Abstract

Pasar Melintang Village has a stretch of rice fields that have not been widely developed into an agro-tourism destination in North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to examine what factors influence the development of agro-tourism in Pasar Melintang Village in Deli Serdang. The respondents of this study amounted to sixty-three people who live in Lubuk Pakam District and have visited the location, the sampling technique used is a combination of purposive and accidental sampling with the following criteria: 1) minimum age 17 years, 2) minimum high school education, 3) have visited rice field tourism sites. The analysis technique uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis with eleven-factor variables. Of the eleven variables, three factors were formed: attractiveness, management, and community participation

Abstract

The development of agro-tourism is one alternative that can encourage economic potential in an area. Pasar Melintang Village has the largest expanse of rice fields in Lubuk Pakam, Deli Serdang. Therefore, village rice fields have the potential to be developed into rice field agro-tourism and can become new alternative tourist destinations in Deli Serdang Regency and its surroundings. This research aims to formulate an environmentally friendly agro-tourism marketing strategy in Pasar Melintang Village. This qualitative descriptive study uses SWOT analysis to formulate a marketing strategy for rice field agrotourism in Pasar Melintang Village. Partners in this study were 21 people from Mulia farmer groups, community leaders, and related institutions. The result of this research is the need for a diversification strategy to minimize obstacles by maximizing the village's strengths. Then there are five alternative ST (Strength-Threat) strategies that can be used in developing village rice fields.

Abstract

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara peringkat ke-2 penyumbang sampah pelastik di lautan. Ada sebanyak 64 juta ton/tahun sampah pelastik di Indonesia. Saat ini, sampah terus tertumpuk dan tercampur hingga mencapai tinggi puluhan meter di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA). Dari banyaknya jumlah sampah yang dikumpulkan, hanya sedikit sampah yang dapat didaur ulang. Hal ini membuat Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Prima Indonesia berinisiatif melakukan sosialisasi berupa pengenalan pengolahan limbah organik menjadi kompos agar kelestarian lingkungan dapat terjaga. Metode kegiatan yang akan diberikan kepada masyarakat adalah, penyadaran, penyuluhan, pelatihan pembuatan pupuk kompos. Penyadaran ditujukan untuk memberikan kesadaran pada masyarakat bahwa pengelolaan sampah menjadi kompos akan berdampak positif terhadap lingkungannya. Penyuluhan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat agar mereka lebih peka terhadap lingkungannya, sehingga lingkungan akan memberikan hasil yang bermanfaat bagi keluarganya. Pelatihan pembuatan pupuk kompos bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan secara langsung, baik melalui tayangan gambar, dan praktek langsung membuat kompos dari sampah rumah tangga. Diharapkan hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini masyarakat mampu mengolah sampah organik menjadi kompos, jumlah sampah yang dibawa ke TPA berkurang, kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan lebih terjaga.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam upaya meningkatkan nilai jual adalah dengan melakukan usaha pemasaran yang baik. Salah satu yang sedang marak adalah memanfaatkan teknologi internet yang kerap disebut Pemasaran Digital (Digital Marketing). Pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi sudah merupakan keharusan mengingat pengguna internet Indonesia yang sudah mencapai 80%. Banyak pelaku UMKM yang masih belum mengetahui bagaimana memanfaatkan teknologi untuk masuk ke dalam sistem pemasaran digital. Salah satunya adalah bagaimana menampilkan produk yang mereka jual dalam bahasa gambar. Untuk membantu hal tersebut maka dilakukanlah pelatihan Digital Marketing agar pelaku UMKM dapat lebih optimal dalam mengenalkan produk dan meluaskan jangkauan pemasarannya. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa para pelaku UMKM merasa terbantu dengan pelatihan dan optimis bisa menggunakan teknologi yangada untuk menyiapkan produknya lebih baik lagi dan menarik untuk dilihat sehingga menimbulkan minat membeli konsumen.

Abstract

The growth of the industrial sector that continues to grow requires companies to have high competitiveness capabilities. Companies in order to survive in intensive competition and remain competitive with other companies are required to be able to innovate. One internal approach that can be used to create competitive advantage is to use a Resource Based View (RBV). This Resource Based View (RBV) method examines a company's assets, expertise, capabilities, and intangible assets, including the internal resources of the company, and determines its strategic advantage. The Resource Based View (RBV) approach highlights a company's capabilities and resources that are unique to that company and adds significant value for the company. Using the Resource Based View (RBV) theory which focuses on the resources owned by the company and its capabilities can provide an appropriate theoretical perspective for examining how internal factors can become resources to generate competitive advantage to increase the company's strategic capacity. Establishing a framework with a Resource Based View (RBV) approach for companies is expected to provide the right framework to have high competitiveness for companies originating from the management and use of company capacities and resources.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna Shopee di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Prima Indonesia. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert, teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dipilih dengan benar untuk digunakan sebagai dasar pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini dikarenakan pada prinsipnya regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan tidak bebas, seberapa besar variabel tidak bebas mempengaruhi variabel independen sehingga pada akhirnya dapat ditentukan juga apakah ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Shopee (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Prima Indonesia), Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel Harga terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Shopee (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Prima Indonesia), Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel-variabel Promosi yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Shopee (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Prima Indonesia), yaitu variabel independen Kualitas Produk,Harga, dan Promosi mempengaruhi variabel non-bebas Loyalitas Konsumen sebesar 52,9% sedangkan sisanya 47,1% (100% - 52,9%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalampenelitian ini, seperti kepuasan konsumen, layanan admin toko kepada konsumen dan sebagainya.

Abstract

The objectivity of this study includes 3 (three) investigations, namely (1) the implications of Islamic label attributes on financial flexibility, (2) the impact of a combination of Islamic labels and capital structure conservatism on financial flexibility, and (3) the interaction of Islamic labels and cash holding on financial flexibility. By observing 225 companies during the period 2012 – 2021 and using the Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) analysis technique, the results of the study found that the attribute of the Islamic label contributed to financial flexibility. Examination of the impact of the combination of Islamic Label (IL) and capital structure conservatism on financial flexibility shows that IL capital structure conservatism does not contribute to an increase in financial flexibility. However, cash holding IL has the potential to become a source of financial flexibility.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Promotion, Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction on Gojek Consumer Loyalty (Case Study on Law Faculty Students at Prima University of Indonesia). The research method used is quantitative. Total population of 208 students and 68 employees as research samples. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The results showed that promotion partially had a positive and significant effect on Gojek Consumer Loyalty. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Gojek Consumer Loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Gojek Consumer Loyalty. Promotion, Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Gojek Consumer Loyalty. In conclusion, promotion level, service quality and customer satisfaction have a role in customer loyalty. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction Service Quality, Consumer Loyalty, Promotion
