Abstrak - Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan alasan tindak pidana penggunaan alat tangkap pukat trawl tidak dilimpahkan ke pengadilan, hambatan dalam penanggulangan tindak pidana penggunaan pukat trawl dan upaya-upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana penggunaan pukat trawl.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan tindak pidana penggunaan alat tangkap pukat trawltidak dilimpahkan ke pengadilan adalah karena kasusnya diselesaikan oleh Lembaga Adat dan tidak adanya Penyidik Pegawai Negeri Sipil bidang perikanan di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Hambatan penanggulangantindak pidana tersebut yaitu faktor kurangnya kesadaran hukumdariparanelayan, sarana dan prasarana tidak memadai, anggaran, keadaan geografis alam. Upaya untuk penanggulangannya yaitu melakukan upaya secara preventif berupasosialisasi, memberikan himbauan, penyuluhan hukum dan pembinaan secara khusus serta upaya represif dengan pemusnahan alat tangkap pukat trawl.Disarankan kepada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan dan Kepolisian Perairan Kabupaten Aceh Barat untuk menambahsarana dan prasarana, kepada Panglima Laot agar terus memberikan himbauan kepada para nelayan yang menggunakan pukat trawl, serta para instansi terkait untuk bekerjasama guna tercipta penegakan hukum yang efektif.Kata Kunci : Tindak Pidana, Pukat Trawl Abstract - This research aimed to explain the reason for the crime of using trawl not transferred to the court, the obstacles in tackling criminal offense of using trawl and the efforts in tackling criminal offense of using trawl. The results showed that the reason for the crime of using trawl not transferred to the court is because it is settled by the customary institution and the absence of Civil Servant Investigators in the fisheries sector in Aceh Barat regency. Obstacles in tackling such crime were the lack of legal awareness of the fishermen, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, budgetary issues, and natural geographical circumstances. The preventiveefforts to overcome that problem were providing socialization, providing counseling, and also legal counseling and coaching in particular and repressive effortssuch as destructing the trawl.It is suggested that the Department of Marine and Fisheries and Aquatic Police of Aceh Barat add facilities and infrastructure, Panglima Laot (Sea Commander) continue to provide an appeal to the fishermen in order not to use trawl, as well as relevant institutions continue to work together to create an effective law enforcement.Keywords : Criminal Acts, Trawl

The purpose of this study are to determine the effect of Debt To Equty Ratio and Cash Conversion Cycle to stock is Return At PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. This research was used explanatory research by using sample survey approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 6 years (2010-2016) the number of samples on the financial report of PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. The technique of data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the debt to equity ratio variable has no significant effect on stock return, cash conversion cycle variable has no significant effect on stock return, debt to equty ratio and cash conversion cycle have no significant effect on stock return at PT. The objectives of this research were to analyze the effect of paclobutrazol and ethepon in substituting climate factors effect in flowering and fruiting processes of longan, to determine the application way and dozes of paclobutrazol, as well as the timing of ethepon application after paclobutrazol to stimulate ‘off-session’ longan fruiting. Three combined factors treatment namely: the way of paclobutrazol application (soil drench and foliar spray); dozes of paclobutrazol (control, 1 g, and 2 g paclobutrazol per tree); and the timing of ethepon application after paclobutrazol, were designed in randomized block design and applied at 20-30 years old longan trees, which were grouped into 3 group according to the amount of flushing twigs among all of the twigs in the whole canopy. Result of the research showed that specific climate conditions (2-3 months dry which was followed by temperature decrease until 15-22oC) as pre condition for the happening of natural flowering on longan might be substituted by paclobutrazol and ethepon. The application of 1 g paclobutrazol in foliar spray method, which was followed by application of 400 mg/l ethepon 1 month after paclobutrazol, might stimulated 20-30 years old longan trees, flowering 37.5 day after paclobutrazol application, while control trees did not flower until 120 days observation.The trees got foliar spray application way of paclobutrazol was induced after 29.8 DAPA, while the trees under soil drench were induced after 42.0 DAPA. Dozes 1 and 2 g paclobutrazol induced flowering after 15.9 and 16.9 DAPA, while control trees were induced after 74.8 DAPA. The fastest achieving time of the induction stage (17.7 DAPA) were shown in the trees under foliar spray application way of 1 g paclobutrazol which was followed by the application of 400 mg/l ethepon 1 month after paclobutrazol application (C2D1W1). Furthermore, the plants under the same treatment combination were differentiated faster (37.5 DAPA). The fastest induction and differentiation stage achieving time were strongly related to the highly of the leaf chlorophyll content (1.33 mg/l) as well as C/N ratio (9.67) which were the highest value in both of the variables. The average of the blossom achieving time was 52.3 DAPA. The differentiation and the blossom stage were shown only in the plants were in flushing condition, with 25-75% of flushing twigs. The decrease of twigs long addition parallel to the paclobutrazol dozes and vice versa to the ethepon application time. The faster the ethepon application time, the higher the twigs long addition. Finally, the result of the research showed that if the humidity of flowering and fruiting-plants canopy, as the result of paclobutrazol and ethepon application during the differentiation processes until ‘fruit set’ was keep protected, the retardant application in February (the middle of raining session in the research area) might supply longan fruits in June (the middle of dry session, when the longan fruits supply were very limited).

Suara merupakan sarana utama komunikasi antara manusia. Pengolahan suara merupakan konsep yang sangat penting untuk semua jenis sistem yang membutuhkan interaksi manusia dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Pengolahan suara dapat dikategorikan menjadi empat jenis: Isolated Words, Connected Word, Continuos Speech, Spontaneous Speech. Untuk mentransformasikan sinyal suara menjadi sinyal frekuensi suara dalam format WAV diperlukan suatu transformasi yang dapat meminimalkan masalah, yaitu transformasi Algoritma Goertzel dengan bantuan software Borland Delphi 7 dalam mengenali bacaan ayat Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi Algoritma Goertzel dapat diterapkan atau diimplementasikan dalam pengenalan suara ini dan memiliki true identification yang berbeda. Persentase true identification untuk transformasi Algoritma Goertzel ini yaitu antara 40% sampai 90%. Kata kunci : Pengolahan Suara, Algoritma Goertzel.

Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh antara likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yaitu sebanyak 25 perusahaan. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 11 perusahaan.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id dan website perusahaan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Analisis ini dilkukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20. Dalam pembahasan ditemukan hasil variable likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas dan profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham dan secara simultan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham.

The difficult situation during the pandemic has made the domestic economic situation chaotic, especially for small and medium-sized businesses. This service activity is a form of concern for the world of education towards environmental conditions, especially during the pandemic. Service activities are carried out at the BSD modern market, South Tangerang. The activity method is carried out by means of digital marketing training for small and medium business actors in the BSD modern market. In addition, the participants were invited to practice creating digital stores in various domestic marketplaces. Then also taught about how to make sales internationally through the ebay, alibaba, and amazon marketplaces. The result of this activity is to increase the knowledge of small and medium businesses in the modern market of BSD in marketing their products online. Then help open a digital store, so they can sell their products online.

This study aims to (a) determine the application of management functions to improve employee performance at the Maiwa District Office, Enrekang Regency. (b) Knowing what factors influence the application of management functions to improving employee performance at the Maiwa sub-district office, Enrekang Regency. The number of population and samples in this study were the same, namely 36 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling (census). Data collection techniques used are (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) questionnaires, and (4) literature research. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The results showed that the application of management functions to improve employee performance at the Maiwa District office, Enrekang Regency was in the good category with percentage achievement (69.73%). The factors that influence the management function to improve employee performance at the Maiwa District office, Enrekang Regency are: motivation (93 %), self-regulation (86 %), goal achievement (80.5 %), work quality (84 %), quantity work (77 %), and work initiative (86 %).

Transportation is one of the basic human needs today, especially for the people of Yogyakarta city. The type of transportation that is most in – demand and is seen as providing significant benefits is Gojek online transportation. The existence of Gojek in the city of Yogyakarta has an impact on community. This research aims to look at these impacts by using the concept of sustainable development goals with environmental, social, economic pillars. Based in the research conducted, it was obtain that the existence of Gojek in the city of Yogyakarta has an environmental, social and economic impact. On environmental impact found that Gojek is one of the sustainable transportation. Researchers found that the volume of vehicles that have a lot of impact on congestion makes Yogyakarta the 4th most expensive city Indonesia but does not significantly impact air pollution. Gojek has succeeded in creating one rule that makes the distribution of pollution relatively stable. In addition to the policy factors of Gojek, the role of the Yogyakarta city government is also a considerable factor. Social impact cause internal and external conflict, while the economic impact of society feels very helpful. Gojek sustainable analysis found that Gojek is not a solution for sustainable urban transportation in the future

Located in Tiwugalih Village, Central Lombok Regency. With support and cooperation of the Tiwugalih sub-district government, this activity was carried out well and with great enthusiasm from the local community. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kedudukan SKHMT yang dibuat oleh pejabat yang sudah tidak berwenang dan untuk menganalisis Implikasi Hukum Terhadap SKHMT jika dibuat oleh pejabat yang sudah tidak berwenang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan kasus. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedudukan Surat Kuasa Membebankan Hak Tanggungan (SKHMT) yang dibuat oleh pejabat yang sudah tidak berwenang terdegredasi menjadi akta dibawah tangan dan Implikasi hukum tidak dapat dijadikan sebagai pembuktian yang sempurna.
