Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of democratic leadership and organizational climate on teacher performance. This research used survey methods, while the research hypothesis testing utilized multiple regression tests. The research samples were 67 teachers in Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfal Kindergarten in Probolinggo. The results of this study indicates that there is a significant influence between democratic leadership and organizational climate on teacher performance. The coefficient of determination shows that 20.5% of teacher performance is determined by democratic leadership and organizational climate

Abstract

Islamic education plays an important role in the process of forming one's character in order to have a person who has good morals, when the input received is good it will produce something good and vice versa. Because education as the formation of children's character must be given proper attention, therefore educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools are commonly referred to as a solution for parents and society to shape children's character into individuals who have good morals. So the purpose of this research is to find out how the strategy for implementing morals is by the leader of the Miftahul Arifin Islamic Boarding School in Bantaran, Probolinggo Regency. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach with data collection methods from observations, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, that the leadership of the Miftahul Arifin Islamic Boarding School in applying the morals of the students brought very significant changes to the students in educating children to become individuals who have good morals. Therefore the researchers concluded that the strategy that the leader gave had a very important and influential impact on the students at the Miftahul Arifin Islamic Boarding School in Bantaran, Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

Increasing students' understanding requires teacher competence in teaching and classroom management preparation. Teacher professionalism has a significant role in increasing student learning motivation, which will impact the achievement of understanding. The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of classroom management and teacher professionalism on students' level of understanding. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research design is descriptive correlational. The subjects in this study were 67 students of Muhammadiyah Plus Probolinggo Elementary School. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis used a path analysis test with the help of SPSS version 24.0. The results of this study namely; 1) Class management is included in the low category, teacher professionalism is high, and the level of student understanding is high; 2) There is no significant influence between classroom management and the level of understanding of students, namely the value of Sig 0.000>0.05; 3) There is a significant influence on teacher professionalism on the level of understanding of students, namely the value of Sig. 0.113>0.05; 4) There is a significant simultaneous influence between classroom management and teacher professionalism on students' level of understanding, namely the value of Sig. 0.104>0.05; Meanwhile, the size of other variables outside the variables studied is 0.797. The implications of this study confirm that teacher professionalism and classroom management positively contribute to increasing student understanding.

Abstract

Interests from social media and online games are now in demand by minors and teenagers/puberty, not something new when you pay attention to those who always play their respective cellphones. From this phenomenon, it will be very far left behind in the aspects of education and morals if you are still unable to use this technology that requires an internet connection. PAI teachers have a big role in fostering student morals in the digitalization era.The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of PAI teachers in fostering student morals in the digitalization era at SDN Mayangan 2. Based on the methods and types of facts used, this research was conducted with qualitative research methods so that it would produce descriptive information in word structure. The statistics analyzed in it are in a descriptive structure, no longer numbers as is the case in quantitative research. The result of this research is that the role of PAI teachers in moral development is very important for the moral development of students at SDN Mayangan 2. The efforts that have been made by PAI teachers at SDN Mayangan 2 are to provide an understanding of morality by providing examples and also by strengthening faith. by getting closer to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala by diligently praying and also diligently reading the Koran. Morals are very important in the era of digitalization so that students can control themselves so they don't easily fall into the negative impacts resulting from technological developments and also improve students' morals on the use of social media such as Tik Tok and also self-control so that students take advantage of social media more . Supervision of a teacher to his students in the use of developmental technology is very important. The challenges felt by the teachers at SDN Mayangan 2 in terms of fostering students' morals are the lack of cooperation between the school and also the parents, the lack of support from parents and also the lack of collaboration between parents and the school, as well as other influences. from the community such as friendship or miscommunication, and the last is the limited time in school so that moral development efforts cannot run fully.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pentingnya peran guru PAI dalam pengembangan sikap toleransi di sekolah, khususnya di sekolah umum yang berbasis plural.Jenis metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif-studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara semiterstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toleransi beragama adalah kunci dari terjalinnya ukhuwah yang baik. Indonesia sebagai Negara dengan berbagai macam agama merupakan suatu keniscayaan dalam mengimplementasikan budaya toleransi berbasis pluralisme.Dalam hal ini pendidikan khususnya guru PAI mempunyai peran yang tepat dalam menanamkan sikap toleransi kepada anak didik pada sekolah umum.Langkah yang digunakan oleh guru PAI diantaranya melalui klasifikasi siswa, materi pembelajaran hingga pendekatan secara emosional. Dari beberapa usaha dan peran tersebut terbukti mampu menanamkan sikap toleransi pada peserta didik yang digambarkan dengan proses belajar mengajar yang aman dan saling menghormati di sekolah.

Abstract

Merosotnya akhlak peserta didik dan generasi bangsa di sekolah maupun diluar sekolah tidak terlepas dari kurang efektifnya pembelajaran dan pengawasan seorang guru. Seperti halnya siswa mulai berani berkata kurang sopan kepada orang tua, guru, teman sejawatnya dan orang yang lebih tua di sekitarnya. Tujuan dari pembinaan akhlakul karimah ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dari latarbelakang permasalahan di atas dalam membetuk kepribadiaan peserta didik yang berakhlak mulia. Sehingga memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan siswa dalam tingkah lakunya. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dimana prosedur data yang dikumpulkan penelitian ini lebih menghasilkan data deskripsi berupa observasi langsung yaitu wawancara seperti kata-kata tertulis dari narasumber, rekaman atau tulisan dari orang-orang dan dokumen yang dapat diamati lainnya. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan usaha guru dalam menanamkan pembinaan kepribadiaan siswa madrasah supaya menjadi manusia yang berakhlakul karimah. Nyatanya tidak semudah apa yang dibayangkan, membutuhkan waktu beberapa kali dalam wawancara yang dilakukan, ikhtiar dalam taskhil akhlak siswa, guru membuat beberapa upaya program kebiasaan yang dilakukan di sekolah, seperti memberikan kegiataan riyadhoh ruhaniyah, keteladanan, kedisiplinan, anjuran, pembiasaan, larangan, hukuman dan pengawasan baik dalam sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Semua aplikasi kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan baik besar antusias dari orang tua dan siswa sehingga apa yang diinginkan berjalan dengan optimal sehingga menjadi pribadi siswa yang sholih dan sholihah.

Abstract

Tasawuf adalah upaya mensucikan diri dengan menjauhi pengaruh kehidupan duniawi dan memusatkan perhatian hanya kepada Allah SWT. Konsep penyucian dan penyambungan kembali dengan Allah SWT dapat dijadikan sebagai model pendidikan spiritual dan akhlak. Dalam hal ini Majelis Bumi Sholawat mengajarkan metode sufi untuk membangkitkan dan meningkatkan spiritualitas pemuda, dengan menggunakan pendekatan inkremental melalui (1) Dzikir/Wirid, (2) Kajian Kitab, (3) Tirakatan, metode ini digunakan di Dusun Jengrong Sumber taman di upaya untuk menumbuhkan pemuda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan; (1) Mendeskripsikan setting Majelis Bumi Sholawat (2) Mendeskripsikan metode yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kehidupan spiritual (3) Mendeskripsikan dampak mengikuti kegiatan berjamaah di Dusun Jenggrong Sumber taman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan cek silang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian “pendidikan tasawuf Imam Al-Ghozali dalam meningkatkan spiritualitas remaja di Dusun Jenggrong Desa Sumbertaman Probolinggo” (studi kasus di Dusun Jenggrong Kelurahan Sumbertaman Kota Probolinggo), hasil penelitian Kajian tersebut dapat diringkas sebagai berikut: (1) Dasar pembentukan Sholawat Dewan Bumi didirikan untuk mengajak individu, keluarga, masyarakat, negara dan dunia untuk menjaga diri menuju tujuan utama penciptaan dan Kerajaan Islam. Mengetahui: menyembah, membimbing, mengarahkan dan membawa segala sesuatu yang tidak ditujukan kepada Allah.

Abstract

The research is intended to identify the bond between the two independent elasticity of the existence of musholla as its x1, and the formation of its religious value as its x2, to the one variable of child morality. The study USES a descriptive quantitative methodology to which the results are derived from those Shared by the respondents through gogle form using Numbers. The object of this study is the santri of the three musholla in the village of krajan teman in musholla al barokah, musholla al falah and musholla baitul muslimin. Research proves that the existence of musholla (x1) as well as the establishment of religious values (x2) has a 96.7% effect on children.

Human beings who continue to experience endless debates. Departing from western theory, starting from Aristotle's theory, Louis Pasteur, to Charles Darwin, who tried to rediscover the nature of the origin of life and human life which states that humans actually came from previous lives. Although the theory is often considered rational but in reality, it still raises many questions and doubts regarding the facts of human creation. Abstract

Punishment is actually another way of educating children, if providing advice, guidance, tenderness, or role models are no longer able to impose an impact. Under this condition, giving penalties may be applied. Punishment may not be misled as using violence like hitting. There are some ways to punish. Sometimes even hitting is not effective and may cause negative impact. Within such context, this study sought to describe punishment as a way to educate children from Islamic education perpective. It is expected in turn that this description can throw a light about how to impose penalties as another way to educate children
