garlic demand of 6,289.08 tons per year can be offset by local production increasing to 31,071.73 in 2024 and an off-island supply of 4,176 tons per year. The projection of garlic availability until 2024 is 122,895.71 tons. The results show that maintaining a stable supply of off-island garlic is the main way to ensure sustainable garlic availability in Bali.
