Abstract

In today's digital age, personalised customer service is becoming increasingly important for businesses to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Personalisation in business services involves the ability to provide an experience tailored to each customer's unique needs, preferences and characteristics. This research aims to explore the use of ChatGPT in building personalised business services by overcoming existing challenges. The focus of this study is primarily qualitative. Methods for gathering data include paying close attention to detail while viewing and recording data, and then using analytical techniques such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference to draw conclusions. The study concluded that the use of ChatGPT in building personalised business services offers great potential to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and marketing outcomes. By leveraging ChatGPT's ability to interact in natural language, provide personalised recommendations, provide responsive customer support, and collect valuable data, businesses can create better customer experiences, build more personalised relationships, and improve their business success.

Abstract

Education is one of the main pillars in the development of a country's human resources. The integration of education with industry is one of the crucial aspects to be considered. This study aims to explore and analyse the impact of marketing education integration with industry in improving students' career readiness. This research is a literature review that uses a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The study results show that the integration of marketing education with industry has a significant positive impact in improving students' career readiness. These measures include practical skills development, soft skills enhancement, professional network building, and maintaining curriculum relevance to the dynamic world of work. The importance of this integration cannot be overlooked in the effort to prepare students to compete in the competitive marketing industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how nation of origin, product quality, and brand image affect purchasing decisions. This study uses quantitative case study research techniques. Primary data were gathered for this study through questionnaires and incidental sampling methods. Multiple linear analysis utilizing the statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) 23 software was the data analysis method used in this investigation. The results of this study indicate that place of origin, product quality, and brand image all have a significant simultaneous and partial impact on buying decisions.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah berdampak besar pada berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk ekonomi, yang sangat terpengaruh oleh krisis kesehatan masyarakat yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Akibatnya, banyak bisnis yang terpaksa tutup dan beralih ke platform digital untuk bertahan dari krisis dan berkembang dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mendorong dan menghambat inovasi digital pada UMKM selama masa disrupsi ekonomi, khususnya dari sudut pandang wirausahawan muda di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang rinci dan deskriptif tentang masalah tersebut. Peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan 30 wirausahawan di Kota Bekasi untuk mengeksplorasi dampak positif dan negatif dari pandemi terhadap inovasi wirausaha dalam bertransisi ke platform digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor eksternal (kendala pasar dan permintaan) dan internal (pertumbuhan pribadi dan profesional) mendorong inovasi digital di UMKM selama dan setelah pandemi. Pandemi telah berdampak secara tidak proporsional pada UMKM karena mereka kekurangan sumber daya perusahaan besar dalam hal pembiayaan, manajemen, dan teknologi. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi para partisipan saat menjalankan bisnis online pascapandemi, seperti keterampilan yang dibutuhkan, kekhawatiran terkait pasar pada platform digital, dan kualitas internet. Temuan ini dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan program yang mendukung wirausahawan selama masa gangguan ekonomi dan untuk membuat kebijakan dan strategi pemerintah untuk mempromosikan kewirausahaan digital, terutama di negara-negara berkembang pasca pandemi.

Abstract

Mobile banking is a digital service product provided by banks to facilitate daily transactions. In Indonesia, there is sharia-based mobile banking. However, there are still many customers who have not utilized digital mobile banking services. This is partly influenced by digital marketing promotions that have not been optimal. Not only that, the increasing risk of cybercrime makes customers have a negative perception of the use of mobile banking and prefer to use an automatic teller machine. The study seeks to determine whether risk perception and digital marketing have an impact on consumers' decisions to utilize mobile banking. This study employed a quantitative methodology and gathered data from a sample of 100 participants. The normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test (t test, f test, and R2 test) are the data analysis procedures employed. The study's findings demonstrate a favorable relationship between perceived risk and digital marketing's ability to influence consumer choices. The results of the test for coefficient of determination yielded an R2 value of 0.75, or 75%. Customers' decisions to utilize mobile banking are influenced by digital marketing outcomes and risk perception, while the remaining percentage is explained by factors other than the independent variables employed in the study.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, dunia digital dan internet tentunya berdampak pada dunia bisnis. Trend pemasaran di dunia telah bergeser dari menggunakan cara konvensional (Offline) menjadi cara digital (Online). Di Indonesia, online shop sudah sangat menjamur dan berkembang pesat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan brand awareness pada produk kosmetik halal melalui aplikasi tiktok terhadap minat beli. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna masyarakat pengguna aplikasi Tiktok yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 250 responden dalam penelitian ini. Dan tehnik analisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel digital marketing memberikan pengaruh terhadap minat beli masyarakat. Namun variable brand awareness tidak berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Digital Marketing, Brand Awareness, Minat Beli Kosmetik Halal

Abstract

This study investigates the factors that shape customer loyalty in the electricity service sector in Yogyakarta Special Region, West Java, Central Java, and Aceh provinces. The main objective is to analyze the influence of service quality, customer value, and company image on customer loyalty. This study was conducted among several electric service companies in the mentioned areas, with 150 respondents. The overall analysis results show that all research variables have a significant impact on the level of customer loyalty to products in the electrical service sector. This is supported by the Fcount value exceeding FTable at the 5% significance level. Additionally, the T-test results partially confirm that service, customer value, and company image significantly influence customer loyalty to electric service companies. Company image seems to be the most decisive factor in customer loyalty. Therefore, it is important for stakeholders in the electrical services sector in the region to maintain and improve their corporate image with the aim of building customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how consumption patterns and transaction utilization have changed for young people when using e-wallet transactions. The research conducted by the author used a qualitative approach. In this research, the samples obtained by researchers used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 100. This research used data collection techniques, including interviews, documentation, and a literature study. The raw data has been collected using interview and documentation data collection techniques, which the author then processes and analyzes. Based on research results, it was found that urban youth have currently experienced evolution or changes in the essence of consumption patterns. Consumption, which is actually a common life phenomenon that will never be replaced, has begun to shift in essence from the motivation of consumption to survive and fulfill needs to consumption to satisfy desires and lifestyle. The presence of digital transactions is here to meet these changes in consumption patterns. In a way, both of them have a mutual influence between consumption patterns, which are increasing in purchasing primary and secondary goods, and the high use of e-wallets, which is proven by the high circulation of money from year to year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether e-service quality and sales promotion have an impact on e-customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The precise sample size for this study is not available. However, it is comprised of residents of Indonesia's five biggest cities who have used the e-wallet app. Users of e-wallet applications who met the requirements of never using one and not utilizing the application for less than three months made up the study's sample. Purposeful sampling, a nonprobability sampling technique, was applied in this study. The study sample consisted of one hundred respondents in total. Papers, questionnaires, and a literature review gathered data for this study. This inquiry employed the path analysis method. Several inferences can be made in light of the study's findings and the following discussion, including the following: Sales promotions and online customer happiness are correlated. The caliber of e-services has some bearing on e-customer happiness. E-customer satisfaction is simultaneously influenced by sales marketing and the quality of service. Sales promotions have an impact on consumers' propensity to make further purchases. The caliber of the e-service partially influences repurchase intentions. E-customer satisfaction has some bearing on repurchase intentions. Repurchase intentions equally impact sales promotion, e-service quality, and e-customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how visitor satisfaction, which affects their intention to return to tourist destinations, is influenced by perceived quality, destination image, and perceived value. Researchers employed a conclusive research design in this study. The judgmental sampling approach is a non-probability sampling methodology that was employed by the researcher. 100 people made up the study's sample. The major data used in this study came from the responses to questionnaires that were distributed. In this study, structural equation modeling is employed. It is clear from the analysis's findings that travelers' perceptions of a destination's quality, value, contentment, and likelihood to return are significantly influenced by its image. Travelers' perceived quality, perceived value, level of satisfaction, and inclination to return are all positively correlated with the destination's image. Perceived quality also significantly positively affects satisfaction, perceived value, and inclination to return. Perceived value also significantly positively affects satisfaction and the desire to return. The inclination to return is significantly positively impacted by satisfaction as well. These findings suggest that in order to boost visitor happiness and loyalty toward tourism attractions, destination management must focus on and enhance destination image, service quality, and perceived value.
