Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap pola strategi perencanaan guru dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri, juga untuk mengetahui pola strategi perencanaan yang efektif untuk digunakan oleh guru SMP Negeri dalam penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di SMPN 9 Yogyakarta dan SMPN 16 Yogyakarta. Informasi data diambil dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, wali kelas 7 dari kedua sekolah tersebut, serta artikel yang terpercaya. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru melakukan koordinasi dengan warga sekolah, utamanya wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dalam menyusun Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan. Guru juga menyusun Capaian Pembelajaran hingga Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran melalui kolaborasi sesama guru mata pelajaran, maupun dalam forum komunitas belajar untuk menyelaraskan strategi mengenai jalannya pembelajaran. Kemudian, terdapat perencanaan kegiatan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila oleh tim fasilitator. Pola strategi perencanaan yang efektif untuk digunakan oleh guru-guru SMP Negeri adalah dengan konsisten mengikuti proses penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka, menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan warga sekolah, sekaligus berperan aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan di komunitas belajar.

Abstract

This study investigates the strategies employed by principals to foster teacher leadership through a transformational leadership approach in a school in East Lombok. A qualitative case study method was utilized, involving semi-structured interviews and document analysis with four teachers and one principal as participants. The findings reveal three key strategies implemented by the principal: conducting regular meetings to address educational challenges and share best practices, facilitating teacher professional development through workshops and training, and actively involving teachers in decision-making processes. These strategies align with transformational leadership dimensions, including idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The results underscore the significant role of principals as transformational leaders in promoting teacher leadership, enhancing collaboration, and fostering a positive school culture. This study highlights the practical implications for principals to adopt transformational leadership practices to optimize teacher potential and improve overall educational outcomes. Further research is recommended to explore the challenges of implementing teacher leadership in diverse educational settings and to assess its impact on long-term school performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen program pertukaran pelajar di SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 dan SD Muhammadiyah Sokonandi Yogyakarta yang bertujuan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dasar melalui pertukaran budaya dan pembelajaran global. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, pengelola program, guru pendamping, siswa, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen program dilaksanakan melalui empat fungsi utama: (1) perencanaan, termasuk seleksi peserta dan pelatihan pra-keberangkatan; (2) pengorganisasian melalui tim kerja berbasis struktur manajemen sekolah; (3) pelaksanaan melalui interaksi langsung dengan mitra sekolah luar negeri; dan (4) evaluasi berkala melalui laporan dan jurnal peserta. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan pendanaan, komunikasi lintas budaya, dan akses teknologi. Keberhasilan program sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan, dan manajemen hubungan publik yang efektif. Rekomendasi mencakup perluasan kemitraan, penguatan dukungan orang tua, dan inovasi dalam pelatihan siswa.

Abstract

Literature as an art form that uses language as its medium of expression, has complex and profound dimensions. One important aspect in literary works is the style of language, which not only reflects the author's skill in arranging words, but also has a significant influence on the reader's aesthetic experience and interpretation of the text. Authors often use several types of language styles in writing a novel, one of which is figurative language. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the use of comparative figures of speech in the novel 12 Stories of Glen Anggara by Luluk HF and its implications for Indonesian Language Learning. This study also aims to understand the types of figures of speech that contribute to strengthening the characters, plot, and themes of the story. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the problem and focus of the research, by collecting literature in the form of articles published through books, scientific journals both printed and online. The instrument used is a classification table of findings of comparative figures of speech in the novel 12 Stories of Glen Anggara by Luluk HF. Based on the research results, 100 comparative figures of speech were found in this novel, including allegory, simile, personification, hyperbole, metaphor, depersonification, and eponym.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, dan Professional Learning Communities (PLC) terhadap budaya organisasi pada tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 290 guru, penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportionate random sampling, dan diperoleh sebanyak 168 guru sebagai sampel. Instrumen divalidasi melalui penilaian ahli dan uji empiris menggunakan metode korelasi Product-Moment Pearson. Reliabilitas instrumen diuji dengan menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas (X₁, X₂, X₃) terhadap variabel terikat (Y), serta regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel bebas (X₁, X₂, X₃) secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kepemimpinan instruksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, dengan nilai Sig. 0.000 < 0.05; 2) implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, dengan nilai Sig. 0.000 < 0.05; 3) Professional Learning Communities berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, dengan nilai Sig. 0.000 < 0.05; dan 4) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah, implementasi kurikulum merdeka, dan Professional Learning Communities terhadap budaya organisasi. Berdasarkan analisis data diketahui nilai Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0.700, yang menandakan variabel independen (X₁, X₂, X₃) menjelaskan 70.0% variabel dependen (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mendeskripsikan Strategi kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan sekolah unggul di Sekolah Anuban Ranong 2) Mendeskripsikan Strategi kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan sekolah unggul di Sekolah Chatchalerm 3) Mendeskrifsikan strategi kepala sekolah yang efektif dalam mewujudkan sekolah unggul. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran pemimpin sekolah dalam menerapkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, memotivasi pembelajaran, mengontrol kualitas, dan mengelola sumber daya secara efektif.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan kajian dokumentasi dengan mengumpulkan sejumlah informasi atau data untuk menemukan strategi kepala sekolah yang efektif untuk mewujudkan sekolah unggul. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: 1) Strategi kepala sekolah yang efektif dalam mewujudkan sekolah unggul di Sekolah Anuban Ranong, dan sekolah Chatchalerm, meliputi: (a) Kepemimpinan Visioner (b) Budaya Mutu (c) Pengelolaan Sumber Daya (d) Pemberdayaan Guru dan Staf. Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi yang telah dipaparkan di atas, kepala sekolah dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dan menjadikan sekolah sebagai institusi unggul.

Abstract

This article analyzes the misuse of authority by officials of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in the Pertamax fuel adulteration case from the perspective of Sharia Economic Law. The study employs a qualitative-descriptive method with a normative-juridical approach, drawing on primary and secondary legal materials, supported by documentation and literature analysis. The findings reveal that the act of fuel adulteration—mixing subsidized or lower-grade fuels with Pertamax for economic gain—is not only a violation of state regulations but also a breach of the amanah and maslahah principles in Islamic law. The abuse of authority by BUMN officials in this context indicates a failure to uphold public trust (al-amānah), justice (al-ʿadālah), and the public interest (al-maṣlaḥah al-ʿāmmah) as mandated by Sharia economic ethics. Such practices lead to market distortion, consumer losses, and potential macroeconomic instability, all of which are inconsistent with the maqāṣid al-sharīʿah framework. The study concludes that these actions should be categorized as gharar, khiyānah, and fasād, thereby necessitating systemic reform in the governance of BUMN and the energy sector. The academic contribution of this article lies in its comprehensive integration of modern legal-economic analysis with the principles of Islamic economic jurisprudence, offering a theoretical model for evaluating public sector violations through a Sharia lens. Furthermore, this study contributes to strengthening the legal and ethical foundations in the formulation of policies and regulations governing state-owned enterprises.

Abstract

TikTok Online Application is an audiovisual medium. With the increasing development, applications on mobile phones can affect learning interests among students. This research is located at SMP Negeri 6 Medan. The reason for the exploration is to figure out the Impact of Using the TikTok Online Application on Learning Interests among understudies. This research uses qualitative research methods. This research study focuses on how the impact caused by using the TikTok Online Application on Learning Interests, among learners. From the results of the study, it was found that there are 2 impacts of TikTok Online Application among students, namely positive impacts where students get new knowledge and experiences and both negative impacts, namely in often forgetting time, becoming addicted, not paying attention to health and much more. TikTok users also often use it in the wrong way or have crossed the line so that a video that smells negative and accidentally the person who saw the video has seen what he should not see.

Abstract

The vocational high school principal is a determining factor for the progress or failure of a school. Therefore, the principal's performance evaluation must be optimal. This study explores the government direction on this performance evaluation in two neighboring countries: Indonesia and Malaysia. The research method uses a qualitative approach, by interviewing both school supervisors and principals, and analyzing documents. The steps are 1) collection of resources through multi techniques; 2) reducing data with the aim of simplifying and categorizing data; 3) presenting data in the form of qualitative descriptions; 4) drawing conclusions and 5) compiling research reports and formulate comparative research findings. For Indonesia, once a year, the School Supervisor and a team from the Education Office in Indonesia are responsible for carrying out the review of the performance of the principals of vocational schools. The current evaluation of the principal of a vocational high school in Malaysia is a component of the overall review of the school's performance. Standard of Educational Quality in Malaysia is the name given to this evaluation, and it has been in effect since 2017. Standard 1 Kepemimpin is the most important benchmark to consider in relation to principal performance (Leadership). The performance evaluation in Indonesia seems still separated from school performance evaluation or accreditation. Although each evaluation scheme has its own format and purposes, the implementation could be made in such a concurrent time. Meanwhile in Malaysia, the principal performance is likely one of the evaluated aspects in the school performance evaluation (SKPM), especially Standard 1 Kepemimpinan (leadership) and Standard 2 Pengurusan Organisasi (organization management).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the business network's impact on the sales volume of rice crackers at a specific production house in Cililin. The study utilizes a qualitative research methodology with a descriptive model, including interviews, observations, and documentation as research methods. The research findings indicate that a rice cracker production facility in Cililin has established a robust production network, with several suppliers providing raw materials. Additionally, the facility has developed a marketing network by actively participating in the trader community in West Bandung. Furthermore, the facility has formed cooperative partnerships with different supplier stores to facilitate distribution. The rice cracker production plant in Cililin has effectively enhanced its annual sales volume through its established business network while selling items exclusively within the local vicinity. Hence, it is recommended that the production company in Cililin enhance its commercial network to broaden prospects, resulting in a surge in sales volume and profits. This entails expanding corporate networking to expand the market reach and optimizing management systems for a more streamlined firm operation.
