Abstract

Student mental health and psychological well-being have become a concern nowadays. A recent study reported that during the Covid-19 pandemic, there is an emergence of emotional and psychological disorder experienced by adolescents and students around the world that relates to the high use of the internet and social media. This study aimed to report the effectiveness of self-help strength-based counseling (SBC) to overcoming Nomophobia and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) among students. By following the RCT’s procedure, this study involved a total of 418 high school students as participants. Through randomized sampling, two experimental groups and one control group were obtained. The first experimental group participated in SBC through a learning management system (LMS), the second experimental group participated in SBC through the paper-based module, and the waiting-list control group did not participate in any interventions. The results of this study show that the LMS-based self-help SBC method and the paper-based module SBC were effective interventions to overcome nomophobia and FoMO among students. The results of this study have implications for the use of self-help methods in counseling services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji daya terima alat bantu permainan Ular Tangga untuk meningkatkan perilaku siswa SMA. Ini dikembangkan sebagai alat bimbingan terarah bagi guru untuk meningkatkan keterampilan koping siswa dengan memberikan layanan bimbingan di sekolah. Hasil Penelitian (1) Peningkatan perilaku coping Alat bantu permainan ular tangga dinilai sesuai untuk: (a) Hasil bahan peer-review yaitu: Perhitungan deskriptif dosen Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha dengan persentase menunjukkan (90,48%), sangat baik dalam rentang evaluasi (b) ahli media, yaitu hasil evaluasi guru teknologi pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha adalah perhitungan deskriptif, dan persentase menunjukkan (91,88%) penilaian rentang sangat baik; (c) Hasil evaluasi dua ahli BK yaitu guru sekolah menunjukkan persentase (94,5%) berada dalam rentang hasil sangat baik. Media permainan ular tangga diuji untuk mencari cara untuk meningkatkan perilaku coping mereka. Uji efisiensi media permainan dilakukan pada 20 siswa kelas XI SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja dengan rancangan kelompok eksperimen sebelum dan sesudah pengujian. Alat bantu ular tangga ini secara efektif dapat meningkatkan perilaku siswa sekolah menengah. Abstract: This study aims to develop and test the acceptability of the Snakes and Ladders game tool to improve the behavior of high school students. It was developed as a directed guidance tool for teachers to improve students' coping skills by providing guidance services in schools. Research Results (1) Improved coping behavior The snake and ladder game tool is considered appropriate for: (a) The results of peer-reviewed materials are: Descriptive calculation of Ganesha Education University lecturers with percentage showing (90.48%), very good in the evaluation range (b ) media experts, namely the results of the evaluation of educational technology teachers at Ganesha University of Education is a descriptive calculation, and the percentage shows (91.88%) very good range assessment; (c) The results of the evaluation of two BK experts, namely school teachers, showed that the percentage (94.5%) was in the very good range of results. The snake and ladder game media was tested to find ways to improve their coping behavior. Game media efficiency test was conducted on 20 students of class XI SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja with experimental group design before and after testing. This snake ladder tool can effectively improve the behavior of high school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengasilkan produk berupa instrumen pengukuran karakter consistency personality pada pra-remaja siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan langkah-langkah penelitian berdasarkan model 4D yang meliputi define, design, develop, dan dessminate. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampel acak sederhana dengan jumlah 90 peserta didik dari kelas VII dan VIII. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner diukur dengan skala likert. Berdasarkan uji ahli oleh 5 validator instrumen dinyatakan layak diujicobakan. Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil yang didapatkan dengan 35 butir pernyataan didapatkan hasil valid, maka instrumen yang telah disusun oleh peneliti layak untuk digunakan sebagai layanan Bimbingan Konseling kepada peserta didik. Berdasarkan uji terbatas tersebut maka instrumen pengukuran karakter consistency personality pra-remaja siswa SMP di Kota Singaraja dinyatakan reliabel dengan taraf klasifikasi reliabilitas tinggi. Abstract: This research was carried out with the aim of producing a product in the form of a consistency personality measurement instrument for pre-adolescent students. This study uses a research and development approach with research steps based on a 4D model which includes define, design, develop, and dessminate. Samples were taken using a simple random sampling technique with a total of 90 students from class VII and VIII. The data collection used in the form of a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. Based on the expert test by 5 validators the instrument was declared feasible to be tested. The results of the study after the validity test was carried out with the results obtained with 35 statement items obtained valid results, then the instrument that has been prepared by the researcher is feasible to be used as a Counseling Guidance service to students. Based on the limited test, the instrument for measuring the consistency personality character of pre-adolescent junior high school students in Singaraja City was declared reliable with a high level of reliability classification.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran karakter tangguh (self endurance) yang teruji valid dan reliabel pada masa pra remaja siswa SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research Development (R&D) dengan tahapan penelitian model 4D yaitu define, design, development, dan dessiminate. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan random sampling atau sampel acak sederhana dengan jumlah 60 siswa. Analisis data hasil validasi oleh judgemen menggunakan indxe CVI. Sementara pengujian validitas emeprik dilakukan dengan analisis product moment, dan analisis reliabelitas dengan alpha cronbach. Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan uji validitas isi menunjukkan bahwa instrument memenuhi kriteria valid secara teoretik. Hasil validitas empirik juga menunjukkan nilai validitas setiap item dan reliabelitas instrumen memenuhi kriteria tes yang valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan uji terbatas tersebut maka skala Karakter Tangguh (Self Endurance) siswa SMP ini layak untuk digunakan sebagai alat ukur karakter tangguh bagi siswa SMP. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to develop a self-endurance measurement instrument that was tested valid and reliable in pre-adolescent junior high school students. This study uses a Research Development (R&D) approach with 4D model research stages, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. The sampling technique used was random sampling or a simple random sample with a total of 60 students. Analysis of the data validation results by judgment using the CVI index. Meanwhile, the empiric validity was tested by using product moment analysis, and reliability analysis using Cronbach's alpha. The results of the study after the content validity test showed that the instrument met the theoretically valid criteria. The results of empirical validity also show the value of the validity of each item and the reliability of the instrument meets the criteria of a valid and reliable test. Based on this limited test, the Self Endurance scale for junior high school students is appropriate to be used as a tool for measuring tough character for junior high school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat ukur dan menguji kelayakannya sehingga menghasilkan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel dalam mengukur tingkat self awareness. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan four-D yaitu: define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Subyek dalam penelitian pengembangan ini meliputi 5 pakar, yakni 3 dosen bimbingan konseling dan 2 guru bimbingan konseling di Sekolah. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas isi, uji validitas empiris dan uji reliabilitas. Pada uji validitas isi menggunakan rumus Formula Content Validity Ratio dan Content Validity Indeks.Untuk uji validitas empiris, diperoleh melalui hasil uji coba instrumen kepada responden sebanyak 64 siswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan Teknik random sampling. Diketahui bahwa hasil uji validitas empiris yaitu semua butir instrumen memiliki status yang valid atau terpakai. Lalu pada uji reliabilitas, hasil perhitungan menunjukkan koefisien reliabilitas instrumen pengukuran karakter self awareness dapat dikatakan reliabel. Dengan demikian instrumen ini dapat dinyatakan memenuhi syarat instrumen yang baik, yaitu valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka instrumen ini dikatakan layak dan dapat diaplikasikan oleh konselor di sekolah dan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam mengembangkan self awereness. Abstract: This study aims to develop a measuring instrument and test its feasibility so as to produce a valid and reliable instrument in measuring the level of self-awareness. This type of research includes development research with a four-D development model, namely: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects in this development research include 5 experts, namely 3 counseling guidance lecturers and 2 counseling guidance teachers in schools. The data analysis method used is content validity test, empirical validity test and reliability test. In the content validity test using the Formula Content Validity Ratio and Content Validity Index formulas. To test the empirical validity, obtained through the results of instrument testing to respondents as many as 64 students who were selected using random sampling technique. It is known that the results of the empirical validity test are that all instrument items have a valid or used status. Then in the reliability test, the calculation results show the reliability coefficient of the self-awareness character measurement instrument can be said to be reliable. Thus, this instrument can be declared to meet the requirements of a good instrument, namely valid and reliable. Based on these results, this instrument is said to be feasible and can be applied by counselors in schools and can be used as a reference in developing self-awareness.

Abstract

This development research resulted in a product in the form of a rational emotive behavior therapy counseling guidebook to reduce academic dishonesty behavior in junior high school students. The research procedure used is a 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). The guidebook assessment consists of 5 BK experts. The results of data analysis in the implementation of the product content validity test with indicators of usability, feasibility, and accuracy obtained the results of CVR = 22 and CVI = 1 (very appropriate). The results of the effectiveness test of the researcher's guidebook involved 16 students using the one group pretest posttest design method. The results of the effectiveness test showed that the development of a rational emotive behavior therapy counseling guidebook was effective in reducing academic dishonesty behavior in junior high school students. The results of the effect size calculation can be concluded that the test has a high effectiveness. Thus, the provision of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy counseling has a high effectiveness in reducing academic dishonesty behavior in students. Abstrak Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk berupa buku panduan konseling rational emotive behavior therapy untuk mereduksi perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik pada siswa SMP. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate). Penilaian buku panduan terdiri dari 5 orang ahli BK. Hasil analisis data dalam pelaksanaan uji validitas isi produk dengan indikator kegunaan, kelayakan, dan ketepatan didapatkan hasil CVR =22 dan CVI = 1 (sangat sesuai). Hasil uji efektivitas buku panduan peneliti melibatkan 16 siswa dengan menggunakan metode one group pretest posttest design. Hasil dari uji efektifitas didapatkan hasil bahwa pengembangan buku panduan konseling rational emotive behavior therapy efektif untuk mereduksi perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik pada siswa. Adapun hasil perhitungan effect size dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji tersebut memiliki efektivitas tinggi. Dengan demikian pemberian konseling Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy mempunyai efektivitas tinggi terhadap mereduksi perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik pada siswa.

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop and test the effectiveness of group guidance guides with self-management techniques to improve the learning discipline of junior high school studentsState 6 Singaraja. This study involved 3 experts and 2 practitioners in the field of guidance and counseling whose job was to test the effectiveness. Research data was collected through a questionnaire which was analyzed using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) Content Validity Index (CVI), product moment, Cronbach alpha and t-test formulas. The results of the CVR analysis showed that all statements of the questionnaire items were accepted and scored CVI 1 in the very good category. The guide effectiveness test was conducted on 10 seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja using an experimental design for the control group and the experimental group. The results of the instrument reliability test showed a very high reliability value and the results of the Cronbach alpha coefficient test obtained very reliable or very strong results, and the t-test results showed a significance value. Based on this, it can be concluded that the development of group guidance guidebooks with self-management techniques is effective for improving student learning discipline at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas panduan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self management untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Penelitian ini melibatkan 3 ahli dan 2 praktisi di bidang bimbingan dan konseling yang bertugas untuk menguji efektivitas. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan rumus Content Validity Ratio (CVR) Content Validity Index (CVI), product moment, cronbach alpha dan t-test. Hasil analisis CVR menunjukkan bahwa seluruh pernyataan item kuesioner diterima dan memperoleh nilai CVI 1 pada kategori yang sangat baik, Uji efektivitas pemandu dilakukan kepada 10 siswa kelas tujuh SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja dengan menggunakan desain eksperimen untuk kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Hasil uji reliabilitas instrumen menunjukkan nilai reliabilitas yang sangat tinggi dan hasil uji koefisien alfa Cronbach memperoleh hasil sangat andal atau sangat kuat, dan hasil uji-t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan buku panduan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self management efektif untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compile and describe the prototype process (design), the validity and effectiveness of website media in cognitive behavioral counseling to overcome high school students' learning anxiety. This type of research is research and development or Research and Development (R&D). The development design used in this study is the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Bangli on the development of website media in cognitive behavioral counseling to overcome student learning anxiety which is motivated by the large number of students who experience anxiety problems and the lack of utilization of counseling service media by BK teachers in schools. The subjects in this study consisted of 1 media expert, 1 material expert, 3 BK teachers and 32 students of class X Mipa 2 at SMA N 2 Bangli. The data collection technique in this study used a content test validation questionnaire sheet and a student implementation test questionnaire. The development of this counseling website media uses the goggle site application. The selection of this application is based on its easy use and can combine other media support applications. This study uses a content validity test with analytical techniques that refer to the Robert Gregory formula, and implementation validity using the t test formula. Based on the data analysis, the percentage results from media experts are 95% and material experts are 88.3% with the average number of both percentages being 91.63% so that they are categorized as very good. The results of the validation of the three BK teachers obtained a percentage result of 92.36% with a very good category. As well as student respondents, the results of the t-test calculation were obtained thit 92 < ttab 1.98 with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the website media in cognitive behavioral counseling to overcome student anxiety at SMA N 2 Bangli is in the very good category, so it is valid and practical to be applied in schools by BK teachers and students in assisting counseling guidance services. Based on these conclusions, the suggestions submitted by the researchers are that it is hoped that this guidance and counseling media can help guidance and counseling teachers and students in overcoming learning anxiety more practically and effectively and it is also hoped that this research can be used as a guide for further researchers in developing counseling media. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu untuk menyusun dan mendeskripsikan proses prototype (rancang bangun), validitas dan efektifitas media website dalam konseling cognitive behavioral untuk mengatasi kecemasan belajar siswa SMA. Jenis penelitian inioadalah penelitian dan pengembangani atau Research and Development (R&D). Desain pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementasi, dan Evaluation. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA, Negeri 2 Bangli tentang pengembangan media website dalam konseling cognitive behavioral untuk mengatasi kecemasan belajar siswa yang dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya peserta didik yang mengalami permasalahan kecemasan serta kurangnya pemanfaatan media layanan bimbingan konseling oleh guru BK di sekolah. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu terdiri dari 1 ahli media, 1 ahli materi, 3 guru BK dan 32 peserta didik kelas X Mipa 2 di SMA N 2 Bangli. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar kuesioner validasi uji konten dan kuesioner uji implementasi peserta didik. Pengembangan media website konseling ini menggunakan aplikasi goggle site. Pemilihan aplikasiiini didasarkan pada penggunaannya yang mudah serta bisa menggabungkan aplikasi pendukung media yang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas konten dengan teknik analisis yangomengacu pada formula Robert Gregory, dan validitas implementasi dengan menggunakan rumus uji t. Berdasarkan analisis data tersebut, maka didapatkan hasil persentase dari ahli media 95% dan ahli materi 88,3% dengan jumlah rerata persentase keduanya yaitu 91,63% sehingga dikatagorikan sangat baik. Hasil Validasi dari tiga guru BK didapatkan hasil persentase yaitu 92,36% dengan katagori sangat baik. Serta responden peserta didik didapatkan hasil perhitungan uji t yaitu didapatkan thit 92 < ttab 1,98 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media website dalam konseling cognitive behavioral untuk mengatasi kecemasan belajar siswa SMA N 2 Bangli berada pada katagori sangat baik, sehingga tergolong valid dan praktis untuk diterapkan disekolah oleh guru BK dan siswa dalam membantu layanan bimbingan konseling. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut adapun saran yang disampaikan oleh peneliti yaitu diharapkan media BK ini dapat membantu guru BK dan siswa dalam mengatasi kecemasan belajar lebih praktis dan efektif serta diharapkan juga penelitian ini dapat dijadikan pedoman untuk peneliti selanjutnya dalam mengembangan media BK.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a research and development. The product developed is a Group Counseling Module with Self Management Strategy to Improve Student Discipline. The procedure in this development uses the 4D development model proposed by Thiagarajan, namely as follows: (1) Define Phase, (2) Design Phase, (3) Development Phase (Develop), (4) Disseminate Phase ). This study involved the subject of 5 experts in counseling guidance including 3 Counseling Guidance Lecturers FIP Undiksha and 2 Counseling Guidance Teachers at Senior High School 1 Sapeken. Based on expert calculations, CVR (Content Validity Index) was obtained. To test the acceptability of this group counseling module, the researcher involved 10 high school counseling teachers as subjects. Furthermore, to test the effectiveness of the group counseling module, the researcher involved 10 students as subjects. The guidebook which was developed from 22 instrument items used to assess content validity (CVI), stated that the group counseling module with self-management strategies to improve learning discipline had good validity for each item. Assessment of the validity of the content of the counseling module is critical to find out whether it is feasible to use. The value obtained regarding the module acceptance test is 3.63 and has a B (Good) score. Hypothesis testing shows that the Development of Group Counseling Modules With Self-Management Strategies To Improve Learning Discipline with a t-count of 2.578 with a significance level of 0.05 and an ES value of 0.83 which is included in the High ES category Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development). Produk yang dikembangkan adalah Modul Konseling Kelompok dengan Strategi Self Management untuk Meningkatkan Disiplin Siswa. Prosedur dalam pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan, yaitu “sebagai berikut: (1) Tahap Define, (2) Tahap Design, (3) Tahap Pengembangan (Develop), (4) Tahap Disseminate. Penelitian ini melibatkan subjek 5 orang ahli dalam bimbingan konseling yang terdiri dari 3 orang Dosen Bimbingan Konseling FIP Undiksha dan 2 orang Guru Bimbingan Konseling di SMA Negeri 1 Sapeken. Berdasarkan perhitungan ahli, diperoleh CVR (Content Validity Index). Untuk menguji keberterimaan modul konseling kelompok ini, peneliti melibatkan 10 guru BK SMA sebagai subjek. Selanjutnya untuk menguji keefektifan modul konseling kelompok, peneliti melibatkan 10 siswa sebagai subjek. Buku pedoman yang dikembangkan dari 22 item instrumen yang digunakan untuk menilai validitas isi (CVI), menyatakan bahwa modul konseling kelompok dengan strategi manajemen diri untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar, memiliki validitas yang baik untuk setiap item. Penilaian validitas isi modul konseling sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah layak digunakan”. Dari nilai yang diperoleh mengenai uji keberterimaan modul sebesar 90,75 dan memiliki nilai A (Sangat Baik). Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan Modul Konseling Kelompok Dengan Strategi Self-Management Untuk Meningkatkan Disiplin Belajar dengan t-hitung sebesar 2,578 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan nilai ES sebesar 0,83 yang termasuk dalam kategori ES Tinggi.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and test the effectiveness of guiding sociodrama technique groups to improve student’s prosocial skills.. This type of research is research and development (R&D using 4D development procedures (Define, Design, Develop, and Desseminate). This research involves 5 people as research subjects including 3 lecturers of counseling guidance FIP Undiksha and 2 teachers of counseling guidance MAN 1 Jembrana. Based on expert calculations, the CVR (content validity ratio) got the result of 25. Furthermore, calculating the CVI (Content Validity Index) value based on expert assessment calculations, it was obtained a CVI of 1 , this value is included in the very appropriate category. Furthermore, the effectiveness of this guidebook involves involving 25 students as subjects. Of the 33 items of instruments used to assess content validity (CVI), it is stated that the guide book is based on group guidance theory with sociodrama techniques to improve students' prosocial skills. Has good validity for each item. Testing this hypothesis shows shows that the development of group guidance guidebooks with sociodrama techniques to improve students' prosocial skills with a t-count of 6.765 with a significance level of 0.05 and an ES value = 0,937 which is included in the high ES category. This handbook that has been produced can be used as an instrument for other researchers who will conduct experimental research on prosocial skills. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji keefektifan teknik bimbingan kelompok sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan keterampilan prososial siswa. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan atau research and development (R&D). yang menggunakan prosedur pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Desseminate). Penelitian ini melibatkan 5 orang sebagai subjek peneliti diantaranya 3 orang dosen bimbingan konseling FIP Undiksha dan 2 orang Guru bimbingan konseling MAN 1 Jembrana. Berdasarkan perhitungan pakar didapatkan CVR (content validity ratio) mendapatkan hasil 25. Selanjutnya menghitung nilai CVI (Content Validity Index) berdasarkan perhitungan penilaian pakar didapatkan CVI sebesar 1 , nilai ini termasuk kedalam kategori sangat sesuai. Selanjutnya keefektifitasan buku panduan ini melibatkan melibatkan 25 orang siswa sebagai subjek. Dari 33 butir instrument yang digunakan untuk menilai validitas isi (CVI), dinyatakan buku panduan berlandaskan teori bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan keterampilan prososial siswa. Memiliki validitas yang baik untuk setiap butirnya. Pengujian hipotesis ini menunjukan bahwa pengembangan buku panduan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan keterampilan prososial siswa dengan t-hitung 6,765 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan nilai ES = 0.937 yang termasuk kategori ES tergolong tinggi. Buku panduan yang telah dihasilkan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai instrument bagi peneliti lain yang akan melakukan penelitian eksperimen mengenaiketerampilan prososial.
