Abstract

This research aims: 1) to determine current innovation students for junior high school in Bogor City. 2) Develop Problem Based Learning model to improve students for junior hight school Bogor City.  3) Determine the effectiveness of PBL model in improving students for junior hight school Bogor city innovation. This research is based on the development research by Borg and Gall with three research and development stages, preliminary study, model development, and model test. The data analysis used during the development research were descriptive analysis, model validation analysis, and model effectiveness analysis with t-test independent samples. The results of the research concluded that: the innovation of students for junior high school Bogor City is currently low and needs to be improved; the developed model is declared "fit foruse" by learning experts with more notes. The PBL model is declared effective in increasing the innovation  students for junior highschool in Bogor City.

Abstract

Specific research regarding sharia Securities Crowdfunding (SCF) platforms, because researchers have only found studies that discuss sharia fintech and sharia crowdfunding. SCF is not yet known in the community because it is still relatively new. This research aims to analyze the determinants of investment interest among the public in investing in sharia securities crowdfunding (SCF) platforms using analysis through the TPB and TAM models. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research approach with a survey method to obtain data directly from the field. The analysis method used is SEM-PLS which aims to test the relationships between model variables and between indicators and their constructs, as well as the relationships between constructs. The result is that the TPB and TAM models do not have a significant positive effect on investment interest in the sharia SCF platform. The Use of Technology model has a significant positive effect, only the SI indicator does not have a significant positive effect on investment interest in the sharia SCF platform. Sharia Compliance with knowledge indicators does not have a significant positive effect. conversely, the confidence indicator has a significant positive effect on investment interest in the sharia SCF platform. The fact is that Sharia SCF is a relatively new investment alternative, so there needs to be more outreach from all policy stakeholders, both the government, sharia SCF companies, and the public who want to invest in sharia SCF. The recommendation is to more intensively socialize SCF sharia so that it is known to the public from various aspects.

Abstract

Volatility of Jakarta Islamic Index. This study investigates the volatility of Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in Jakarta Stock Exchange. The method that used in this research is used a simple statistical analysis. The normality of JII return is analyzed to answer whether the return of JII follows normal distribution. By using data of Jakarta Islamic Index from 2nd March 2009 to 30th October 2013 (1122 daily data), it is found that the distribution of return of JII is not normal, even the 5 sigma occurred. This means the return of Jakarta Islamic Index is much volatile than the theory predicted. This will make too much gain or loss in one day in the economy  DOI:10.15408/aiq.v6i2.1231

Abstract

The Financial Services Authorization (OJK) as the regulator of the finance industry has issued a policy set forth in the POJK. 28 / POJK.05 / 2014 which explains that multi-finance which has sharia portfolio as much as 50% from total business or five years from POJK is lawfully obliged to do spin-off sharia. With this policy, sharia business unit can be more focus on business development. Through this research will be analyze the feasibility of sharia financing business unit in fulfilling the aspect of separation of business unit (spin-off). Beside by observation, deep interview with Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) and literature review, the research also use ARIMA and Double Smoothing Exponential to forecast market and financial aspect. Based on the research results sharia financing unit of Adira Finance has the ability to be spin off. But it should be noted from technology and human resources aspects.DOI: 10.15408/aiq.v10i2.5781

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of intellectual capital on Islamic banks' profitability in Indonesia, mediated by non-profitability performance and Islamicity Financial Performance Index variables. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis of secondary data from a sample of 8 (eight) Islamic commercial banks in the form of financial statements for 2018-2020. This research shows, first, intellectual capital directly has a significant positive influence on the Islamic banks' profitability in Indonesia. Second, intellectual capital mediated by non-profitability performance has a significant positive influence on Islamic banks’ profitability. Also, the relationship of intellectual capital through the Islamicity Financial Performance Index has a positive significant influence on the Islamic banks’ profitability. This indicates that intellectual capital gives new strength for Islamic banks to compete with conventional banks.Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Profitability, Non-Profitability Performance, Islamicity Financial Performance Index Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah di Indonesia yang dimediasi oleh variabel kinerja non profitabilitas dan Islamicity Financial Performance Index. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) terhadap data sekunder dari sampel 8 (delapan) bank umum syariah berupa laporan keuangan tahun 2018-2020. Temuan pertama menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital memiliki pengaruh yang positif secara signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank syariah di Indonesia. Kedua, intellectual capital yang dimediasi oleh variabel kinerja non profitabilitas menghasilkan pengaruh yang positif secara signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank syariah. Dan hubungan intellectual capital melalui Islamicity Financial Performance Index juga menghasilkan pengaruh yang positif secara signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank syariah. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa intellectual capital memberikan kekuatan baru bagi bank syariah untuk bersaing dengan bank konvesional.Kata kunci: Intellectual Capital, Profitabilitas, Kinerja Non-Profitabilitas, Islamicity Financial Performance Index

Abstract

Nabi Zulkifli memimpin komunitas lokal, memiliki sifat tegas, sabar, dan cenderung adil. Ia selalu tepat waktu dan jujur. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Pertama, seorang pemimpin harus menjalani gaya hidup yang sederhana; kedua, menjaga keadilan bagi seluruh rakyat; dan ketiga, tetap bersabar terhadap apa pun yang terjadi. Nabi Dzulkifli telah meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat Syam sebagai pemimpin. Dengan cara ini, seorang pemimpin seharusnya bertindak untuk menegakkan keadilan di negara yang dia pimpin. Ia memperkaya semua orang, bukan hanya diri sendiri dan kelompoknya. Untuk menjadi pemimpin yang adil, dia selalu mempertimbangkan keadaan rakyatnya. Karena puasa melatih kesabaran secara tidak langsung karena menahan diri untuk tidak makan dan minum selama berjam-jam. Akhirnya, kebiasaan inilah yang membuat Nabi pemimpin negeri Syam itu tetap sabar. Karakter Nabi Zulkifli adalah Sifat sabar dan saleh. Dengan sabar, saleh, dan baik, nabi dibawa menjadi raja; sabar dalam menahan kemarahan; saleh dalam beribadah; dan puasa siang dan malam; dan doa nabi saat rakyatnya berperang, di mana dia mendoakan agar semua pengikutnya hidup dalam perang. Ini adalah sifat saleh nabi. Jadi nabi adalah akhyar atau orang yang dipilih. Dalam rahasia, nabi melakukan tiga hal, yaitu: 1. Ketika dia mengajak rakyatnya untuk bertauhid, 2. Mengajak pengikutnya untuk beribadah, 3. Mengajak orang untuk membayar zakat untuk kebaikan rakyat. Salah satu hikmah dari tindakan Nabi Zulkifli adalah: 1. Jika seseorang mampu memenuhi janjinya, Allah dapat menaikkan derajatnya. 2. Kita harus mengambil contoh dari akhlak baik, penyabar, dan bijaksana Nabi Zulkifli. 3. Akhlak mulianya membuatnya sangat dicintai oleh rakyatnya meskipun dia memiliki kekuasaan dan kedudukan yang tinggi. 4. Meminta sesuatu yang bertentangan dengan takdir Allah akan menimbulkan masalah baru bagi manusia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the crisis in the story of Prophet Nuh AS and apply it to context management crisis in modern business. The bibliographic method is used as the base methodology and involves the selection sources and literature Trusted For understanding implications of management crisis from the perspective various discipline knowledge. Approach bibliography possible analysis comprehensive and systematic to the story of Prophet Nuh AS. Identification crisis in modern business includes crisis financial, reputational, operational, and legal. The impact involves loss of capital, damage image, and sanctions law. Comparison with the story of Prophet Nuh AS shows similarity signs initial, impact potential, and action initial taken. Research result describe that crisis in second context test patience, mental resilience, and need strong leadership. Management lessons from the story of Prophet Nuh AS includes focus on process, quality more from quantity, planning maturity, and management good organization. Study This give outlook about Prophet Nuh AS business planning and strategy, incl vision period long, management risk, communication effectiveness, perseverance, and leadership strong. Abstract

Islamic Pilgrimage (Hajj) is one of the Islamic obligations for the one who are able to bear the cost to Macca. It is also a fundamental building for Moslems society. The holy Qur’an states that so many advantages for those who perform hajj. One of them is economic advantage. This paper explains the advantage of hajj in the view of economy of people, especially for Indonesians. The result shows that at least there benefits of hajj in the economic point of view, i.e., boosting Indonesia’s export which increases the wealth of nation, creating middle style of consumption and making distribution of income among people in the society.

Abstract

Zakat korporasi merupakan salah satu kewajiban yang harus ditunaikan oleh perusahaan seperti yang telah disebutkan dalam fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia ke 3 tahun 2009, dan juga telah disebutkan dalam Undang-Undang zakat No. 23 Tahun 2011 Bab 1 Pasal 4 ayat (2) bagian c dan ayat (3), banyak perusahaan berlabel syariah yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia dan terhimpun dalam Daftar Efek Syariah, banyaknya perusahaan tersebut tidak berbanding lurus dengan realisasi zakat perusahaan yang diterima oleh lembaga penghimpun zakat seperti BAZNAS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam sebagai alat penggali informasi, data diolah dan divalidasi dengan metode triangulasi sebagai alat untuk validasi hasil temuan dari hasil wawancara. Penelitian memiliki 3 tujuan, pertama, menganalisis pengaruh fatwa terhadap zakat korporasi, kedua menganalisis peran pemerintah dalam mendorong zakat korporasi, ketiga menganalisis permasalahan yang terjadi dalam zakat korporasi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa fatwa MUI sifatnya tidak mengikat, sehingga fatwa sangat mudah disepelekan, Pemerintah lebih berpihak pada pajak dan CSR, sehingga mempengaruhi penerapan Fatwa dan UU zakat korporasi, ketika perusahaan-perusahaan di hadapkan dengan regulasi pajak dan CSR yang begitu ketat, maka hal itu menjadikan zakat korporasi ini dipandang sebelah mata, begitupula dengan perumusan Undang-Undang Zakat ini yang tidak memiliki regulasi untuk mewajibkan muzakki dalam menunaikan kewajibannya untuk membayar zakat korporasi.
