Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance, hybrid work effectiveness dan Transformasi Digital terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif melalui Pertukaran Pengetahuan pada UMKM. Menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review, penelitian ini menyintesis temuan dari berbagai artikel akademik terindeks internasional yang relevan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari artikel-artikel terindeks internasional bereputasi yang diperoleh melalui basis data seperti Scopus, Web of Science, Emerald, Springer, dan Google Scholar. Literatur yang dipilih dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi, penyajian data dalam bentuk matriks, serta sintesis komparatif untuk menemukan pola, kesamaan, dan perbedaan antar penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance, hybrid work effectiveness, dan transformasi digital berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pertukaran pengetahuan. Kontribusi penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman berbasis sintesis sistematis dari berbagai studi internasional tentang determinan inovasi kerja di sektor UMKM. Pendekatan systematic literature review yang digunakan memungkinkan identifikasi pola, kesenjangan, dan konvergensi hasil penelitian terdahulu, sehingga menghasilkan model integratif yang dapat diuji secara kuantitatif pada penelitian berikutnya. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi konseptual antara faktor-faktor work life balance, hybrid work effectiveness dan transformasi teknologi dalam menjelaskan perilaku kerja inovatif melalui mediasi pertukaran pengetahuan pada konteks UMKM suatu pendekatan yang belum banyak dieksplorasi dalam literatur sebelumnya.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing publication performance at universities in West Java. Research Methodology: The research applies a quantitative descriptive method using both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale, while secondary data came from relevant academic sources such as Scopus, Web of Science, Elsevier, Sinta, and Google Scholar. The sample size was determined using the Hair formula, and data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.1.0.0 through outer model, inner model, and hypothesis tests. Results: The study found that organizational culture and leadership style each have a positive and significant effect on motivation, while both variables also positively and significantly influence publication performance. Motivation itself was shown to have a positive and significant impact on publication performance. Furthermore, the results indicate that organizational culture and leadership style each exert a positive and significant indirect effect on publication performance through motivation as a mediating variable. Conclusions: Organizational culture, leadership style, and motivation significantly enhance university publication performance in West Java. Limitations: This study is limited to publication performance in higher education institutions in West Java. Contribution: This study aims to identify factors that influence publication performance, with a focus on organizational culture, leadership style, and motivation.

This research aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, and the debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock prices of coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2022-2023. The method used is a comparative analysis of journal reviews. The results of this research can potentially serve as a reference for researchers and academics interested in the field of corporate financial analysis and financial management, with data derived from financial statements and stock market data of the companies. The findings indicate that liquidity has a significant positive effect on stock prices, suggesting that companies with higher liquidity tend to have better stock prices. Additionally, profitability also has a positive impact, reflecting the importance of profit performance in determining stock value. On the other hand, the debt to equity ratio (DER) shows a negative effect on stock prices, indicating that higher debt levels may reduce investor confidence. These findings provide insights for investors and company management in making decisions related to investment and financial strategies in the coal mining sector.

Employee engagement has been widely discussed in the study of human resource management in an effort to reduce turnover rates in a company. This article aims to review and synthesize a review of related literature on coaching, mentoring, transformational leadership, employee engagement and to see the results of research on these variables. variables to be reviewed and whether there is influence between one variable and another. This study uses a literature review by looking for references related to the variables of 20 international articles. This study provides an overview of the articles obtained by describing the influence between variables. The results of the study show that several variables have an influence on the evidence of exposure in a matrix. The employee engagement study in this literature review article explicitly focuses on supporting variables that can increase employee engagement, namely coaching, mentoring, transformational leadership.

The article on determining financial management in Indonesia is a scientific literature review article within the scope of financial management science. This article aims to create a hypothesis regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of financial management. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was used in this research. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to this research. Data was obtained from reputable academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and the journal Sprott. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The capital market plays a role in Financial Management in Indonesia; 2) Monetary policy plays a role in Financial Management in Indonesia; 3) Fiscal policy plays a role in Financial Management in Indonesia; and 4) Economic growth plays a role in Financial Management in Indonesia.

Purpose – The goal of this work is to construct a hypothesis on the influence of factors that may subsequently be used for further research within the area of marketing management. Design/methodology/approach – The research method chosen was descriptive qualitative. Data was acquired from past research that is relevant to this study and sourced from academic internet media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and the journal Sinta. Findings – The findings of this study show that: 1) Climate change affects business sustainability; 2) The development of the internet of things has an impact on business continuity; 3) Climate change affects competitive advantage; 4) The development of the internet of things influences competitive advantage; and 5) Business sustainability influences competitive advantage. Research limitations/implications – The constraints of the data used in this study mean that the results produced are less than perfect. Practical implications – This research is valuable for business executives who want to understand the influence of climate change and the expansion of the Internet of Things on their company's sustainability and competitive advantage.

The purpose of this literature review is to develop hypotheses for future authors conducting research related to sustainability growth. The research article Determination of Sustainability Growth: Analysis of Dividend Policy, Capital Structure, Liquidity, and Digitalization of Financial Statements Mediated by Profitability is a scientific literature article in the field of financial management. The approach used in this literature review is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique involves conducting a literature review or reviewing relevant previous articles. The data used in this study are secondary data with a maximum publication age of 8 years, sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Q2-Q4 Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Springer, Web of Science, Sinta 2-5 Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, and digital reference books. Empirical data was used to support the phenomena observed in this study. In this study, one relevant previous study was used for each topic to review the research findings. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. SmartPLS was used as an analytical tool in this study. The tests conducted in this study included the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Inner Model Test, Outer Model Test, and Hypothesis Test. Results: The method used in this study was descriptive and quantitative. The study population consisted of 1,284 employees with a sample of 270 respondents. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. SmartPLS was used as an analytical tool in this study. The tests conducted in this study included the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Inner Model Test, Outer Model Test, and Hypothesis Test. Conclusion: Based on the problem formulation, hypothesis, results, and discussion, it can be concluded that in the XXX market: leadership, capability, and organizational culture each have a positive and significant effect on both motivation and employee performance, either directly or indirectly through motivation Limitations: This study was limited to discussing employee motivation and performance. Generalizations from these findings may be limited by their focus on the XXX market. In addition, although this study used questionnaires/surveys created by the researchers to ensure their relevance, the data used may be subject to bias, such as social desirability or limited disclosure of unfavorable opinions. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence employee motivation and performance, such as leadership, capabilities, and organizational culture. Novelty: This study adds new insights into other factors that influence employee motivation and performance, particularly in the XXX market. Thus, it can be used as a reference in future literature.

Perkembangan teknologi digital meningkatkan penggunaan e-wallet sebagai alat pembayaran non-tunai di Indonesia. Keputusan penggunaan e-wallet Dana dipengaruhi oleh inovasi teknologi, keamanan data, dan literasi keuangan digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis penelitian terdahulu guna merumuskan hipotesis mengenai pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi teknologi melalui kemudahan dan manfaat layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Keamanan data meningkatkan kepercayaan dan rasa aman, sedangkan literasi keuangan digital memperkuat kemampuan pengambilan keputusan yang rasional. Temuan ini menjadi dasar perumusan hipotesis untuk penelitian empiris selanjutnya.

Tujuan artikel ini membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Objek riset pada pustaka online, Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Metode riset dengan library risearch bersumber dari e-book dan open access e-journal. Analisis deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil artikel ini: 1) Media Sosial berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian; 2) Flash sale berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian; dan 3) Minat Beli berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.
