Purpose – The goal of this work is to construct a hypothesis on the influence of factors that may subsequently be used for further research within the area of marketing management. Design/methodology/approach – The research method chosen was descriptive qualitative. Data was acquired from past research that is relevant to this study and sourced from academic internet media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and the journal Sinta. Findings – The findings of this study show that: 1) Climate change affects business sustainability; 2) The development of the internet of things has an impact on business continuity; 3) Climate change affects competitive advantage; 4) The development of the internet of things influences competitive advantage; and 5) Business sustainability influences competitive advantage. Research limitations/implications – The constraints of the data used in this study mean that the results produced are less than perfect. Practical implications – This research is valuable for business executives who want to understand the influence of climate change and the expansion of the Internet of Things on their company's sustainability and competitive advantage.

The purpose of this literature review is to develop hypotheses for future authors conducting research related to sustainability growth. The research article Determination of Sustainability Growth: Analysis of Dividend Policy, Capital Structure, Liquidity, and Digitalization of Financial Statements Mediated by Profitability is a scientific literature article in the field of financial management. The approach used in this literature review is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique involves conducting a literature review or reviewing relevant previous articles. The data used in this study are secondary data with a maximum publication age of 8 years, sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Q2-Q4 Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Springer, Web of Science, Sinta 2-5 Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, and digital reference books. Empirical data was used to support the phenomena observed in this study. In this study, one relevant previous study was used for each topic to review the research findings. The convergence of strategic management and digital transformation has become a central theme in contemporary business research, yet the intellectual structure of this field remains fragmented. This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to map the evolution, thematic clusters, and emerging trends in strategic management within the digital era. Using Scopus database covering the period 2010–2026, 1,248 peer-reviewed journal articles were analyzed through VOSviewer and Biblioshiny. The analysis reveals an exponential growth in publications, with five dominant thematic clusters: (1) digital transformation and strategy, (2) digital business model innovation, (3) digital and dynamic capabilities, (4) organizational culture and leadership, and (5) sustainability and ESG performance. Influential journals, authors, and countries are identified, along with emerging research fronts including AI adoption, sustainability-driven transformation, and digital refusal. The findings demonstrate a shift from technology-centric perspectives toward holistic approaches integrating culture, leadership, and sustainability. Theoretical contributions include a synthesized framework of the field's intellectual architecture, while practical implications offer strategic roadmaps for managers navigating digital change. Key research gaps concerning SMEs, developing economies, and cross-disciplinary integration are highlighted, providing a future research agenda. This study serves as a foundational reference for scholars and practitioners seeking to understand and advance strategic management in an increasingly digitalized economy.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing publication performance at universities in West Java. Research Methodology: The research applies a quantitative descriptive method using both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale, while secondary data came from relevant academic sources such as Scopus, Web of Science, Elsevier, Sinta, and Google Scholar. The sample size was determined using the Hair formula, and data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.1.0.0 through outer model, inner model, and hypothesis tests. Results: The study found that organizational culture and leadership style each have a positive and significant effect on motivation, while both variables also positively and significantly influence publication performance. Motivation itself was shown to have a positive and significant impact on publication performance. Furthermore, the results indicate that organizational culture and leadership style each exert a positive and significant indirect effect on publication performance through motivation as a mediating variable. Conclusions: Organizational culture, leadership style, and motivation significantly enhance university publication performance in West Java. Limitations: This study is limited to publication performance in higher education institutions in West Java. Contribution: This study aims to identify factors that influence publication performance, with a focus on organizational culture, leadership style, and motivation.

Perkembangan teknologi digital meningkatkan penggunaan e-wallet sebagai alat pembayaran non-tunai di Indonesia. Keputusan penggunaan e-wallet Dana dipengaruhi oleh inovasi teknologi, keamanan data, dan literasi keuangan digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis penelitian terdahulu guna merumuskan hipotesis mengenai pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi teknologi melalui kemudahan dan manfaat layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Keamanan data meningkatkan kepercayaan dan rasa aman, sedangkan literasi keuangan digital memperkuat kemampuan pengambilan keputusan yang rasional. Temuan ini menjadi dasar perumusan hipotesis untuk penelitian empiris selanjutnya.

This study examines the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions in the retail sector, focusing on product display, price, and promotion. In an era of increasingly competitive business, companies need to develop effective marketing strategies to attract consumer interest. Through a literature review, this study shows that attractive product displays can increase purchasing interest, while competitive prices and appropriate promotional strategies, such as discounts and cashback, play an important role in influencing purchasing decisions. Although many studies show a positive relationship between price and purchasing decisions, there is variation in its influence which emphasizes the need for further research. The results of this study are expected to provide new insights for retail business actors in formulating more relevant and effective marketing strategies, as well as increasing competitiveness in a competitive market

This research aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, and the debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock prices of coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2022-2023. The method used is a comparative analysis of journal reviews. The results of this research can potentially serve as a reference for researchers and academics interested in the field of corporate financial analysis and financial management, with data derived from financial statements and stock market data of the companies. The findings indicate that liquidity has a significant positive effect on stock prices, suggesting that companies with higher liquidity tend to have better stock prices. Additionally, profitability also has a positive impact, reflecting the importance of profit performance in determining stock value. On the other hand, the debt to equity ratio (DER) shows a negative effect on stock prices, indicating that higher debt levels may reduce investor confidence. These findings provide insights for investors and company management in making decisions related to investment and financial strategies in the coal mining sector.

Kinerja karyawan masih menjadi hal penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan dan daya saing suatu perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan work engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 47 orang karyawan dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh (sensus). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga kondisi lingkungan kerja bukan merupakan faktor utama yang menentukan peningkatan kinerja pada PT. XYZ. Sementara itu, work engagement terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta menjadi variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dibandingkan variabel lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterikatan karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya mampu meningkatkan semangat kerja, dedikasi, dan fokus dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sebagai faktor strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan guna mendukung pencapaian target produksi perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur kertas. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. XYZ yang berjumlah 67 orang, dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS, meliputi evaluasi outer model, inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis melalui prosedur bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan komitmen karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta menjadi variabel paling dominan dalam menjelaskan kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ.

This study investigates the interplay between e-government initiatives and public service performance, focusing on the implications of good governance in non-metropolitan local governments in Jambi, Indonesia. The ongoing challenge of enhancing public service performance in decentralized governance is underscored, as many local governments struggle to provide efficient and effective services. While e-government has been widely adopted as a solution, its outcomes are inconsistent across different institutional settings, prompting an exploration of governance's role in facilitating digital transformation. This research delineates good governance as a moderating variable in the e-government-public service performance nexus, contrasting with previous studies that primarily viewed governance as a direct or mediating factor. Employing a quantitative methodology with an explanatory design, this study analyzes data from cross-sectional surveys conducted among 377 civil servants in Kerinci Regency and Sungai Penuh City, utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for analysis. Findings reveal that e-government positively influences public service performance significantly, and good governance also exerts a significant direct impact. However, the moderating effect of good governance is found to be non-significant, indicating that both governance and e-government function as independent determinants of public service performance, rather than in concert. This research challenges the prevailing notion that governance universally enhances digital transformation efficacy within the public sector, particularly in non-metropolitan contexts. It is important to interpret these findings with caution due to limitations in measurement reliability, as indicated by relatively low alpha and marginal Average Variance Extracted values for certain constructs.
