Abstract

Abstrak Interaktif Digital Modul Physics (IDMP) berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) adalah sebuah inovasi pembelajaran yang dirancang untuk membantu siswa memahami konsep usaha dan energi dalam fisika dengan cara yang lebih interaktif dan efektif. IDMP ini berisi beberapa komponen seperti teori, soal dan video yang saling terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul digital berbasis Problem Based Learnning pada materi usaha dan energi yang valid digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran fisika yang dilengkapi dengan teknologi digital yang memungkinkan siswa untuk memperoleh informasi melalui berbagai media seperti video, simulasi, dan animasi. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Produk akhir dari penelitian ini berupa modul digital berbentuk sebuah aplikasi android sehingga dapat diakses dengan mudah melalui smartphone. Produk akan divalidasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli pembelajaran, serta dilakukan ujicoba kepada guru fisika dan peserta didik. Kata-kata kunci: modul digital, Problem Based Learning, usaha dan energi. Abstract The Interactive Digital Module Physics (IDMP) based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) is an innovative learning tool designed to assist students in understanding the concepts of work and energy in physics in a more interactive and effective way. IDMP consists of several components such as theory, problems, and integrated videos. This research aims to produce a digital module based on Problem Based Learning on the topic of work and energy that is valid as a physics learning media equipped with digital technology, enabling students to obtain information through various media such as videos, simulations, and animations. This development research uses the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). The final product of this research is a digital module in the form of an Android application that can be easily accessed through a smartphone. The product will be validated by media experts, subject matter experts, and learning experts, as well as tested by physics teachers and students. Abstract

 Online learning of course affects the learning media used. With all the limitations and challenges, the online learning process has not been maximized so that students experience decreased learning motivation. Because the success of the learning process is characterized by high learning motivation. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether there is an influence on students' learning motivation on the Quizizz application. This study took 2 sample classes from class VIII SMP Negeri 7 Tarakan. By analyzing the data using the Paired sample t-Test statistical test, the results of the data significance of 0.000 means that this value is less than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the two classes on students' learning motivation in the Quizizz application. Keywords : Quizizz Application, Learning Motivation Pembelajaran online tentu saja berpengaruh pada media pembelajaran yang digunakan. Dengan segala keterbatasan dan tantangan, proses pembelajaran online belum maksimal sehingga siswa mengalami motivasi belajar yang menurun.  Karena keberhasilan proses pembelajaran ditandai dengan adanya motivasi belajar yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah terdapat pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada aplikasi Quizizz . penelitian ini mengambil 2 kelas sampel dari kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Tarakan. Dengan analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Paired sample t-Test diperoleh hasil signifikansi data sebesar 0,000 artinya nilai ini kurang dari 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kedua kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada aplikasi Quizizz.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Quizizz, Motivasi Belajar.

Abstract

 Mathematics learning activities require students' creative thinking skills. Mathematical creative thinking is the ability how to find diverse and new ideas to solve problems in the learning process. Assessing students' mathematical creativity is the goal of this study. Journals and articles related to creative and mathematical thinking skills will be collected as part of the data collection stage using Google Scholar. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is the method used in this study. The findings of this study indicate that students' mathematical creative thinking skills are needed to find new concepts to solve problems presented during learning. This statement has supported by various theories and research on how to increase students' mathematical creativity during learning. Keywords: Mathematical Creative Thinking, Mathematics Learning. Aktivitas pembelajaran matematika sangat memerlukan adanya kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada siswa. Berpikir kreatif matematis adalah kemampuan untuk menemukan ide atau gagasan yang beragam dan baru dalam pemecahan masalah di dalam proses pembelajaran. Mengkaji kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Pengumpulan artikel yang relevan terkait kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis akan dilakukan sebagai tahap pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan database google scholar. Systematic Literatur Review (SLR) merupakan metode yang digunakan di penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa diperlukan untuk menemukan konsep-konsep baru untuk memecahkan masalah selama pembelajaran, pernyataan ini didukung oleh berbagai teori dan penelitian tentang bagaimana peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa selama pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Berpikir Kreatif Matematis, Pembelajaran Matematika.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the errors made by 10th-grade students at MA Hurrrasul Aqidah Tarakan in solving absolute value problems based on Kastolan's stages and the factors causing these errors. The subjects of the research were five students selected based on their grades and communication skills. Data collection techniques included tests, interviews, and documentation. Based on Kastolan's theory, the errors made by students in solving daily test problems were categorized as follows: 33.33% conceptual errors, 27.27% procedural errors, and 39.39% technical errors. Conceptual errors included mistakes in selecting and applying formulas to solve problems and misunderstanding the problem's intent. Procedural errors involved mistakes in operating integer division or simplifying fractions and errors in following incorrect steps to solve problems. Technical errors included mistakes in using mathematical symbols and performing arithmetic operations. The factors causing these errors were lack of knowledge of the formulas used, not studying, rushing through the problems, not reviewing answers, misunderstanding the problem's intent, poor conceptual understanding, lack of accuracy in answering, and lack of focus while solving problems.Keywords: Student Errors, Absolute Value, Kastolan's Stages. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesalahan siswa kelas X MA Hurrrasul Aqidah Tarakan dalam menyelesaikan soal nilai mutlak berdasarkan tahapan kastolan dan faktor-faktor penyebab kesalahan tersebut. Subjek penelitiannya adalah lima siswa yang didasarkan pada pertimbangan nilai yang diperoleh siswa dan kemampuan komunikasi yang dimiliki siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan teori kastolan yang diteliti dalam menyelesaikan soal ulangan harian didapatkan presentase kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa yaitu 33,33% berupa kesalahan konseptual, 27,27% berupa kesalahan prosedural dan 39,39% berupa kesalahan teknik. Kesalahan konseptual yang dilakukan berupa kesalahan dalam memilih dan menerapkan rumus yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan soal dan kesalahan dalam memahami maksud soal. Kesalahan prosedural yang dilakukan berupa kesalahan dalam mengoperasikan pembagian bilangan bulat atau kesalahan dalam menyederhanakan pecahan, dan kesalahan dalam mengerjakan soal dengan langkah-langkah yang tidak tepat. Kesalahan teknik yang dilakukan berupa kesalahan dalam menggunakan simbol matematika dan kesalahan dalam melakukan operasi hitung. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa yaitu ketidaktahuan rumus yang digunakan, tidak belajar, terburu-buru saat mengerjakan soal, tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali pada jawaban, tidak memahami maksud soal, kurangnya pemahaman konsep, kurangnya ketelitian dalam menjawab, dan kurang fokus pada saat mengerjakan soal.Kata kunci: Kesalahan siswa, Nilai Mutlak, Tahapan Kastolan.

Abstract

 The percentage of emotional intelligence that affects the mathematics learning achievement of class XI-MIA students of SMA Muhammadiyah Tarakan during the Covid-19 pandemic (Corona Virus Desaster-19) was the purpose of this study. A quantitative approach with a survey method had chosen as the research method to answer the problem formulation. Questionnaires and documentation had chosen as data collection techniques. Proportionate random sampling had used to select the research sample from the class XI-MIA population of SMA Muhammadiyah Tarakan had four classes consisting of 127 students. The research sample obtained was 96 students. Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis had chosen as the data analysis technique. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the research data obtained, while inferential statistical analysis was used to answer the problem formulation using hypothesis testing. Before carrying out the hypothesis test, the prerequisite assumptions were tested, showing that the data were normally distributed and had a linear pattern. Furthermore, the hypothesis test was obtained that 𝑡𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 , which is 2.666 1.98525, means that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on learning achievement in mathematics. 0.07 is the value of the coefficient of determination which means that students' mathematics learning achievement during the pandemic is influenced by 7% by emotional intelligence.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Mathematics Learning Achievement, during the pandemic.AbstrakBesarnya presentase kecerdasan emosional yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas XI-MIA SMA Muhammadiyah Tarakan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 (Corona Virus Desaster-19) merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dipilih sebagai metode penelitian untuk menjawab rumusan masalah. Angket dan dokumentasi dipilih menjadi teknik pengumpul data. Proportionate random sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel penelitian dari populasi kelas XI-MIA SMA Muhammadiyah Tarakan sebanyak 4 kelas yang terdiri dari 127 siswa. Perolehan sampel penelitian sebanyak 96 siswa. Analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial dipilih sebagai teknik analisis data. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan data penelitian yang diperoleh, sedangkan analisis statistik inferensial digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis. Sebelum melaksanakan uji hipotesis dilakukan uji asumsi prasyarat, yang menunjukkan bahwa data telah berdistribusi normal dan berpola linier. Selanjutnya uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa 𝑡𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙, yaitu 2,666 1,98525, yang artinya kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. 0,07 merupakan nilai dari koefisien determinasi yang berarti prestasi belajar matematika siswa pada masa pandemi dipengaruhi sebesar 7% oleh kecerdasan emosional.Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Prestasi belajar matematika, Masa pandemi

Abstract

Motorized vehicles are one of the means of transportation used by Indonesian people. As of 2021, the Central Statistics Agency (CSA) recorded the growth of motorized vehicles in Indonesia reaching 141,992,573 vehicles. Lack of control over the number of motorized vehicles results in losses for various parties, such as accidents, damage and other unwanted losses. The size of insurance claims has the potential to fluctuate, because it is influenced by several factors, such as policy changes, market conditions and economic conditions. This research aims to predict the size of motor vehicle insurance claims using the ARIMA-GARCH model which is used to predict the size of vehicle insurance claims by dealing with non-stationarity and heteroscedasticity in time series data. Based on research, the best model obtained is the ARIMA (2,1,3) - GARCH (1,0) model which produces seven significant parameters. Meanwhile, based on the MAPE value, it shows that the ARIMA (2,1,3)-GARCH (1,0) model is quite accurate. The results of this research can be taken into consideration in predicting the size of insurance claims in the future.

Abstract

The stock market is an institution that provides a facility for buying and selling stocks. Covid-19 is an issue that has affected the stock markets of many countries, including Indonesia. Due to the pandemic, the condition of stocks before and during Covid-19 is certainly different. Stocks can be measured using stock indices. To predict future stock conditions, it is necessary to forecast the stock index. Therefore, this research aims to forecast the Indonesian stock index before and during Covid-19 using the ARMA-GARCH time series model. The results show that the best forecasting model for before Covid-19 data is ARMA(0,2)-GARCH(1,0), and for the data during Covid-19, it is ARMA(3,3)-GARCH(3,3). These findings can help investors make better investment decisions in the future.

Abstract

The effectiveness of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) in improving students' mathematical abilities has been examined through various research. Meanwhile, the use of ice-breaking (Ib), considered by experts and educational researchers as a highly beneficial tactic for improving learning effectiveness, had yet to be fully explored in the context of integration with RME. The study aimed to examine the effectiveness of Ib-RME (RME integrating Ib) in enhancing students' mathematical creative thinking abilities (MCTA) at SMPN 14 Tarakan, Indonesia. Involving 64 seventh-grade students in a quasi-experimental design, the experimental group adopted the Ib-RME approach. In contrast, the control group followed the conventional teaching method employed by mathematics teachers in the class, including ice-breaking activities as normally implemented in the classroom setting. Data analysis using t-tests revealed a significant improvement in MCTA in the Ib-RME group, confirming the effectiveness of this approach. The research noted that conventional teaching also enhanced MCTA, although to a lesser extent than Ib-RME. These findings contributed to understanding the potential integration between RME and Ib in improving Mathematics learning outcomes, particularly in developing MCTA. The implications could serve as a basis for the development of innovative and effective teaching approaches in the mathematics education. Keywords: conventional learning, ice-breaking, mathematical creative thinking ability, realistic mathematics education, school mathematics.

Abstract

Stock is one form of investment that is currently popular, both for young people, parents, and industry. This can be seen from the increasing number of investors and companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This makes investors confused in determining the best stock choices. Analysis of stock selection needs to be done before someone invest so that the selected stock does not lose and can generate optimal profits. This study discusses the recommendation for alternative stocks from the IDX30 index. The parameters for selecting alternative stocks considered include the criteria of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). Then the weight of each criterion will be searched using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and sorted using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to produce stock recommendations from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that the Earning Per Share (EPS) criteria became the first priority with a weight of 0,2927, then Return on Equity (ROE) with a weight of 0,2728, followed by Net Profit Margin (NPM) with a weight of 0,2583, and Return on Assets (ROA) with a weight 0,1759. Then alternative results are obtained based on the preference value and ranking 14 companies that have a preference value above 0.5 and can be used as a consideration in making investment decisions, with BBCA as a priority alternative.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Kejadian berat badan lahir rendah/BBLR merupakan masalah kesehatan yang penting dan harus ditangani dengan baik. Prevalensi BBLR di DIY pada tahun 2014 sebesar 5,1% dengan prevalensi tertinggi di Kabupaten Kulon Progo sebanyak 7,1%. BBLR dapat menyebabkan infeksi, kesukaran mengatur nafas, icterus dan hipoglikemi yang dapat menyebabkan kematian. Salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan BBLR adalah kadar hemoglobin trimester III yang rendah.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar hemoglobin trimester III dengan kejadian BBLR di RSUD Wates Kulon Progo.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei deskriptif dan desain retrospektif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 responden yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square.Hasil: Kadar hemoglobin trimester III pada ibu hamil di RSUD Wates Kulon Progo termasuk dalam kategori normal sebanyak 78,4% dan kejadian BBLR sebanyak 49%. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kadar hemoglobin trimester III dengan kejadian BBLR dengan nilai (p=0,014).Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara kadar hemoglobin trimester III dengan kejadian BBLR di RSUD Wates Kulon Progo.
