Abstract

Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan budaya ke dalam materi pembelajaran. Melalui pengintegrasian ini peserta didik akan lebih memaknai pembelajaran yang diberikan karena mempertimbangkan keberagaman budaya yang dimilikinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas III SDN 18 Ampenan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar peserta didik yang masih banyak di bawah KKTP pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan 1-3 April 2024 di kelas III SDN 18 Ampenan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data tes, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Lembar tes yang digunakan adalah lembar tes pre-test dan lembar tes post-tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dimana pada siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai 57% sedangkan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 82%.  Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa penerapan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila.

Abstract

Plant growth and development require nutrients, which can be given through fertilization in the form of organic or inorganic fertilizers. This study aims to determine the effect of providing shallot extract, NPK fertilizer, and a combination of both on the growth of mustard greens. This study used a two-factorial, Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of NPK fertilizer and shallot extract treatments, each using five levels with three replications. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, plant fresh weight, and plant dry weight. The data obtained were analyzed using two-way ANOVA and continued with the Duncan multiple range test. The results of the ANOVA test showed that the main factor of NPK fertilizer obtained a value of (sig) ˂ 0.05, the main factor of organic fertilizer was red onion extract, and the interaction factor obtained a value of (sig) ˃ 0.05. The study results showed that the administration of NPK fertilizer can increase plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight, and dry weight of green mustard plants. The administration of shallot extract can increase plant height and the number of green mustard leaves. Still, it cannot increase green mustard plants' leaf area and wet and dry weight. The administration of a combination of NPK fertilizer and shallot extract cannot increase plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight, and dry weight of green mustard.

Abstract

Community service is non-formal education for physical education teachers in schools, through educational activities, and educational outreach that can support community development. Education for the community is one of the implementations of the tri-dharma of higher education. Community service through the socialization of the Serpassring Volleyball Game at Physical Education Teachers' Kkg Activities in Karangpucung District is an effort to: (1) find out and provide a level of understanding of sports human resource management knowledge for Physical Education teachers in schools in Karangpucung District; (2) Knowing and describing the potential of sports human resources in Karangpucung District schools. This Community Service aims to provide education for physical education teachers in each school about understanding the Serpassring Volleyball Game and identifying talent from an early age in schools to create a generation of high achievers. As a result of this community service, there is an increase in knowledge about skills in preparing training programs and understanding of identifying children's talents in looking for athletes in schools, especially in the field of Serpassring Volleyball.

Abstract

The implementation of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) based PJOK learning for PJOK teachers in the Karangpucung sub-district needs to be studied to improve the quality of PJOK learning. Therefore, this research aims to find out how to implement HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) based on PJOK learning. Through this research activity, it is hoped that it will contribute to fellow PJOK teachers. This research is qualitative research with data instruments using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted for PJOK teachers in the Karangpucung sub-district. Data were analyzed using data triangulation. Data sources include school principals, fellow teachers, and FGD activities. Based on the research results, it is known that it is necessary to increase understanding regarding HOTS. Apart from that, PJOK teachers have implemented HOTS learning starting from planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation. The research concludes that the implementation of HOTS-based PJOK learning for PJOK teachers in the Karangpucung sub-district has been implemented. This can be seen when PJOK teachers carry out planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of learning and have implemented HOTS

Abstract

This research focused on the Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) optimization of home-scale biodigester-composter machines. The aims to determine feasibility from technical-economic aspects. The technique was to design the machine's mechanical process, physical, and constituent components. There are two methods conducted on this research, VDI 2222 to optimize and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess the optimal quality results of the machine design based on simulation analysis. This research ended with making a physical prototype of a home-scale biodigester-composter machine using the optimal design, then validating it with a working test of the machine. The results of the VDI 2222 method show an optimal design concept through the structure of the working mechanism. All its constituent components match with the ten target specifications and the machine manufacturing cost of IDR 2,393,000, as well as the assembly chart design for each constituent component. These results are also evaluated using the FEA method. The resistance value of the frame system to maximum Von Mises Stress is obtained at 128.75 MPa with a minimum value of 6.93e-04 MPa. It is concluded to be acceptable at withstanding normal and shear stresses effectively with a relatively small displacement value of 0 to 0.47 mm. The equivalent strain value results are 3.89e-09 ul to 5.83e-04 ul and safety factor value results are 1.93 to 15 ul. It can be concluded that the frame system design concept is safe.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kurangnya keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran Biologi di kelas X B MA Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan kurang aktifnya siswa dalam proses pembelajaran disebabkan oleh kurangnya minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran biologi, dalam pembelajaran guru menggunakan metode pengajaran yang kurang bervariasi, seperti ceramah yang monoton, sehingga membuat siswa merasa bosan, siswa merasa proses pembelajaran kurang efektif, kurang fokus, karena jam pelajaran biologi berada di jam ketiga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kurang aktifnya siswa dalam pembelajaran Biologi disebabkan oleh faktor dari dalam siswa, faktor dari guru dan lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe creative thinking skills and learning outcomes through learning with the Treffinger model. The subjects of this study were Biology Education students who took the Animal Structure course in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, with a total of 24 students. Creative thinking data were collected using instruments with a Likert scale, while tests collected learning outcomes. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively into five categories. The results of the analysis of creative thinking skills showed students with the very good category as many as 11 people (46%) and the good category 13 people (54%). Students with a very good category had the most fluency indicator of 19 people, while those with the good category had the most elaboration indicator for 16 students. Learning outcomes are more in the good ranking of 16 people than the very good category (8 people). Through learning the Treffinger model, creative thinking ability, and learning outcomes of animal structure, students vary in the categories of good and very good.

Abstract

Henti jantung merupakan keadaan yang sangat mengancam nyawa. Angka kejadian penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah sebagai salah satu penyebab henti jantung selalu meningkat, bukan hanya disebankan oleh masalah pada jantung dan pembuluh darah saja tapi juga disebabkan oleh trauma. Angka kejadian serangan jantung saat ini sangat tinggi bahkan pada orang dengan usia muda, kejadian serangan jantung di OHCA (Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest) dengan kemungkinan selamat rendah, serta layanan medikal service gawat dararurat juga kurang baik menjadikan kesempatan hidup penderita sangat kecil.  Kader merupakan warga masyarakat yang dipilih masyarakat oleh masyarakat serta bekerja dengan sukarela untuk membantu peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat. Kelurahan Kahuripan adalah salah satu daerah di Kota Tasikmalaya dengan angka kejadian hipertensi yang tergolong tinggi yang berisiko terhadap terjadinya serangan jantung. Tujuan: Peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader dalam penangan korban henti jantung pre hospital. Metode: Pelatihan pemberian bantuan hidup dasar ini mengunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, demonstrasi serta simulasi. Hasil: Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam mengenali tanda kegawatan dan penanganan serangan jantung hal ini ditunjukan pada hasil pre dan post test pengetahuan kader meningkat dari 51% menjadi 94% serta Ketika dievaluasi secara acak pada kader setelah satu bulan menunjukan kader dapat mendemonstrasikan kembali ketrampilan bantuan hidup dasar pada korban henti jantung. Kesimpulan: Dengan dilakukannya pelatihan Bantuan Hidup Dasar ini dapat mengurangi serta memperkecil angka kematian yang diakibatkan karena serangan jantung. Saran: Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat dilanjutkan atau disampaikan oleh kader pada masyarakat disekitar wilayah kerja posyandunya dan ada evaluasi berkelanjutan dari mitra Puskesmas.

Abstract

Food is needed for our body as energy source. Food also as source of food borne diseases if it is untreatment well. Here, food handler is important to keep the food higyene. This research aim is to describe the hand washing habit, hand washing facility and the present of E. coli at the food handler’s hands in Oebobo Primary Health Center. This discriptive research use cros sectional study with 50 restorants as samples, and 50 food handler, also 50 hand washing facility as unit sample. This research find only 30% food handler washed their hands more than 10 time a day, and almost always using soap when they did it. Many food handlers wash their hands incorrectly. Many restorant just have 1 hand washing facility, 62% the location separate between staf and consumen, only 58% with run water. This research also find there is E. coli at 16% food handlers’s hand.

Abstract

Osmoregulation is a process used by fish to maintain the balance of water and ion levels in the body, so that salinity becomes a limiting factor for the life of Tilapia fish. This study aims to determine the effect of salinity on osmoregulation, physiological survival and respiration rate of Tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus). This research design used an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) approach. This research design involved four different treatment levels and was carried out with five repetitions for each treatment. Each treatment was designed to test the effect of a particular variable on the observed parameters, with repetitions aimed at ensuring consistency of results. P1: Control (No Filter). P2: Salinity 5 ppt. P3: Salinity 10 ppt. P4: Salinity 15 ppt. The activity of tilapia in each salinity medium was observed to determine changes in behavior after the fish were inserted into the salinity medium. Physiological responses were observed, and the respiration of tilapia through operculum movements in each salinity medium was calculated after 5 minutes of treatment for 1 minute. Survival was calculated after 5 minutes of treatment until the tilapia died. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, with a significance level of 5%. If there was a significant difference, it was continued with the LSD test (Least Significant Difference). Based on the ANOVA test, the Sig. value obtained was .000 (<0.05), indicating that there is an effect of salinity on the physiological osmoregulation of tilapia survival (Oreochromis niloticus). Based on the results of the Multiple 12 Comparisons LSD test, it can be seen that all differences between treatment groups are significant with a 95% confidence level (p < 0.05). Based on data analysis and discussion, the study concluded that salinity has a significant effect on the respiratory rate of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), where increasing salt levels cause an increase in the frequency of operculum movements in response to osmotic stress. The main factors affecting the survival of tilapia to salinity differences are the ability to osmoregulate, which is increasingly inhibited as salt levels increase, as well as the duration of exposure to more hypertonic environmental conditions.
