Abstract

This study arises from the problem that the main issue lies in the variation of work experience and competency of the administrative staff, which is suspected to affect the quality of administrative services to students. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work experience and competency of the administrative staff on the quality of student administrative services at SMA Bhakti Sungailiat. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey technique and data collection through questionnaires given to administrative staff as well as service users (students and teachers). Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between the variables of work experience, staff competency, and the quality of administrative services. The research sample consists of all administrative staff at the school and a representation of students as respondents who use the services. The results of the study show that work experience and competency of administrative staff simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the quality of student administrative services. Partially, both work experience and staff competency have a positive and significant effect on student administrative services. The conclusion of this study is that work experience and competency of administrative staff are key factors in supporting the quality of student administrative services at SMA Bhakti Sungailiat. Therefore, it is recommended that the school improve training and continuous competency development of administrative staff as well as provide incentives to retain employees with adequate work experience. This is expected to improve and maintain the quality of administrative services to support optimal educational activities. Penelitian berangkat dari permasalahan bahwa masalah utama terletak pada variasi pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi pegawai tata usaha yang diduga mempengaruhi mutu layanan administrasi kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi pegawai tata usaha terhadap kualitas layanan administrasi siswa di SMA Bhakti Sungailiat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada pegawai tata usaha serta pengguna layanan (siswa dan guru). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel pengalaman kerja, kompetensi pegawai, dan kualitas layanan administrasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri siswa sebagai responden pengguna layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi pegawai tata usaha secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan administrasi siswa. Secara parsial, pengalaman pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap layanan administrasi siswa. Dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap layanna administrasi siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi pegawai tata usaha merupakan faktor kunci dalam menunjang kualitas layanan administrasi siswa di SMA Bhakti Sungailiat. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk meningkatkan pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi pegawai tata usaha secara berkelanjutan serta memberikan insentif untuk mempertahankan pegawai dengan pengalaman kerja yang memadai. Hal ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki dan mempertahankan kualitas layanan administrasi demi mendukung kegiatan pendidikan yang optimal.

Abstract

Peningkatan angka insiden DM tipe 2 diikuti oleh peningkatan  kejadian komplikasi. Komplikasi diantaranya fisik, psikologi, sosial dan ekonomi.  Komplikasi fisik yang timbul berupa, kerusakan mata, kerusakan ginjal, penyakit jantung, hipertensi, stroke bahkan sampai menyebabkan genggren. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur besar risiko untuk melihat gejala komplikasi yang dimiliki penderita DM sehingga penderita DM lebih menagtur pola hidup yang sehat sehingga bisa terhindar dari komplikasi yang berkelanjutan. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan penelitian survey deskriptif yang melihat gambaran risiko komplikasi penderita diabetes Mellitus Di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Diabetes Center Kota Ternate. Populasi dalam penelitianinia dalah penderita diabetes Melitustipe II yang ada di UPTD Diabetes Center sebesar 1991. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini sebesar 95 responden.  Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah Sekitar 18,9% responden berusia 50-54 tahun, 64,2% berjenis kelamin perempuan, 55,8% memiliki lama menderita dengan kategori durasi pendek, 56,8% responden memiliki riwayat keluarga menderita diabetes mellitus, 68,4% responden memiliki kebiasaan tidak mengontrol kadar glukosa dengan baik, 40% memiliki kadar kolesterol total darah >200 mg/dl, 34,7% mengalami hipertensi sistolik terisolasi, 85,3% responden memiliki lingkar perut tidak normal, kategori IMT gemuk dan obesitas sebesar 56,9%, 100% responden memiliki resiko mengalami komplikasi penyakit jantung dan stroke, 9,5% responden mengalami komplikasi ulkus diabetik, 8,4% memiliki gejala komplikasi ginjal, 43,2% responden memiliki gejala resiko komplikasi retinopati, 26,3% memiliki komplikasi sindrom metabolik. Disarankan bagi penderita diabetes mellitus untuk lebih meningkatkan self manajemen diabetes untuk kendalikan komplikasi dibetes mellitus.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh self management terhadap kadar gula darah pada penderita diabetes mellitus tipe II di UPTD Diabetes Centre Kota Ternate. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian “Non-Equivalent Groups Pretest-Posttest Design”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita diabetes mellitus tipe II yang ada di UPTD Diabetes Center dengan sampel sebesar 31. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Pired Sample t test untuk Variabel Stress dan pola maka, Uji Wilcoxon Test untuk variabel Kontrol gula darah, olahraga, kepatuhan pengobatan dan pemeriksaan kadar gula darah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Ada perbedaan pengelolaan stress antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan self managent stress dengan nilai sig 0,009 < 0,05. Ada perbedaan pengaturan pola makan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan self managent pola makan dengan nilai sig 0,001 < 0,05. Tidak ada perbedaan kontrol gula darah sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan self managent kontrol gula darah dengan nilai sig 0,100 > 0,05. Tidak ada perbedaan olahraga sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan self managent olahraga dengan nilai sig 1,100 > 0,05. Tidak ada perbedaan kepatuhan pengobatan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan self managent kepatuhan pengobatan dengan nilai sig 0,195 > 0,05 dan tidak ada pengaruh kadar gula darah sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan self managent dengan nilai sig 0,439 > 0,05. Peningkatan self management sangat penting untuk mengendalikan kadar gula darah, maka diharapkan penderita lebih mandiri dalam mengontrol kadar gula darahnya sehingga dapat meminimalisir resiko komplikasi diabetes.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the startup industry in Indonesia has raised new legal issues related to the protection of minority investors in a dynamic and institutionally unestablished ownership structure. This study analyzes how the risk of information asymmetry in the relationship between founders and investors creates inequality in legal relations that weakens the position of minority investors. Through a normative juridical approach, this study examines the effectiveness of the provisions in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, especially Articles 61, 62, and 114, in providing substantive legal protection. The results of the study show that the existing legal mechanism is not fully adaptive to the complexity of the startup investment model, especially due to the weak application of fiduciary duty principles and the lack of application of good corporate governance principles. On the other hand, the practice of investment agreements often affirms the dominance of the majority shareholders through exploitative clauses. Therefore, a legal reformulation is needed that is able to bridge this normative vacuum, through the strengthening of hybrid legal instruments and responsive sectoral regulations. This research recommends legal policy reforms that emphasize the balance of interests, transparency, and substantive justice to create an inclusive, sustainable, and economically democratic startup ecosystem.

Abstract

Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia Andrews) is a high economic value plant within the Orchidaceae family (orchid family). Efforts to increase vanilla growth and production can be made through the application of auxins to stimulate root formation. The development of vanilla requires high-quality seedlings, as one of the indicators of successful propagation through cuttings is the formation of roots and the growth of shoots. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of various concentrations of IBA on the rooting of two-node vanilla cuttings. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments, each repeated 3 times. The treatments in this experiment consist of: control (without IBA), 500 ppm IBA, 1000 ppm IBA, 1500 ppm IBA, 2000 ppm IBA, and 2500 ppm IBA. The observed variables include shoot length, number of opened leaves, number of primary roots, number of root tips, longest root length, fresh root weight, and dry root weight. The results showed that a concentration of 2000 ppm IBA was able to increase the number of primary roots, number of root tips, longest root length, fresh root weight, and dry root weight.

Abstract

Red lettuce can be planted hydroponically with the need of nutrient organic. This study aimed to examine the effect of substituting 25% of AB Mix nutrients with liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) made from water hyacinth or banana peels on the growth and yield of red lettuce cultivated using the NFT hydroponic system. The experiment was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments (100% AB Mix, 75% AB Mix + 25% water hyacinth LOF, and 75% AB Mix + 25% banana peels LOF) and six replications, each consisting of six plants. Growth parameters (plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, and leaf width) were observed weekly from 3 to 6 weeks after transplanting (WAT), while fresh and dry weights of shoots, leaves, and stems were measured at harvest (6 WAT). The obtained data were tested for homogeneity of variance using Bartlett's test, followed by analysis of variance and Least Significant Difference (LSD) test at 5% significance level when assumptions were fulfilled. The results showed that 75% AB Mix + 25% water hyacinth LOF were not significantly different from 100% AB Mix in terms of leaf number, stem fresh weight, as well as shoot, leaf, and stem dry weights, with shoot fresh weight reaching 92% and leaf fresh weight reaching 93% compared to 100% AB Mix. The treatment of 75% AB Mix + 25% banana peels LOF was able to match the growth and yield of the 100% AB Mix treatment.

Abstract

The centralization of Mining Business License (IUP) issuance authority following Law Number 3 of 2020 and Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation has created significant normative conflict with the principle of regional autonomy guaranteed under Article 18 Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. This research analyzes the normative disharmony between the 2020 Mining Law, the Job Creation Law, and the Regional Government Law, as well as its impact on procedural justice in mining governance. Employing normative legal research methodology with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, this study compares mining licensing systems in three countries: Kazakhstan (post-Soviet centralization with transparency reforms), Germany (coordinative federalism with mandatory public participation), and India (federalism with judicial activism). The findings reveal that Indonesia's extreme centralization lacks precedent in the mining licensing systems of developed countries and contradicts global best practices. Kazakhstan demonstrates that centralization can coexist with transparency when supported by digitalization. Germany illustrates the effectiveness of coordinative federalism with mandatory public participation. India exemplifies the strategic role of the judiciary in enforcing indigenous communities' rights through the Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) principle. This research recommends a collaborative authority model that proportionally integrates central, provincial, and local government authorities, strengthened community participation through FPIC, transparent digital licensing systems, and enhanced judicial oversight through Constitutional Court review of sectoral regulations.
