Abstract

Artikel ini berisikan penjelasan dari sebuah jenis penelitian eksperimen bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian tersebut melibatkan 30 siswa dari keseluruhan kelas V SD Negeri 11 Lubuk Cuik kecamatan Lima Puluh Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah soal pilihan berganda dan angket. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji “t”. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa, peneliti melakukan pre-test dengan nilai rata-rata 58,2 yang dapat dikatakan kurang. Hasil dari post-test tersebut memiliki peningkatan dari hasil pre-test yang diberikan sebelumnya. Hasil post-test yang sudah diujikan sebesar 84,1 yang dapat dikatakan tingkat keberhasilan hasil belajar siswa meningkat. Hasil koefisien korelasi membuktikan bahwa adanya pengaruh Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis (X) terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Y) dengan hasil rhitung > rtabel dengan hasil 0,837 > 0,361. Pada uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t dari perhitungan data yang dilakukan, hasil pengujian yaitu thitung > ttabel hasilnya 8,095 > 1,701 dengan taraf signifikan (α = 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil data yang diperoleh dari penelitian di SD Negeri 11 Lubuk Cuik dapat dikatakan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis sangat efektif dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

This article discusses the effect of the experiential learning model on students’ learning outcomes with the theme of technology development. The research used the experimental quantitative research method. The results indicated that students’ learning outcomes by using the experiential model were in the very good category with an average of 0.885. Normality testing obtained a significant value of 0.5% as the student’s learning outcomes, which were 0.200 > 0.05. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that the significant value of students’ learning outcomes was normally distributed. In the correlation testing, the coefficient value was 0.833, which meant rcount > rtable 0.361. The results of t-test testing where rcount > rtable was 7.975 > 1.697, so Ha was accepted. It shows that there was a positive and significant effect of the Experiential Learning model on students’ learning outcomes themed on technology development at Class III of SDN 094097 Simpang Pongkalan Tongah Dolok Masagal in Simalungun in the academic year 2020/2021.

Abstract

This article is derived from research about the effect of web-based learning with Google Sites on Mathematics learning outcomes for students at class V of SD RK. Budi Luhur in Medan Denai in the academic year 2020/2021. The approach used in the research was a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling based on the population of 56 students. The researchers took a sample from 36 students in the experimental class. The results indicated that students’ learning outcomes by using web-based learning with Google Sites were in the very good category with an average of 85.27. Testing for normality obtained a significance value of 0.200. If 0.200 > 0.05, hence, data of class V were normally distributed. In the correlation test, the correlation coefficient was 0.873 with a significance of 0.05, which meant rcount (0.873) > rtable (0.329). Thus, there was a positive correlation between web-based learning with Google Sites and mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade students. The results of the t-test test were 10.426 > 2.032, which means Ha was accepted. It shows that there was a positive and significant effect of web-based learning with Google Sites on students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research utilized a descriptive-analytical method and involved all grade VB students in the even semester at SD Negeri 067245 Bunga Asoka for the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 29 students. To determine students' initial abilities, a Pre-Test was conducted with an average score of 63.72, indicating sufficient initial skills. The Post-Test results increased to 80.55, showing an improvement in students’ critical thinking skills. The correlation coefficient indicated a significant effect of the Problem-Based Learning model (X) on critical thinking skills (Y), with rcount > rtable (0.852 > 0.367). Hypothesis testing using the t-test also showed tcount > ttable (8.478 > 1.703) at a significance level of α = 0.05, confirming the effectiveness of the model. Based on these results, the Problem-Based Learning model was considered very effective in enhancing thematic learning and improving critical thinking skills in the classroom.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the example-non-example type cooperative learning model on students' learning outcomes on the theme of "7 Peristiwa dalam Kehidupan" for grade V students of SD Negeri 067246 Medan Tuntungan in the academic year 2020/2021. The approach used in this study was quantitative, and the samples were selected using a purposive sampling technique from two classes, totaling 58 students. The results indicated that students' learning outcomes after implementing the example-non-example cooperative learning model were in the very good category, with an average score of 80.27. The normality test showed that the significance value of learning outcomes was Lcount ˃ Ltable, namely 0.200 ˃ 0.05, indicating that the data were normally distributed. The homogeneity test obtained a coefficient value of 0.904, meaning rcount ˃ rtable 0.05. Furthermore, the t-test results found tcount ˃ ttable or 2.935 ˃ 1.699; thus, Ha was accepted. These results indicated that the example-non-example type cooperative learning model had a positive and significant effect on students' learning outcomes. Keywords:

Abstract

His study aims to analyze the effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) model. The results showed that the average learning outcomes of fourth-grade Mathematics subjects were 84,44 with a good category. Of the 25 students studied, 21 students (84%) met the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKTP), while 4 students (16%) did not meet the KKTP. This study is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) model on student learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects in fourth-grade SD Negeri 067093 Medan Helvetia. The population was all fourth-grade students totaling 25 students. The sample was taken based on a total sampling technique of 25 students. Student learning outcomes showed that the average value of fourth-grade students in the pre-test was 57,76 while the post-test value was 84,44. The results of this study indicate that students' Mathematics learning outcomes using the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model are included in the strong category with a correlation coefficient of 0.963, which means r count (0.369) ≥ r table so Ha is accepted. Furthermore, the hypothesis test showed a calculated t of 8.416, while the t table was 2.060. This proves that the hypothesis is greater than the t table. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Think Pair Share (TPS) model (X) has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes (Y). This indicates that the Think Pair Share (TPS) model has an effect on students' science learning outcomes. Therefore, all questionnaire instruments in this study are declared reliable and trustworthy, as they have met the minimum requirements.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Numbered Head Together type cooperative learning model. The research results show that the average mathematics learning result for class IV is 81.2 in the good category. Of the 25 students studied, 19 students (76%) met the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKTP), while 6 students (24%) did not meet the KKTP. This research is a type of quantitative research which aims to determine the effect of the Numbered Head Together type cooperative learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 106820 Pancur Batu. The population is all class IV students, totaling 25 students. Samples were taken based on a saturated sampling technique, namely 25 students. Student learning results show that the average score for class IV pre-test students is 66.88 while the post-test score is 81.2. The results of this research show that students' mathematics learning outcomes using the Numbered Head Together cooperative learning model are included in the strong category with a correlation coefficient of 0.974, which means rcount (0.974) ≥ rtable (0.396), so Ha is accepted. Next, testing the hypothesis shows that tcount is 20.435, while ttable is 2.060, so it is proven that the hypothesis is greater than ttable, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the Numbered Head Together (X) type cooperative model has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes (Y). This shows that there is an influence of the Numbered Head Together type cooperative learning model on students' mathematics learning outcomes. Thus, all questionnaire instruments in this study were declared reliable and trustworthy, because they met the minimum requirements that had been determined.
