Abstract

Corn plant growth is influenced not only by internal factors (genetic factors), but also by external factors. Climatic factors play a role in determining the growth and development of corn plants, including: water conditions, air temperature, air humidity, and CO2. In general, it can be said that the rate of plant growth increases with increasing temperature until the optimum temperature is reached. Corn has the same growth pattern, but the time interval between growth stages and the number of leaves that develop are different. Corn growth can be grouped into three stages, including: 1) germination phase; 2) vegetative growth phase; and 3) reproductive phase. This research aims to find out: 1) how much influence climate factors have on the growth and development of corn plants; and 2) corn plant growth patterns. This type of research was experimental with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with a single treatment factor, namely planting level C1 = 3 WAP, C2 = 4 WAP, C3 = 5 WAP, C4 = 6 WAP, and C5 = 7 WAP, which was repeated as many times as three repetitions. The data obtained was analyzed using Analysis of Variance and if there was a significant difference, it was continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test at a confidence level of 95%. The conclusions obtained are: 1) good plant growth supported by appropriate genetic and climatic factors will increase biomass weight, 2) the plant growth rate shows exponential growth, and 3) at the beginning of growth assimilate is mostly used for vegetative growth, but entering The assimilate generative vase will experience a transition to a stronger sink part, namely flower formation.

Directorate of Research and Community Service, Directorate of Cooperation, Information Systems, Innovation and Business, Quality Assurance Directorate, Internal Supervisory Unit, Vocational Faculty. Subject selection was carried out using a purposive technique using considerations of feasibility and competency related to the themes studied in this research. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews. The data that was collected was analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis techniques. This risk register management is a document that functions to identify, understand and manage risks that can hinder the achievement of organizational goals. The structured risks are a development of the risk mapping that was prepared during the previous program. Risks that have been identified are not risks that are fixed (given). The risks referred to can change, increase, or even decrease according to the conditions faced by the organization. Communication in efforts to update risk data in risk register management is still very necessary as an effort to enrich the types and impacts of these risks on the organization.

Abstract

Every stock investor has an investment objective to gain profits. However, many investors still lack an understanding of the risks and benefits of their investments. Investors need to choose the right companies to invest in. The telecommunications sector is considered promising for investment, given the positive sentiments towards it since 2015. Nonetheless, companies within this sector vary in size, leading to differing investment risks. This research aims to analyze the investment risk level of companies with different sizes in the telecommunications sector. The analysis results indicate that large companies like TLKM, ISAT, and EXCL have lower stock price fluctuations compared to smaller companies like FREN, KBLV, and GOLD. This trend is also consistent with the movement of returns for these companies. Based on the Value at Risk (VaR) and average volatility, the lowest investment risk level is found in TLKM, while GOLD and KBLV have the highest investment risk.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the necessity of a learning leadership model for vocational school principals to realise student well-being in the context of Merdeka Belajar, (2) develop a theoretically and empirically valid learning leadership model for vocational high school principals to achieve student well-being (KPK-SW model) within the context of Merdeka Belajar, and (3) assess the effectiveness of the learning leadership model for vocational high school principals in achieving student well-being within the Merdeka Belajar framework. This research employed the Research and Development method, consisting of four phases: the initial phase, the planning phase, the testing, evaluation, and revision phase, and the implementation phase. The testing process was carried out in three stages: an initial trial involving 10 experts and education practitioners. The data were collected through focus group discussions, questionnaires, documents, observations, and interviews. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire instruments were ensured through expert validation. The validity of qualitative data was confirmed through informant review and data triangulation models. Quantitative data analysis was done using descriptive analysis techniques, while qualitative data was analysed using an interactive analysis model. The research findings indicate that the KPK-SW model fosters student well-being. The level of importance, according to users, includes scores of 4.44 from the Head of the Education Department of DIY, 4.39 from school supervisors, 3.32 from the Secondary Education Office, and 4.38 from education experts. The total average score is 4.38, suggesting this model is highly significant and suitable for implementation.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of principal leadership, work motivation, and school climate on the performance of teachers in public elementary schools across Tempel Subdistrict, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Adopting a quantitative research approach with an explanatory design, the study involved 118 teachers selected through simple random sampling from a population of 168. Data were collected via structured questionnaires that had undergone validity and reliability testing, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression, supported by classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity). The results reveal that (1) principal leadership and work motivation significantly influence teacher performance (F = 50.166, p < 0.05), (2) principal leadership and school climate also significantly affect teacher performance (F = 32.857, p < 0.05), (3) work motivation and school climate together contribute significantly to teacher performance (F = 49.393, p < 0.05), and (4) all three variables  such as principal leadership, work motivation, and school climate – simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance (F = 35.413, p < 0.05). These findings underscore the importance of a holistic leadership strategy that fosters intrinsic motivation and cultivates a supportive school climate to enhance teacher productivity. This study provides empirical insights that can inform school leaders and education policymakers in developing sustainable, evidence-based strategies to improve instructional quality in Indonesian primary schools, particularly in rural and suburban educational contexts. However, it is important to note the study's limitations, including its focus on a single district, which may limit generalizability, and the reliance on self-reported data, which may introduce bias. Practical indicators such as teacher training, school leadership programs, and climate enhancement interventions could be explored in future research.
