Abstract

The problem in this research is whether there is an influence of playing approach on the results of basketball passing in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang? This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of playing approach on basketball passing results in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. The research method used is experimental research. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation and tests. Based on the results of research involving 30 students of SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, it was found that the T-count value in the experimental group using the playing approach method was -5.517. A negative T value indicates that the mean score on the pretest is smaller than the posttest score. This means that a negative Tcount value is considered a positive value so that the Tcount in the playing approach experimental group becomes 5.517. Meanwhile, the T table value is 1.699 which is taken from the T table α 0.05 (30-1) = 29. It can be seen above that the results of the t value in the experimental group using the playing approach method are -5.517. Obtained from the experimental group, the Sing.(2-tailed) value was 0.000, which is smaller than α 0.05. This indicates that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. So a decision can be made that Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected. See table 4.5. This shows that training using the playing approach method has a significant influence on the passing ability in learning basketball in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh Fleksibilitas Waktu Kerja (Flexible Working Time) dan Talenta Digital (Digital Talent) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Titik berat dari penelitian ini yakni seberapa besar penerapan pola kerja fleksibel dan talenta digital yang dimiliki setiap karyawan dapat berperan penting dalam mencapai kinerja karyawan yang maksimal di era modern. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang aktif bekerja di PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Semarang. Total populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 karyawan dan sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 55 karyawan (responden). Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para responden yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa (1) Fleksibilitas Waktu Kerja berpengaruh positif-signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan (2) Talenta Digital berpengaruh positif-signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi secara empiris upaya optimalisasi kinerja karyawan melalui penerapan digitalisasi, budaya organisasi, serta kecerdasan intelektual, dengan studi kasus pada karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) Kantor Cabang Utama (KCU) Pemuda Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas seluruh karyawan BCA KCU Pemuda Semarang pada tahun 2022, yang berjumlah 63 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 21. Prosedur analisis meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen, yaitu digitalisasi, budaya organisasi, dan kecerdasan intelektual, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,785 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan 78,5% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan, sementara 21,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the safety compliance and service quality of gas station (SPBU) operators in Semarang through a structured refresher training initiative. The training was conducted over eight days and involved 120 participants from eight different SPBU locations. The program adopted a comprehensive approach by combining theoretical sessions, practical simulations, and role-playing exercises tailored to address real-world scenarios faced by SPBU personnel. Key training components included emergency response protocols, customer service excellence, complaint management, and adherence to safety procedures. The outcomes of the program showed measurable improvements. Post-training evaluations revealed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge and understanding of operational safety and service standards. Additionally, a notable reduction in emergency response times was observed during simulated drills. Feedback collected from the participants indicated enhanced confidence in handling routine operations, responding to customer complaints, and executing emergency procedures. This reflects the program’s success in not only increasing technical competence but also in boosting the professional demeanor of SPBU staff. Despite its success, the program encountered challenges, particularly in aligning the training schedule with participants’ daily work commitments, which occasionally hindered full attendance. To ensure long-term impact and continuity, the program recommends implementing annual refresher training sessions in collaboration with local safety and regulatory authorities. This would foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance among SPBU operators, ultimately contributing to safer and more efficient fuel service operations in the region. Overall, the initiative highlights the critical role of ongoing professional development in enhancing service delivery and maintaining high safety standards in the fuel retail sector.

Abstract

Children are part of the young generation who are the successors of the ideals of the nation's struggle and human resources for national development. Currently, violations of the law or criminal acts are not only committed by adults, but criminal acts committed by children are increasingly common. Every child who violates legal rules or commits a criminal act will be subject to sanctions in the form of criminal sanctions. Every child who is 14 (fourteen years old) but not yet 18 (eighteen years old) who is undergoing guidance at a Special Children's Development Institution is called a Foster Child. Every child who has undergone guidance in the LPKA has the right to obtain their rights, especially to obtain conditional release. According to Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 16 of 2023, conditional release can be granted to children who are serving a prison sentence at LPKA but who have met the requirements. The granting of Parole stages is carried out by the Correctional Center through Community Counselors. Community Counselors play an important role in implementing recommendations for the Parole program, including starting from the initial stages of proposing Parole, making Community Research (Litmas), carrying out guidance to ending guidance at the Correctional Center.

Abstract

Customs is everything related to the supervision of the traffic of goods entering or leaving the customs area as well as the collection of import and export duties. Based on this definition of customs, the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) has a very strategic role in both supervision and service. Economic life between one country and another is increasingly interdependent so that legal provisions in the field of international trade and transnational business are increasingly necessary. As time goes by, the presence of corporations in the economy is like a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it can provide benefits for economic growth through state income in the form of taxes thereby increasing the country's foreign exchange and on the other hand, it can threaten state income because corporations often commit crimes to gain as much profit as possible by falsifying goods export documents. The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Article 1 paragraph 3 states that Indonesia is a legal state. In accordance with the concept of a rule of law, everything related to processes carrying out aspects of government power is based on law, including the law enforcement process in cases in the customs sector, especially in the export sector. This research uses normative legal research methods. Normative research is research carried out by examining library materials using data sourced from secondary data, namely primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data collection in this research was carried out by document study and literature study. Then it is described qualitatively to make it easier to draw conclusions from the data. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that cause corporations to commit criminal acts of falsifying export documents and to find out what corporate criminal liability is for criminal acts of falsifying export documents according to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2006 concerning Customs.

Abstract

The widespread movement of terrorism throughout the world is clear evidence that terrorist organizations are always developing and adapting to phenomena that occur globally. deradicalization is needed to neutralize the threat of terrorism from individuals who are motivated by religious ideology. In this writing, we will focus on the deradicalization of terrorism convicts in Indonesia. Radicalism is political ideas that are rooted and based on doctrines developed in opposition to the status quo . The deradicalization program in Indonesia consists of various approaches aimed at terrorism convicts. Terrorist groups continue to spread their radical beliefs through various means. Deradicalization as a form of special guidance for terrorism convicts is in accordance with the aim of the correctional system to return inmates to become good citizens so that they can be accepted back into society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to notice and analyze the increase of employee productivity by the approach occupational health and working environment safety in supporting Business Sustainability PT. Morich Indo Fashion. The research method used was quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Morich Indo Fashion Karangjati Semarang Regency Quality Control section. The sample used was 72 using the proportional random sampling which was carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study as follows the influence of the role of occupational health and safety and work environment significantly on work productivity. This meant that the role of occupational health and safety and the work environment was positive and significant to the work productivity of PT. Morich Indo Fashion. In sum, the sustainability of the company’s business became more guaranteed.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to determine the role of supervisors on employee performance at PT. Global Maritime Synergy. The research was carried out at PT. Global Sinergi Maritime for 3 months from January - March 2024. The method used in this research is Qualitative Descriptive where researchers obtain data from various sources through Library Research and Field Research. In the field, researchers collect data using interview, observation and documentation methods. Number of Population in PT. Global Sinergi Maritim numbered 30 people. 25 respondents were taken as samples due to time constraints. The research results are as follows: Supervisors are one of the most important people in a company. because, it has quite heavy duties and responsibilities, namely managing and establishing good relationships between management levels and staff. The role of a supervisor is also very necessary in companies to improve company performance. Supervisors are part of company management who play an important role in efforts to increase productivity. Supervisor's duties and responsibilities: 1. Achieve department goals by supervising staff and managing work processes. 2 Implement and enforce systems, procedures and policies. 3. Monitor employee productivity by providing useful feedback and training. 4. Set performance targets in accordance with the organization's plans and vision. 5. Ensure compliance with laws and company policies and procedures. 6. Convey information from management to employees and vice versa. 7. Handle customer problems. 8. Assist in hiring and firing employees 9. Control budget information.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab nakhoda terhadap keselamatan kapal KMP. Tuna Tomini serta Untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan tidak terlaksananya tugas dan tanggung jawab nakhoda terhadap keselamatan kapal KMP. Tuna Tomini.. Penelitian dilaksanalan di Kapal KMP. Tuna Tomini selama 2 bulan dari bulan November - Desember 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif Deskriptif dimana peneliti mendapatkana data dari berbagai sumber melalui Penelitian Kepustakaan ( Library Research ) dan Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research). Di lapangan peneliti mengumpulkan data derngan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jumlah Populasi yang ada di Kapal KMP. Tuna Tomini berjumlah 75 Crew. Yang diambil sebagai sample sebanyak 50 responden karena keterbatasan waktu. Hasil penelitian Hasil bahwa, Tugas dan Tanggung jawab terhadap keselamatan kapal KMP. Tuna Tomini merupakan tanggung jawab Nakhoda, Nakhoda bisa lolos dari tanggung jawab itu hanya jika bisa dibuktikan sebaliknya, seorang Nakhoda kapal juga dapat di mintai tanggung jawab perdata jika terjadi kecelakaan kapal di manapun akibat kelalaian Nakhoda, Faktor yang menyebabkan tidak terlaksananya tanggung jawab Hukum Nakhoda Kapal disebabkan oleh faktor internal meliputi kurangnya kompetensi dan skill serta mental dan disiplin yang kurang dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang peraturan perundang-undangan pelayaran, dan kurangnya pengawasan dari pihak yang berwenang terhadap pelanggaran keselamatan pelayaran, faktor eksternal yaitu pengaruh cuaca buruk sehingga mengakibatkan kurangnya konsentrasi nakhoda dalam mengambil keputusan.
