Abstract

This research amied to present, (1) a describtion of law script of Salimpat- Gumanti Valley subdistrict, Solok Regency; (2) the forms of writing errors and deviation of letter in law script of Salimpat- Gumanti Valley subdistrict, Solok Regency; and (3) the form of text edition law script of Salimpat- Gumanti Valley subdistrict, Solok Regency. Therefore, it could be read. This research used qualitative research that was focused on philology area, and the object of the study was law of Salimpat- Gumanti Valley subdistrict, Solok Regency. This research used standart edition method to do text edition. This research found letter errorrs, namely lacunae, substitution, haphlographie, and dittograhpy.  Besdies, deviation of letter, the form of writing errors were also found. The errors and deviation that were found repaired then. The law script of Salimpat- Gumanti Valley subdistrict, Solok Regency was translated into Indonesian and made in a new edition. Abstract

The introduction of multiculturalism values can be applied through education. One of the models offered is utilising literary works as a medium for instilling the values of multiculturalism education. This study explains how literary works, particularly Indonesian metro pop novels, can be used as literary learning media oriented to multiculturalism education. The method in this study is literary research. Literary research aims to reveal various phenomena by making literary works as research objects. The literary works used as sources of research data in this study were eight Indonesian metropop novels published in the 2000-2020 period, which were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using reading and note-taking techniques. Data were analyzed by content analysis method. The study results show that the diversity of culture, ethnicity, language, religion, race, ethnicity, gender, socio-economic class, customs and social traditions in Indonesia places multicultural education as essential. Educational efforts with a multicultural perspective are very necessary to avoid social conflicts because of diversity.

Abstract

artikel ini membahas tentang pertanyaan tradisional masyarakat Nagari Manggopoh Kecamatan Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kategori dan fungsi dari pertanyaan tradisional masyarakat Nagari Manggopoh tersebut. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data ada tiga yaitu, (1) menyusun pedoman wawancara untuk informan terkait dengan kategori dan fungsi sosial pertanyaan tradisional, (2) melakukan wawancara untuk mengungkap data pertanyaan tradisional yang dimiliki masyarakat Nagari Manggopoh dengan cara merekam tuturan informan menggunakan ponsel oppo A3s (audio dan video), (3) Memindahkan data rekam menjadi data tulis (transkripsi).Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data penelitian adalah metode analisis deskriptif.Dari hasil analisis data ditemukan 10 dari 11 kategori pertanyaan tradisional masyarakat Nagari Manggopoh.Adapun fungsi dari pertanyaan tradisional masyarakat Nagari Manggopoh adalah untuk menguji kepandaian, sarana pendidikan, untuk melebihi orang lain (One-Umpmanship) dan sebagai sarana hiburan.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang kepribadian tokoh utama yang terdapat dalam naskah drama Pelacur dan Sang Presiden karya Ratna Serumpet, dimana kepribadian tokoh utama ini merupakan salah satu kajian dari psikologi sastra. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data penelitian berupa kata, frasa, klausa, dan kalimat yang menunjukan kepribadian tokoh utama dalam naskah drama Pelacur dan Sang Presiden karya Ratna Sarumpaet. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan struktur kepribadian dan dinamika kepribadian tokoh utama dalam naskah drama Pelacur dan Sang Presiden karya Ratna Sarumpaet. Hasil penelitian yang didapat dari proses analisis data berdasarkan struktur kepribadian yaitu id, ego, dan superego, serta terdapat dinamika kepribadian. Sehingga Jamila dalam naskah drama Pelacur dan Sang Presiden karya Ratna Sarumpaet ini disimpulkan memiliki sifat yang keras kepala, mandiri dan lebih tertarik untuk mencapai tujuannya daripada menyenangkan hati orang lain. Sedangkan dari dinamika kepribadian, Jamila cenderung dikuasai naluri insting mati sehingga menimbulkan kecemasan dinamika kepribadian Jamila

Abstract

The emergence of natural phenomena in the abundance of the entire population on earth resulted in a large enough impact, especially health and economy in various sectors of society in the world. The Coronavirus has devastated micro, small and medium enterprises that have gone bankrupt but there are also opportunities for micro, small and medium enterprises. But there are also some sectors that have benefited and become opportunities to reap profits, such as virtual internet telecommunications and mask making, not all have gone bankrupt, as happened in the tourism, culinary, hotel, and restaurant sectors that cannot adapt to today's difficult times. My shopping habit of visiting places has decreased. This habit leads to virtual services to reduce transactions crowding with many people so that the Coronavirus can be reduced. Efforts to reduce activities outside the home will open up opportunities for micro, small and medium enterprises online so that people use the internet and don't crowd. Turning on micro, small and medium enterprises so that the impact of corona can be avoided quickly. Changes in people's behavior that reduce outdoor activities and networks of creative industries and small and medium-sized businesses in the largest business sector in the world that appear to be Covid-19 are quite depressed in dealing with problems and building businesses. This research method is descriptive and verification methods, the analysis tool is structural equation modeling (SEM, Lisrel). The results show that how the influence of business strategy on the performance of small and medium scale companies during the Covid-19 period. Virus Corona memporak porandakan usaha mikro kecil menengah yang mengalami kebangkrutan tetapi ada juga peluang bagi usaha mikro kecil dan menengah. Tetatpi ada pulah faktor yang mendapat keuntungan dan menjadi kesempatan untuk meraup keuntungan seperti bidang telekomunikasi internet virtual dan pembuatan masker tidak semua mengalami kebangkrutan seperti yang terjadi pada bidang pariwisata, kuliner, hotel dan restoran yang tidak bisa beradaptasi dengan masa sulit saat ini. Kebiasaan shopping dengan mendatangin tempat sudah berkurang. Kebiasaan ini mengarah pada layanan virtual guna mengurangi transaksi yang berkerumun dengan banyak orang agar virus Corona dapat berkurang. Usaha untuk mengurangi aktivitas diluar rumah ini akan membuka peluang usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di jalur daring agar masyarakat menggunakan internet dan tidak berkerumun. Menghidupkan Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah dapat agar dampak corona dapat dihindari secara cepat. Perubahan perilaku masyarakat yang mengurangi aktivitas di luar ruangan dan jaringan Industri kreatif dan usaha kecil menengah pada sektor bisnis terbesar di dunia yang yang tedampak covid-19 cukup tertekan dalam menangani masalah dan membangun usaha. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikasi, alat analisisnya adalah pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM, Lisrel). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi bisnis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan skala kecil menengah masa covid-19. Abstract

As time goes by, the existence of oral literature, namely traditional questions (riddles), is now almost extinct due to increasingly sophisticated technology. If this continues, the consequences will threaten the existence of traditional questions (riddles) in society. The aim of this research is to describe: (a) the structure of traditional questions (riddles) of the Kenagarian Parit community, Koto Balingka District, West Pasaman Regency, (b) categories of traditional questions (riddles), and (c) the social function of traditional questions (riddles). This study employs descriptive qualitative research methods. In order to obtain this data, we first conducted a literature review, then conducted a field research, and finally conducted interviews with key informants in two phases (recording and transcription). There were three phases to the analytical process: (1) data classification; (2) results discussion and conclusion; and (3) reporting. Forty conventional questions (riddles) were asked of three informants to collect data for this study. Researchers in the Kenagarian Parit community in Koto Balingka District, West Pasaman Regency came to the following conclusions based on their findings: (1) the structure of traditional questions (riddles), including traditional questions (riddles) that do not conflict and traditional questions (riddles) that do. (2) Human-related, animal-related, plant-related, inanimate object-related, color-related, and riddle-related are the categories for conventional inquiries (riddles). (3) The social function of traditional questions (riddles) has two functions, namely testing someone's intelligence and as entertainment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the social stratification in Sumbawa Island before the eruption of Mount Tambora in 1815 in the novel La Hami by Marah Rusli, which includes; (1) the form of social stratification in the novel La Hami by Marah Rusli (2) the cause of social stratification in the novel La Hami by Marah Rusli, (3) the impact of social stratification in the novel La Hami by Marah Rusli. This research is a literary research using a qualitative approach using a descriptive method whose data are in the form of words, phrases, and sentences, and the data source is taken in the novel La Hami by Marah Rusli. The data collection technique is done by reading and understanding the novel, marking data related to the research problem to gain a deeper understanding of the problem, and inventorizing (searching) the data. The results of this study are that there are three forms of social stratification (layers of society) consisting of a layer of nobles, a layer of people, and a layer of slaves. The noble layer is the highest layer in the life of the people on Sumbawa Island, this noble layer has a high position in the royal government system. The people's layer is the largest layer or called the mass of the people, they are independent but still under the sultanate government. The slave layer is a layer that must work for the royal mangkubumi, they are not free like the masses of the people. Factors causing social stratification in the novel La Hami by Marah Rusli are measures of wealth, measures of power, measures of honor and measures of knowledge. The impacts are social conflict and class endogamy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the forms of family disorganization in the novel Sunyi Terriuh by Fajar Sulaiman, the factors causing family disorganization in the novel Sunyi Terriuh by Fajar Sulaiman, and the impact of family disorganization in the novel Sunyi Terriuh by Fajar Sulaiman. This research uses the theory of literary sociology studies. This research is literary research using descriptive methods. The data source for this research is the novel Sunyi Terriuh by Fajar Sulaiman. The results of this research are forms of family disorganization, namely (a) cancellation, separation, divorce and abandonment and (2) empty membrane families. The factors causing disorganization are divided into two, namely internal factors (from within), namely (a) lack of mature thinking or processing of the household which leads to continuous fighting and loss of harmony in the household, (b) Selfish attitudes, namely attitudes that are more selfish. own interests rather than shared interests (c) busyness problems. The impact of family disorganization (a) makes children stressed, children become violent (b) aggressive, children will lose their role. models, (c) children's education becomes disrupted, and (d) children become easily sensitive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of McDonald's R.Soekamto Palembang employees. The data collection technique used in this study is by giving a set of questions or written statements to respondents using a questionnaire to answer. The questionnaire was given to employees consisting of several about work motivation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is found that there is an effect of work motivation on the performance of McDonald's R.Soekamto Palembang employees. This is indicated by the t-count value of 7.395 with a significant 0.000. The T-Table value obtained from (n-k-1) in the distribution table is 1.173.
