Abstract

UMKM Produk Kale melalui KWT Pedagang Sayur Keliling Kota Padang Panjang Sumatera Barat berdiri sejak tahun 2013 memiliki permasalahn terkait mengembangkan UMKM ini untuk lebih dikenal dan banyak manfaatnya bagi kesehatan, artinya pengembangan kemampuan sebagai entrepreneur yang memiliki UMKM agar dapat berkembang di masa yang akan datang. Oleh karena itu, penting dilakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini, guna memecahkan masalah tersebut. Target (secara khusus) dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan  solusi melalui sosialisasi berbentuk pelatihan dan juga pementoran berbasis digital tentang jiwa sociopreneurship berbasis e-commerce di era literasi digital dari UMKM ini. Tujuan dengan adanya program ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang kemampuan berwirausaha dengan hasil yang inovatif dari UMKM Minuman Kale, mengedukasi dalam memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan penggunaan e-commerce di era literasi digital yang berkembang pesat saat ini agar mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan, bukan hanya dari sisi materil, namun kesejahteraan pola pikir kreatif, inovatif dan mandiri. Hasil dari program ini antara lain, yaitu UMKM ini dapat membentuk jaringan yang lebih besar lagi dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce berbasis literasi digital yang ada, seperti: facebook, instagram, whatsapp, serta digitalisasi lainnya yang semakin berkembang saat ini dan yang akan datang.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the role of leadership and motivation in improving employee performance and to examine the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Design/Methodology/Approach: This research employed a quantitative causal approach with data collected through questionnaires. The study involved 50 respondents determined using a saturated sampling method. The analytical technique applied was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. Findings: The results reveal that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, leadership style significantly and positively influences employee performance, as does work motivation. However, job satisfaction shows a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, nor between work motivation and employee performance. Research Implications: The findings highlight the importance of effective leadership and strong work motivation in enhancing employee performance in the public sector, particularly at the Kerinci Tourism Office. Nevertheless, job satisfaction does not serve as an effective mediating factor in strengthening these relationships. Therefore, organizations need to design participative leadership strategies and more targeted motivation policies to improve employee productivity.

Abstract

This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on demand forecasting and its role in managerial decision-making. Articles published between 2015 and 2025 were collected from Scopus, Web of Science, Dimensions, and Google Scholar using Publish or Perish software. Following PRISMA guidelines, eleven relevant studies were selected. Findings reveal that traditional time series methods such as ARIMA and exponential smoothing are still widely applied, while machine learning and hybrid models are increasingly used for higher accuracy in complex demand patterns. Bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer identified four main research clusters: model development, forecasting methods, managerial approaches, and sectoral applications. The study concludes that demand forecasting is not only a technical tool but also a strategic instrument to enhance managerial decision-making. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kurs rupiah, laju inflasi dan kurs valuta asing pada peforma indeks harga saham syariah Indonesia dengan kajian Jakarta Islamic indek (JII). Metode pengumpulan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 27 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic indek. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah adalah regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan data runtut waktu (Time Series) dengan pendekatan Error Correction Model (ECM). Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh : (a) Tidak terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan variabel Perubahan kurs rupiah terhadap Harga saham syariah (b) Tidak terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan variabel Laju inflasi terhadap Harga saham syariah (c) Tidak terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan variabel Fluktuasi kurs valuta asing terhadap Harga saham syariah (d) Terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan variabel Perubahan kurs rupiah, Laju inflasi dan Fluktuasi kurs valuta asing terhadap Harga saham syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of Workload, Compensation and Employee Placement on Employee Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable at the Pengadilan Tinggi Padang. The research method employed involves sampling from a population of 114 employees at the Pengadilan Tinggi Padang, consisting of 94 Civil Servants (PNS) and 20 Non-PNS employees. From this population, a sample of 94 Civil Servants was selected for the study. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to the 94 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 4 with Partial Least Squares (PLS) based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Motivation. (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Motivation. (3) Employee Placement has a positive but not significant effect on Motivation. (4) Workload has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance. (5) Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance. (6) Employee Placement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (7) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (8) Workload has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable. (9) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable. (10) Employee Placement has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable. (11) The contribution of Workload, Compensation, and Employee Placement to Motivation is 0.454 or 45.4%, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. (12) The contribution of Workload, Compensation, Employee Placement, and Motivation to Employee Performance is 0.449 or 44.9%, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to systematically review the application of game theory in the context of financial negotiations and contract design. Game theory, as a mathematical approach to analyzing strategic interactions between parties with differing interests, has become an important tool in understanding economic behavior and decision-making. Using a systematic literature review, this study collects, analyzes, and reviews various previous studies addressing the application of game theory in the negotiation process and financial contract design. The results show that game theory is used to optimize negotiation strategies, minimize conflict risks, and create efficient and fair agreements between the parties involved. Furthermore, this study identifies trends, research gaps, and opportunities for developing game theory in modern financial practice. Thus, this study contributes to the theoretical and practical understanding of how a game theory approach can enhance the effectiveness of negotiations and contract design in the financial sector. Keywords: Financial negotiations; Contract design; Decision making; Economic strategy; Systematic analysis Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis penerapan teori permainan dalam konteks negosiasi keuangan dan perancangan kontrak. Teori permainan, sebagai pendekatan matematis untuk menganalisis interaksi strategis antar pihak dengan kepentingan yang berbeda, telah menjadi alat penting dalam memahami perilaku ekonomi dan pengambilan keputusan. Melalui metode tinjauan literatur sistematis, penelitian ini mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mengkaji berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang membahas penerapan teori permainan dalam proses negosiasi dan desain kontrak keuangan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teori permainan digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi negosiasi, meminimalkan risiko konflik, serta menciptakan kesepakatan yang efisien dan adil antara pihak-pihak yang terlibat. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tren, kesenjangan penelitian, dan peluang pengembangan teori permainan dalam praktik keuangan modern. Dengan demikian, studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman teoretis dan praktis mengenai bagaimana pendekatan teori permainan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas negosiasi dan perancangan kontrak di bidang keuangan. Kata Kunci: Negosiasi keuangan; Perancangan kontrak; Pengambilan keputusan; Strategi ekonomi; Analisis sistematis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitan ini adalah semua ASN yang ada di Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Kabupaten Kerinci yaitu sebanyak 80 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik atau metode sampling jenuh. Metode sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel jika semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang mencakup data yang diperoleh langsung dari Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Kabupaten Kerinci melalui penyebaran daftar pertanyaan (kuesioner). Metode analisis data menggunakan alat Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program Partial Least Square (PLS), dengan software SMART-PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Kabupaten Kerinci. Selanjutnya, kompetensi dan pelatihan juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja meskipun berpengaruh positif, tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan, maupun pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai lebih banyak dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh kompetensi dan pelatihan, sementara peran kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening dalam hubungan tersebut belum terbukti secara empiris pada objek penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims his study aims to analyze the influence of Locus of Control and Professional Competence on teacher performance with Work Atmosphere as an intervening variable in junior high schools in Pauh District, Padang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 88 respondents, then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method through the SmartPLS application. The results showed that Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on Work Atmosphere, and Professional Competence also has a positive and significant effect on Work Atmosphere. Locus of Control does not affect teacher performance, while Professional Competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance directly. Work Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, Work Atmosphere is able to significantly mediate the effect of Locus of Control on teacher performance and mediate the effect of Professional Competence on teacher performance. These findings indicate that improving teacher performance is not only directly influenced by professional competence but also highly depends on the level of Work Atmosphere that is formed. Locus of Control and Professional Competence through an effective work atmosphere improve performance. Therefore, schools need to strengthen the quality of the work atmosphere and build a system so that Professional Competence can improve the Work Atmosphere in order to optimize teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational learning and innovation climate on innovative work behavior, mediated by intrinsic motivation among employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPAM) in West Sumatra Province. Data collection was conducted through a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 93 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant effect of organizational learning on intrinsic motivation. There was a significant effect of innovation climate on intrinsic motivation. There was a significant effect of organizational learning on innovative work behavior. There was a significant effect of innovation climate on innovative work behavior. There was a significant effect of intrinsic motivation on innovative work behavior. Intrinsic motivation mediated the effect of organizational learning on innovative work behavior. Intrinsic motivation mediated the effect of innovation climate on innovative work behavior.
