Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to ask questions and student learning outcomes on material motion systems in humans in class IX D SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu with cooperative learning model type TPS (Think Pair Share). This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is a research conducted systematically reflective of the actions taken by the teacher as a researcher, ranging from planning, implementing, to assessments to improve learning conditions. In this class action research researchers used two cycles, each of which consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research instrument was in the form of a test aimed at finding out student learning outcomes and non-tests in the form of an observation sheet filled out by collaborators, and a student motivation questionnaire sheet filled out by students. The subjects of this study were students of class IX D of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu, totaling 32 students. The data analysis technique used for the assessment process is quantitative descriptive to find out the improvement of student learning outcomes, and qualitative descriptions to determine students' asking abilities. The results of this class action research are the application of the TPS (Think Pair Share) learning model that provides an increase in the ability to ask questions and student learning outcomes from cycle I, cycle II sequentially having a percentage of graduation of 25% to 97% while the ability to ask students from 36% to 92%. so it can be concluded that the application of the TPS type learning model can improve the ability to ask questions and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract-There is inclusion of cultural aspects are necessary by the organization a unified approach is necessary, more specially when elements of the organizational and safety culture plays an important role to achieve the settled goals of an organization inclusive of the safety goals. Study aimed to analyze the relationship between supply chain, zero tolerance, safety’s priority and nuclear management system with mediating effect of teamwork. This prima aim of this paper is to shine the spotlight on the safety culture in nuclear installation system. It also define the importance and need of the safety culture in such a sensitive nature nuclear management to avoid any kind of nuclear disaster. It’s a quantitative study with certain recommendations to evaluate the safety culture importance. This evaluation will conducted not only take prior but also during the installation operations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis pupuk K dan saat panen enam genotipe bawangmerah yang tetap, sehingga diperoleh hasil maksimal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan PusatPenelitian dan Pengembangan Kedelai (SRDC) Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto, sejak bulanJuni sampai September 2006. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Petak Terbagi (RPT)dengan 3 kali ulangan. Petak utama adalah pepumukan K, K0: kontrol dan K1=150 kg KCl/ha, dan anakpetak berupa kombinasi antara genotipe bawang merah dan saat panen. Keenam genotip bawang merahmenunjukkan pertumbuhan dan hasil bervariasi, tetapi bukan disebabkan oleh variasi pemupukkan K. Hasilumbi bervariasi ketika panen dilakukan pada saat yang berbeda. Umur panen 70 hst (U2) memberikan hasillebih baik daripada umur panen 60 hst (U1). Bobot kering askip tanaman per rumpun, dan diameter umbisetiap genotip bawang merah ditentukan oleh saat panen. Galur K (V3) pada umur panen 70 hst (U2)menunjukkan hasil yang paling tinggi. Jumlah umbi per rumun keenam genotip bawang merah ditentukanoleh pemberian pupuk K dan saat panen. Jumlah umbi per rumun Galur K (V3) dan varietas Tiron (V6)meningkat sejalan dengan pemberian pupuk K (K1) dan jika dipanen pada umur 70 hst (U2), sehinggadiameter umbinya menjadi kecil-kecil.Kata Kunci: bawang merah, genotipe, pupuk K, saat panen. ABSTRACTThis research project aimed to find out the proper dose of K fertilizer and harvest time for shallot, soas to gain their maximal yield. Its was carried out in Soybean Research and Development Center (SRDC)field of Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto, since June until September 2006. A three replication ofSplit Plot Design arranged in Randomized Completely Block Design was employed. The main plot consistedof K0: control and K1: 150 kg KCL per hectare, whilst sub plot was combination between six shallotgenotype and harvesting time. The growth and yield of six shallot varieties varies and its variation dependedon K fertilizer and harvesting time. K application (K0 and K1) was not affect all of observed variables. Bulbyield varies when its harvest was done in different time. Harvesting time in 70 days after planting (U2)resulted higher yield than those of 60 days after planting (U1). Askip dry weight of crop per clump and bulbdiameter of each variety depended on harvesting time. K line (V3) produced the highest yield when shallotwaa harvested in 70 days after planting (U2). The number of tuber per clump for all varieties was determinedby both K application and harvesting time. The number of tuber for K line (V3) and Tiron variety (V6)increased when K fertilizer was applied and shallot was harvested in 70 days after planting (U2), and hencethe diameter of tuber decreased.Key words: shallot, genotype, K fertilizer, harvesting time.

Abstract

Percobaan pot tentang respon tiga varietas bawang merah terhadap dua macam pupuk kandang danempat dosis pupuk anorganik telah dilakukan di Screen house (rumah kasa) pada Kebun Percobaan Batang,Batang. Rancangan Percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL). Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas Bima Juna (V1) menunjukkan tinggi tanaman, dan volume umbitertinggi. Varietas Tiron (V3) menunjukkan jumlah anakan per rumpun, jumlah daun per rumpun, danjumlah umbi per rumpun tertinggi. Macam pupuk kandang berpengaruh pada bobot basah umbi per rumpun,bobot kering umbi per rumpun dan volume umbi. Pupuk kandang yang berasal dari kotoran ayam (M2)memberikan hasil yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang berasal dari kotoran sapi (M1). Dosis pupukanorganik berpengaruh pada bobot kering umbi per rumpun. Bobot kering umbi per rumpun tertinggidicapai pada dosis pupuk anorganik 200 kg/ha (P3) dan pupuk kandang 20 t/ha. Tidak terdapat interaksiantara varietas, macam pupuk kandang dan dosis pupuk anorganik pada semua variabel yang diamati.Varietas Bima Juna (V1), pupuk kandang yang berasal dari kotoran ayam (M2) dan dosis pupuk anorganik400 kg/ha (P1) mempunyai nilai serapan N dan P jaringan tanaman bawang merah tertinggi.Kata kunci: bawang merah, pupuk kandang, pupuk anorganik, varietas ABSTRACTThe experiment about the response of three varieties of shallot to two kinds of manure and four dosageinorganic fertilizers was conducted in screen house at Batang Experimental Station, Batang. RandomizedComplete Block Design was employed to arrange environmental site. The result showed that Bima Junavariety (V1) has the highest plant height and volume of bulb. Tiron variety (V3) has the highest amount oftiller per plant, amount of leaves per plant and the amount of bulb per plant. The kind of the manuresignificantly affected fresh weight of bulb per plant, dry weight of bulb per plant and volume of bulb. Theplants fertilized with chicken manure (M2) produced higher yield than that of cow manure (M1). Dosage ofinorganic fertilizer significantly affected the dry weight of bulb per plant. The highest was obtained in dryweight of bulb per plant 200 kg/ha inorganic fertilizer (P3) and 20 t/ha manure combination. There was nointeraction between varieties, the kind of manure and inorganic fertilizer dosage for all of the variables. BimaJuna (V1) variety, plant fertilized with chicken manure (M2) and plant fertilized with inorganic fertilizeddosage 400 kg/ha (P1) has the highest absorption N and P.Key words: shallot, manure, inorganic fertilizer, varieties

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan metode proyek dengan media power point dan macromedia flash, keterampilan proses sains, gaya belajar dan interaksinya terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP BK Klego Tahun Pelajaran 2011/2012. Sampel diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling sebanyak 2 kelas, yaitu kelas VIIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen menggunakan metode proyek dengan media power point dan kelas VIIIB menggunakan metode proyek dengan macromedia flash. Pengambilan data keterampilan proses sains dengan angket, gaya belajar dengan angket, prestasi kognitif dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes prestasi, data afektif dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi. Uji normalitas dengan menggunakan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Uji homogenitas menggunakan Uji Levene’s. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji non parametrik yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Kruskal-Wallis Test dari software SPSS versi 16. Kesimpulan penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) ada pengaruh media terhadap prestasi belajar pada aspek kognitif, macromedia flash memiliki prestasi belajar lebih baik daripada media power point; 2)  ada pengaruh keterampilan proses sains terhadap prestasi belajar afektif, keterampilan proses sains tinggi memiliki prestasi belajar lebih baik daripada keterampilan proses sains rendah; 3) siswa yang mempunyai gaya belajar visual memiliki prestasi belajar aspek kognitif lebih baik daripada siswa dengan gaya belajar kinestetik; 4) ada interaksi antara media pembelajaran dan keterampilan proses sains terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif dan afektif; 5) ada interaksi antara media pembelajaran dengan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif dan afektif, interaksi penggunaan macromedia flash dengan gaya belajar visual lebih baik daripada penggunaan media power point dengan gaya belajar kinestetik/visual; 6) ada interaksi antara keterampilan proses sains dan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif dan afektif; 7) ada interaksi antara media pembelajaran, keterampilan proses sains, dan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif dan afektif.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Smoothies are made from fruit and vegetables. The manufacture of smoothie products does not only rely on making produsts that are nutritious but also acceptable to the publicin terms of taste, aroma, texture, and color. The addition of red beans was chosen because in general people only know red beans for processed vegetables, while red beans are high in protein and iron. The purpose of this study was to determine the iron content of Ambon banana smoothie with the addition of red beans. This study is a preexperimental study with a post test design group desaign,comparing Ambon banana smoothie with the addition of 15% red beans with Ambon banana smoothie with the addition of 20% red beans. The results of the research on Ambon banana smoothie with the addition of red beans formula X2 has a higher iron content is 101.71 mg, while formula X1 is 86.22 mg. it is recommended for futher researchers to analyze the protein content of Ambon banana smoothie with the addition of red beans. Keywords: Smoothie, Ambon Banana, Red  Beans, Iron Levels

Abstract

The main elements ofpakeliran cover garap sabet, iringan, and catur. The three main elements have the same function in supporting the whole performance. For the reason, the quality of pakeliran presentation in wayang performance must be improved for wayang kulit performance contains high values that are able to form Indonesian s attitude and behavior: The improvement can be executed through nonformal education, for example, in studio Guyup Rukun. Abstract

In addition to playing a role in preparing humans to enter the future, education also has a relationship with social transformation, and vice versa, various patterns of the education system describe the patterns, traditions, social culture of the existing society. So what is important to note is that an education system is built to carry out the "community mandate", namely to channel its members to certain positions. From the background of the above problems, it can be formulated as follows: What is the substance of Islamic education in the context of responding to the challenges of the world of education in Indonesia ?; How is the development of Islamic Education in the context of responding to the challenges of the world of education in Indonesia ?; How are the solutions for Islamic education in the context of responding to the challenges of the world of education in Indonesia? The research objectives are; describe the substance of Islamic education in the context of responding to challenges in the world of education in Indonesia; identify developments in Islamic education in the context of responding to challenges in the world of education in Indonesia; exploring alternative Islamic Education Solutions in the context of responding to challenges in the world of education in Indonesia. This research includes library research (library research ), which is research that collects data and information with the help of various materials contained in the literature (books). The data collection method used in this research is the documentation method, namely by searching for and collecting data and books which are the primary and secondary data sources, while the data collected can be in the form of notes, transcripts, books, newspapers, magazines, inscriptions, note-taking. meeting. The data analysis method used in this study is qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that up to now 91.4% of the total madrasah (MI, MTs and MA) in Indonesia are privately owned, while the rest are state-owned. This data implies the high spirit of independence of the Islamic community in implementing madrasa education, which is more driven by religious and preaching spirit, so that it can accommodate a large number of students and simultaneously contribute to the success of the 9 (nine) years compulsory education. However, this religious and preaching spirit has generally not been accompanied by professionalism in madrasa management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui apakah temperamen berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika berdasarkan ranah kognitif Taxonomy Bloom, untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh temperamen terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika berdasarkan ranah kognitif Taxonomy Bloom. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa temperamen tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika berdasarkan ranah kognitif Taxonomy Bloom dengan hasil F hitung 0.26 dan F tabel 3.01 maka F hitung < F tabel maka mean tiap kelompok sama sehingga tidak dapat dikatakan temperamen berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika berdasarkan ranah kognitif Taxonomy Bloom. Karena temperamen tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika berdasarkan ranah kognitif Taxonomy Bloom maka tidak dapat dikatakan bahwa temperamen memberikan pengaruh yang cukup tinggi.

Abstract

MSMEs have a significant role in the economy in Indonesia. Micro, Small and MediumEnterprises (MSMEs), is one of the leading driving forces in economic development (LPPI and BI,2015). In Indonesia itself, the existence of small industries is very important in saving the nationaleconomy. In Indonesia MSMEs have become an important part of the economic system. MSMEsare also able to create considerable employment opportunities for domestic workers, so it is veryhelpful in reducing the number of unemployed.This study aims to examine organizational learning with the 4I framework (intuiting,interpreting, integrating and institutionalizing) that is applied and carried out by Batik Tulis LasemMSMEs in Rembang District based on the business scale of small business groups and mediumbusiness groups. As well as examining the factors that become obstacles and driving the success oforganizational learning in Batik Tulis Lasem MSMEs in Rembang District.The results of the study show that: 1) The intuitive factors of individual SMEs in Batik aretriggered by their level of experience, and subjective perceptions that lead to leaps of success. 2)The learning of organizational interpreting from Lasem Batik Entrepreneurs is mostly obtainedfrom the feedback of interaction with stakeholders. 3) Integrating learning of the Batik Tulis LasemMSMEs organization that is more sharing among fellow batik entrepreneurs, enriching theirinsights and knowledge, so that it becomes an awareness and shared learning that with a solidcommunity (Cluster) Batik Tulis Lasem MSME can enhance mutual competitiveness. 4) Institalizingorganizational learning in the form of a joint commitment to maintain handmade batik that isloaded with designs that contain artistic and philosophical values as well as ancestral culturalreflections that have high economic values that are preserved in clusters and instill in generationsthat occur by individuals and groups in organizations that include systems, structures, procedures,and strategies with a framework of cultural wisdom and values.
