Abstract

Career self-efficacy is one of the important factors that determine the success of students in carrying out their careers. Likewise with school counselors, measuring students' career self-efficacy will help them understand and develop strategies to develop students' career plans. For this reason, a valid and reliable career efficacy measurement tool is needed. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of student career success scale based on RASCH modeling. Participants in this study were 30 students who were involved as respondents in a 25-item career self-efficacy test. Rasch analysis was made by the WINSTEPS 3.73 program to evaluate the Indonesian version of the career self-efficacy scale by looking at the validity and reality of the item-person fit measure, Cronbach's alpha value, item-person separation index, dimensions, response patterns in the scalogram, and bias items according to gender. The results of this study indicate that of the 25 items there are 5 items that are out of fit or do not meet the RASCH measurement model. The reliability of the Cronbach Alpha scale is 0.96 or very high. The total gross variance described by the measure is 47%, which means this scale is able to predict students' career self-efficacy quite accurately. Overall, it can be concluded that the Indonesian version of the student career self-efficacy scale has good psychometric properties so that it can be used for assessment and research.

Abstract

Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas guru tidak menekankan pada aspek berpikir kritis dalam proses pembelajaran, ini dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan guru mengenai kemampuan berpikir kritis. Rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, maka perlu dikembangkan tes yang standar untuk menilai kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan dan untuk mengetahui kualitas tes berpikir kritis yang dikembangkan untuk semester genap kelas V SD ditinjau dari validitas isi dan reliabilitas butir tes. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model 4D Thiagarajan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode pencatatan dokumen, observasi, dan lembar validasi ahli. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir kritis. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas isi dan uji reliabilitas instrument tes. Hasil uji validitas isi yang didapatkan sebesar 0,937, yang berada pada katagori sangat tinggi yaitu pada rentangan 0,80-1.00. Sedangkan hasil uji reliabilitas istrumen tes dioeroleh sebesar 0,92 dan berada pada katagori sangat tinggi yaitu berada pada rentangan 0,80-1,00. Hal ini berarti, tes kemampuan berpikir kritis yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai tes standar dalam  mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V pada tema delapan, sub-tema tiga.

Abstract

Masih banyak siswa yang kurang berminat dalam belajar sehingga berpengaruh pada hasil belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan Komik Video Digital (KOVID) Bernuasa Bali meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian yaitu pengembangan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian yaitu 2 ahli media dan 1 ahli materi. Subjek uji coba yaitu 3 siswa dan 3 praktisi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi kuantitatif, wawancara, kuesioner/angket, serta studi dokumen. Instrumen yaitu kuesioner. Teknik menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian yaitu hasil penilaian dari ahli media pembelajaran yaitu 0,8 dengan kualifikasi sedang. Hasil penilaian guru yaitu 99%, sehingga sangat baik dan penilaian siswa yaitu 99,3%, sehingga kualifikasi sangat baik. Disimpulkan bahwa media KOVID mendapatkan kualifikasi sangat baik, sehingga layak untuk digunakan. Hasil uji hipotesis nilai signifikansi 2 arah (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga terdapat perbedaan  hasil minat belajar siswa kelas IV SD setelah belajar  menggunakan komik video digital (kovid ). Disimpulkan komik video digital (kovid) efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pembelajaran IPA siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This community service program is a online training and assistance in writing action research and scientific articles for teachers which aims to increase motivation and ability to write action research and scientific articles for teachers in Bali Province. The combination of the synchronize method through the Zoom application and unsynchronized method through the WhatsApp application was carried out for two weeks involving 85 elementary, junior, and high school teachers from various regions of Bali province. Evaluation of this program is measured through few indicators: (1) success in identifying problems and themes for action research, (2) success in formulating solutions to overcome problems, (3) success in drafting action research proposals, and (4) success in compiling a draft of action research articles. The evaluation results showed that (1) 90% of participants succeeded in compiling problem identification and research themes, 80% of participants succeeded in formulating solutions to overcome problems, (3) 80% of  participants succeeded in compiling a draft proposal, and (4) 65% of participants have successfully drafted a scientific articles from their action research studies. This results indicate that online training and mentoring was quite successful in increasing teacher motivation and ability to compile action research and scientific articles.

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop and test the acceptability of Counseling Guidance books with Indonesian culture-based mindfulness techniques (Ruqyah Meditation) to improve the noble character of students in Islamic boarding schools and to determine its effectiveness in its application. This study uses research and development methods using the 4D model by Thiagarajan. Then carried out further analysis using Aiken's validity with a validity result of 0.94 which indicates a high level of validity. So that this guidebook meets the criteria of acceptance in the use of guidance and counseling services in schools. To test its effectiveness, it was tested on students at school and involved 14 students in it using one group pretest and posttest, using the N-Gain score calculation formula of 0.65 which has a sufficient level of effectiveness. So that this guidebook is quite effective in improving the noble character of students in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to strengthen the implementation of Strengthening Character Education in tourism LKP Training through Lesson study models.  There are three main stages implemented in the lesson study program, namely plan, do, and see.  Two classes with a total of 21 and 23 students respectively along with two structures at LKP OTC Bali were appointed as models that opened classes in lesson study activities. Through discussions of curriculum studies and lesson plans, hospitality courses are selected in this program.  Lesson study activities are carried out in two cycles each for each class and   model instructor. The observers of this activity are 65 instructors, OTC management staff throughout Bali as internal observers and academics from Ganesha University of Education as external observers. Data on the instructor’s ability to design, implement and evaluate learning is obtained through guided observation carried out by all observers. Data on the character of religious, discipline, hard work and curiosity of students are measured before the program is implemented and after the program ends. The data were analyzed descriptively and percentage. The results of observations show that there is an increase in the ability of instructors in designing character-based learning activities, implementing KDP, and evaluation abilities in cycle II.  Based on the results of measuring the character of religious, discipline, endurance and curiosity of students participating in the course can be found an increase in all the characters aspect between before and after taking the hospitality course that integrates the strengthening of character education.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test the validity of cognitive behavior counseling handbooks and the effectiveness of systematic desensitization counseling techniques to deal with stress in adolescent victims of violence. This research includes the development of 4D (define, design, develop, disseminate) by Thiagarajan (1974). Five people who are experts and practitioners of guidance counseling were involved in testing the validity of the guidebook. The assessment instrument used consists of 14 statement points which refer to the validity of the guidebook. Validity analysis uses the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) calculation formula from Lawshe (1975). The acquisition shows content validity (CVI) of 1 which means very good. This shows that the developed website-based systematic desensitization technique cognitive behavior counseling guidelines have met the eligibility criteria. The effectiveness test involved 30 students in this study using the one group pre-test and post-test design. This effectiveness test was carried out using the t test, the gains obtained were tcount = 17.105 and ttable = 2.048 which means that tcount > ttable, this acquisition describes that the development of cognitive behavior counseling guidelines for website-based systematic desensitization techniques is effective for dealing with stress in adolescent victims of violence.

Abstract

The objective of this research includes developing, validating a guidebook, and determining the effectiveness of behavioral counseling guidelines using web-based cognitive restructuring techniques/methods to treat anxiety in adolescent victims of violence. The counseling guide is described as a resource for an educator in a school. In relation to the steps for implementing counseling guidance services that are aligned with 4D development model by Thiagarajan (1974). The validity of this guide was evaluated by four experts in the field of counseling and one expert in the field of educational technology. The instrument used contains 14 statements concerning the acceptability of a guide. Validity analysis used calculation formulation of the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) by Lawshe (1975). According to the findings, content validity (CVI) was worth one, indicating that it had a good or unique meaning. This statement states that the behavioral counseling guide developed using cognitive restructuring techniques on a website basis has met the eligibility requirements. The effectiveness test included 30 students who had experienced anxiety as a result of violence, and the research used a one-group pre-test and post-test design method. This effectiveness test was carried out using the t test, the results of the t-test were obtained by ????count = 13.352 and ????????????ble = 2,048 which means that the value of ????count  > ????????????ble , this result indicated that the development of cognitive behavioral counseling guidelines with cognitive restructuring techniques is effective to overcome anxiety in adolescent victims of violence

Abstract

The use of counseling models that are relevant to the problems and symptoms of psychological disorders is needed to support the implementation of effective counseling services, especially in educational setting. Solution-focused brief counseling (SFBC) is one of the counseling models that has recommended to be used in the implementation of counseling services. This study aims to reported the review of literature related to the used of SFBC in educational settings. Results of this study found that SFBC has been widely used in educational settings both in schools and universities. The most frequently used counseling techniques are the exception question technique and the miracle question technique. Psychological symptoms/disorders that can be intervened with SFBC include academic procrastination, aggressive behavior, anxiety and academic stress, as well as substance abuse and trauma. Results of this study have implications for the use of SFBC in educational setting.

Abstract

Konseling psikoanalisis telah terbukti efektif dalam membantu siswa mengatasi masalah emosional dan akademik. Namun, teknik-teknik konseling psikoanalisis dapat lebih efektif lagi dengan penerapan teknik hypnocounseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penerapan teknik hypnocounseling dalam konseling psikoanalisis untuk meningkatkan achievement siswa. Metode studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan mengambil sampel tiga siswa yang memiliki masalah emosional dan akademik di sebuah sekolah menengah di kota Singaraja. Masing-masing siswa diberikan enam sesi konseling yang dilakukan dengan teknik hypnocounseling. Achievement siswa diukur sebelum dan sesudah sesi konseling menggunakan skala achievement. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik hypnocounseling dalam konseling psikoanalisis efektif dalam meningkatkan achievement siswa. Ketiga siswa yang menjadi subjek penelitian mengalami peningkatan achievement yang signifikan setelah menjalani enam sesi konseling. Selain itu, ketiga siswa juga melaporkan perbaikan dalam kesejahteraan psikologis dan motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pendekatan konseling yang lebih holistik dan efektif dalam meningkatkan achievement siswa.Kata kunci: Teknik Hypnocounseling, Psikoanalisis, Achievement
