Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing information system in small and medium enterprises. The type of research used is descriptive research, namely research that aims to find a description of the characteristics of the population being studied. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data Collection Techniques Primary data and secondary data were obtained by conducting interviews and surveys in the field. Population and Sample The population in this study includes all Snack and Food SMEs in Medan City. The sample was taken based on the characteristics of the company, namely companies that absorb a lot of workers. Data Analysis Method Data analysis method using qualitative data. The results of this study Profile of SMEs in Sujiane which are engaged in Snack and food in Medan City as follows SME products already have characteristics, only there is no variation, this is because SMEs are mostly engaged in the culinary field. Constraints in the application of Marketing Information Systems there are no data and documentation integrated from the UMK. The existence of a blog about the profile of SMEs in Sujiane which is engaged in Snack and food in Medan City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendekatan pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha yang beroperasi di Pasar Sentral Bonea, Kabupaten Selayar, Kabupaten, Kepulauan, Indonesia. Metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan. Informasi yang dikumpulkan merupakan hasil diskusi dengan penjual dan pembeli di pasar yang bersangkutan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi langsung ke lapangan, wawancara dengan pemain dan pelatih, serta telaah dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian pedagang di Pasar Induk Bonea Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar mengikuti praktik pemasaran yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam, seperti jujur dan hanya menjual barang yang halal dan berkualitas, sedangkan sebagian lainnya menggunakan praktik pemasaran yang dilarang oleh syariat Islam. ajaran, seperti terlibat dalam praktik bisnis yang menipu seperti menggunakan faktur palsu.

Abstract

Tujuan jurnal ini adalah untuk menginformasikan dan mengedukasi pembaca tentang promosi global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menggabungkan data dari berbagai sumber seperti buku literatur dan internet. Promosi global adalah suatu proses dimana perusahaan mengembangkan suatu produk dan menginformasikannya kepada pelanggan atau masyarakat luas. Promosi juga bisa dikatakan sebagai media komunikasi. Idealnya, kegiatan promosi harus dilaksanakan dengan berbagai cara yang efektif di pasar global dengan mengikuti perkembangan zaman melalui teknologi. Namun, itu tergantung pada target pasar yang ingin dituju. Promosi global dapat mencakup berbagai negara sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat bagi konsumen dan produsen. Konsumen memiliki akses lebih cepat terhadap informasi, yang berarti sistem promosi global dapat memperoleh manfaat dari kemajuan teknologi.

Abstract

Pasar global yang terus berkembang menuntut perusahaan untuk mengadopsi strategi komunikasi yang cerdas dan terfokus. Dalam era globalisasi ini, komunikasi menjadi kunci untuk mengatasi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang di berbagai belahan dunia. Artikel ini membahas pendekatan strategis dalam merancang komunikasi global yang efektif, dengan mempertimbangkan perbedaan budaya, bahasa, dan preferensi konsumen. Jurnal ini mengkaji strategi pemasaran global dalam konteks bisnis internasional. Melalui analisis mendalam terhadap praktik-praktik pemasaran global, penulis mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang memengaruhi keberhasilan strategi tersebut. Melalui penelusuran metode dan studi kasus, kami menjelajahi bagaimana perusahaan dapat membangun pesan yang relevan dan resonan, menghubungkan merek mereka dengan audiens global, dan memperkuat kehadiran mereka di pasar internasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi atau hal penting yang harus dilakukan agar logistik halal di Indonesia dapat terlaksana atau tercapai secara efektif dalam lingkup logistik global. Adapun untuk metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan (literature review) yang dimana menjelaskan fenomena dan data serta penelitian terdahulu, kemudian menarik kesimpulan dari permasalahan yang ada secara lebih akurat dan jelas dari fakta-fakta yang ada. Untuk hasil penelitian ini ialah terdapat beberapa hal penting yang dapat menjadi pendorong kesuksesan Logistik Halal di Indonesia yang diantaranya yaitu 1) Dukungan pemerintah untuk mendorong perkembangan Logistik Halal dengan memperketat kebijakan mengenai sertifikasi halal 2) Memberikan pelatihan dan peningkatan manajemen pengetahuan yang berperan meningkatkan kemampuan pegawai. 3) Pengembangan Lanjutan dalam hal teknologi meliputi pengembangan sistem pelacakan seperti penambahan sistem sensor DNA dan sertifikasi di pergudangan, distributor, dan penjual, serta sertifikasi di penyedia produk hingga penjual ditambah dengan penerapan sistem logistik lima titik pembelian untuk inovasi berkelanjutan dan pengurangan biaya.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a way to create a sustainable competitive advantage for both companies that produce goods and services. Market competition is a major challenge for entrepreneurs. One of the Indonesian batik production industries is located in the village of Wukirsari. The purpose of this research is to analyze the competitive marketing strategy of the global Giliroyo batik industry. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive method where the data collection technique used was a literature study. According to the survey results, the marketing strategy of the global Jiriroyo tie-dye industry consists of a product strategy, a pricing strategy, a sales promotion strategy and a placement strategy, which are commonly referred to as the 4Ps. Abstract

Globalization brings about changes in many areas, particularly in the areas of economy, politics, and technology. Globalization, though, also affects other fields, like human resource management (HRM). This desk study examines the role and influence of strategic management innovation on the preparation of human resources before entering the world of work and business in the midst of the 4.0 revolution in light of the emergence of a new paradigm that recognizes the role of humans as a fact that provides strategic direction and competitive advantage. Businesses and their human resources are dramatically impacted by technology improvements, creating more intense rivalry. Due to technology improvements, businesses must be more inventive and imaginative when it comes to strategic management. Large technology firms keep innovating inside their own structures. This includes their own unique innovation, processes, and goods. Companies that use open innovation strategies might use both internal and external sources of innovation. Alliance tactics may emerge in corporate initiatives to produce various ideas, and companies that pay more attention to innovation management to lessen rivalry are predicted to become more competitive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze corporate communication ethics in product marketing strategies on social media. This study examines the literature on the principles of business ethics and marketing communications. The method used is descriptive research, collecting information from primary and secondary sources. The analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach to identify the ethical aspects of product marketing in social networks. The aftereffects of this study demonstrate that there are several moral perspectives that need consideration in web-based entertainment business correspondence, such as genuineness, receptiveness, decency and social obligation. This study assists with understanding the decision and utilization of business correspondence morals in item advertising techniques via virtual entertainment. These discoveries can be the reason for building more moral business correspondence rehearses in the computerized period

Abstract

This research focuses on developing a marketing strategy for the “Kacang Asin Pak Tani” product. This product is a home industry engaged in selling dry food and snacks. Sales of Pak Tani’s Salted Peanuts have continued to increase from 2019 to 2022, but interview results show that this product has not implemented a good marketing strategy, including offline and online promotions, market segmentation, and other marketing mixes. In developing an effective marketing strategy, the 4P concept (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) is an important basis. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method, with the observation approach and interview as a data collection technique, research data consists of secondary and primary data. Primary data was generated from interviews with home industry owners of Salted Peanut Products, employees, and consumers. Secondary data includes graphic data of the sales cycle for four years, EFAS and IFAS data, as well as SWOT analysis obtained from Kacang Asin Pak Tani company. The researchers also use literature reviews as a theoretical foundation that can support solving the problem being studied. Research results, based on the SWOT analysis can be seen that the strategy used is in quadrant 1, this position is a very profitable position, by implementing a strategy that supports aggressive growth policies (Grow Oriented Strategy). So, this is a strategy that can be carried out by the Kacang Asin Pak Tani Brand Product so that the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the business can be identified. As a suggestion, in terms of promotion, the “Kacang Asin Pak Tani” brand needs to develop a more effective promotion strategy to increase consumer awareness of the products and brands offered.

Abstract

This research aimed to answer the research question about how the affectivity of implementation of benefaction oath and registration of benefaction land in the area of religious affairs office of Gunung Sugih Central Lampung. The advantage of this research is that in realizing the awareness and certainty of benefaction law the conflicts of benefaction land can be avoided. This research is qualitative research which tried to reveal the benefaction management. The primary data were obtained from the research informant. The informant in this research was the chief of religious affairs office (KUA) and head of alms division and KUA of Gunung Sugih. While the second data were obtained from the books, document, and other references related to this research. The data collection method was done by interview and documentation. The data analysis process was done by making the formulation of research result implication in the ways of interpretation.The implementation of benefaction oath certificate and registration of benefaction land in the area of religious affairs office (KUA) of GunungSugih were not realized effectively. This case was based on the data of the amount of benefaction land that did not have AIW/APIW, it was about 41,9% benefaction and 43% of it did not have land certificate. This condition showed that the awareness of benefaction law in GunungSugih was not actualized. This problems caused the law certainty of land benefaction was not realized too. So that it could cause the conflict and returning the benefaction lands.
