The study of orientalists and their thoughts on the eastern world became one of the important studies for Muslim scholars. Especially his thoughts concerning the most substantial things in the eastern world. The eastern world that is synonymous with Islam is very interesting to be studied by Western Scholars. The Qur'an which became the main source of life for Muslims became the most important object studied by orientalists. Generally orientalists opinions of the Qur'an give birth to negative opinions that tend to criticize the authenticity of the Qur'an. Orientalists approache in the study of the Qur'an can be grouped into three parts. The first, Historically-critical, that is, reviewing a narrative by looking at what really happened. These criticisms include forms, editors, and sources. The second. Interpretive interpretation, i.e. interpreting the text using one of three methods; philology, literature, and linguistics. The third, phenomenologists, namely describing the reception of the Qur'an carried out by individuals of a particular group. According to Syamsuddin Arif, there are many ways or techniques used by orientalists to question their authenticity, where the classic issue that is often raised is the influence of Jews, Christians, Zoorosters, and so on Islam and cages in the Qur'an (Theories of borrowing and influence). Some of them are trying to reveal what could be evidence for the loan theory and its influence. Especially from Jewish-Christian literature and traditions (such as Abraham Geiger, Clair Tisdall, and others). There are also those who compare the teachings of the Qur'an with the customs of Jahiliyyah, Roman, and so on.

The purpose of this research is to determine and understand the role of Indonesia Arbitration Centre (BANI) in resolving business disputes in Indonesia and procedure in Indonesia Arbitration Centre to dispute business settlement. Method of approach in this research use Legislation approach (statute approach), conducted by reviewing laws and regulations relating to the issues discussed. Conceptual Approach, examines the views/concept of the experts people to the issues of discussed: Based on above, the results of this reasearch are: Indonesia Arbitration Centre is currently favored to dispute resolution by the parties who are in business, It is seen from the development of BANI in settlement the business dispute both after and before enactment of The Act Number 30 of 1999 on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Settlement. Dispute Settlement procedures at BANI can be done by submission of application and registration, defendant feedback, foration the arbitral tribunal, arbitration reconnaissance, determination the arbitration decision and the submission and registration of the arbitration decision.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas, tingkat pertumbuhan, dan tingkat kontribusi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBB P2) sebagai Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif, data pada penelitian ini bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas PBB P2 mengalami fluktuasi setiap tahunnya dengan tingkat efektivitas yang paling tinggi berada pada tahun 2019 dengan kriteria interpretasi sangat efektif dan yang terendah terjadi pada tahun 2018 dengan kriteria kurang efektif. Tingkat pertumbuhan relatif stabil mengalami pertumbuhan kecuali pada tahun 2018 terjadi penurunan yang sangat signifikan. Untuk tingkat kontribusi PBB P2 masih dalam kategori sangat kurang berkontribusi terhadap Pendapat Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Palu.

South Aceh is an area with a variety of tribes and cultures that have a uniqueness compared to other regions in Aceh. In terms of the division of heritage of the people of South Aceh has its own traditions that have been done for generations since long ago. This research aims to find out how the practice and philosophy of heritage distribution in the people of South Aceh Regency. The research method used is field research with qualitative patterns. In the discussion use descriptive methods of analysis. The results of the research obtained, namely thedistribution of heritage in South Aceh Regency can be seen from several aspects, namely First;the people ofSouth Aceh majority divide inheritance based on customary law, but there is also a small percentage who divide inheritance using Islamic law. Inheritanceis only divided for children who died. Second; The time of division of inheritance in South Aceh society varies, some are divided when the parents are still alive, when one of the parents dies, when both parents die and there is also a split after a very long time. Third; The number of parts of inheritance divided varies, some divide the male share larger than the female, the female part is greater than the male and there is also a large divide between men and women. Fourth; There are others outside the heirs who get a share of the inheritance such as adopted children, nieces and caregivers of parents.

Banyak perusahaan hanya mengandalkan satpam tanpa ditunjang olehteknologi komputer. PT Sari Tani Sumatera uses the WWTP system in method stabilization pond with the aim that the level of wastewater produced can be reduced efficiently and naturally. But the biggest problem is, they have is in the environmental aspect of the generated wastewater because it contains cyanide compounds that have potential to pollute the Rambung River. In addition, physical factors and the dimensions of the pond also have a major influence on the industrial wastewater treatment of PT Sari Tani Sumatra. To prevent pollution, an evaluation was carried out in the form of an analysis of the discharge and wastewater content, as well as an analysis of the dimensions of the pond. From the evaluation results, there is a calculation of the discharge water discharge reaching 500 m3/day with the wastewater content dominated by BOD and Cyanide. Furthermore, in the analysis of the dimensions of the pond, there are 2 out of 9 ponds that have problems due to increasing the level of wastewater, even though the detention time and depth still meet the design criteria for the dimensions of the pond. In order to obtain optimal WWTP processing, it is necessary to recommend recommendations from the evaluation results.

There are various principles given in Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and HIR/RBg in providing legal protection on good faith purchaser, but all of these principles eventually dropped their pedestal on a judge’s verdict to decide whether or not the intention of the buyer is based on a good faith purchaser. There are also many factors that can influence the decision of a judge that can lead to different conceptions of the protection provided. In addition, the rapid development of the present law requires judges to review the general principles of law and also applying existing law theories in the making of their verdict. Permasalahan perlindungan hukum pembeli beritikad baik merupakan masalah yang cukup mendasar dalam hukum kita. Terdapat berbagai prinsip yang diberikan dalam KUHPerdata maupun HIR/RBg dalam mengupayakan perlindungan hukum pembeli beritikad baik, akan tetapi upaya-upaya tersebut pada akhirnya menjatuhkan tumpuannya pada putusan hakim untuk menilai beritikad baik atau tidaknya seseorang. Di sisi lain, terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi putusan seorang hakim sehingga apabila dikaitkan dengan itikad baik, dapat menimbulkan konsepsi yang berbeda-beda terhadap perlindungan yang diberikan. Selain itu, pesatnya perkembangan hukum sekarang ini mewajibkan hakim-hakim untuk mempelajari kembali asas-asas hukum serta menerapkan teori-teori hukum yang ada dalam membuat putusannya.

Kabupaten Garut menggambarkan wilayah sesuatu sedang berkembang dimana pembangunan dan peningkatan infrastruktur. Terlebih lagi Kota garut merupakan kota wisata yang banyak terhubung dengan jalan lokal hingga jalan provinsi sehingga menyebabkan banyaknya kerusakan seperti jalan yang berlubang kondisi serta drainase yang kurang baik. Oleh karna itu, Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat melakukan pembangunan jalan serta rehabilitasi agar membasmi masalah tertentu. Penelitian ini berguna agar menganalisis perbedaan antara metode Bina Marga dan metode AASHTO dalam merencanakan ketebalan perkerasan kaku. Lokasi penelitian ini yaitu pada Ruas Jalan Jend. Sudirman Sta. 0+000 – Sta. 0+135. Jalan ini diklasifikasikan sebagai jalan arteri dengan status jalan provinsi yang mempunyai lebar 6 meter. Direncanakan lintasan beton pada bagian lintasan Jend. Sudirman ini memakai mutu beton K-350 dan menggunakan lama direncana 2.0 tahun. Perhitungan ketebalan lintasan semen agartidaknya methode BinaMarga dan methode ASHTO, memiliki perbedaan yang sangat signifikan dengan mengacu pada parameter yang berbeda. Faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan hasil ketebalan tersebut antara lain pada metode AASHTO memasukkan banyak faktor selain dari beban lalu-lintas dan kekuatan tanah dasar, yaitu seperti koefisien drainase, reliabilty, serviceability hingga faktor tingkat kelayanan dalam metode ini sangat diperhatikan. Hal tersebut membuat ketebalan yang dihasilkan metode AASHTO lebih besar dibandingkan dengan metode Bina Marga.

Diarrhea is a potential extraordinary event that can cause death. The most common microbes that cause diarrhea in developing countries are Rotavirus and Escherichia coli. One of the treatment of diarrhea is by giving antibiotics. However, the use of antibiotics is known to disrupt the balance of normal gastrointestinal flora, thereby changing the composition of the microbiota. Probiotics can be given to balance the normal flora during or after treatment with antibiotics. Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) is one of the probiotics that can inhibit the growth of pathogenic microbes and is commonly found in fermented foods. This study aimed to isolate LAB from tempoyak made from kampar durian, Riau Province, Indonesia and test its antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli. The study was initiated by isolating LAB from tempoyak using the multilevel dilution method, followed by characterizing LAB by colony and cell morphology, and testing its antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli using the agar well diffusion method. The antimicrobial activity test results were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Bonferroni follow-up test. The results of LAB characterization showed that four LAB isolates had different colony morphology, including spherical Gram-positive bacteria and catalase-negative bacteria. The results of the antimicrobial activity test showed that LAB1 isolates had the highest ability to inhibit Escherichia coli with an average inhibition zone diameter of 15.21 mm and the lowest inhibition zone was found in LAB 4 isolates, which was 10.80 mm. The results of the one way ANOVA test showed a significant difference between the four LAB isolates in inhibiting Escherichia coli with P value <0.05. In the Bonferroni test, there were significant differences between LAB 1 and LAB 4 isolates. It can be concluded that LAB isolated from tempoyak has the potential to be a source of probiotics.
